To complete your subscription please click on http://202.148.207.245:9093/API/CCG?refld=[protected] I have contacted the Aircel executives they keep on saying that i have clicked the link and subscribed the VAS, they can not listen what I am trying to say, how I could activate the Fun TV I haven't receive the confirmation for that !. Customer ececutives are saying we can take up the complaint ant not able to refund the amount. Aircel keep on supporting such activation really its make me to do MNP to Aircel . I expect proper explanation on this Service Activated: 1.         On my Aircel no [protected] many unnecessary pack are getting automatically activated. The packets like namma namitha, Limitless music etc are getting activated. The message also ask me to recharge the account so that the packs can get activated. Kindly answer this query. This is not the once from last 2 years I am a constant aircel user and I get message like this. Kindly answer .

        A pack called as Kissing tips is activated on my no. I have complained here but then also a pack is activated. An ammount of 15₹ is also deducted
        I even don't know that such type of pack exits. What Nonsence is this. I am attaching a image below which shows the pack activation.I want my money to be refunded back.

              I have paid aircel postpaid amount two days before through netbankibg.. till then the services are not resuming.. feeling dejected ..

                Dear sir this complaint is about non credit of recharge amount in my aircel number [protected] .Sir during the period of Oct, Nov and Dec 2015 i have made four recharges amounting to Rs 500, 300, 100, 109 but on checking from account balance every its show NIL in my account balance. On complainting customer they told this is due to some technical problem during flood in chennai and will be credited soon. But no amount has been credited in my account till date.Neither the customer care is giving satisfactory feed backs. Thus it requested to credit the amount in my account or provide me the summary where the amount has been utilized. An early action is requested.

                  Your caller give me plan for 600 min free local and national than I change my vodafone connection but in bill you only provide 600 min local. If you change my plan it' s OK but if you can' t than close the connection asap. And please don't provide wrong information only for sale, its down the reputation of company.

                        Dear Sir, I placed an international call to a mobile phone at Bangladesh at 12:10 PM on 26 December, 2015; from my number, [protected]. I was aware that I had no international call rate cutter. Therefore the call rate should have been 12 INR per minute. I had 122 INR in my account at that moment. But the call was cut off after 12 seconds and I received a notification that my last call change was 120 INR for 12 seconds. I wrote a complaint email at their customer care department, regarding this matter on the very date, i.e. 26th December, 2015. They have replied via a mail on 27th December, 2015. They have told me, "INR 120 has been deducted from your Aircel account on[protected] for making an ISD outgoing call for duration of 12 seconds charges @ 10 rupees / second". And also told me, "We regret to inform you that, we are unable to process waiver for the deducted amount as the charges levied to your account are found to be correct." I have consulted their website for ISD rate. They have mentioned in their website that the normal call charge to Bangladesh is Rs.12 per minute. I have also called at their customer care representative about the normal call charge rate to Bangladesh. The rate is Rs.12 per minute. So, their explanatory mail doesn't tally with this information. They are misleading me with wrong information, either intentionally or mistakenly. I am attaching a copy of their e-mail. The money was deducted wrongly. The call charge was wrong as per the present ISD rate. So, I am requesting a full refund of the amount, i.e. Rs.120/- Thanking you, Binoy Majumder Serampore, Hooghly

                          we wish to inform you that the debited amount of Rs 5 /-against VAS service has been credited as talk time balance on the above mentioned number and even the service pack has been deactivated. Further we would like to update you that there is no such deduction of Rs 35/- found against the above mentioned number. Hence we regret to inform you that we shall be unable to add additional benefit on our Aircel number.

                            Dear Concerned, This is bring to your notice that, I recharged Rs.80/- on 23rd Dec 2015. In that I got talk time of Rs.70/-. I got E-top up & assured confirmation messages from Aircel. Saying that recharge successful you will get TT Rs.70/- + extra FTT get up to Rs.120/- Finally as of today I did't get extra talk time of Rs.50/- & send mail to "care.[protected]@aircel.co.in" on 28th Dec 2015. Today I got call from this number[protected] saying that it's not 100% sure only selected customer will get extra Rs.50/- any how we will recharge Rs.25/- after 10 to 15 minutes.                             Aircel - Spreading wrong information in web sites. If we recharge online they mentioned simply recharge so & so. Finally we did't get any extra talk time. Please every one be careful.

However we regret to inform you this benefit is not applicable all the times. Being a valued customer to us Rs.25/- is credited in your account as a one-time goodwill gesture.

                                I have received a msg from DT-Aircel on 16.12.15 reg RC39/- with 0.30paise for all calls validty 30days .Based on the sms i have recharged with RC39/- and Full talk time Rs150/-on 16.12.15 .But on 24.12.15 only i have noted that all my calls have charged with 0.80/-paise and then i called customer care to register a complaint .But i have recharge with RS150, RS50, RS30/- pLls solve

                                  I my name is pavan i am using aircel sim from past 3 years and now i want to port it to other network . but till date i had tried 50 times sending message to port no 1900 and it says sending failed wen i called customer care . they say it will be resolved in 48 hours it almost 3 months till the issue is not resolved. kindly take an action against this aircel provider and resolve my problem at earliest. my complaint no-1-[protected]
