Sir,
Two weeks back I represented that I have been charged Rs.199 for network without my consent. I was told that the value added service will be cancelled and that I shall remit the usual charges deducting the 199 extra. Accordingly I paid my phone charges on 24 and I received an SMS that the money Rs, 1000 has been received. Then I got a message that Rs.103 is overdue.
The services have been stopped from 24th January, 2015 onwards when I was on camp at Chennai, Tuticorin, Tiruchendur and Tirunelveli. I could not communicate with you since communicating with your customer care system is extremely difficulty pressing one, two and three and so on finally landing with no solution to the problem : a very bad system to attend to a customer’s care.
Please look into my matter and do the needful. If you cannot rectify the mistakes please let me migrate to a different service provider.

    I recharged my phone with 100rs and today it is 51 rs...i dont check my balance regularly but today when i called someone the balance after the call was 51...i was shocked and called 198 but there reply was no it cant be refunded u can only deactivate the service...I did not even know about the service...They just activate it themselves without even telling me...
    I want my money back...They have did this earlier too but I didnt complainted because it was a small amount but this time it is 38rs.

    I'm sending my today's balance and the recharge message.

      Since Last october whenever I get my No.[protected] recharged the balance is immediately deducted though I dont subscribe for any Vas it gets activated.I have lost not less 300₹ this way.Executives do not take up cals, mails are nor answered, even if they refund the balance after several complains, the very next moment they again deduct it. Finally when I decided to opt for MNP now they r not issuing the code for it.Horrible company, pathetic servi

      I really really want to switch the service provider but they are not issuing the unique code for the same.
      Balance gets deducted immediately after recharge and not left even with the balance to make any emergency call.Aircel honestly is a horrible company and its executives too

      Yes the balance was refunded and next moment again deducted.Now all I want is the unique code for portablity.None of VAS has been
      activated from my end, Please don't just copy paste a system generated messages, I am totally
      sure I have never ever activated any value added services on my Num, so it cannot via customer induced method.

      Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs. 30/- got deducted on 31/1/2015, 1/2/2015, due to Download, Activation of VAS- VPACK- TECHZONE, MOC1- HUNGAMA through WAP . Credit of 15/- has already been posted in your's A/C from our end dated 1/2/2015. Credit of remaining 15/- has been posted in your's A/C from our end dated 2/2/2015.

        Hi Team, and to the concerned Aircel folks, Whenever I recharge the talk time on my aircel pre-paid connection, it gets nullified to 0, as soon as it is successful. This has been trend for the past 7 or 8 times, for the past one plus year. When I called the customer care, they had no proper reason to give out, and just kept updating you'll get respective recharge amount in a day's time or so. But it never ever got the money back, initially I assumed this could be for the sms rental where they used to charge 1 rupee per day, and there was a time (2 years back) where I used it only for incoming & have left it on 0 balance. But almost a year back, even when I called cc to have all the sms or other activations which could have been possibly active to be deactivated. But still when I recharge my amount gets deducted immediately to 0. Though any one can say just stop using the connection & move on with new or other service providers, but still I need this connection to be active as the number has been on primary use for the years (at least for incoming). Here on this same connection, I've no problem in recharging the Internet 3G data packs, which I have it used predominantly with monthly recharges for more than a year now. Have called the Aircel CC 100's of time, but either no proper response, if at all neither no help in resolving my problem so far in any right direction. Around 7months back I even have the sim card recently changed to micro sim, and when I enquired on this problem to Velacherry Customer Care/retail store, they ain't able to help me either. My number is [protected]. Please help me in resolving the situation asap, if not I have no choice left other tham to go with number portability with any other better service providers.         Just now recharged 50 rs talktime but still it say your balance in too low for a call... neither I'm unable to check my balance with ussd - *125#
        or *127# or *126*1#

        your disputes that every time recharged, your balance become 0.We verified your account and found that at the time of activation of your number, you had a plan wherein Re.1/- will be charged. As of now he had negative balance of Rs.507.Informed the same to you, you agreed.Asper your request, pre to post migration process and MNP port out procedure explained.

          when i surf on internet it popup a new window and a message came with fun tv activated for 32 rs within 30min 46 rs also get by then when i call customer care they didnot attend my call

              Hi, I wanted to run a pocket internet pack on my mobile and for this I went Aircel website "http://www.aircel.com/AircelWar/appmanager/aircel/delhi?_nfpb=true&_pageLab... and got to know that 199 value pack will give me 60 days of sufficient validity as well as 3 GB data pack so went ahead and recharged my number with199 rupees. Then I went and dialed *121*199# USSD code from my mobile and pressed 1 for activation...In a few seconds it prompted me for insufficient balance. I was very socked by reading this message. I went on Aircel customer care executive named "SANJAY" time was around 4:20 PM, 1/31/2015, Saturday this evening but he did not guided me to the result and asked me to go to the dealer and recharge again. It was really bad feeling for me that somebody from a reputed organisation like Aircel has this type of bad gesture. As per my knowledge, I am associated with Aircel mobile service for more than 5 years and in this way I am also the older customer of Aircel service/organisation, at least I should have got good communication form Aircel side. I expected so and Aircel CCA failed. I would like it to get fixed from Aircel end ASAP otherwise I will have to take some other firm action against this. Hope it will be fixed in another hour or so.                     i am shyam writing this complaint to you as you(aircel) are not giving respect to your valued customers, one your cust care exe Mr.Ravi, attended my call and not answered properly and not giving details to me and the whole aircel team is not properly responding to their cust and they are not giving proper reasons for their mistakes and not gving full talktime even after giving in their sms RC30=RS30 FULL TALKTIME ESPECIALLY FOR YOU AND 30MB NET FREE FOR YOU FREE NET FOR 7 DAYS, i received this sms in my mob no.[protected] i recharged 2 times both the times i had not reeived the benefits from aircel, i called aircel first they talked but second day when i cald my call is not reaching to cust care exe and they disconnect the call which is coming from my mob no., i calld from my another mob no. in that Mr.ravi attend and not answered properly and not giving respect to me as a valuable cust, i am going to comp in TRAI about the misbehaviour of Mr.ravi with his talks and disconnect he phone, without giving proper reason. i want aircel to take proper action against ravi and give my balance amount for full talktime and also have to give me a compensation of Rs.1000/- talktime as to make be satisfy and to withdraw comp and Mr.ravi has to ask sorry for the same with me. thats all.                       I have taken a postpaid connection from Aircel and I wanted to move it to prepaid coz I was not happy with the network. Since I gave the number to everyone, I just wanted to take it as a prepaid connection to make the number exist to receive calls. I have contacted the Aircel Customer Service Agent Miss. Revathi in Keela Maasi Veedhi, Madurai: Branch Office of Aircel, from whom the Connection has been bought. She advised to wait for the Bill Generation. Waited and contacted her again after the bill has been generated, she said the conversion takes only by 29 & 30, so please bear for another 20 days. So I did.So far, I heard many reasons from the person and nothing worked. Today I walked-in again to know the status, that particular Customer Service Agent was on Leave. So I enquired with another person, he says there was no request on the server pending. After 3 months, I was receiving an information that my request was not forwarded to the Server.I asked to close the connection immediately. They say, even this could not achieved since I have to wait for the Bill Generation. Since this is a CUG connection for 3 members, I'm paying around 2k every month. The worst thing is one of the person has stopped using the service and still we are receiving bills.I just wanted to post this, in order to receive any immediate action from the Aircel to stop the service.                       I have given no Complaint Number from your Customer Service Agent. I have contacted again in order to terminate the connection atleast, you guys ask me to wait for another Bill Generation. This is like Round-Trip, wait for bill generation - wait for 10 days to convert-terminate the connection - wait for bill generation. Aircel is the worst connection I ever had. I need the connection needs to be terminated immediately, what should I submit to get the connection terminated immediately. 6k I have been paying for Aircel for no reason and your sorry was not justifying. I expect your concern instead of your sorry in terminating the connection.

I'm using Aircel from 5 years now I'm shifted to Vodapone Post paid and I happy with them! also I would like use Aircel now I'm got new Aircel sim. today just 5mints back I got a meassage like this (Thanks for subscribing to Aircel Non stop music at Rs.15.0 for 15 days validity. you will be renewed after 15days) I didn't any thing and I called to custumer care they people saying only sorry sir! only this word are they using I told them I'll go to stop using Aircel they telling okay so. I'm really Unhappy with Aircel Please don't blem to other next time! I don't want refund my many I need best custumer cerivces from you people please take the action about this isuse! I don't have Proof please cheqit out of my calls record in Aircel custumer care!

                          I was using Internet. but after data was over. I immediately changed my data setting to another number, because I am using dual sim phone (nokia lumia 630 dual) . but after that they deducted my money. very unfortunate that I cannot call at any emergency situation. Frequently i am facing that money will be deducted from balance without my knowledge and activated some unwanted schemes. still now 170 rupees has been deducted from my mobile account balance without my knowledge. Regarding this i have called to customer care and asked them to stop these kind of activities but there is no action for this problem. Please help me to resolve this issue. Whenever i do top up recharging with in 4 days provider activating some services without my knowledge and deducting money from my balance.

                              Just now I have recharged for 68 rupees top up with in half an hour they deducted again 50 rupees by activating video talkies scheme. i didnt activated any scheme with out my intervention again provider activated and stolen money from my balance. I want it should be resolved or else i am planning to file a complaint regarding these kind of activities.

                                    Dear Team, I have been used Aircel prepaid mobile no [protected] from last 8-9 Years but your company deducted Rs 80+ on 29-1-15 due to Aircel net pack. Then i had the check in the morning why Rs.80+ was taken from my balance and your customer care representative told me that that i had already used up my net balance and was using above it but there was 609.0 MB left and your executive responded (RUDELY) saying that 609.0 MB is for only my watsapp and Facebook, but according to the plan my balance remained the same as above 609.0 MB, and i have used internet pack in the past as well, i had recharged for (349) on this plan i get 3G&2G Unlimited 3 GB for 60 Days. My only question is why did Rs.80+ got deducted from account when i still have 609.0 MB left and my net pack balance is only expiring on 13-02-15 and no where it is mentioned that my net pack balance comes below 600 MB or less and then it is only used for my watsapp and Facebook (Social Media) . Moreover your own CSR does not know must about your own product (Aircel), Because in past when every i have recharged i have only recharged for Unlimited on 2G&3G Packs but all of a sudden your CSR says that the 349 plan is a limed plan and 1GB data is divided for 3 months, when on your own website it cleanly mentions the 349 plan in 3G if for 3GB and after i finish 3GB it will be unlimited 2G Data. I am experiencing a very bad time with your Customer care Executives. There is 0% Cooperation from their side. I called up your Customer Care 3 times in the morning, but your Executives are disconnecting the calls directly without resolving my problem And the customer service representative's there are so rude that they don't bother to answer and even if they answer they have the same set of answer for any question, though i ask a valid question, they say (CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT AM SAYING TO YOU), I hope you will take necessary action and return my balances, and please ask your customer care representative to talk to customers in a polite way, so that you don't get any complaints in the future from other customers.                                       For the past week Aircel's ISD service has been erratic. Since last night have been unable to call the US either through the 54444 or conventional service. Customer Care at Chennai just told me that all is okay and the problem must be in the USA! Not just inefficient, but blaming the US for their own pathetic service. [protected]

                                        My aircel number is [protected]. I returned to pre-paid from postpaid. I requested for refund of my deposit amount. But since I shifted my home, I requested for address change. But the customer care representative at OMR STORE told me that they will get the cheque at this store and I can collect the same at the OMR store. But then I visited them again and another representative told me that cheques won't be delivered to store and took my new address so that the cheque will be delivered at my address. Then on my last visit they told me that the cheque will be returned to head office at Chennai, and they promised me to fetch the same for me and asked me to collect there. Later today the same representative tells me to check with post office. Please tell me how to get my refund.
