    I am not satisfied with ur reply. My docket no [protected] in this regard i am not use any VAS like model video club. And also deduct my amount rs.99/- after deduct my amount i send message "stop " to unsub the vas service on 07:01:2015 08:06pm then i got a message from aircel company " at 8.08pm 07:01:2015 you are not subscribed to any vas service" then i call complaint no 198 they reply me we take to our superior to resolve the issue they again send message with in 48hours. Hence i request you to refund my amount rs.99/- i don't know about the model video club so please refund my amount and also if its not possible i may change my network from aircel to other network and also i will go to consumer court thanks regards from sudhahar.

I didn't apply for it and my account deduced by 50 rupees it happens many times i stop that offer but again and again it will automatically subscribed.                         I have paid for a 30 day connection on my dongle and its not yet activated. I contacted the cust service desk and they keel passing my query to different desks as they do not know what the problem is. In fact no body did an effort to fix it. Finally managed to get a ticket number 1-[protected]. So technically even if the issue is fixed today I can use it only for 20 days before the tariff expires. I wrote an email to the cust grievances email I'd found on net. It bounced back saying mailbox full.

                        More over your people don't even bother to maintain silence in the contact center. Your ivr menu is further hopeless... You opt for English and the person attending responds in Hindi or English.
                        I hope the concerned designates look into this and help me sort my query.

                        To add to it. Your contact centers are so noisy that we can't even hear what u ppl say. Your ivr says to opt 3 for English and if you select 3. Your staff responds in Hindi...

                                I have lost my Mobile last week after that, I've received a duplicate sim card of Aircel on number [protected], It's more than 5 Days to received my duplicate sim but it stills not activated. I'm unable to call anyone or received any call. I tried to call on 198 many times but most of the time I've to wait for a while and then my call gets disconnected, 2 times I got lucky to talk to some one on Aircel Customer service but not lucky enough they both ladies one of which named 'Aarti' told me that 'Sir hum chhama chahate hain hum apki koi madad nhi kr payeinge. Kyunki hamara system down chal raha h' . Then they dropped my call. Then I tried to call on [protected] and then got reply from Customer care executive that you have to go to Aircel Store we are unable to help you and again she dropped my call. After these mis happening i've called Airtel Store Laxmi Nagar Delhi on [protected] and the lady over there took my call and said to me that we can't help you without even listening my issue and my number and dropped my call. Then I've called the same number 3 to 4 times after 1 or 2 hrs duration but after listening that my SIM is not activated yet they just start telling that my voice is not audible and dropped my call. Please tell what I supposed to do now I need my number working anyhow ASAP. If i need to take one day leave to just talk to your store executive then it will costs to me INR 2200/- which is my one day salary and INR 25/- already taken by your store executive for duplicate SIM. So if it is happened then Duplicate SIM will cost me INR 2225/-, Which is more than expensive for a single SIM card. Please give me a solution ASAP. Activate my SIM otherwise I'm forced to consider other operators.

                                    I was trying for more than a week to speak to Aircel customer care executive. I have activated a call tariff offer which valid for two months. But it didn't even exist for 2 weeks. Trying to call the customer care, it was repeating the same recorded message. "Our agents are busy and please call again later. We are experiencing heavy traffic. Kindly type help from your mobile number and send to 121 for self service. Thank you" and the call gets dropped.. Even I'm trying though SMS there no such services. There is not even a call back from them.. I am leaving this service. This is very very hectic service...

                                        I had get a new aircel connection and get it tele-verified on jan 5th, 2016. Next day on jan 6th, i recharged it with Rs.500 to avail its services But not get any balance and still it says that "You have not get service"...
