I don't like your network service . Actually i put portability my number on 6 th jan 2015.I received bill
amount 572 but i paid rs.800 advance but in your network side rejected that requested other network .i sumitted my documents to other network .
I asked in customer care but they said i paid advance no problem in that.But again your employee alled on 14 jan 2015 they said
we give 1000 min, 1 gb data, 750sms free 299 plan within 2 days activate this plan, but i said not believe that u please release from here.But they said
we will change that new plan 299 in your number and confirmed .But i said if you r not change that new plan i don't want to use this network.But i got bill
this month in old plan and also received amount high. So already i put portability to change network my number.so accept that and release me immediately
no more explanations.

I given portability request but now i received message rejected in aircel network.

    sir, I am using aircel number [protected]. but on 26th january, 2015 rs 9/- deducted from my main account balance automatically. I called customer service they assured me this deducted balance will be given to my main account balance within 72 hours. Reference no. is 1-[protected]. Till date no response. But today (i.e. 05/02/15) at 12:52hrs an sms was received by me on my cellphone. that shows a dailer tune was activated on my number. And Rs 30/ was deducted from my main account. how is it possible??? without my concern how my balance was deducted?? Then I called to customer care.Customer service representative said they take my request . But he could not give any complaint number against my complaint. immediately caller tune was removed but no balance was refunded. I am really hopeless about service of aircel. I can not make a call, Call is connected, but I can not hear any caller's sound. I made complain, but no step was taken from customer care.         i had bought my sim a week before n till today my sim has not been activated I can only receive calls and there are no out going calls... Pls take quick actions or the things would have to take place legally... I am fed up with the service..I had bought aircel sim first time... And m fed up... Other companies provide better service.. Pls take quick actions

          On[protected] evening i had activated a services of RS 77 where I can make call free on 2 aircel locale no (where starting 2 min would be chargeable) rest 100
          min would be free till a month as per your tariff plane motioned on website and IVR
          but when i maid a call to aircel no[protected] to speak balance got debited for it
          in first call i had spoke around 34 min and charges got debited around 34 or 23 rs
          later I called on same no spoke around 6 min and charges got debited around 4 rs
          even though yesterday I got confirmation that my services of rs 77 got activated still I was paying same charges.
          not as per new activated plane
          this is not the end when I am calling on your complaint desk 198 every till IVR is saying that executive are busy and call is getting drop.

          so I had marked a mail to <appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in>
          and got reply that
          Rs.77 recharge was done on 3rd Feb’15 but still you have not registered the Local Aircel FNF numbers due to which you are not getting the benefits. Hence to register the FNF number you need to dial 123 post which select 5 option and then select 3 option to register the FNF number post which you will get the benefits of Rs.77 recharge.


          But my point is that when I had checked the detail on your website and on IVR there is no such information that I have to register the no by calling on 123.

          So how a customer will get to know regarding these steps.
          so some where its your company's fault for which I lost my money
          I request You to plz provide me the service gesture reversal of debited amt . I hope You can understand my concern and refund my amount.

          but till yet i not got reply or refund of my amount .

              I have activated 225 rupees plan o[censored]nlimited Internet, but getting problems in net connection ( when I connect to net, it fails to load the pages, it shows only H not H+ ). I activated this plan on 02/02/2015 still now I am facing this problem. I have called to customer care many times but they are not responding well. Also I activated 158 plan on 22/12/2014 from aircel website, money was debited from my account but activation failed, when I asked to customer care executives they said that money has refunded to you but it is not yet.

                Hello sir, My Mobile number is [protected] today around 5 - 5.30 pm my balance got deducted from 173 rs to 73 rs (nearly 100rs) on 04/02/2015 i don't no how.. and message displayed as ( Activation of VAS- VTALKIES ) which i have not clicked or opened .. PLEASE REFUND MY 100rs MONEY BACK and look after the matter .. and plz stop this auto deduction or simple deduction problem...

                      My Aircel Number is [protected].Every time the VAT services is getting renewed, inspite of not asking to get it renewed.Every time I tell the customer care desk to discontinue.Inspite of that it gets renewed and it deducts Rs35.When I call the customer help desk they tell me that they will deactivate the VAT but they wont refund.This is not the first time happening. Request to take a prompt action so that I can get my refund.Co-operation consolited.

                          hello i am shirish my no is [protected] . this is my third complaint regarding balance deduction from aircel my balance has been deducted on[protected]. and i was reassurred that it will be refunded in few days but it is not refunded yet. please ask the customer that do you want to activate the service?? dont activate it yourself on our behalf we dont wish to spend 50 rupees on some bakwas service . please this is kind request of customer and give my balnce back

                            hehe... i have recieved a call from same number but this time he is calling on behalf of Mobikwik and asked for my bank account details .. :P lol.. bloody poor peoples :D
                            I have received a call from same number but this time he is calling on behalf of State bank of India and asked for my bank account details He is fake &amp; cheater I think
                            Once the complaint is lodged, whatever the details revealed are available to fake &amp; cheat persons.The privacy poly is weak.Please ensure privacy of details of complainant's personal records like bank account number, AAdhar card number, debit card number etc
                            Ya same with me I too got a call today from that number and he asked me my card details. And this time he said he is calling from Docomo.

SAID HAS DONT KNOW BASIC RESPECT OR KNOWLEDGE TO WORK WITH PUBLIC, SUCH THOSE PERSONS SHOULD BE THROWN OUT OF THE SERVIVE IF AIRCEL IS A GOOD NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER, THEN YOU PEOPLE KNOW VERY WELL ABOUT YOUR SMS MSGS AND OUR RECHARGING DETAILS BY VIEWING YOUR MONITOR, THEN YOU AE ASKING THE CUSTOMERS TO TELL ALL THESE THINGS, WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE FROM YOUR NETWORK WE CANNOT RECEIVE SMS FROM YOU OR RECHARGE, I WANT MY MONEY BY WAY OF RECHARGING BALANCE AMOUNT AND NOT BY OTHER WAY WHICH NOTE, REPLY ME AND TELL SORRY FOR YOUR DELAY AND DISTURBANCE TO TH CUSTOMERS, YOU ARE ASKED DONT DO THIS HEREAFTER, WHCIH MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER DO SOMETHING... YOU PAY FINE BY GIVING ME RS1000/- TALKTIME FREE AND 1GB FREE NET, THEN ONLY THIS WILL END. SHYAM.

                                Unauthorised access to customers browsing sessions, activations of various wap services without any consent, clicks or confirmation from the customer, huge amounts of balance deductions until balance reaches near zero. Aircel webpages appear without the knowledge of the person browsing as he presses back button on his mobile, repeatedly pressing back button brings different types of VAS or WAP services which automatically activates without even clicking on it. Ultimate nonsense and violation of web browsing privacy policies.

                                  i am shyam, please diactivate the above said mob no. of aicel staff who dont know how to give talk to customes and how give respect to the valuable customers and please throw him from the service hereafter please tell him not to talk to customers and throw him away from aricel and i want justice and i want my money please do me immeaitely and give me my full talktime and give me a bonus amount of rs.1000 talktime and 1 gb free net. if you do this then only aircel will see that his staff will speak to customers with good manners, aircel is connecting customer care calls and not giveing proper respense and not giving minimum respect to customers.

                                  Maine hitesh chand nd mahaveer se baat ki mera Rs.13 ka balance kata gaya meri problm solve karne bajaye unhone problm sun krke thodi der baad call disconnect...kr diya..aur no. Black list mai daal diye gaye ...maine 2nd sim se call kiya to mete sath fir se wahi kiya.aisa mere sath 4 time ho chuka hai in 2 day...nd now i want to close my 3 aircel sim...i hate aircel connection...thank u...nagendra kumar mahawer

Aircel is the worst service provider and not giving respect to their customers.

                                      I am shyam sending this complaint to the complaint cell stating that aircel is not telling sorry at least for their mistakes and not giving atlast minimum respect for their valued customers, i recharged rc30=rs. 30 full talktime and 30mb free net they told it is especially for me and not given the same, i done second time the same and given complaint for the first and for the second echarge also but no response from their side and till today i not received any extra talktime r free mb or even sorry for their mistakes for not giving respect to the customers. This is the worst and most worried for me and not for me but for all. My humble request is to all the valued customers please dont rechare with aircel and avoid aircel network, so that your respect will be saved by you. My mob no. [protected].

                                        I have lost my sim card and went to aircel office. They said come 2 hours after. After 2 hours I went they said come after 2 more hours When I went they said come 1 hour after. Worst service provider. Customer care phone number is not reachable and Appealete authority is not picking up the phone. I tried 100 times
