Hi sir My name is Nagendra Singh. My aircel no. is [protected]. Today I recharged my aircel number with rupees 697 and i got 6 gb data with 7.91mb/s. But Its give only 50-60kb/sec. I am trying to call customer care but there is no respond about my call. Kindly do something extra and energetic on this matter....

Dear Sir/Madam, I own an aircel prepaid number of Orissa Circle, No.: [protected]. Yesterday I went to Aircel office of Bhubaneswar(Saheed Nagar) to get the call details of my number of last 4 months. But they denied saying u have to get police permission or file a F.I.R. for getting the same. How can I file an F.I.R., where as I didn't lose my sim???. I just want to get my own call details. I recharge rs50 on dated 30.12.15 but rs45 automatically deducted from my balance. I had complaint customer care on dated 31.12.15.he replied us balance credited within 24 hrs but it proved cheat and fraud.kindly consider about my complaint....

Sir, i got a message from aircel no on 31st dec morning 7.46am saying that "Thanks for subscribing unlimited videos 75"and than my rs 75 was deducted from my balance. I called customer care where i was told that due to blackout day it is not possible to take the complaint and i should call on 2nd of jan 2016, today when i called n spoke to the customer service person she said i may not be refunded as complaint is to be done within 24 hours...why...

I am amrit adhikari of varanasi i dont knows how aircel UPEDECPI9 servis was started i fed up with it by decucting of 9 rs daily i cant deactivate it...

Hello, I need to register a complaint about Aircel "JODI SIM". It is a dual sim and we bought 6 years ago. Each sim had 10ps/1min tariff for each other. Actually it is a life time tariff. On my Aircel no [protected] many unnecessary pack are getting automatically activated. The packets like namma namitha, Limitless music etc are getting activated. The message also ask me to recharge the account so that the packs can get activated. Kindly answer this query.
