      My account balance has been charged continuously for the aircel service which I never subscribed for. there are unnecessary dating tips subscription confirmation messages in inbox and as screen popups that disturbs a lot.

        My account balance has been charged continuously for the aircel service which I never subscribed for. I'm facing this issue for 4th time and no proper permanent soluton given so far. Now They ve taken Rs 50 from my account and need immediate repayment on this issue. I'm mentally tired on logging complaint on same issue repeatedly.

          Hi, I got an recharge offer from Aircel regarding additional validity and data for PI24 pack from DD600005. Instantly i activated. but as committed they have not credit additional data due to which i lost some money for using the data. I have given a complaint regarding this to customer care and Complaint number is 1-[protected]. They said that it will solve by 12th jab. But so far it is not solved and after that i tried to call to the customer care, but it is always saying due to heavy traffic we are unable to connect. Plz take some action on them.

            I'm an Aircel mobile user in Andhrapradesh, My mobile number is [protected] if that company provided incoming calls free in 5 south states so I'm going to Chennai and receiving incoming calls if the Aircel company charged Rs 0.45 pisa every call, I'm asking that company they was no response please take my complint sallow my problem

              I am from Brahmapur Today my aircel has deducted rs99 for subcribing model video club but i has not subcribed any model video club And when i called customer care they told they will unsubscribe and refund balance but they only unsubcribed that service not refunded balance

                  I purchased postpaid connection and in before hand I informed store personnel that I may not available for verification of address as I will be moving to my job location which is J&K. So they adviced to take sim on someone who can be available so l took connection on my father's sister name who is resident of Tirupathi. They provided the sim and assured the connection will be activated in next 5 working days. The next day I moved to J&K the address. Verification was completed 10 days back and the customer care people informed that I have to be in home network for televerification which is not possible for next 5months the best part is the store team in Tirupathi now not responding to my calls So I'm struck with useless sim and not responding store personnel and useless customer care totally helpless The number provided was [protected]

                  Thank you for your response in activation of Aircel postpaid connection but the problem is as I mentioned I work for army most of the time I will be in roaming
                  While taking sim from Aircel store the person informed me that one India 299 pack will have no roaming charges along with that I will get 800mins which can be used for calls through out India even in roaming
                  Today after activation of the connection I contacted customer care and surprised to hear that the free mins are useless in roaming and we will be charged for incoming also
                  So I want to know few things in clear before using of sim
                  1. Now a days 4G is being established through out country still the sim issued to me is of 2G
                  2. Why is Aircel store in Tirupati is being so irresponsible in providing proper information before issue of sim
                  3. Why the Aircel store people so neglect about the problems faced by the customers and even not respond in time (It took 15 days for activation which could be done in three days)
                  4. I'm astronished to hear that there are no plans for roaming in Aircel in postpaid still we have to depend on add on packs
                  So I hope that you look into the matter and do the needful, will be waiting for a positive reply with regards to roaming pack

                      From last two months aircel activate stupid vas sevices like fun tv, juiceup etc which i have not subscribed and they charge 35or 25 rs . when i call customer care they simlpy say if you have any problem you can port your number we cant do anything.they have deducted more then 300 rs in past 3 months.once they refunded 35 rs and very next day they again activated vas sevice and deduct whole balance.this is enough these people unethically and illegaly deducting balance.pls stop all this.

                          I have joined in a new job at Assam. My sim was taken from West Bengal reliance company. However I have converted it to aircel using MNP in West Bengal circle on 24.12.2015. Now it is very much surprising to me that there is no any tariff by which all incoming call will be free.For your information I have recharged 29 rs and availed only 50 mins incoming free. But in Assam circle aircel sim full incoming tariff is available. Now I want to complaint that provide me full incoming facility otherwise by any means convert my sim to other company because they can give me the required facility. My phone no is [protected].

                                    On 08/01 14:27 I received a message from aircel telling that I had subscribed to video galleries and I have been charged 25 rs for that. I never activated any services on my mobile. i called customer care where they said that you have activated it using internet but what the reality is that I never activated any service to aircel from internet . I further questioned him to tell me the site from where it was activated. He told me that site couldn't be mentioned. I believe this company has betrayed me.

First there was a message stating 'Thank you choosing some services & to activate it press the below link'. I have deleted the message. In the next message I got you have been charged rs.35 for subscribing weekly video store.

                                      No the issue has not been resolved. But deducting money just continues... But thanks for the email address. I have mailed them regarding the previous issue and todays one with the screen shots. Pls find the below the screen shots attached for your reference. Kindly please help me stop unsubscribed VAS services and also help me in getting the money back.

                                      After I posted a complaint here on Feb 3rd.. once again i was charged 35rs. I have sent the mail to [protected]@aircel.co.in & received an acknowledgement on 3rd Feb stating that I would receive a response by 9th Feb. But I didnt receive the response and charged again rs.35. Proof is attached here. Will you be able take any action?? or this is continue forever...

                                        On my no [protected] Aircel wd out my demons n consnt gave real play srvs n deducted money for its renewal n also asking for 180/-due wethr I didn't use this srvs
