I am a Aircel customer and my phone number is [protected]. i am getting messages that i have subscribed to dial and chat which costs 35/- per month. i have tried to unsubscribe it but didn't find it in any of the vas services. i have lost 70/-of my balance because of that.i am sending a photo of the message which i received this month. kindly respond to my complaint as soon as possible....

Stop Stealing away customer's money

Hi, For the last few days, I'm getting topup recharges on my cellphone but unfortunately all my balance is getting deducted within a few hours of the recharge. My cellphone no. is [protected]. my sim card not yet activated

Automatically activate vas services and deductions

From my this Aircel number 75 rupees has been deducted, even i was having Internet pack... immediately I called customer care and ask for register my complaint, he said the complaint has been registered with us and you will refund the deduction amount within 48 Hours but still I didn't get any responds, again I called and ask now they are saying... you didn't request for any complaints....
