My Name is Mohammd Jaffar My No. +91-[protected] and i m from Srinagar J&K on 05th of this month i recharged my no. with 100 rs and next morning my account was 0.00, Aircel Company is Auto Activating Value Added Services to my account and deducted money without any Prior knowledge. One more thing The Customer Care Number 121 has no option for Customer Care Executive. I want my Balance back. and don't want any other VAS to be activated to my account without my Prior knowledge. Unexpected from Aircel Company. Hope I will be Helped soon Thank you.

    Dear sir, I am extremely disappointed that my balance got deducted three times (20+20+20=60) when i complaint them they said you have activated some hungama service then i said no i have not activated any kind of hungama service then they said ok fine we are refunding only 20rs only 40rs we will not refund they gave some stupid answer and disconnect my phone and also i recharge my phone with 42 rs (i found offer on 121) and i supposed to get 420MB acco to that offer but i got only 350MB data when i complaint to customer care some people said you have already got and some people were telling that you will not get 420 MB data because you have not received any sms for this offer from our end while i checked this offer on 121 on my mobile for me... So so annoying.. Please solve my problem

    I checked this offer on 121 on my mobile.mode of recharge is by main account balance and i recharge 15 days back with 42 rs
    and what about my remaining 40 rs they deducted just by telling some hungama service...eagerly waiting for resolution

      I have issued a duplicate SIM card yesterday but service is not working yet . Whenever i tries to call getting message that this facility is not available on this number. Trying to call customer care number 198 but after waiting several minutes call got disconnected. Tried to call customer service number 198 more than 20 times. pls fix this issue ASAP.

                    From 1year your staff (customer care ) we will bring 3G network but since we have no network of 3G network due to which we face difficulty there is no other accept aircel using 2G it takes a long time to load (or) get information from net so please sir as soon as possible set 3G network within our area before oct 2016

                        Hi, I was trying to call to customer care executive. But there is no option while calling to 121. One time it was connected but executive didn't resolve my issue and disconnected my call from their side. Aircel provide very bad service to their customer. ISSUE: My balance automatically deducted in last month in daily basis and remain zero balance. I have informed same to customer care executive and she told me that my total deducted balance will be refund to my account. But my balance is still zero and i am waiting to get my deducted balance. So, I am requesting to refund my deducted balance as soon as possible. If AIRCEL can't do this then strong action should be taken on AIRCEL MOBILE network in MAHARASHTRA region.                         I can't say exact time & Date. I have shared my mobile no. So using my mobile no. you can find out details from AIRCEL System.
                        But i am sure that it is deducted on December month 2015.

                        Amount deducted approx : 100 Rs

                        Previously my balance was showing more than 100 RS. But after balance check, it was showing 0 balance.
                        It was deducted due to the use of Internet Surfing. But I had already activated INTERNET Plan.
                        Instantly Next day, I have informed to Customer Care Executive. But there were no response regarding my main balance deduction.

                        I am waiting reply of this message...(ASAP)...

                          I have aircel no [protected]. aircel send me promotional msz. On 31st i recieved msz from DA-AIRCEL about RC37/450 mb/7days validity but after recharge i gain 225 mb/5 days. Second time it also same for RC255. Promo msz shows for RC255/2.2 Gb for 30 days but i gain 1.75gb for 30days after that i was call 198 for lodge a complaint about it but they was not hearing me and disconnected call. I was try many time but everytime they was not give me any positive responce and disconnected call. Pls rectify my problem

                              My balance is been deduction with out activation of any vas activation. why the hell you are deducting money with out using any of your vas and call i want to know why its happening its not the fist time this is 4th time. Yesterday i recharged my account with 70rs at 10.35pm on 4th jan 2016 at mid night i got ussd message that my account has low balance. i just made a call for 11m 14s. how the hell 70 rupees dissaper from my main balance. They need to answer me.

                                More over I have used my mobile within 30 days more than once, so it cannot be said I haven't used my number for more than 90 days...!! Hence please take necessary action and reactivate my number [protected]. I am long served customer of Aircel, hope they dont disappoint me...!!                                       Hi Team, I am using Aircel for the past 8 years and the tariff charged was Aircel to Aircel -30 paise/min and Aircel to other mobile - 50 paise/min. Nowadays I have been charged with 2 paise/sec for all calls. Aircel didn't inform me about this tariff change.Hence I have decided to migrate to some other network through Mobile Number Portability.

                                        Dear Members, I Samin Reyaj an Aircel user no. [protected] become a looser person to the Aircel. On[protected] at 22:34 PM suddenly I have received a notification that "Dear Subscriber, you have been charged Rs. 72.0 for 21 days subscription of pocket store..." What is this? Is it a funny story or what ? With out my consent You guys deducted Rs. 72.0 from my Aircel account main balance. Its look like you guys are the marionette (controlled from above using wires) and we are dolls. However, I want my money back as early as possible and requested to STOP this type of fraudulent activity immediately.
