I had recharged my no [protected] online Rs 398 for 3G data, then amount has been deducted from my account by no message was there and no data.. Due to immediate need of Internet I again recharged with Rs 398 which was success however the net speed was ok for 5 min then it is given horrible speed 20kps. Tried calling the customer care for an hour but shows its busy and congestion in line. Which I know is bogus and they have blocked my no.

                In my personal contact no this network occupy my main balance without any reason. when i ask the details they said very chilly reasons. totally they theft my amount 600INR with in last 4 months. then i didnt received my amount return back... then said their system didnt show up date and all. i totally vexed about that continues incidence. i want away this worst network within a week. then i suggest to all of "dont choose the worst network, bcoz they are 21 st century huge theft". thanking you...

                    You have deducted my 40 rs balance without any reason at 1.30 pm today, so i requested you to please refund my balance immediately. My no.is [protected]. i had recharged my no. today morning with 67 and your company had deducted my balance instead of my net balance. so look forward to my problem .so that your customers faith remain on your company.

                    i hate your customer care service... i called on 198 and they just told me that they dont know where your balance had been deducted
                    Aircel customer care told me that balance was deducted because of internet usage. I argued saying how could they deduct from main balance for internet usage when there was internet pack balance of 1gb. Surprising enough, my internet is working even when I have no main balance. Shouldn't they use up internet pack data first and target main balance only when there's no pack data left. I think Aircel should revert the deduction. This is awefull service from Aircel. Even more surprising I'm no more able contact Aircell customer care. Should I stop using your network????

                        Hello, I made a recharge of RS 17 at 8:52 PM on 6-Jan-2016 on my aircel number [protected] by which I was supposed to get 150 mb internet data with 3 days validity. The internet pack was supposed to last upto 8th Jan. I made another recharge of Rs 50 at 9:18 AM in morning of 8-Jan-2016 but I'm not able to make any call out of this recharge. It said you have no balance. Aircel customer care told me that balance was deducted because of internet usage. I argued saying how could they deduct from main balance for internet usage when there was internet pack balance of 150 mb. Surprising enough, my internet is working even when I have no main balance. Shouldn't they use up internet pack data first and target main balance only when there's no pack data left. I think Aircel should revert the deduction. This is awefull service from Aircell. Even more surprising I'm no more able contact Aircell customer care. Should I stop using your network????

                          On 22.07.2015 I send below given e-mail to aircel " What is VAS subscription & why this has been charged in my current bill Please reverse it & send a fresh bill Please not that I have already written to cancel monthly internet charge of 98 Rs At present Only monthly rental of Rs.199 should be charged & Nothing else Thankng you, Birendra Kumar [protected] " Even after this e-mail aircel continues to charge VAS on my [protected] mobil. They have forcibly taken money by stopping all services on my mobile. No one is ready to listen

[protected], got a sms offering 1GB 3G internet with 10days validity by a normal recharge of amount rs79/- yestrday. Accordingly, i had done a recharge of rs79 last evening. Its a matter of regret that i have not been facilitate the offer yet and the customercare phone number of aircel is not responding at all. The detail sms what i got im my inbox is as follows., "1GB 3G Data FREE! Recharge Karantu Data Pack 79 Ebong Paantu 1 GB HighSpeed 3G Ebong Unlimited 3G/2G Internet 10 Dina ra Validity Saha." Kindly do some help to me & for which i'll remain grateful to you.

                                  Hi my number is [protected] I am facing an issue on this number for past 3 months, i have geeting sms from this aircel num dk-600006, dd-622033 stating that (SPECIAL OFFER TO YOUR NUMBER ONLY) OFFER ARE BELOW GIVEN offer is that for 62 rs (500md internet 3g valid 30) same offer of rs 62 (3G 650mb+22talktime valid 30days) and offer 22rs(3G 200 mb internet valid 30 days) but problem is when i tried to recharge this spl offer it said transaction failed and i even tried BY EC AND BY IVR AND BY *121 for past 3 moths but all the thing are fake what the hell is doing aircel...? WHWN I CONTACTED AIRCEL 198 TEAM THEY SIMPLY SAID THIS OFFER IS NOT VAILD TO UR NUMBER IAM A FOOL????????? and i raised a complint to 198 team my complaint reference number is 1-[protected]...they said it will be resolved in[protected] and still now i getting that spl offer msg but still now i didnot got sollution for it see and i feel a bad responce from your customer support tem (198) no proper solution given to me finally i realised that aircel are giving the fake information to customer and cheatig the customer...by invalid offer..now i decided to port out my number...my id DT811197 very very very very very very very very very very very poor aircel faild to satisfy customer needs

                                    I have aircel mobile number and number is [protected].This is 3rd time in a row that the company deducted near about 40 rs from my main balance.Its really very waste service.Whenever you call the service center that representive told me no amount deducted from your account.I just suggest aircel company that if you cannot provide good service then you should stop your aircel company.If you are really very honest in your word then do verify my account as soon as possible and return the amount whatever you deducted.Otherwise please dont give bad service to pepole.

                                      I bought Airtel Number(+91-[protected]). But Airtel network signal is very low, sometimes there is no network signal inside house. That's why i requested this Airtel Number into Aircel in last week.But still Aircel company has not ported my number from Airtel to Aircel yet. MNP Mobile No:- [protected] UPC No: AX336415

                                        My mobile no.[protected] i have purcheged this sim card before last 15days but today deducted my balance 130rs without my knowledge when i called to customer care he also not responding properly .I want to know why company deducting money from customer acount balancewithount permition please refund my balance
