DAY -1
Its Deepak Dhankhar from delhi, My aircel no. [protected]. Yesterday mid-night i had recharge my no. 155 INR. and got the confirmation through SMS . Recharge successful .Transaction number DLR[protected]. but after that i checked my balance it was previous 51 INR in my MAIN BALANCE. The PROMO BALANCE not Has been CREDIT in my account. SMS and 2g intrenet has been credit only Then i did another recharge of 100 INR and got the main balance.
I called to customer care executive. He told 155 INR recharge has been successfully done. My question is then why i didn't i get the balance in my account.

DAY 3
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I haven't received any call from either from Aircel customer care nor from you as well. I haven't also received any balance of what soever I had complained about. I spoke with Ravi yesterday, Instead of giving solution he just disconnected the call and when i asked him about my complaint number he lied to me that he would send it in my number.
Today i spoke with Surender Singh and Krishna as well but still haven't got any solution yet.Now I started to bother that is this the employee who are not helping the customer with their problem or is that the company following the method to cheat on customer.Mr. Surender Singh said that on recharge of 155 INR I would be getting 155 minutes as promo balance.He told to check by dialing *133#. I did that as well but still no use of it.
There should be quality check up team in your company who would have been listening the call as well.you can check it out so that you can have an idea who is lying whether its me or the executive as well.
I hope for better result from you and would like to maintain good relation with company as well.
