I hope this mail is read I have an Aircel No- [protected] which i had done MNP and had joined Aircel from Reliance. But since the last 1 week, my balance is cut unnecessarily.I have checked my VAS activation by dialing 155223 which says i have no such services active. I get a message " Your ORIRS1 renewal has failed due to Insufficient balance. Please top up today for your ORIRS1 to be successfully renewed to enjoy the service on your Mobile" . I have tried to call the 198 service like 50 -60 times but every time it keeps me in hold and then disconnects. Is this the service provided by Aircel to all its MNP users. I have low balance due to your service now, and i cant even recharge as it will activate the useless service. I think its really useless if my issues are not solved and since the customer service is not responding from the last 4days. Feel like my time was/is beeing wasted uselessly by the company. Who else will give so much time to hold and wait for your Crews to respond my call. Hoping to get an response to this mail and a refund of the money which wasted on such useless service and also the deactivation of it.

Thanks and yes i want the update about my balance deduction and also a clear notification that the service has been stopped either through sms or call, so that i can recharge by number and continue to use it without any hesitation as soon as possible.

We have verified your account details and found that on dated 10th July 2015 a content “VPACK" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs.25/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we are process Rs 25 waiver as goodwill gesture & it's reflect to you within 24 hours.

    I Want to port my Aircel no [protected].to Vodafone service provider. 16 days have gone your company does not release my no to Vodafone. How can I leave your Aircel service provider. I submit my documents voter I'd Xerox and one copy of passport size photo to the Vodafone retailers.

    Provide as much information as possible about the Complaint Resolution Process... my problem is not resolved. the company did not make any call to me.

      My phone number is [protected] and 2gb per month for three months netpack is active in my number. The amount of 15 rupees is deducted from my account for some unknown services activation. When I enquired this in customer care they are telling this is activated by myself by clicking the link in WAP/internet. I dint click on any of the advertising things, there will be 1000 of ads in all the webpages, if clicked accidentally also why they are not confirming the activation while you are deducting the money from the account.By this I understand there is no security to the balances in my account and anytime I browse you can deduct money and say I clicked on some link, so this is activated. When called to customer care the reply was not clear. He offered to forward the call to his senior and simply put the call on mute and cut it after three minutes! This is terrible customer service. Is this another means of making money or what ?? I never used that service and simply paid for it.. This is not the first time this is happening. It previously happened on 6 July. i had put a complain and this was your reply "We have verified your account details and found that on dated 03rdJul, 2015 & 06th Jul2015 a content “VPACK & ANIMATION" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs.30/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account" At that time also i had not clicked on any ad knowingly and furthermore there was no confirmation of balance deduction. I am sick of this happening again and again. Refund the money immediately and see that this doesn't happen again

        I am prudhvi my air cell No. [protected] Aircel frequently deducting money from my balance with a message that I had subscribed for Tiny TV, NDTV APP. Even though I have not subscribed to it. I have called to 198 customer care caller told that problem will be solved with in 48hrs and money will be refunded. After 48hrs I have called once again they told they need another 24hrs for refund. RECENTLY today they deducted money form my balance once again. So Please look into the problem and solve as soon as possible.

          my mobile no. +91 [protected] on 13th july 2015 i checked my balance which was INR 245. on 14th july 2015 i checked and found that INR 30 had been deducted from my balance and the new balance was INR 212. the customer care executives were just reluctant to take my complain seriously i complained but in vain. as i am an user using this service provider i.e., aircel for 5 years or more. i didnt expect such incidence from aircel. i want the refund of INR 30. plz help

            I am Vasuki Srinivasan residing in Vasanthapura, near uttarahalli, Bangalore 560061. I am seriously facing network problem past 7 months. When i come inside my house network will be down to level two and i am unable to do any calls or messages at this situation. To make a call or to send message i have to come out which makes totally annoying. I had called customer care for solution but nothing worked. Please resolve this issue. This is my last try. If you do not resolve my problem, ill head on to the consumer court.

              My balance is getting deducted often from aircel as value added service using 155223 recently I lost 30 Rs for the same kindly stop any kind of this and I don't want any VAS. These kind of incidents are kind of occurring more often, I don't require any kind of value added service provided by Aircel. I request aircel to refund my amount Mobile Number : [protected]

              Your disputing on the VAS charges towards HNMNDES activated through WAP. An amount of Rs.30/- was charged and it was towards auto renewal on 15/7/2015. Now, the VAS pack has been deactivated. An amount of Rs.30/- will be credited to your account within 24hrs as approval has been received for crediting the amount.

                name deenadayalan, i will take one postpaid connection for aircell internet monthy 399 plan is i will choose but monthly coming 435 i will ask company persons he is telling sir 35 rs is tax, but he is not telling before ok i will paid one month then next month it was coming 550 i will ask but what he said sir or u click payable site that is the cost ok after also i will paid and i will give deactivated form he is also acepted after three days back company persons called me and he said sir dont give deactivation our company said offer for you only sir same plan you will pay 200 only then i also tell ok ok sir will see in month then also same complaint is coming i will cancel it then after one month it was coming 450rs what i am asking that persons are telling sir you press it some payable pictures or games that only this amount ok i will paid and i will give deactivation form for west mambalam branch 18/1/2015 and last day using cost also i will paid totaly i will paid 600rs and i will give deactivation form also after two back company persons or called me and he said sir pending amount is 900rs sir wen or paid sir, i will asked him sir will give two months back i will deactivated this number why i will paid i am not payable this amount, and will go for west mambalam branch and i will ask that persons he is telling sir iwill take request but it was not taken you can give another request go for spencer plaza and you can give their, i also go their and i will give another comlaint he is also acepted my complaint but next month also company persons or called me sir your pending amount is 1340rs you can pay immediatly or i will give notice form from court, i will telling that is your problem not my problem i am not paied this amount what can i do, traai can do anything please safe the people for this cheeted company, and i asked for all people dont go aircell postpaid its very very cheeted company and fruad company he is telling one but doing one no one can go for aircell ..deenadayalan contact [protected].

                    Sir, I am Senthil Kumar. My mobile no:[protected]. I have recharged Rs.65/- full talk time on 07.07.2015. Which is been debited Rs.60/- without my knowledge. So I called customer care and asked why this amount has debited on my account. But they did not answered properly. They said we will inform you that after 24 hours. Hence I asked customer care after 24 hour they repeat the same answer. Hence I called customer care daily but they not give any responsibility to me. And also they treated me very cheap. So I really very hurted by Aircel customer care. From the date of complaint to till now days, they did not give any response to me and not refund the amount. So kindly I request you to, please consider my complaint and arrange give me refund amount from Aircel.

                      As per the analysis done, checked & found you have activated the NAMITHA35 & DAZQUEEN services activated through WAP. As after 24 hrs wavier is not applicable but as a One-time goodwill gesture of wavier is given of Rs.65/- credited in your account. Now NAMITHA35 & DAZQUEEN services are deactivated. For any further assistance you can reach Appellate desk by dialing [protected] from Monday to Friday between 10AM and 6PM.

                        I have browsing in my mobile browser, i gave back then suddenly aircel page came, so closed that page, after that i got a message like "Thanks for your request in Model Shopping" to confirm that please click the below link like that. I didn't select any link even though my balance was reduced. I have called customer care, but they said sever down.

                              Day before yesterday, I have recharged my mobile with 150 Rs. We have not even used up to 15Rs. but we had 0 balance in my mobile...And Iam sure I didnt activate any kind of services.I seriously condemn this. My recharge balance has to be back very soon.. Our family of 4 members use the Aircel network.. Please do maintain faith in you... I hope my problem has to be solved... Please do consider my complaint... Thanks and Regards, An Aircel user.

                                  I am having a aircel number above 5 years. I have already activated DND service. 12th july 2015 without my knowledge the company activated fun tv. Since I never like this bluddy things and the aircel pupil have taken money from my account. Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and return the money to my account. My cell number is [protected]. The money which is aircel taken is Rs.35.

                                  We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 12th Jul 2015 a content service "FUNTV" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs 35 was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs 35 which will be credited to your account within next 24 hrs.

Hii, I have tried calling you many times and have launched complaint to disconnect the caller tune but its still not deactivated. My number is [protected] .                                       Every time I recharged, a certain amount is deducted for something. I complaint many times but there is no response. Either VAS activates automatically or something downloads itself. I am really very disappointed and frustrated with the service. And also, the west Bengal customer service people doesn't have any manner of speaking.

                                        This is to inform you that I cant use the exact word of poor services of your company. Without my permission every day you activate such a nonsense VAS in my number i.e.[protected] . Every day I stop this services and next day your uneducated / illiterate nonsense executive fool guys activate this services. From last one month I face this problem that's why I decide to port my number to other subscriber that is Airtel. I don't have any problem to disclose other subscriber name to you coz Airtel services really good they are not doing this type of jobs . Without customer permission they not activate any VAS to any number. Network is also very very poor . When I contact to customer care no i.e. 121 first 30 min they tell press this no or that no after that when I connect to executive that time executive pick the phone and drop the call. It shows that executive also illiterate like officers they are unable to give proper feedback/response to any customer. It shows that 8th or 10th class students sitting on call centre hehehehehe use of low cost employee. You can check it. Tomorrow morning I sent message for my number portability and I got a message also. Within 24 hours I can give to Airtel subscriber and I switch to Airtel network. They offer me good service guarantee and good affordable package also. Very soon I can chance my friends and family number also on Airtel network. You can continue with your job CHINDI CHORI work.
