My bad luck choosen the aircel Prepaid Number --- +[protected] When am using internet my mobile without any intimation main balance deducted even i have net pack. Regarding this issue contacting the customer care they are not reponding properly and dis connecting the call. How the management are trainig to the people for handling the customers or this activity happening with the concern of the management.       DAY -1 Its Deepak Dhankhar from delhi, My aircel no. [protected]. Yesterday mid-night i had recharge my no. 155 INR. and got the confirmation through SMS . Recharge successful .Transaction number DLR[protected]. but after that i checked my balance it was previous 51 INR in my MAIN BALANCE. The PROMO BALANCE not Has been CREDIT in my account. SMS and 2g intrenet has been credit only Then i did another recharge of 100 INR and got the main balance. I called to customer care executive. He told 155 INR recharge has been successfully done. My question is then why i didn't i get the balance in my account. DAY -2 Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to AIRCEL. This is in reference to your e-mail dated 7th October, 2014, regarding recharge issue of your Aircel number # [protected] We would like to inform you that as per our record recharge of Rs155 have already been credited in your Aircel account on dated 7th Oct, 14 We tried reaching you to inform you about the resolution of your concern, but could not get through. I haven't also received any balance of what soever I had complained about. I spoke with Ravi yesterday, Instead of giving solution he just disconnected the call and when i asked him about my complaint number he lied to me that he would send it in my number. Today i spoke with Surender Singh and Krishna as well but still haven't got any solution yet.Now I started to bother that is this the employee who are not helping the customer with their problem or is that the company following the method to cheat on customer.Mr. Surender Singh said that on recharge of 155 INR I would be getting 155 minutes as promo balance.He told to check by dialing *133#. I did that as well but still no use of it. There should be quality check up team in your company who would have been listening the call as well.you can check it out so that you can have an idea who is lying whether its me or the executive as well.           Dear Sir, My Name is Senthil Murugan. K. I have bought 2 mobile aircel numbers (One for Voice - [protected] and another one for 3G Data Connection - [protected]) 3 months back. I haven't use my numbers last 2 months because i am in abroad, But my mobile bill is 874 (for 3G Data connection) and 445 (for Mobile Voice post paid). May i know what is the reason my 3G Data connection amount is too high which I am not at all using and the plan I was activated only for 2 months (I gave advance payment) but why should I pay for 3rd month. I am unable to pay my pending bills because the website is not opening in Muscat. I don't want those 2 number. Kindly deactivate the above numbers immediately (08-Oct-2014). Your's, Senthil Murugan.             My no is [protected]. I reacharged with 36 rs std pack . I talk about 100 min. the aircel cut my 20 rs for 48 min, while it should be 4.8 rs when i talk with the customer care then they said your pack is expired. When i said that i call for only about 100 min, they said "i can't do anything" What the action i should take & it's not happening first time, i'm very much frustrated with the aircel

              I've recharged two times packs of 3G first time of ₹67 with 500 MB for 7 days and had ₹110 in my balance all money (deducted) also Internet was not working after deduction so all net memory wasted, I thought it maybe some error but didn't said anything as I'm very busy in my exams but on 28/09/2014 I've recharged again I've recharged ₹198's 1 GB 3G pack for 28days and had ₹.100 in my account but all deducted all money. Aircel is not replying for any mail just saying sorry for inconvenience experienced (auto generated mail). Please help me to get back my ₹210 back.

              (See the picture proof after recharge I've got that message that 1 GB 3G is activated with 7.1 MBPS speed)
              It's more than 10 days now still didn't get any proper reply and also my money didn't get refunded.
              Please help.

                This is Venkatesh from Chennai. Unfortunatly I am using two Aircel Postpaid Numbers. [protected] and [protected]. I tried to pay the bill of the said numbers by online on October 3rd, 2014. The amount was deducted from my bank account. But it is not credited in my Aircel Account. The worst thing about the Aircel Service is that we can not talk to their Customer Care Executives. Very Poor Customer Care IVRS system. No fool can design an IVRS like Aircel Customer Care. I can switch off my mobile for one week. That's why I am stuck with thhis worst operator. Otherwise I would have changed my number to other network using Mobile Number Portability. I strongly advise the new postpaid customers stay away from this worst service. With Regards, Venkatesh.

                  I sent a message before to Aircel about the problem of not getting any incoming or outgoing calls but to no avail. I know my SIM has been activated and the network is shown full on my number. I have sufficient prepaid balance in my number to call. The problem I hear is as follows. When I call from my Aircel number [protected] to any other number I hear a recorded voice saying " This facility is not available on your number" . When someone else calls on my number the message heard is" This number is not in service". Now the customer care executives are incompetent. They keep telling me to Change my handset and take out my SIM card for 8 hours. Now I have tried using different mobiles with this SIM to see if there is any problem with the mobile. But no. Each time it remains the same. I have even kept my device switched off and the SIM card taken out for more than 8 hours but again it doesnt work. I have called the helpline number more than 40 times in the past 5 days but to no avail. Is this the way Aircel treats its customers? Very disappointed and disheartened with Aircel. Aircel Team please repair my number within 24 hours of this mail or I will be forced to go to consumer court.

                  was solved after complaining in this forum. Took about 1 week more, i dont know why i have to type so much to submit the descriotion. seriously, is this over? how much do i have to type? I GUESS THIS IS THE LAST LINE

                    I have been using [protected] Aircel postpaid number since 2012. I have faced sO many problems regarding bill amount. Last moth I have shifted to Club 299 plan for unlimited 2G usage. But while using The internet some value added services like Tiny TV, music, ec... Got acivated without my request or confirmation. Now I received bill for Rs.919. Its really shocking. I request the concern authority to solvethia problem within 4 days. Or i will approach the court for JUSTICE. TAMIL SELVAN R.M. [protected]

                      Hello Sir I received a sms on october 5 that my account has been credited with Rs. 84 and I will get daily 50 local and STD minutes for 3 months.I called customer care and was told it will be activated by midnight .But unfortunately it has not been credited on daily basis. 2nd complaint- I would not hesitate to say that AIRCEL customer care executives are the worst. I received a sms at 12:24 pm dated 06/10/2014 on my Aircel number [protected] that ND121MIN34 pack has been activated.But I did not press any button to activate that pack.I called customer care and they refused to take complaint .Even your customer care executive was not ready to listen to my grievance.She was insisting that I was telling lie and activated the pack.I want you to take a complaint refund my money back in account. Most logical question is that when I have lower tariff why will I activate the higher tariff. I want the earliest possible response from your team regarding the issue because this is not the matter of Rs34 but indirectly telling the customer LIAR (an insulting word). Being a new customer I am really surprised that my call to customer care executive is not connecting.May be it has been blocked.I want a call back and earliest possible resolution. In case you take more time I feel more insulted and cheated by you.If you think you are right please allow me to move to consumer court by replying .You people do not care even 0% about your customer. When i call the customer care the person said you are use internet payable service. but i am sure i am don't use any payable service. because i am use internet las 5-6 years . and i have already recharged my Internet data pack. and i have a good knowledge of internet. i am a networking engineer. so plz help me ... thank u

Aoutomatically i got messege saying that i had subscribe aircel popkorn tv channel. But i dont know about that.                             I have recharged my aircel number on 5/10/14 at 9.15 PM for net worth rs 148 (unlimited 2 GB DATA for 30 days) and for main balance did the the recharge of 69 on which got talk time of rs 73. After access YouTube for 28 minutes my account balance became 0.5 paisa. When I tried to call customer support then got a reply that I have insufficient balance to make this call . Again after recharging of rs 10 I called at 24:05 then I found customer support service timing is from 8am-12am. Finally on 6/10/14 I spoke to some executive of aircel customer support he said he can see only last update till 4th Oct. When I asked what about 5th October ? He replied aircel need 24 hrs time to update their system. I asked for refunding my money back, got a reply that I need to wait for 24 hrs, I asked for complaint number then again he said it will be generated after 24 hours. Felt bad, I am just 8 days old customer of aircel, and my experience is so worst.I am proud to say that other networks are far better eg: VODAFONE is far better. This is the only reason India is still at behind. Regards,

                              HI, This is reference to the number [protected]. I' m using internet in mobile . In that application /web in bottom Advertising will come and if we touch the advertising pop up the money is deducted from main balance and it will never ask for confirmation. In my case if advertising is appear and i didn ' t touch the ad and my money is deducted from main balance and it will never ask for confirmation. My money is deducted from main balance when is advertising is appear ( and i didn ' t clicked or touched also ) and who know there is a ad no that website / app. . Why the advertising is not asking confirmation? This is a serious offence from all mobile service provider and advertising company. Now in Aircel it is continuously happening . On 6th of oct 2014. I visited some website and i didn' t clicked any ads and my amount was deducted without my confirmation/consent. and On 6th oct 2014. I downloaded tubemate app and i opened app ad will appeared and deducted my bal( Again i didn' t clicked ) on the same day i visited some website but the website went down and aircel will redirect website there vas website deducted my balance ( Total 110 Rs was deducted from my balance ) . Try This i[censored] wrongly typed like this conssmercourt . in Aircel will deducted your balance ( my balance deducted twice ) I have tried to contact customer care, but they are not responding my calls properly and neglecting. BUT FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS WHILE USING 3G SOME MSGS LIKE THANK YOU FOR USING AIRCEL SERVICES, THANKS FOR UR REQUEST FOR TINY TV ETC COMING AND MY MAIN BALANCE IS GETTING DEDUCTED REGULARLY. CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE SIMPLY SAYING SINCE YOU HAVE OPTED, REQUESTED THE SERVICE IS BEEN ACTIVATED. YOU PEOPLE SHOULD CLEARLY KNOW ONE THING IF I HAVE OPTED OR REQUESTED FOR SOME SERVICE AND I HAVE GOT THAT SERVICE MEAN WHY I'M TRYING CUSTOMER CARE AND MAKING A COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS. SIMPLY STEALING AND CHEATING THE CUSTOMER IS NOT GOOD. NOW A DAYS IN AIRCEL SERVICES CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THERE. REGARDING THIS COMPLAINT I NEED A GOOD SOLUTION AND HOPE I GET THE SAME. AND TO SAY I HAVE USING AIRCEL SERVICES FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS AND NEVER FACED THIS MUCH OF TROUBLE AS I AM FACING NOW. AND IF I AM NOT GETTING ANY GOOD SOLUTION THEN I AM PLANNING TO CHANGE MY NETWORK OPERATOR TO AIRTEL. THANKS ANAND

                                  My number is [protected] you are deducting my balance 3 rupees per day by sending sports news from almost a week, i tried calling to 121 & 1288 but i could here only network traffic, to unsubscribe i tried sending msg(STOP) to 155223 & also tried calling 5800031 but everything were of no use . I sent msg(STOP) to 5800031 also and once again lost 3 rupees & you people sent a msg successfully unsubscribed but continued deducting the amount. How can customers trust you people if you are not responding to their problems & none of your customer care centers are answering the call . I don't have any fault from my side, i want all my lost money back & also deactivate all your unwanted services as soon as possible.

                                    नमस्कार मै एयर सेल यू पी पूर्व कानपुर का ग्राहक हू . मेरा नंबर [protected] है . मैंने 29.9.14 11.24 pm पे अपने स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के नेट बैंकिंग के द्वारा 227 रु का डाटा पैक रिचार्ज किया था . मेरा नेट बैंकिंग का भुगतान सफल रहा .और मेरे खाते से 227 रु कट गये . लेकिन मेरा नंबर रिचार्ज नहीं हुआ और मुझे एयरसेल की तरफ से ये मैसेज प्राप्त हुआ . your request to recharge 227 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is UER[protected] Time .29/9/14 : 11.26 .57 pm तब से लेकर अब तक ना तो मेरा नंबर रिचार्ज हुआ और ना ही मेरे बैंक खाते मे पैसे वापस हुए. अत: मेरा आपसे निवेदन है की मुझे मेरे 227 रु तुरंत मेरे खाते मे वापस किये जाये . अगर ऐसा नहीं होता है तो मै क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करूँगा .और उपभोक्ता फोरम जाऊंगा . साथ ही मै पत्रकार भी हू तो समाचार पत्र के माध्यम से एयर सेल की धोखाधड़ी उजागर करूँगा .

                                      Dear aircel, do u have any problem with me or what? Y r u targeting only me for auto link sending and deducting balance. On 3rd october i was charged 5rs for no reason and again on 4th october i received a txt "thanx for downloading american girl" and i was charged 50rs. I have gprs pack then why should i download from wap sites, please stop giving unnecessary reasons and blaming customers. Its your service problem that i am getting charged unnecessary. So i want to know why my balance were deducted give me the reason and balance back before i will take this on consumer forum. its second time when it was happened with me i tried to contact on 121 in several times but it was saying that all executives are getting busy is this?
