I'm a aircel coustmer . My mobile no. [protected] They deducted my 38 rupess without any kind of reason . Now I'm trying to call for my complaint but they don't receive it . Its not fair . they are cheater with all o[censored]s . Please help me sir.

      Reality was surfing the plans video talkies, Reality bay MTV, honeymoon destination, video parlor, store pocket. There was only 20/_ in my account otherwise all balance was deducted. I call to costumer care and complain but result was zero. They said about refund in 24 hours but there was big zero. My request to you that don't cheat costumer and give me my money back. It's not happened once with me, you did it three times of deduction of rs 70, 10, 20

          on 13th may i dailed 1288 to activate rc29, rate cutter doesnt activated bt 29rs deducted from my balance. After 6hours i cal to 198 so they said yes mam balnce is deducted bt it doesnt get activated we will resolve ur pblm either adding balance or activating Rc29 plz wait for 24hrs and they gave reference number 1-[protected]. after waiting 3days again i dailed 198 to knw the status wt they said is there is no complaint on ur number nd we cant add ur balance. i[censored] want u can again made a complaint so dat we cant rectify in 48hrs. AIRCEL -- 1ST PLACE IN CHEATING AND PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS.

            Respected Sir/Madam, My family member is very upset regarding unknown person's calls. they make a call and using abusing languages on phone. we tried to understanding that please don't call on this number, its wrong number but they are doing same things. But I am not activated any services & also I don't know any service like this. When I call Aircel customer care, they replied they can't do anything & your charges can't be reverse.                   Video talkies service was subscribed to my number as I accidentally clicked on some lin. .it was never Confirmed whether I don't want this service to be subscribed secondly the service renewed automatically for this regarding I called 198 they replied deactivation only able and can't refund the amount .I need my balance of 60 rupees my mobile number [protected]

                      I had taken one sim card from aircel outlet at netaji subash bose arcade buxibazar, cuttack on 12th may . first thing they are charging 100 for new sim, but it is available in retail counter at Rs. 80. I told them give me micro sim, but they given me general sim and told me you cut it outside. second thing they told me you will get 85 rupees but when I checked my balance it is zero.                         Hello Sir, I'm Mohit Agrawal from KOTA, Rajasthan. recently i bought two AIRCEL connections (prepaid sims) (about a week ago) after using the aircel services I faced some problems... My concerns are--- 1. when we call to complaint no. 198 then we can only talk once a day or once in two-three days... if we try to connect again then the phone will disconnected automatically after an automated voice "All Of our customer care executives are busy, fore more offers call at $$#$$@#W" & phone get disconnected. what is this..??? are you providing such services, even a customer is unable to connect about his concerns, his complaints... then how will we resolve our problems, if your so called "Customer care executives" don't have time to take calls twice a day... plz fix it.. its too much irritating... what are benifits of improving your services & networks if your customer is not satisfied if you are bounded in any policies or rules & unable to talk to me again... then I'll will gladly take out the sim from my Phone & i'll throw it in dustbin.. so plz look in to this matter before i leave your network... 2. both of my newly bought aircel sim are giving m a lot of headache... even i have no complaints against your slow internet or problems in networks.. but plz don't suck my balance without any reason.. & most importantly don't blame me for this that I've started some services... or ^%&^%$...bleh bleh.. In my two aircel nos. (mentioned at last of this mail) 10 rs. deducted about 3 days ago... when I called customer complaint (198) they told me that I have downloaded or click any of Wallpaper links... When I told them that i have not made any such clicks [& not in my Fathers no. too (2nd aircel no.)] thy told me that they can't do anything.. Even they are not ready to register a complaint regarding this issue.. after a long "MATHA-PACHCHI" they got ready to file a complaint & told me that i'll receive a message with my complaint no. but after repeating such process thrice for my both numbers... what I get...??? Nothingggg...!!! no message & no complaints... & also i have to search a different aircel no. to talk to care 198 because all of my aircel no. get blocked after a single talk... even your one of the care executives told me that He will not file my complaint because its a valid deduction & according to him I have no rights to even say that this deduction is invalid... & one of your executives told me that you can only try 2 times on 198 complaints then your phone no. will be blocked... What the hell is this..??? have you lost your mind...!! not telling a long story... I have to simply say that Plz do something in the matters... & plz register my complaints & return my deducted money within three days... yes no more time, only in three days... If you are unable to solve my problems regarding to my both nos. then I will take these steps.. a). I will throw all of my Aircel sim's.. b). Firstly I will complaint to TRAI ... c). after it I'll go to Consumer court (if you don't resolve my problems...) definitely It's an threat to your company.. so don't try my patience... & take the necessary steps..                             Aircel has many hidden links in third party websites. When browsing any particular website, aircel has a hidden link in that website and it gets automatically deactivated for Video talkies Subscription. When contacted Customer Care, they are using harsh and negligent words and they are even telling that only we have activated those services. This is repeated often. i have been deducted Rs.200 so far and i am often harassed by this type of cheap activities from Aircel One Mr.Devaraj from Tamilnadu Aircel Customer care is so negligent when contacted and he tells that Aircel will have so many hidden links and only it is our duty to not browse those websites.

                              bought 11rupees recharge card and i cannot recharge it it shows thar you are barred from making refills i contacted coustamer care and they said that u should sith of[censored]r hatset and swthch onn it and try again after 15 minutes afte 15 minites i tried but it is the same i cann t rechrge my phone please help me to do it

                                On wednesday 13-may-2015, without my knowledge Aircel deduct Rs.5 for Video talkie service, similarly it happened on next day and following days and today they have deducted Rs.30 I.e total Rs.40 have been deducted and when I saw message today, I found that Aircel System give message that service is activated and request me to stop it. My query is When service started why not they call the customers to know whether customer interested on this service or not because it is the mean intention of Aircel company to cheat the customer in harassment way. now I am afraid to use Internet through Aircel 3g. Another point is Customer care told me that turn off the popup then this type of services will not activated and for kind information my popup was disabled always because I hate popup add so then how automatically crappy video takes service activated ? I am extremely disappointment with the services of aircel. I request to everybody in my circle not to use Aircel because value of customers is no more with respect to Aircel Services. Another point is Customer care told me that turn off the popup then this type of services will not activated and for kind information my popup was disabled always because I hate popup add so then how automatically crappy video talkies service activated ? I am extremely disappointment with the services of aircel. I will request to everybody in my circle not to use Aircel because value of customers is no more with respect to Aircel Services.                                   I am aircel prepaid user and i was using mobile internet and I had balance of Rs40 when disabled mobile data my balance became zero (0) although i had a data balance of 500 mb. Please provide the deduced amount as soon as possible It is my utmost request for aircel company or else my believe on aircel will broke

                                    I, Lokendra Kotia have been using Prepaid Aircel Number [protected] since more than last 6 months. Every week Rs. 5 is deducted from my prepaid balance. When I tried to connect to your customer care number - 198, the phone is never attended by anybody, and it is kept on waiting. This has been happening since last 2-3 months. You may confirm it from your database. Since no request for any service is made, then why it is activated and amount is deducted? And on that nobody picks up the call at your customer care center. Please do the needful to redress this matter.

                                      Hi Aircel team, I got an SMS that i have been subscribed to Aircel Joy VAS and 30 rs have been deducted from my account. I contacted 198 (Complaint no for Aircel). He unsubcribed Aircel Joy but refused to refund the amount deducted. So my concern here is why do i need to pay for the service which i have not subscribed.                                         I all gave porting request on my mobile number [protected] aircel number to airtel but aircel wont' allow me to change above num is postpaid I all paid 500 to aircel to clear my bill it includes excess of rs 300 but they cancel my request please enquery it and solve my problem

                                        Hi I sent message to1900 for mnp from aircel. The message I sent firstly was PORT [protected]. And I received a message that "dear customer, please send the request in the below format. Port ".i sent again with Port [protected]. Same reply to this.and again I sent port .again same reply.with this silly simple format we Indians are that much fools that who don't know to send a message??? What aircel thinks?? If their service is good why people are leaving from them? So they know their service quality. As per trai order it has to allow to the customers for mnp.but aircel not ready to loose the customers at the same time not ready to look on quality. It is ridiculous to have aircel connection. I want to quit from aircel. But illegally they are stopping me.I don't want to comment on their service. I want to quit from the dirty.please help me to quit from them...
