    Hi All, The other day I did online recharge of Rs - 66 to my number [protected]. I called customer representative to know about the offer in detail, later she explained me regarding this offer (1 lac sec free to aircel to aircel users). Also she told the main balance will still show as Zero. Am unable to call any aircel users even after the amount has been deducted for the bank. Please prioritize this issue asap I have been try calling out to customer care past from 2 days.My bad for reaching out you guys through online complaint registration becoz of heavy traffic am unable to get in touch with any of customer representatives Please do needful & do let me know the root caused for this. I just want to know with out select any thing how it is possible. How they deduct the amount without inform me. It is just horrible. Pls do the needful ASAP

          Hi sir My name is Nagendra Singh. My aircel no. is [protected]. Today I recharged my aircel number with rupees 697 and i got 6 gb data with 7.91mb/s. But Its give only 50-60kb/sec. I am trying to call customer care but there is no respond about my call. Kindly do something extra and energetic on this matter.

          Aircel customer care executive call me and says that i have to insert my sim card again then we will get proper internet speed. Thank you for telling me new thing i didnt know that. Now i am getting 20 kb/s speed. Aircel is suckled and fraud company. I had waste my 697 rupees. I know they will never solve their problems. Thanks aircel for giving me such type experience. I will promise to you on 10 feb i am going to port my number. Thanks for every cheat and fraud

            Dear Sir/Madam, I own an aircel prepaid number of Orissa Circle, No.: [protected]. Yesterday I went to Aircel office of Bhubaneswar(Saheed Nagar) to get the call details of my number of last 4 months. But they denied saying u have to get police permission or file a F.I.R. for getting the same. How can I file an F.I.R., where as I didn't lose my sim???. I just want to get my own call details. I am ready to produce the documents as the ownership of the sim as need. Please have a look at it. When an owner of the sim is asking for the call details personally, what is the problem for giving the call details???               I recharge rs50 on dated 30.12.15 but rs45 automatically deducted from my balance. I had complaint customer care on dated 31.12.15.he replied us balance credited within 24 hrs but it proved cheat and fraud.kindly consider about my complaint.

                  Sir, i got a message from aircel no on 31st dec morning 7.46am saying that "Thanks for subscribing unlimited videos 75"and than my rs 75 was deducted from my balance. I called customer care where i was told that due to blackout day it is not possible to take the complaint and i should call on 2nd of jan 2016, today when i called n spoke to the customer service person she said i may not be refunded as complaint is to be done within 24 hours...why the hail are they deduction balance on blackout day and without concern ...and also i have one more complaint that during tthe call my phone is kept on hold and ph call rate add get started. ..pls gv my balance rs 75 as soon as possible. ..

                              After this complaint I got fraud calls from [protected] and [protected] and they are trying to fetch my bank and ATM details for this recharge. This is never required ideally Aircel can revert the payment and it will be credited in same account. These fraud people are making use of this platform to steal bank info.Be careful people!!

                                    Hello, I need to register a complaint about Aircel "JODI SIM". It is a dual sim and we bought 6 years ago. Each sim had 10ps/1min tariff for each other. Actually it is a life time tariff. But from 27th december 2015 it charges normal tariff rate for each other as 1.9ps/1sec. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.                                         Again same problem for me [protected] I received a sms from aircel saying "Thank you for using aircel services" for that my main balance was deducted with Rs.30/- i checked in online nothing was activated in my phone account. then why i was charged this amount. i want refund of Rs.30/- . previously i contacted customer care for same kind of issue but they did not refund my money. this is second time i am facing same kind of issue. the only way i have is to port to another service provider.
                                        Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Aircel — No service but get charges charged

                                        I cant tolerate this problem for many times. [protected]. whenever i activate net pack i will face this problem. Aircel guys please look into this.
