I am from odisha. aircel is advertising and also in there online they are showing 9 rupees net pack.but when i recharge, they massgae me your msg pack active.aircel is the worst.so irritating

transaction id i did not remember, sorry.
i put my number, mail id, card details in the website of aircel and choose the 3g data packs and there 9 rupee pack.i recharge it. but instead of net pack, the message hat come something sms pack. i have tried two time one 20/12 and other date i forgot. but two times my balance had deducted from my bank account but no internet pack is activate.this 9 rupee pack is everywhere advertising but so problem is that.please help. i am a very lovable user and admirer of aircel net.but now it is hurting me.

We would like to inform you that as per the defined process if any online recharge not be successful due to any reason, the debited amount will be reversed to the respective user account within 7 working days.     Dear sir, what is this ? Again and again your service is deducting my money.i (Abhishek)(mob. No. [protected]) have just complaint for my Rs 90 deduction and now again my 49 Rs deducted for some pocket store and 35 Rs for Jyotish . I never clicked on these . so kindly deactivate it and return my money to my account quickly. I am sending one photo as two photo at one time can not be send.

      It's regret to inform that Aircel making money from Customers main balance. Today Rs.12 deducted from main balance I don't know why this has been deducted. It's not happening with me only its happen with my family and friends who user of Aircel. Today I take privileged to Complaints this issue how Aircel making money from Customers main balance. It was my mistake to switch Vodafone to Aircel. I have used Vodafone 2.5 yrs but never faced this kind of issue. My Number #[protected] Deducted time: 10:20Am
      Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Today also deducted Rs. 3 from main balance time: 4:35 am. Below sms has been received yesterday from customer care they have told you will get your balance and we will make sure tomorrow this deduction will not happen. Seriously it's proved by Aircel they are making money from Customer main balance.

      It is Dear Customer, we acknowledge your concern and the reference number is 1-[protected]. We shall revert to you by 22/12/2015. Now download the mobile App

      It was very big mistake done by me ported to worst company Aircel. This issue force me to buy a new sim because I can not bear Rs. 3 deduction every day. I wish no one face this kind of issue. Good bye Aircel

        I am Sanjit from Hyderabad, Actually there was 65 Rupees balance in my prepaid number [protected] on 15 Dec 2015, i saw on 16 there was 38 rupees only, after that i called to customer care on 16 but they are saying we have deducted 15 rs from number for Animation Download, but actually money deduction is approx 25 rs.i gave complain on 16 Dec till now i did not got any message or call related this complain(1-[protected]) . Today i called them then they are saying it has been solved and we have only deducted 15 rs, then i asked to them if you are telling right then what about remaining balance they are saying we have no update, call us after 2 hours. really i am upset from this type of service of Aircel.

            Hi, I'm Nirman from Road no.4, nehru nagar, patna, bihar. I am unable to surf the net at peak hours everyday here, especially from the evenings to late night as the network connection goes from 3G to 2G & we all know that 2G is unable to open the introductory page of Google.com also! Just now @ 23:38 hrs, the 3G has been restored which went off air @ 19:15 hrs. today... I also complained to the Aircel call centre but nothing concrete has happened. Please let me know for how many more days this will continue before any remedial action is taken for uninterrupted 3G coverage.

              Today[protected] FUNTV is activated in my mobile no [protected] without my knowledge. I haven't applied for any services and I haven't subscribed to fun TV. I received a msg saying "thanks for using Aircel service and after fun TV activation msg. 35 rs has been deducted." I'm using my Aircel number for more than 8yrs, I am experiencing heavy problems in Aircel VAS service. I need refund otherwise I am going to stop using Aircel and I'll force my family also to move to other network. Hope I'll get a fair response. -- Albert Raja

                My no. [protected] had 24 rs balance today But all of a sudden some vas got activated while surfing. These rascals are cheating customers through these tricks. Such a worst service. No one should again use aircel. Just forget about cheap net pack.

                      Hi From last 10 days ... if I recharge money without knowing amount is deducting. Today I called to customer care and asked about activated plans and shared my problems they told no plan is activated you can recharge . I have shared money from my sister phone .                           Dear sir I sonu kumar bearing mobile number [protected] of bihar zone i deactivated all the services by massaging STOP to 155223 they said no activation on ur sim but after that namma namita, glamour zone and bihar loc 121 is activate and my balance come to zero and still saying insufficient balance. So please act on that and deactivate all the services and return my deducted balance. So act as soon as possible so that i can recharge again.

                                My name is arif hussain. i m from j&k. my Email address "[protected]@gmail.com". i got a new aircel connection 20 day ago with FRC 149 which as per their commitment was offering 500 mb Internet per month for 90 days. very unfortunate that from the day the is activated, i have never seen an Internet signal in my mobile by using this sim. i contacted customer care helpline but they always deceived me by saying ur problem will b resolved soon... they are deceivers. I hate aircel operating service... i m going to reject my aircel sim bcoz no one is there to help me...

                                    Aircel — please deactivate games club and refund my 90 Rs. On 18 Dec, 2015 Sir, my name is Abhishek i am an aircel subscriber. my aircel no. is [protected].games club has been automatically subscribed in my no. The amount of rs. 90 has been deducted today. i have also called customer care but i do not get positive response for my complain. Pls deactivate this service from my aircel no. as soon as possible. Thank u. I dont want anything from your services please permanently block any such kind of services

                                      More then 7 days I have problem of data connectivity. no internet 2G 3G both facility was suddenly disabled.                                         I am not subscribe any value added service. But Aircel say Thank you for choosing Glamour Zone 75 at Rs 75.0. You have been charged Rs 75.0 for 15 days. I wanna return to my balance and deactivate this uselessly service. This is big issue many times Aircel deduct my phone balance and after complaining about it no action by service provider. Think is very very bad service
