Hii, m from bhubaneswar, odisha, and also facing a lot of problems with aircel customer care.I had recharged a data pack which claimed to provide 1 Gb data, whereas it provided me with only 250 Mb.That was my problem.When i complained (198), one of the executive recieved and said me to complain after 72 hours.As said to me i contacted 198 after 72 hours, but always heard the same thing "ALL OUR EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY"(50-60 times, first day!TILL THE DAY PASSED).BUT I didnt give up., Tried another 2 days of fruitless effort.Then i thought they are so busy??busy from 3 days??? Still i didnt gave up, tried to call from another number(bsnl), at first shot i got another executive i told him about previous complaints, he asked me my number, name, then told me to contact them from the particular aircel number.(i thought, why the hell did he need my number and name for then, for )i said him about the "EXECUTIVE BUSY"stuff, but he said me that without that particular numbers call they are helpless.So i tried to call again but same nonsense.Next i tried that previous(bsnl) but now that was also "EXECUTIVE BUSY".Finally i called the so called "ALL INDIA AIRCEL TOLL FREE NUMBER-[protected]"(sounded LIKE AIIMS or some great institution, but total ), i said him my complain, and he said"SIR, WE DONT HAVE ANY RESOURCES"(what are you doing there then?)Thus i concluded that no networks are busy, they intentionally hung our number. vikas samal [protected]

As per PI 78 plan you received 250 MB data on 15.07.2015 at 20.02. If you receive any sms from our end. Please provide CLI code, after sharing that extra benefit will be credited.

Jis par mane 17.07.2015 ko 98 ka Internet pack richarge kar waya tha jisme mujhe unlimited 21 days ka 2g data used ka offer tha. Par sir recharge kareane ke bad bhiejab ma data use karta hu to mera balance 5p/10kb ke dar se kat rha ha. Jab mane iss ki complain karne ke liye coustmer care ko call kiya to usne kha ki apka richarge to hua ha par activate nahi hua ha. Jab mane 2 bar call ki or uske bad mere no. se call bhi nahi ja rhi ha. Jab mane dusre no. Se call ki to unka kahna tha ki app watt karo apka ho jayga. Sir ma 17.07.2015 se 20.07.2015 tak watt hi kar rha hu. Sir iss complain par meri puri sahayata ki jay or company ko dand bhi diya jay ki aglu bar se kisi ot consumer ko parsan na kar sake. Par jab mane richarge karwa liya or uske bad data used kar rha hu to mera balance kat rha ha. 5 paisa par 10 kb ke dar se. Jab mane iski complne costmer care me ki to oh kah rhe ha ki richarge ho gya ha par active nahi hua ha. 2 bar costmer care se bat karne ke bad 3sri bar mare no. Third time call nahi lag rhi ha.
      Jab mane dusre no. se call ki to unka kahna ha ki app wate karo . Ajj 17.07. 2015 se 20.07 2015 tak ma intzar hi kar rha hu.
      Please sir iss sandarbh me meri puri sahayata ki jay or company par iska dand bhi lagaya jay ki next time se kisi or consumers ko taklif na ho.

          Sir i am in double talk time plan i did two transactions on[protected] and[protected] by RS.50 but i did not get RS.100 both times my AIRCEL NO. IS [protected]. The customer care is so busy everytime and they are saying you will get it in 2 hours and 4 hours like that but upto now i did not get the double talktime. Plz.look into the matter...ARUN

            I am getting problem with my aircle sim, my mobile balance was cuts many more times, i am giving complaint many more time and contact of customercare was not connecting d call and thay giving offers but thay paying on actually amont but thay not sending additional balance which thay giving in the sms offers

              i have been recharge my account on 17.7.2015 of amount 108/- the said amount is deducted by my debit card but i have not received any balance in my mobile number [protected]
              so sir please credit my account by the banifit of rs 108/- recharge and otherwise credit the amount 108/- in my sbi account number[protected]

I have a sms by aircel is 150 talk time on of Rs 100 i was recharge same day after 5 day's the remaining balance is not add in my account. I was contact with aircel Costumer care lots time but they are not doing anything even they was not talk with me with gently there behaviour is very bad... Please do me favour... Thanks

                    The best cheating company in mobile services is aircel, i had recharged in my mobile no.[protected] with rs.50/- but on 10th when i am in college i switched off my mobile at that time 11.45a.M. They were telling i switched on my mobile with the internet service, the comment itself is foolish and it is in created in cheating manner, when we are in college it is 100% not possible, the aircel senior person mdm.Rosy is telling this explanation from their side that net we have activated, it is totally nonsense word and it cannot be digested by me, i am asking the aircel company simply refund my amount within 24hrs and solve this problem with the valued customer, please dont cheat customers and please dont try to earn by way of cheating and making your valued customers avoid you and go to another network and these customers will tell to their colleges, friends, relatives about your cheating, better give us good services without taking money from our account. I want my refund immediately do it immediately and solve this problem.

I dint click on any of the advertising things, there will be 1000 of ads in all the webpages, if clicked accidentally also why they are not confirming the activation while you are deducting the money from the account.By this I understand there is no security to the balances in my account and...

                            Dear Aircel i respect your next work and your wonderful service and appreciate hard of yours and this is Vishnu Jammula CEO and head of Hyderabad social club and the since past y'all month I was using data which was using different packs from stores because they don't have any kind of premium recharge balance then I manage some small packs for little while and today I recharge 255rs data balance which at Aircel store and at the time the store guy he said next work was slow it takes some time to get confirm notification and I waited seven hours and letter around 12 o'clock I got it but it was shocking pack just of 17rs Data pack and I have lots of respect on Aircel and please don't broke my hope and me and my office crew everybody use around 100 members aircel and please fix it and i want my data balance back and I tried to call your cc complaint center but the line shows was bezy bezy I'm sick of this mr aircel plz fix it and i and I want my 255rs data back. Thank you very much

                                DEAR Sir / Madam of Customer service executive from AIRCEL prepaid network, I have taken a new Sim card Yesterday at 11:00 am in Hyderabad. But it is not activated until now even though more than 24 hrs of time passed. Please activate my sim card or intimate me if any trouble appears from me.                                       Aircel is cheating customers by simply activating the unwanted unrelated subscription. I got a message stating u have been charged Rs 35. For subscription of Dazzling queens but I have not activated or requested for any such service.So I request to solve this issue and please deactivate this service from my number. This has happened to me many times but whenever I call for Aircel customer service they state all our customer service executives are busy or they say we are experiencing heavy traffic please I request you to help me and deactivate this bull or shut Aircel. Thanking you.,

                                      As per the analysis done, checked & found have activated the DAZQUEEN & MOCservices activated through WAP.. As you come back after 24 hrs wavier is not applicable as a One-time goodwill gesture of wavier is given of Rs.65/- credited in your account. Now DAZQUEEN & MOC services are deactivated. For any further assistance you can reach Appellate desk by dialing [protected] from Monday to Friday between 10AM and 6PM.
