Some persons in customer care were irritating..they are not refunding the money..first i spoke very quietly to them to refund my money..i called and complaint them they told my money will be refund with in 2 days..after 4 days i called them but they are saying they wont refund that..then i spoke very angry to them after they said half money will be refund..then i said ok send that half money then i will change my number to some other network..then she saying even that half money also will not be refund...this is worst customer care reviews..i am going to change my network

Yes of course.Aircel customer care is not giving responsible answers.
When we try to explain our issue to the customer care agent, they used to disconnect our call. When we try again from the same mobile number customer care is not reachable.
Nowadays, we don't have option to talk to customer care agent through 198, as all the options available are giving the pre-recorded answers.

          Respected Sir/ Madam I Sailendra Dewan am a user of Aircel with number [protected]. I have been facing a problem of daily balance deduction of RS 4 due to the so called Cricket alert. Now the issue of concern is that I have been calling the AIRCEL COSTUMER CARE SERVICE in number 121 since past week and have continuously asked the Costumer Care executive in to deactivate the Cricket alert pack. Everyday they assure with guarantee that they will deactivate the service within 24 hrs. But nonetheless same balance deduction continues. I have called everyday and asked the Costumer Care to look at the matter carefully but they insist that they have solved the matter. I have called today also (4th Jan 2015) and I have been assured by the Costumer care that they will deactivate the alert but i know same will continue tomorrow and again RS 4 will be deducted. Please look into the matters. Thankyou

            I have received many SMS from Aircle and last on 31.12.15 at 19.52 full sms: " PI 116 = 1GB 3G Data ! Recharge now with PI 116 and Get immediately 500MB 3G/2G Data for 28 days AND Get Extra 524MB 3G/2G Data within 12hrs. Recharge today" I have done a easy recharged with Rs. 116 on 31.12.15 at 20.05. but i have got only 500MB. after calling customer care they toll this offer for only new sim (with in 90 day). But I am using aircel near about 2 year. So why Aircel sms send me? In the SMS no trams & condition was written or no any * marks. It is a foul play with me. they Cheat me with SMS. I want justice.

                    I recharged via online today(3.1.2016) for Rs.103. The online recharge of Rs.103 is "Full Talk Time + 103 MB Data + 103 Local & STD SMS. Data & SMS Validity 30days". "Txn No. TNR[protected] to Recharge 103 is successful. TT=0 INR with P.F 89.96 INR S.Tax 13.04 INR" these are the information in the message I got after recharging. I tried to contact aircel customer care but I cant reach it.It says no TPIN is set. When I checked my balance there is no top up amount. I dono which pack is activated. Please check this issue and kindly credit my balance Rs.103. Already I have lost my amount due to some automatic subscriptions. I dont want to lose Rs.103. So please fix this and credit my balance. change my pack to full talk time Rs.103 as I mentioned above as per aircel website.

                    I got a call from a unknown number saying that he is calling from aircel. He discussed my issue. Finally he says he is trying to refund my money Rs.103. For that he just asked my atm card details including my ipin where I neglected. How can somebody from aircel call to customers and ask their entire personal banking details?

                                  Namaste sir Mera name nagendra singh hai. Maine aaj 697 ka recharge kiya tha. Usme mujhe 6 gb data with 7.91 mb/sec ki speed se net mila. Par jab maine internet start kiya tab keval 12-50 kb/sec ki speed se net mila. Mera aircel no. [protected] hai. Main thak gaya hoon aircel ke baare mein complaints karte karte. Ab mujhse aur nahin saha jata hai. Are yaar jab fraud hi karna hain toh saalon kamino har waqt apne customer se kyun karte ho. Kabhi balance deduct kar loge kabhi kuch kabhi kuch. Matlab unhin ko lootoge jinse tumhari roji roti chalti hai. Man toh karta hai ki ... Par majboor hoon. Consumer complaint wale bhi turant email karte hain that you are using abusing language. Abey unko samjhao na jo yeh sab karye hain. Woh ye sab karna band kyun nahin karte. Sale anpad toh customer care wale baitha diye hain jinko shayad internet ka i bhi pata nahin hai. Bas ye ek mahin kaise bhi nikal jaaye main phir saali sim tod ke phenk doonga ya port karwa loonga.
