Hi,
I was trying to call to customer care executive. But there is no option while calling to 121. One time it was connected but executive didn't resolve my issue and disconnected my call from their side.
Aircel provide very bad service to their customer.
ISSUE: My balance automatically deducted in last month in daily basis and remain zero balance. I have informed same to customer care executive and she told me that my total deducted balance will be refund to my account. But my balance is still zero and i am waiting to get my deducted balance.
So, I am requesting to refund my deducted balance as soon as possible.
If AIRCEL can't do this then strong action should be taken on AIRCEL MOBILE network in MAHARASHTRA region.
