My name is rakesh my aircel number is [protected].on 25th october i recharged with 60 rs next day morning my balance was 35 rs.i called to customer care they said that i activated an offer.but i did do any activation on my phone i confirm on that when i was woke up my balance was came 65 to 30 so this is my complaint on aircel.in previous days they did like this only they did 3 to 4 times this so take some actions on this companies.they dont following rules

    I have misplaced my cell phone which contains the above sim card. So far I have not been able to locate it, The above sim card was not used for some time. It has a balance of more Rs 50. It is requested to block the number immediately and let me know how I can get the sim card for the same number. Periannan

      Once i have complaint around 1 month ago about this problem.but there is no action taken by aircel in respective of this problem.Even when i call to customer care executive it always says it is busy and cut the line.Once they recieved it but without listening my problem they just cut the line.And i have also send messages on deactivate number to deactivate service but they are not unactivating it.

          I purchased a new simcard to avail ISD calling card @1.5p per second to selected countries as mentioned on the website. It doest work, tryng to contact customer care for last 2 days but cannot connect. what kind of network is it? what about my money and their service?

            I recharged of Rs.149 on[protected]:59:48 which i didn't receive balance. I was keep calling customer care since the day i made recharge but they are fooling by saying that it didn't get recharge, pls go back and ask the retail outlet. Easy recharge outlet got deducted their money and they said that i need to talk to Aircel customer care. At last i receive an sms from Aircel ref # 1-[protected] upon my complaint submitted to Aircel that "your complaint has been registered with us which will be processed by 25 oct 2014." on 25th oct 2014, i made a call and i got a surprise note that the Rs.149 recharge was successful which i by myself activated the internet pack for 130 and something called rate cutter of Rs.45. I am shocked to the Aircel has cheated me that why i will make recharge of Rs.149 and distribute them with data and all those useless things which i never used. Rc. 45 of rate cutter was already activated with me before on[protected]:36:15 which was for three months. Now, i felt that Aircel unwantedly activating offers to the customers who never request and doesn't have any knowledge that how to activate. I got a help and came to know that i have now Internet balance of 650mb and rate cutter upto 10th jan 2015. I have an objection that I already have RC.45 which supposed to be expire on 5th dec 2014 then why will activate from myself for rate cutter. this seems Aircel is cheating. I request to the concerned that take an extreme note and action. thanks & regards,

              1. If I want to speak with Customer Care, computer will ask to enter number from 1 to 6 but you will never ever get the number that will connect you to customer care executive. 2. After wondering a lot i don't know which number i have to press to speak with customer care executive. 3. Unfortunately if you press a number that will connect to customer care, after 30 mins somebody will pick the call and he will transfer the call to superior or senior guy but this superior will never answers your call. 4. If customer made online recharge then the customer care does not have any information about that recharge. They will say to ask from your nearest dealers. 5. After spending 3 hours, I am not able to speak with that superior or senior guy.

                Hi sir, Im Hari from Bangarpet my aircel no is [protected] im using this no from past 2 years. I recharged my no with 447 internet plan for 3 months on 10th of September. I got 1.5gb of internet balance, On 10th of october i got 1.5gb Balance, but from 20th October my internet is not working i have 1150mb data balance. I tried calling customer care but the problem didn't solved yet. I spoked to Customer care Executives on 23rd Oct Ranjeeth and Gangadhar they told they will transfer my call to Gprs Desk. But After waiting for more then 10 minutes my call got Disconnected. Then i trying to call but never connected, i got reply as all our executives are busy plz sms help to 121 but it didn't solved. my alternate no is [protected] Please help me. Thank you Hari

                  Dear Aircel, I am Sathuri Angela Veronica. I am using an Aircel prepaid Mobile number:[protected] which I have taken on July 1st, 2011. I have taken this in Bangalore. I have just recharged it on 21st with Rs.100 full talk time and another Rs 55 for STD minutes. I was operating it until 22nd without any difficulty but suddenly it started asking some PUK number probably I typed something which did not match and the sim got blocked. Could you please rectify this problem. what do I do about it?

                    sir, my no is [protected] and yesterday while using 2g net i had received an sms stating i had been subscribed for some video talkies. i had send an sms to stop it to 155223 and had received a message stating it had received a request for deactivation of video talkies.But soon 30 rupees was deducted from main balance. my phone is not more than a feature phone 4 years older and is not capable of playing any video. it will be helpful of amount deducted is recharged as i had not used anyvalue added service.

                      When i use internet in aircel that doesnt mean aircel should keep on deducting my balance without any reasons. and at the final saying this service has been started. Dear aircel, did i tell you to start any service? or did i subscribed any service. last week also same thing happened and this week also the same we dont have that time to complain about u aircel so return my my money back. 83 Rs from last week and now 25 rs this is the message i got from you Thank you for subscribing to Dazzling queens .                         I am having a aircel number above 5 years. I have already activated DND service. 22nd october 2014 woihout my knowledge the company activated fun tv. Since I never like this bluddy things and the aircel pupil have taken money from my account. Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and return the money to my account.                         We would like to inform you that post system validation we have found that there is no deduction of balance for FUNTV. The last deduction for FUNTV was on 18/03/2016 at 11:16 which has been deactivated on 18/03/2016 at 11:26 and no other VAS active found.

                        Please dial 155223 or send sms "STOP" to 155223 (toll free) for VAS status and to deactivate it or send sms "L5VAS" to 121 (toll free) to know the last 5 deduction related to VAS from Aircel number.

I did not subscribe for the social book and limitlessmusic service...yet I have been charged Rs.75 and Rs.5 respectively on 14 July, 2016 at 8:45 p.m. I am not able to deactivate the social book and limitless music service by dialling 155223 as it says there is no service activated.
                        Kindly deactivate the service and restore the balance in my account ASAP.

                        Aircel no.[protected].This is my moms no and you have no idea how irritating it gets for me to deactivate the "fun bazaar"like a million.Its the second time in a row and its really getting on my nerves msg stop stop stop ...to 155223.I even bigotted the no for gods sake.Shes been having this problem for a while now .She lost more than 200 rupees coz of this.So plz do something and return atleast half of the money.She is considering changing the sim coz of this.The name of the service is fun bazaar and a 1 rupee store or something ..it takes 5 rupees a day.look into it soon.

If i am going for help customer care service executives doesnt talking properly. They disconnecting call without hearing my problem completely. They blocking every aircel number from which i am contacting. When i am contacting from my friend number [protected] one customer care executive talking very negligent and blocked the number with the intimation. He disconnected my call without hearing my problem. If this problem not solved i will proceed with further action legally...

                            जब की मैंने इस तरह की कोई सर्विस लगाने का अनुरोध नहीं किया . और सोचने वाली बात ये है की मेरे पास गाने सुनने के लिए आधुनिकतम साधन उपलब्ध है .तो इस तरह की बेकार की सेवा लगाने का कोई सवाल ही नहीं बनता है

                            कंपनी द्वारा ग्राहकों को इस तरह लूटना अत्यंत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है .और अत्यंत मानसिक तनाव देने वाला है ..
                            अत : मेरा अनुरोध है की इस सेवा को तुरंत हटा कर मेरे 60 रु मुझको अतिशीघ्र वापस किये जाये .

                              I'm a new customer o[censored]r aircle where I came to know that the aircle is providing a good services due to which
                              I disconnected the services from tatadocomo and I came to your services . But i had a very bad experince with your customer care. without my concern the one of the packages been activated in my account and the amount got deducted

                              and your customer care people will wont give to any correct answer I called 3times to your customer care every time I got a different answer from different executive, and today i got a message that pocket store been activated in my account iam really annoyed wit your services that without my concern, permission how can a package get activated? I[censored] people maintain a track of call recording please cross check what experince I faced. I came to know that there was negative balance in my account your one of Your customer care executive commited that there will refund the amount with in 48hrs please make sure I want a refund . Its my humble request that I want to deactivate all the additional packages which been activated in my account .

                                Ref no given by the gprs team is : -[protected] Since last one month I have been facing serious problem with my aircel 3g. Multiple times I called the customer care to raise a complaint against this, but till now it's not resolved. Specifically during the evening 6-7 hours the Internet speed of my both the connections goes down horribly and I am no able to do any of my official work. No webpage opens properly. And network disconnects so many times. I have not got any satisfactory response from the GPRS team, though they had assured of quick resolution. But from 2-3 days i was receiving all the incoming calls of the number +91-[protected].i called the Aircel customer care many times but they were not responding to my problem. sir please help me i got irritated by saying wrong number many times. I am facing a problem of MCA Pack that MCA Pack activate from last 6 month but its not working after checking so many times. I REISSUED MY SIM OF SAME NUMBER.I CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE ATLEAST 5--10 TIME S N THEY ENSURED OUTGOING WILL BE STARTED BY 4 HOURS ON FRIDAY BY EVENING. LATER ON SATURDAY I MADE CALL AND THEY TOOK UP MY COMPLAINT REF:1-[protected] AND ENSURED OUTGOING BY 4 HOURS LATER AFTER 4 HOURS THEY TOLD BY 24 HOURS THEY ENSUREDF THE UNBARRING. AFTER THAT TODAY ON SUNDAY I RECOMPLAINED AND THEY RE REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT REF NO:1-[protected].AND THEY ENSURED BY AFTERNOON OUTGOING WILL BE UNBARED. IT IS 2000HRS AND MY OUTGOING IS STILL BARRED. EVEN THE CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT READY TO LISTEN TO MY COMPLAINT. THEY ARE REJECTING MY CALL BEFORE LISTENING TO FULL COMPLAINT.
