Hi, I never seen a worst network like aircel i have been blocked from receiving incoming and outgoing calls for the past 8hrs though i have enough balance in my main account am very upset because of this and i lost many of my business today.     I am using my postpaid connection aircel for the past 9 years now i want to convert the connection to prepaid within the same network when i asked to a nearby aircel cell city they simply refused that there is no option like that i would like to know why i have been denied to switch over how to take this issue to consumer court

Previously Also Automatically Cut My Balance And Got Message That I Activated Some Thing ( At That Time I'm Outside Home And Without Any Single Touch To Phone My Main Balance Cut ) And After That 15 Rupees. I Only Want Don't Cut My Balance. This Happens 2 or 3 Times But Now After Complaint No Problem. But Please Think About Custormers We Mostly Charge Phone For Talk Time From Our Hard Earned Money. Now I Don't Want Any Deduction In Future. Bye TC Aircel Team :)

          I have taken a sim card of Aircel on 14.12.2015 and submitted my zerox copy of the Aadhar card and photograph to the agent who sold the sim card residing at Kukatpally. Till now the sim card has not yet been activated and no signal is coming on the cell phone. Hence it is requested that the sim card may please be activated immediately.

                Hi, This is Ashwini. Today I got msg from DD-AECSTT stated that Rs.4 Has been deducted for Credit Service Taken. But I have not taken any Credit Service. I called Aircel Customer care but not getting proper answer. Even I have sent an mail to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in, but not got any reply from them. My family members are using this card, I told them to through out this sim card. Service is not good and not getting proper communication channel. Aircel Services are Baddddddd...

                  This is Sridharan S from Chennai. I have used Aircel postpaid no#[protected] from 03/14 to 06/14. On that time i missed to pay my monthly bill amount of Nearly Rs.250/- each month. Then on October month i received a court order from Delhi shows that i need to pay the bills which i missed to pay. Then i have paid the amount of Rs.752/- by using my HDFC Credit card on 19/01/15. Now i got a job in a company they verified my background and found that i had an case on Delhi court regarding the negotiable instruments. I told them the above thing but they still asking me the COURT ORDER. But i missed the court order so they are not believing me and hesitate to recruit me. Please help me on this by providing me copy of the court order and proof of the payment which i had made for the amount Rs.752/- as soon as possible. Please help me to get the job by providing the details of the case.

As I was asked to call 59059 for SIM verification, I promptly did so, but to my dismay I kept receiving the same response from the other end, which is " The number you are trying to reach does not exist, please check the number and dial again.                         Sir, I have taken a Post paid connection from Aircel last week and after providing all the documents as requested the SIM was provided and from next day after calling helpline I got it activated. Suddenly from yesterday my mobile service was barred and blocked from any Outgoing/Incoming and Data Plan usage for no fault of mine. When I called Aircel I was told Residence Verification was not done, this verification is the duty of the company to do and if they have not done I wanted to know Who's FAULT. The Sim was taken from Vadapalani, Chennai branch of Aircel and they give a false information that they came to my house 3 times and door was locked. It is absolutely false since almost 7 family members in my house are staying and no one is going out due to rain and my daughter school holiday. I am 500% sure that the person who told that house locked is really false and he is cheating the organization by saying this without even visiting my house. I am sure my wife, my brother's wife, my sister, my brother, my daughter and my brother's daughter are all staying through the day and any time they are available. Because of this false reason and inefficient staff of the Aircel (Field representative) why I should face the problem of not getting my mobile service and barring all the usages. I need a immediate solution for this otherwise I request Aircel to inform if not going to activate in which case I will surrender my SIM and cancel the registration.

                          Hello ARICEL" The Great telecom providers" This is second time when I am coming across a second issue with Aircel. The call center person who attend call are like self owners of "AIRCEL". The person talks like they are customer and we are getting a free services. Person kept me on hold after receiving call. He was least interested to listen what I was saying The way for Resolution was tremendous (Our system is not working call us after 2 hours-Repeated many times) Was not concerned to provide a good support but considered to close the call. Agent was working without Supervisor/Manager on floor. He said me that" Agar aap bar bar Supervisor ke liye bologe toh mai call kat dunga" I was under impression that Aircel will be the biggest telecom provider in next few years by the value and packs we provide. But the value to the customer is ZERO the way we handle the customer (even to postpaid user) was pathetic of all. I really disappointed to listen such person of Aircel. How come he is eligible to talk with customer, If he donot have that skills? How come Aircel run without Manager/Supervisor? If system is not working than why agent cannot talk in a way which result in Distress management? The noise on call was like the agent was in Public place. Aircel like Cheaters:- How come you can Stop services without any intimation? If I have not paid Bill that too 300 Rs (Credit Limit is of 1500) how can services can be stopped? After paying Bill of 300 Services Activiated and Agained Stopped with single Message of paying 1800 RS . I am not sure for what I need to pay 1800. I put by heart soul here to fight for such a pity issues for which I am not having much time.

                                  Aircel deducted an amount of Rs.30 from my account for some Video Talkies service which i didn't subscribe to. This is the second time it happened and they have not refunded my money yet.

                                    Hi Sir/madam, Due to poor service of Aircel postpaid I am trying to close my connection on mob.no [protected]. But even after paying the bill they are not closing the connection. This is the second time they have fordwarded the matter to consumer forum with increased bill & I am asked by the forum to pay the increased bill without using their service. Each time I am assured that my connection will be closed. Kindly look into the matter. Regards, Aameer

                                    We have checked your query, a bill dated 5/10/2015 for an amount of Rs.615/- is still pending to be cleared. The mentioned bill is having usages, hence you have to clear the bill post which your deactivation request will be processed.

I give to 13500 rupee to aircel tower project in my lend but this not start it..and not give money back...they say some other subition and your work start but ...after 2 week they not say any about this topic... I am requested my money give me back early...
