Hi My name is veera, im a customer for Aircel prepaid.i recharged for 225 rs and the balance got add 240 rs on jan-03-2015. On jan-11 the balance become zero. During jan-03 to jan-11 i made around 550 minutes call, as per my tariff plan and rate cutter the cost for this duration come around 150 rs, remaining 90 rs unnecessarily got detected. The most horrible thing is when i was trying to call customer care using 198, continuously they are disconnecting the call after i explain the problem. i called them 5 times from yesterday. still no response, while speaking to customer care executive itself they are disconnecting it. Please do the needful. thanks.

Hi.,

Again today they detected 15 rs for Aircel deal activation. but i didn't activate any deals.i visited Aircel outlet to rectify this issue, they suggested to install some ad-blocker to avoid advertisement as they could not do anything from their end, after install the ad-blocker also i'm facing the same issue.

Aircel will give low cost tariff plans but they will detect the money through this way.
How come without any confirmation they can activate it?, even though i sent a STOP message to 155223, but its getting repeated.

      I wanna complaint about Aircel office in little mount-Saidapet Chennai and Customer Care - 121. Here, the executives are not treating customers properly. For everything they asking to raise complaint. Where as, the same Customer Care (over phone) executive asking me to go to showroom and complaint. No proper response and replies from both. Very dominating behavior is carried by the executives in the Aircel office I mentioned above. Moreover, this office is always flooded with people. Don't know whether they are managing it or not. But everyone takes more than 1 hr where 40 customers are waiting outside. This makes me feel like Aircel is very "Poor". Whatever i say, their answer will be "Go to Showroom". It needs lot of improvement.

        I've recharged with rate cutter 58 but after 4 days my call charges r still high.. every time i call customer care they ask me to wait dor 24 Hours but after calling 7-8 time my problem is still the same my number is [protected]

I have called to customer care but they are blaming me to start this service. money does not matter but if we could not action against them they deduct more money in future.

              My no. has been activated with music connect automatically and I called customer care just after the activation message.He replied in positive for the refund but neither this service was deactivated nor the refund money came to my account. Now whenever I call customer care from my number it always comes busy on this particular number. My mobile no. Is [protected] and activation was made on 10/1/2016.Please refund my activation money Rs. 30. These activities can never make much profit to company rather it will all result in loss of faith on such companies and will never suggest anyone to buy the sim of the aircel company. Thank you

                      I have cancelled my Aircel number on 9 th may 2015 in velachery showroom. But they have generated the bill continuously for the respective months and tortured me to pay the bill amount. I have raised the complaint in this forum for the same and, it is got resolved on August month. But again they generated bill for October month and keep on blackmailing me to pay the bill, otherwise they are going to complaint on the Court. Please give me some fixed solution for this.

                          My number is :[protected]. I did recharge on 02/01/2016 and my total main balance as 444.25 INR. I haven't made any calls after that. When I check my balance after 3 days its showing 0.00...when I called customer care they were saying that I called to some number and amount was deducted for that usage. But I haven't made call(why should I need to call customer care and ask about balance deduction for the call which I made). When I ask about the call history details they told me that they will not able to see that(I haven't made any calls. how can they see that in call history details). I called to customer care 2 times. But still them I am not getting refunded for that. I am going to file a legal complaint in court regarding this issue. This is a fraud network. I advise people not to take this fraud network...

                            Cell phone tower causing lot of noise and radiation as it's not 50m from residental area as described that makes the tower illegal and the owner of the building who earns his revenue says do as you please but he won't do anything about it, the noise it conducts is so bad that we couldn't sleep at night, please take strict action against it immediately as radiation causes tumor cells and such, please sir

On 08.01.2016 I see in my mobile by dialing *121#, the special offer is recharge with Rs.7 & gate 25 paisa / min call to local & std any no for 90 days & I do this recharge by the retailer in sumo recharge process. After recharge (time 08.01.2016 at 8:12:41 pm) I see the expiree date of this recharge which is see 10.01.201616. and I call the customer care, they are told me that, the recharge is complete & the expiree date is extend after I receiving a validity extend sms. But till now my pack validity is expire on 10.01.16 & I don't have any sms from the Aircel for this validity extend. Please I request you, take a valuable action for this rezone ASAP.

                                    I m using aircel sim [protected] registered with the name VISHWESH RAJ BHADOUTIA from last 1 year.they fraudly activate services on my mobile without any permission and deduct my balance.many times i have complaint to the costumer care but they closed the services at that time but after sometime they automatically activate services again.it some time make so much inconvenience for me when i was somewhere and my balance got deducted and they left that much balance for that i cant be able to make a call..                                       False activation of namkeen so please refund My mobile no is [protected] and at 9:07 a.m. on 11st January, balance of INR 20 Rs deducted from my account on account of false subscription of Namkeen. We have already send to message "STOP" to aircel CC and they messaged that no service called Namkeen is activated on my number but still no support on reversal of balance back to my account. Request you to perform money reversal on priority and we are really very frustrated and such acts are hampering customer perception.
