Yesterday i was surfing on net. And after few minutes i have received this bull mess from aircel. " thank you for subscribing to dazzling queens. You have been charged rs35. 0 for 7 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges". Aircel is a one of the bull network i'm using. And they have lot many advertisement tie up. Due to this common man are suffering

    I needed a micro sim card, for my new phone 11, July, 1:00 pm (afternoon)- At aircel store, the person told me that micro sim cards are not available, Then he gave me a new sim after cutting it and charged 50 Rs., told me that it will be activated in 2 hours maximum. When I called him at 4 p.m -he told me server is down nothing can be done. At 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm I called him and his reply was same -server is down. Even today (13, July) my sim has not been activated. My number is -[protected], is still not been activated.

    No, my SIM card is not active, It is still deactivated .

    My old sim was broken by a shopkeeper while cutting it into a micro SIM card
    and on the same day, I went To AIRCEL store

    I have already paid Rs. 50 and submitted my ID to get a micro sim card for my no. [protected], which is inactive till now.

    Please activate it .This number is of great importance for me, Please activate it as early as possible .

      Hello sir, before two months, i had given two cheques[cub] for the bill settlements thatis [protected],[protected]. But compay informed me after fifteen days about the bank return and not the reason. I asked them to provide the reason, with my originl cheques. After received allthese, i am ready to pay the bill amt if fault is against me. Here contacted - airlink - for several times, but in vain.

        Finally I am decided to do PORT from Aircel to Vodafone (first time from Aircel to Idea) and now again you are creating issues with very stupid things. According to Aircel, my June bill is Rs. 932 which is again excess because according to my plan there is no charge of caller tune but again you charged Rs 17. But I did not say anything and I paid Rs. 1200 on 30th June 2015 and started process with Vodafone. On 3rd July 2015, received SMS from Aircel/Vodafone that my PORT request has been rejected because of Bill Payment Due then I called to your CCE, they said Sorry & now I can go with PORT and my excess is Rs. 268 and reason was, My Paid was not credited till 3rd July 2015, "What A Quick Network and Service." Now on 6th July 2015, again I received a SMS from Vodafone that my PORT request has been rejected from AIRCEL side. Then, I called to Aircel CCE, you know what he said that My PORT Request has been rejected because of address proof, means according to him I have to submit same document to Vodafone like what I submitted to Aircel, eg.- if I submitted DL then I have to Submit DL only. What the CRAP, I mean If I have Adhar Card, Passport, Voter ID so what. This is my wish that on the time of submission which document I have may be Adhar or Voter ID or DL or Passport. Now, Yesteday (7/7/2015) I visited on RDC, Ghaziabad Aircel Store where I met with Aircel person who shocked with Aircel Drama and speechless, lastly he said that my outstanding bill is around Rs 40 then immediately I paid Rs 100 which was immediately credited in my Account. Now, my question to Aircel, What do you want form me and why are doing such silly things with me. I do not want to continue with you because I am totally fed up with Aircel Name, please accept my PORT request asap. Porting Code- DD437941 Mobile no- [protected]

          Such a bullsit service you provding to your customer .on the balaance deduction time your server always work but if costomer wants to know that why did you deduct balance rom customer acc then your server aleways bussy.totally unstishfied from your service.i would suggest you please close this froad bussiness.and hire some educated customer care associate .

            I tried to stop DND but the reply was u can not use VAS services. I am working in very busy environament and ur frquent calls are disturbing me. So, kindly dont send unwanted calls relatng to your serivces. I shall be thank full to u. Thanks and regard.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, My no is [protected] I Have talk time balance of Rs. 10 (app) and data balance of 40MB in my account. The data pack is expiring only on 17th July 2015. But on 10.06.2015 all the balances were shown like 0.00 I have called 4 times to 198 and they refuse to lodge a complaint and my problem is not answered properly. They are not in a postition to rectity. kindly revert back immediately.

                      Iam Using Aircel... Today While using Internet through Aircel in my Mobile. I got a Text message that "You have Subscribed for 'Tiny TV' To Activate this service please click on this given Link". I Just Ignore that message. But After 5 mins I got another Text Message that You have Activated Tiny TV after that message 5 Rs/-, Deducted from my Main Balance. But I Have not subscribed for any offer from Aircel. Then I called to Aircel Customer Service & Iam started to explain that Aircel Representative that what is happened on my Number. While talking with that Aircel representative the very next person(Another Aircel Representative) from whom I have talking with is said that "Say him Balance is not refund any more" & and he started laughing continueosly. Then I ask that Aircel guy who is talking with me that who is that guy Why he is laughing like that but that Aircel Representative is without listening my words & without knowing my problem simply disconnected my call. Another Incident happened to me while using this AIRCEL service is On my Aircel Offer List I Saw a offer that is RC 48 & get 600 MB Data then I called to the Customer Care Number & asked them that is this offer is 100% sure or not . They said it is 100% Correct without any doubt you go & Recharge RC 48 & you will get 600 MB after Recharge I got 350 MB Data Only. Again I called to the Care Number & asked them I got only 350 MB Data. The Representative said For Rc 48 You get only 350 MB Data Not 600 MB. But I told them that After I confirmed from you then only I have recharged sir your representaive told me that it was 100% Correct. Finally The representaive said that NO NO there is No offer Like that we are very Sorry. Before Recharge they said one Offer & After Recharge they will give another Offer. It's not the problem of money It is about how they provide service & how much Importance they will give to the Customer. This is what happened to me While using Aircel Service & While Interact with Customer Care Operators. The Final Word which I would Like to tell is "The Worst Service which I Ever Seen Is AIRCEL" My Number is "[protected]"

                      Yes my 5 Rs/- has been credit to my Account.
                      But this is not my actual Problem. The way that your Aircel Representatives were talk with me when I call. Please check my Previous call Records when I call to Aircel Customer Care. How worstly they were talk with me.
                      I think You have not Understand my Problem Properly. Your Call Centre Guys are Doing very much fun while customers was on call.
                      Please check my call records. You can Understand better.

                      Recently I have faced another Issue with Aircel. I Lose above 200 MB data & also nearly 8 to 9 Rs/- from my Aircel Number.
                      I call to you care Number and told them about this. They once again said we will credit back to your data & money back.
                      But till now I didn't get my data and Money back. Nearly 10 to 15 days passed. But till now I didn't get my data and Money back
                      Please Check your Call Centre guys behaviour with Customers.

                      And also what about my data Balance.Which I have Lost. Even I don't know that why I lost my Data Balance. It will expire within 3 to 5 days.
                      I can not see any Data Balance in my Account. But I know that in my account above 200 MB Data left. But it was not displaying.
                      If I open the Net. Money debited from the main Balance.

                      I think you checked my call records. That's why you are not sending any reply to me.
                      But I think I have many ways to approach you. I already Informed you that what my exact Problem is. But from your side. I didn't get even one single call. You are not trying to Contact me.

                              10th times i wrote the complain regarding Rs.67 internet pack (complain no:-1-[protected]. SMS NUMBER:-DD-600003 DATE:-21/06/2015 TIME:-1:02PM).

                                    I put 2g data card for 148 rs. the problem is that the interruption of data connectivity and sometimes it never connects at all and irritated. Once I restart my mobile then only it will get connect. Always i am facing this very worst experience in aircel.

                                      when i was receive sms on[protected], 101 recharge get 1 GB data 30 days validity . at the same day morning i was recharge amount of Rs 101 till date i am not receive any thing. continuously i call customer care authority in the name of Sulokshana Narayanan, Ashok, Balachandar, but no use they telling daily waiting 48 hours, 24 hours that's only but there is no responsible today date is 10.7.2015. i am waiting 7 days what can i do. this way is not good. i am eagerly waiting good response from ur side sir. thank you

                                      I recharged with 24rs and i got 100 mb but in mh special offer there is 24rs recharge get 300 mb... So i want 200 mb more so send me ... Other wise i have to change the sim...!!! Plzzz do fast

                                        Last complain I made on June 5, now within a month they again cut my balance Rs.10 for no reason. This time I didn't open any internet or did anything. Suddenly I got a sms from "PocketInternet" & when I check my balance I saw 10 rupees is out! I called at the customer care & same old dialogue. They are saying I downloaded games, which I didn't. I have a basic phone. Not even an android phone. I want my money back & if Aircel keep doing this in each month, then I can't keep balance more than 10 rupees or I feel best would be leaving them forever!
