Hi Team, and to the concerned Aircel folks,
Whenever I recharge the talk time on my aircel pre-paid connection, it gets nullified to 0, as soon as it is successful.
This has been trend for the past 7 or 8 times, for the past one plus year. When I called the customer care, they had no proper reason to give out, and just kept updating you'll get respective recharge amount in a day's time or so. But it never ever got the money back, initially I assumed this could be for the sms rental where they used to charge 1 rupee per day, and there was a time (2 years back) where I used it only for incoming & have left it on 0 balance. But almost a year back, even when I called cc to have all the sms or other activations which could have been possibly active to be deactivated. But still when I recharge my amount gets deducted immediately to 0.
Though any one can say just stop using the connection & move on with new or other service providers, but still I need this connection to be active as the number has been on primary use for the years (at least for incoming).
Here on this same connection, I've no problem in recharging the Internet 3G data packs, which I have it used predominantly with monthly recharges for more than a year now.
Have called the Aircel CC 100's of time, but either no proper response, if at all neither no help in resolving my problem so far in any right direction. Around 7months back I even have the sim card recently changed to micro sim, and when I enquired on this problem to Velacherry Customer Care/retail store, they ain't able to help me either.
