I made a recharge of 65 on my Aircel number on 1 may 2015 .Then there was an offer of getting 85 on 65 rs recharge.I made complaints regarding this in customer care but they always use to tell that you get your balance in next 24 hrs but now it is 24 days to go I made my recharge. I think they are making fun .seriously take some action on this.

        I have tarrif in my mobile number([protected]) for local and study. for study offnet it is 1.2p/2s. i had made a call for 16 mnt and they deducted 10.34 rs from my mobile balance. so please rectify this...and return my money which is extra deducted. and i used to check by ussd *123# and just dialing that they deduct 3 rs not selecting any option.. what is this Aircel..?? r u don't want that ur customers willl nt be with u... and look forward for other.

          Dear Subscriber, you have been charged Rs. 15.0 for 3 days subscription of Pocket Store. You have got free credits in your account to download full songs, wallpaper, videos etc. of your choice. To Start logon to http://store.pocketinternet.in I received this message on my Aircel number [protected]. and my balance got deducted. Always when I activate net pack these frauds automatically subscribes their vas & deducts the balance. Last time also my 50 rs got deducted after getting such a message. I wanted my balance to get refunded as soon as possible... Please help me to get my deducted balance back. I haven't even requested to subscribe any such service. I just want my balance refunded as soon as possible or else I would wish to close this sim permanently...

                Dear Sir/Madam. I tried to get new Aircel Connection with mobile number [protected] 10 days ago. It is still not activated yet. Retailer refused to do anything. So I specially went to yervda office in Pune. But security guard did not allow me to meet madam in the office. I requested, but he called madam and gave my number and reply was that it was rejected. Then I asked reason. She replied that your ref no. verification failed. This is to note that I gave my friend ref. no and he has received call from aircel on 18/05/2015 between 3-7 PM. and my verification is done. Still my card is not activated and wrong reason provided me. Another thing is that I bought it in 130 rupees. Aircel denies that after rejection they don't get any money and you should contact retailer and retailer replies that aircel charges for sim card. So in this way I am not able to get my money back neither from aircel nor from retailer. So please see this matter deeply and activate my aircel card or give my money back.

                    I am using 4sim cards of aircel .but very soon I will b changing the operator bcoz of poor customer service, I am call customer care numbers since one month but I couldnot get them, as always recorded massege is heard our agents are busy try later .this is the stupidity, when I m in maharshtra it is showing roaming and my money is deducted.I have recharge for aircel to aircel free for 60days.only after 6days they are charging my calls made to aircel.

                        Hi my number is [protected] and I am receiving a lot of dt TOP UP msg from aircel company .I have been using this number for more than two yrs. After complaining with regard to DT TOP UP the company executive told me that the msg are highly impossible to stop the msgs. They offered me to close the number and in exchange they offered me some other number when I refused to choose the number they simply told me that they will discontinue the number without my permission.I have been receiving this msgs from last one year that to around 800-900 per day. with regards, Nitesh jain

                            Sir, I am using an aircel pre paid connection and it is a constant problem that my account balance is being deducted from my account unnecessarily. Each time it is deducted I have to call 198 and speak to a customer care representative who gives lame excuses for my balance deduction. From last 4 days rs 5 is being deducted from my account each alternative days and when I tried to call a customer representative by dialing 198 and automated answering machine replied that the centre is facing heavy traffic. But when I tried reaching customer representative from another aircel mobile it went through n I can talk to him who gave me lame excuses that something is downloaded via wap service. I don't understand how this services get activated without my permission n when I am personally using the phone n let no one use it??? It is a daily mental harassment n I just want to ask why cant I speak to a customer representative from my number from which the balance is deducted??? Is the deduction of balance intentional n that's why aircel customer service doesn't pick up my call from my number from which the balance is deducted??? This is absolutely a case of cheating n mental harassment. I just want to know whether aircel will stop deducting unnecessary balance from my prepaid account n refund me my stolen balances???? N should I be continuing using aircel without my prepaid balance being deducted unnecessarily??? But again on 24/5/2015 rs 5 has been deducted from my account. and my balace gets deducted every alternative day. sir, can you please kindly give reasons why thease unwanted Vas services gets activated on my number without my permission???? can u please stop these unwanted Vas service and stop these unwanted mental harrashment? n kindly ensure me that no such unwanted Vas service gets activated on my account???? Moreover why do am i replied automatically that "the centre is facing heavy traffic" when i try to call 198 and speak to a customer care executive from my number???? but i can get through when using another aircel number. please try to solve this problem as soon as possible

                              I am aircel prepaid user who has been tried with ur worst and bad services every time is deducing money without any reason.. Now I have got a message of subscribing dialer tune although I didn't request and i[censored] don't refund my Rs35 which was deduced for caller tune .. I will throw this sim in dustbin and break the sim .. I[censored] don't return my money within 2hours I will throw the sim in dustbin and stop the callertune... You are the bloody fools who think customers as but we are not... You have deduced 2times I was silent but not this time... You must return my Rs35 within 2hours or else I will throw the aircel sim in dustbin.. I have given you the last chance...

                                my name harish, im chennai. i m using aircel postpaid . i m chrome browser . automaticelly added vas service in aircel side. very very very very cheating network. guys please don't use aircel network. poor poor customer service. i finished after 90 days i chande vodafone or another network.

                                  Dear sir, i am continuing airtel net network from last 5 years same no.my friend was suggested aircel net work also nice so i bought aircelsim no is [protected] and offers for that sim is 3 motns aircel to aircel free calls unlimited, 30 pisa per call, 100 MB Daily but no use these offer applied only 1 month and amount also deducted when i was recharged i informed to customer care sorry sir next time cant do like that said by care off but no use they are cut it my balance amount regularly once again i informed to care 198 and told same dialogue and said you can inform any one we do like this only kindly i request you take immediate action on this thank you sir

                                    I am Raju Mandal. Mobile number [protected]. My account balance deduction was 20.05.2015 7:41 pm Rs. 30. Auto active music connect. After then I am trying to contact 198 complain help-line. But this line block for my number. Why creat this type problem for customer. I want my money back and unblock my number for calling 198. Today when I contact 198 help line, Aircel c.care executive says web activation money not refundable. Why my money not refund by Aircel, when foult by Aircel. I just want my money back.                                       I have paid Rs.227 for recharging of Aircel 3G Data card to Mobile No. [protected] yesterday i.e. on 21.05.2015. Till the time balance is not shown and not activated. I have already contacted the agency NAAZ Electronics, Shop No.01/48, Priyadarshini Market, CRP Square, Bhubaneswar (Contact No.[protected]. As they said in reply that the Aircel Customer Care has been contacted, but no result has been received. Kindly look into the matter and suggest for further course of action by me.

                                        reduction of balance from my mobile is just getting me enough to compromise, , , why your company can not tell me that they have not much money to run a company, why they stealing my balance???saying me that i used internet, downloading games, where my hand set is also is a non net accesable, , , , , so much problems from your customer services, , , they are trying to show me that i am obeyed by them, listen, , i am not using such a free service, , , though you are stealing from me, please confess that you are not able to run your profit without stealing, , , , , , , please dont say that you are running a telecom service, , , you have just a cheater company, , , last 17th my 10 rupees and before that i around one week 5 rupees for two times reducted from my balance, refund it as as soon as possible.
