I am having a aircel number above 5 years. I have already activated DND service. 12th july 2015 without my knowledge the company activated fun tv. Every time I recharged, a certain amount is deducted for something. I complaint many times but there is no response. Either VAS activates automatically or something downloads itself. I am really very disappointed and frustrated with the service. And also, the west Bengal customer service people doesn't have any manner of speaking....
