My name is veera, im a customer for Aircel prepaid.i recharged for 225 rs and the balance got add 240 rs on jan-03-2015. On jan-11 the balance become zero. During jan-03 to jan-11 i made around 550 minutes call, as per my tariff plan and rate cutter the cost for this duration come around 150 rs, remaining 90 rs unnecessarily got detected.
The most horrible thing is when i was trying to call customer care using 198, continuously they are disconnecting the call after i explain the problem. i called them 5 times from yesterday. still no response, while speaking to customer care executive itself they are disconnecting it.
