You have been charge rs 5.0 for 1 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges". I do not know with out doing anything how it will activated.     Yesterday, I recieve a call on near about 2:40pm by aircel, when I attend the call in which I found they will describe me the internet plan.I hold the call near about 10sec. After than I, dissconnect the call.after 3:30hours I got a message in which I see the internet plan of Rs 17 activated.which was not subscripted by me.SOo that, I want to refund my balance immediately.

      One night I activated a small pack for 2g, wanted to do facebook. I just gave a status update and slept because I was very tired. In the morning I had to call my friend for some purpose, but said you have insufficient balance, but I recharged a week ago and my dad also did thinking that I had no balance. I called Customer Care and they said that It has been cut because I used 3g instead of 2g. I want to know; if I recharged for 2g then how can I use 3g, and whatever if I was on 3g mode why I haven't been converted into 2g. Just because of their screwing [censored]y policies my money got screwed for just a fb status update. From that day I have been using airtel for internet coz it does very good with respect to aircel.

        dear sir, this is to inform you that i am a new customer of Aircel no [protected] and disappointed with the services given by aircel . but due to one incident i am feeling sorry for being a part of it. I will narate the incident i bought a new sim for my new mobile [protected]. I recharge my number with 67 rupee 3g pack(500 mb ) data . then I want to activate this number with 3g your customer care told my to mgs START 3G to 121 I send a msg I get a msg that u r already activated 3g on ur this number but I still not able to use 3g its still connected 2g then I again call customer care they told me that still u have not activated 3g so plz dial *122*3344# so I again I use this code again I got a same msg that3g is already activated on ur nmber but I am unable to connect 3g again I call customer care they told me plz repeat that step again and again its 3rd day I continuously repeat that step I unable import my number from 2g to 3g ur customer care says that this is the only option to import ur number to 3g. I am very disappointed with this I need to use 3g plz import my number from 2g to 3g . ur customer care department are not able to solve my problem they just reply thay just do this step(*122*3344#) but from this I am not able to activate .

            Myself Arun Kumar Mishra form Shahabad Hardoi my aircel number is [protected].Sir never activated any aircel news, cricket or any other services but my balance is continuously deducted from account.I contacted customer-care and deactivated it still process of deducting balance is going on.So what should I do.Now I am tired doing so. So this is my humble request please tell me appropriate solution otherwise I am going to change SIM as I want to get.rid of this problem.None is bothering about my complain that I registered on your customercare number also check my details how many times I contacted at your number still problem is at it's place.So please tell me what should I do I have no other option rather than changing SIM The above complain was.registered and they send me msg. that your problem would be solved.After that I recharged it by 190 Rs...But again they deducted my amount Rs14.50 from my account and send me msg of limitless msg..When I talk to customercare he gave me same reply as before...Again I registered complain about resolving my problem but what happens with me is rediculous company again deducted my money Rs 14.50 from my account...If my problem might not solve, I will be going to take help of consumer court by filing case against Aircel.Because your portal is also not respondng me...Please short out my problem if You could. Sir this is my humble request to resolve my problem forever so that I might not have such trouble in future again... Thanking You

              Sir I, Dibyendu Chatterjee, using Aircel Service by the number [protected] for a number of years. But they are deducting my balance without any notification. The balance was deducted on 13th October 2014 after 11 PM, when my phone is switched off. I called customer care but the customer executive and her senior (Aparna/ Alpana Jaiswal) was not taking my complaint. Then I email to kolkata care about it and a reply mail is there about taking action within two working days. This is the story of 15th October 2014 12:22 PM, but still now no reply message was there. Now yesterday again a balance of Rs 10 was deducted. I called customer care they informed me that the server is down and they can help me after 2 hour. I again email to kolkata customer care and again an auto generated mail was received, but no necessary action was taken. I am helpless about this thing. Sir my balance was deducted periodically without any notification and there is no one who is going to help me about the above stated condition.                 Aircel deducted 600+rs from my balance for using internet but still I have 90 MB in my account. They deducted my balance to 0.02 without any notification even after every sessions. I had contacted with the customer care immediately but they disconnected my call in between chatting. Also Very poor customer care service.

                    I had activated a 8rs 1 day data pack in my no:[protected] for which the rs8 amount was deducted from main a/c apart from that rs20 was deducted as data charges without any intimation which is gross injustice and again on tha same night i had subscribed to rs8 night pack for which rs 8 was deducted promptly from my a/c apart from it aircel chennai deducted rs123 as data charges from my main a/c again which is total fraud and cheating by the service provider...hope someone in the consumer affairs ministry is taking into note such frauds and hope TRAI is also taking note of such complaints.

                        I had requested for a Nano sim with Aircel office in Ooty for my number [protected] on the Wednesday morning (15th Oct 2014). I had paid Rs. 25 for the same and been informed that the sim will be activated in a couple of hours by a person called YAGHU( who really is worried to open his mouth and talk - as if am asking him for a favor) Today morning ( 17th Oct 2014) i enquired what is the matter about and got a response saying that the set of sim's that my sim was given has some crap and gave me a new sim and took another 25 rs and gave a new one by Keerthika ( thanks to her atleast she was bothered to assist me) - still Yaghu dint even try to apologies on this. Over ALL I could say - AIRCELL 's service to their customers are PATHETIC.

                          I am using aircel no [protected] . Yesterday night my balance was Rs 59 & today it is Rs .01. Kindly provide me the reason of deduction the amount as I have not used anything overnight. I have called your call centre but there no transaction is showing & they had advised me to call after 2 hours.                           Kindly ask Aircel to check my balance on 16th Oct & provide the data on 16th Oct night.On 16th Oct night my balance was Rs 59 & on 17th Oct morning it was Re 0.01. We had called call centre as per them there were no DATA in their record & he asked us to call after 2 hrs. After 2 hrs when I had called till today no one from call centre is picking the call. We always get response that "we are experiencing heavy traffic " & disconnecting the line. This is really not acceptable from Aircel. I need the details of deduction of 16th Oct night & provide the DATA.

                            Hi, I am currently in Karnataka for that I have recharge on 14/10/14 for Rs. 29 on my mobile no [protected] for incoming free at roaming. Still Aircel charge me for incoming call at 0.75/min. I have made complaint 4 times on date of 14th, 15th 16th and 17th. Your customer care executive's are so pathetic on no [protected]. If they are in front of me I dont know what I will do with them. They don't even understand the problem. Now today I got the complaint no [protected]. Every time they say me we are forwarding your complaint and it will resolve your problem within 24 hrs. Please count the time from 14 to till date it will complete your 24 hrs or not.                               Today i got a call from a girl named Ramya who said that she is calling from an aircel legal office for payment of bill, I have told her that i'll pay the bill but i need some time since the amount is huge, but she didn't hear and started threatening that she have all the ability to block me from getting any sim from any other mobile service provider or even she can block me from getting any type of loan from any bank.Also she was using very offensive words pointing the womens in the house. I strongly demand an explanation of her behavior and also an apology from her. she has used below numbers to call me [protected] [protected] My aircel no.                                   My aircel prepaid number [protected] was one day suddenly wiped out of the balance of rs103 and after my complaint rs51 was reversed into my account, also i had bought a ratecutter of rs178 about a month ago which should charge me 20ps/min for aircel to aircel and 40ps/min for other service providers but i am being charged more than that for more than a month but no action has been taken to correct it although i have escalated the issue many times, aircel needs to improve its service if it wants to survive in this tough indian telecom market.

                                  1.I have not received any intimation that my main a.c is being deducted apart from the internet pack charges already deducted then what is the use of having data packs

                                  2.the rate cutter issue is still going on for more than a month with no resolution in sight you guys have found a nice way to swindle customer's money you will pay a heavy price one day if you follow such unethical practices of deducting amount from customer's acc on your whims and fancies.
                                  The csr is giving a wrong date of deduction in the email which shows that they dont even have the record of the transactions done in the account with the date and time, i am amazed at the systems in place at aircel...

                                  Overcharging the customer in the name of ratecutter is also continuing from day one...aircel rocks
                                  The rate cutter overcharging issue is still going on with no resolution from aircel they are simply refusing to accept the fraud that is happening in the name of ratecutter

                                    I am using Aircel from 4 years. But now problem arises nowadays few days ago automatically limitless music activated and Rs. 10 has been deducted. once again on 11/10/14 Rs 60 has been deducted. i tried many times to call customer care but when i told him to i want to talk to your head then he says i am transferring your call and after few advertisement it get disconnected. i only want to refund my balance. thank You

                                      dear sir, this is to inform you that i am a regular customer of Aircel no [protected] and satisfied with the services given by aircel . but due to one incident i am feeling sorry for being a part of it. I will narate the incident, i recharged my aircel prepaid no [protected] with rs98/- (internet pack) from aircel store situated at Shahidi chowk, Kathua, J&K 184104 dtd 9.10.2014 at 2:30 pm . I started using net services in the evening, after some time my net pack stops working . while enquired through customer care i was informed that no recharge was done on my no and net services were running on account of main balance which turned to Zero and thus Internet stopped . I was surprised and day after next day when i enquired from the store about the same i was told that recharge was done on the same day i.e on 9.10.2014. i again enquired from the customer care support and got the same reply that no recharge of rs98/- was done on my no. It is my worst experience with aircel since 2011. Now after calling twicely to customer care and personally visiting the store two times, i didn't got any satisfactory reply. moreover i asked the aircel store attendant to check my account status online, he refused to do so and told me that system is not working at the moment and assured me to call after checking the system, but he didn't called me since three days have been past . Now please tell me who will help me to come out of this problem or should i go to consumer court????? hoping for early and positive response... thanking you, sumit kumar [protected]

                                        I have been facing the Network Issues from the day one I had taken connection. I have complained many times to their different teams and their back end team also confirmed to their Appellate team that they don't have a network presence in my locality. Up on this confirmation, I have requested the service provider to change it to pre-paid and I stopped using it. The network issue was never resolved and it was not even changed to pre-paid. Instead they billed the amount month by month and sent me across to pay it to continue the service and further without any notice or information, they barred the number which I was using it for my Business. This caused a huge loss in my business and lead to a lot of mental harassment. Though, the complete problem persists at their end, I was agreed to pay the bill partially and requested them to waive-off the remained bill amount since the problem persists at their end.
