Hi,
I got an recharge offer from Aircel regarding additional validity and data for PI24 pack from DD600005. Instantly i activated. but as committed they have not credit additional data due to which i lost some money for using the data. I have given a complaint regarding this to customer care and Complaint number is 1-[protected]. They said that it will solve by 12th jab. But so far it is not solved and after that i tried to call to the customer care, but it is always saying due to heavy traffic we are unable to connect. Plz take some action on them.
