        1. Even i close the connection, aircel store didnot took the connection for closing my post paid 2. I dropped an email to appellate authority and they took the connection today only after 4 days 3. Appellate authority told that i will be charged 7 days of rental even i use or i dont use which is worst. Its not the case with airtel or vodafone.

Suggest you to change the homepage to anything else than the Aircel wap portal.

              Hi Team, I have raised couple of complaints regarding the billing for my postpaid aircel corporate number. Instead of fixing that, they are increasing the bills monthly, I clearly mentioned, that i won't pay till the issue is fixed. Now that, they have barred the incoming/outgoing for my number.               Hi Srini-chinni,

              We have verified your account and found that the number is in Smart 200 plan, you had 1.5 GB data benifit as per the plan But you have latched into Non Aircel network VODAFONE ANDRA PRADESH India, and consumed data around 30 MB. Hence you have been charged for Rs.368/- with tax. Hence charges are authnetic and stands payable.

But unfortunately the retailer informed me that e-adhar is not acceptable to Aircel. So, my mobile no is not being activated since last 10 days. Please let me know if the e-adhar is acceptable to Aircel or not. Aircel Replied : Dear Aircelite, Greetings of the day, This has reference to your e-mail dated[protected] regarding SIM activation status for your Aircel number [protected]. We regret to inform you that as validated in our system your number is not active. We request you to kindly get in touch with the point of sale or contact our toll free activation helpdesk 59059 from 8:00 am to 11:00 PM for further processing. Aside to this, we would like to inform that Adhar Card is accepted as proof of address and identity. It is our constant endeavor to provide seamless customer service to our valued customer and it is our pleasure to serve you and look forward to your valued patronage.                           Respected sir, I'm a user of aircel network, no [protected]. I have checked the benefit details before recharge by normal procedure i, e send sms MRP 50 to 12121 whose delivery report shows the benefit amount Rs 45. But after the recharge I have got only Rs 40.67. Then I called to customer care, one representative receive the call and misbehave with me. Both 2 sms I have saved as proof. Kindly solve the problem.                           The offer is eligible only for soma recharge if done from the retailer end by *150# procedure. Post system check it has been found that recharged was not done through the SOMA procedure. Hence, you are not eligible for claimed benefit.

                                  Post system validation it was found that the you was charged Rs. 30 as download fee for VALPACKS from SHEMAROO activated through WAP on 21/12/2015 at 09:49:00 which is a onetime chargeable subscription service. Since it is onetime subscription VAS the same is not required for deactivation. As you had complaint within 24hrs of balance deduction waiver has been posted and will reflect in your account within the next 24 working hours.

                                    i have purchased a new sim few days ago. i got 100 tt. but beacause of your due hospitality, 90 rupees got deducted. I have Ring so many times to customer care but no positive response from that side so now I am requesting you, please return my money back as early as possible and I hope it will not be repeated again near future And this deduction is repeatedly going on. so, please return my money as soon as possible .

                                      It's regret to inform that Aircel making money from Customers main balance. Rs.36 deducted from main balance I don't know why this has been deducted. It's not happening with me only its happen with my family and friends who user of Aircel. I take privileged to Complaints this issue how Aircel making money from Customers main balance. It was my mistake to switch Vodafone to Aircel. I have used Vodafone 2.5 yrs but never faced this kind of issue. My Number [protected] Deducted time: 1:39Am saturday.                                         Dear Sir, In your aircel mobile service is so bad and even your customer care is not responding for my calls. they cut my calls and even they didnt answer. I have recharge of Rs 120 for talktime topup and second day i found that no balance is no my phone and ur services start automatically bu your company. i Have faced serval problem like this M Using Aircel Assam num [protected]
