Non credit of recharge amount

Wrong communication when provide connection

Your caller give me plan for 600 min free local and national than I change my vodafone connection but in bill you only provide 600 min local. If you change my plan it' s OK but if you can' t than close the connection asap. And please don't provide wrong information only for sale, its down the reputation of company....
