i really very upset with the online recharge service. this is not the first time, it happened to me many a times. and you don even credit back the money if the recharge is unsuccessful. on 21st May 2015 i have recharged for Rs.148 for 3G data packs and the status says pending. Kindly process my transaction and do the needful at the earliest.

    I need same mobile number and want to move to Airtel network. I have filled the form and gave it to Airtel guys. Order number in airtel[protected] . when I call the customer care they are saying that they did not receive any such request. It is pending for more than 10 days.

            on 20th may, at about 4 pm i was using internet. i had net balance. only within 2-3 minutes my 72 rupees balance was gone and the customer care representatives were very bad in dealing with their customers. 72 rupees within 2 minutes for using internet is just too much. please look into this. my mobile no is [protected]. and now the customer care is not allowing me to call the representatives.

              aircel is cheating customer beout subsubration, they are cutting money, internet is chargeable all facility aircel must give for monthly plain, then why u cutting un nessary money from acount .refund the money, any time call all bussy, alway bussy.cannot talk with customer care, once u recived misscall then customer care should call and ask what is the problem but dont care, this money making bussiness from last month how many money they had cut..how many time to complain, this is cheating bussiness by aircel.

                Hi my aircel postpaid number [protected]. My mobile most of the time not reacheable. So I decide to surrender aircel post paid connection. When I went the gowrivakkam, chennai aircel shop ask him surrender my sim. They called customer care and give to me tell the reason. So I asked the reason. They replay we gave offer like currently you are in 199 plan. So I will give offer 99 plan. It will come next month bill. So you pay current bill amount 460. We reduce the penalties 210 and pay 250 now. Next month will 99. But Now I received the bill 470. Like Pending pay 210 + current payment 260 = 470. I called aircel customer care and complainant. They reply your number not yet received that offer so you can pay it. Wost service so i want immediately surrender the that post connection and reduce penalty pay. I will pay what I am used amount. Please take action for this same. Thanks you.

                  I was never activate the service of Video Talkies and Dazzling Queens service but today I got a message from AIRCEL saying that your Video Talkies and Dazzling Queens service is auto-renewed at Rs.30 and Rs.35/- respectively. In this same issue I had lodged a complaint 2 months back and got refund after repeated complaints. I am highly disappointed with Aircel service with this unauthorised balance deduction and careless about consumer satisfaction.                     I am receiving offer related msgs after registering DND to my mobile number. I would like to legally sue them, I have given complaint on 1909 about this messages. till now I have not received any SR numbers for them. The 1909 is going call to AIRCEL people only. I don't think it goes through TRAI people Please help me I would like to make the Aircel people sorry. Any Legal procedure to file a compliant on Aircel DND?

                      suddenly I got a message box 'Session cost: rs.30 volume usage 2008K' at mid night 1:30am, when I checked with the customer care they are telling I have user mobile data internet at 9.12pm . but the thing is in my mobile i have disabled 'mobile data' to avoid using internet from my mobile even by mistake. In this case im 100% sure that there is no chance of accessing mobile after 9 pm where my mobile has been locked with security code. This is really a false information to stole the money.

                        1-[protected], this is my request num to aircel care team. The problem I am facing is not for the first time. I had activated the day offer previously and faced the same problem. Now also the same problm. Since from the last ten days my account has been deducting 2rs for the offer and i am trying to deactivate it. Even though had informed to aircel care still my account has been deducting. Last time they said your account will be credited with 10rs but it didnt happen. Y cant indian consumer file a case on them regarding to the matter as many are facing the same issue.

                          Dear sir, My self Amarjeet jena and i have a mobile number which [protected] and it has recently port in to Reliance Gsm means this number has been transfer to Aircel to Reliance on18th may 2015 by MNP process. but after mnp a huge problem is showing on my mobile number but before i describe my problem, i have to tell you the mnp process to understand my problem.The central side is a MNPO, supposed to provide MNP Service in a particular zone. It is also called MNP Clearing House (MCH). MCH shall receive mobile number portability requests from the recipient operator; forward it to the donor operator for verification. On getting clearance from donor operator MNP service provider shall control and coordinate the mobile number portability process. At a predetermined date and time the MNP service provider will instruct the donor operator to disconnect the mobile number of the subscriber and upon receiving confirmation of such effect shall instruct the recipient operator to activate the mobile number of the subscriber. Once the mobile number is activated at the recipient operator’s end, the MCH will send the details of the porting to the centralised Number Portability Database (NPDB) which in turn will update its own database by an appropriate routing number called Location Routing Number (LRN), a unique routing number assigned to each operator in a service area by the DoT. This updation will be communicated by the NPDB to all the service providers for updating their respective local Number Portability database.That's it and my problem is when i call to [protected] through any other network except Aircel the incoming call is made but when i call to this number through a aircel number it says that the number you are trying to call does not exist, i thought that aircel has not update their local mnp database by a appropriate LRN for this number which is [protected] and could not recognised that this number is belongs to Reliance network and aircel routed calls to aircel network and reply that this airtel number does not exist. Therefore i request to the concern authority to look in to the matter and do the needful. Thanking You, Amarjeet jena.0

                              We have investigated the your issue and found that the activation has not been done due to local reference address is missing. You have to provide the fresh set of documents along with the local reference address to the retailer from whom he got the connection or at any of the nearest Aircel Centers.

                                1. I have not requested for tiny TV service but it automatically active in my account so it deducted 30 rupees so I want refund of it. 2. I have recharge of 89 rupees but I got only 250mb data only so I want rest of 2.250 mb data of my account.

                                  sir, my name is santosh kumar jena . and my mobile number is [protected] and i am using aircel odisha network since 2010. but this time aircel cheating me continuously . aircel sending me nonsense messages like " you have been subscribed to aircel video parlor, masti mail, dizzling queens etc " and deducting my balance from my talk time. when i call them regarding this they give me baseless explanation and ends the call. please help me to get my money back.

But I used INTERNET automatically some page visible, I cancel the page with in a minute I received three SMS continuously there mentioned you subscribed some ******** so they are 50 rupees cut my main balance with in few seconds. How do me accepted this... This is reticules, cheating

                                      Hi this is james. i am using aircel network from 2005(10 years).last few months they are doing the fraud work.when i am connecting the internet, like i am opening any page, some page opened automatically, and i am not touch any single word in that page, but in a few seconds, message will come from customer service. like you are subscribing this.. i am receiving these plan fun store, tiny tv, vedio parlor etc. from aircel.. this is not happen in a single time, even 8 to 10 times and balance gone.then i am not recharge main balance only using internet plan.then why i am using these for this network means internet plan is ok compared to other network.then i am recharge for offer plan for 255. 2gb internet for 3g and 50 rs main balance.same problem happen and my balance is gone.i am asking to aircel customer care. they are not responding to me and also he insulting me.i have the voice recording call also.this is a very worst service... i am using aircel network last 10 years in a same no. and i am going to change this [censored] network. i loose the confident to this worst aircel network.
