I have lost my Mobile last week after that, I've received a duplicate sim card of Aircel on number [protected], It's more than 5 Days to received my duplicate sim but it stills not activated. I'm unable to call anyone or received any call. I tried to call on 198 many times but most of the time I've to wait for a while and then my call gets disconnected, 2 times I got lucky to talk to some one on Aircel Customer service but not lucky enough they both ladies one of which named 'Aarti' told me that 'Sir hum chhama chahate hain hum apki koi madad nhi kr payeinge. Kyunki hamara system down chal raha h' . Then they dropped my call. Then I tried to call on [protected] and then got reply from Customer care executive that you have to go to Aircel Store we are unable to help you and again she dropped my call. After these mis happening i've called Airtel Store Laxmi Nagar Delhi on [protected] and the lady over there took my call and said to me that we can't help you without even listening my issue and my number and dropped my call. Then I've called the same number 3 to 4 times after 1 or 2 hrs duration but after listening that my SIM is not activated yet they just start telling that my voice is not audible and dropped my call.
Please tell what I supposed to do now I need my number working anyhow ASAP. If i need to take one day leave to just talk to your store executive then it will costs to me INR 2200/- which is my one day salary and INR 25/- already taken by your store executive for duplicate SIM. So if it is happened then Duplicate SIM will cost me INR 2225/-, Which is more than expensive for a single SIM card.
Please give me a solution ASAP. Activate my SIM otherwise I'm forced to consider other operators.
