My mobile no is [protected]. On date 09/10/2014 around 143 Rs/- are deducted from my account. The worst customer care ever. They don't even listen to whatever you have to speak. My phone is 3 G enabled but I recharged with 2G internet pack. But when I browsed it seems the data downloaded in 3G over 2G and they sucked out my balance . The moment I contacted them, the customer care executive says you are not eligible for 2G internet pack, then why the hell did I get recharged successfully despite the fact they know that my number is...

So i asked guidance from aircel customer care. They are not responding to my questions and clearing my problems. They are not giving clear remedies for my problem.
