I am a Aircel customer and my phone number is [protected]. i am getting messages that i have subscribed to dial and chat which costs 35/- per month. i have tried to unsubscribe it but didn't find it in any of the vas services. i have lost 70/-of my balance because of that.i am sending a photo of the message which i received this month. kindly respond to my complaint as soon as possible....

Hi, For the last few days, I'm getting topup recharges on my cellphone but unfortunately all my balance is getting deducted within a few hours of the recharge. My cellphone no. is [protected].
