I'm using aircel, aircel is taken amount from my balance it was 425Rs at September (4.9.2014-50rs, 14.9.2014-355Rs, 18.9.2014-10 Rs, 28.9.14-10Rs) I'm posted a review in this website. aircel customer service respond for my review as very late, after responds they Refund me 195Rs only, but they taken My amount Rs 425. aircel is stolen network... aircel cheating their customer's... My complaint number: 1-[protected], 1-[protected] I'm customer of 6 years... if they do like this I will give bad review to all top website ...

    Aircel has deducted my balance twice for subscription of Dial N Chat services.While I have never subscribed for this service.And when i call the customer care, it always says that all customer care executives are busy at this time and disconnect the line.Whenever i recharge my balance is deduct by them on activation o[censored]nnecessary services and not letting me to talk customer care executive

      hi, I am Muthuraman and i have been using aircel for the past 8 year with 3 connections. Currently i am working in abroad and i am not using the service.hence i would like to convert my post paid plan to pre paid.I have called customer care and they told me that i have to come and write a letter with my id proof and address proff.Right now i am not in the situation so i can not do the same.Could you please change my plan from post paid to prepaid.         Dear Sir, I have recharge my account with MRP 209 and got 260 DA TT blance and I have asked customer care, about how to check balance but no further assistance was provided nor I have received any sms related to check those balance, and so later I contacted Aircel store they told to check your balance with *128# and I was helpless..by the time my SMS power recharge has been expired. and no intimation was given for that . and so it was deducting from TT balance, without my knowledge because it was not showing anything with related to my account balance. within 5 days my balance was ZERO . And so when I contacted customer care they firstly told that sorry for that but we can't help and can't refund your balance..and later blaming me that I have received a sms how to check balance..I never thought you guys ll lie on such things, they didn't one before and have Sent me while I was talking with one of the senior executive. I m really unsatisfied with such services. no retailer have a proper chart of your company plan. you guys never update me when my 299 or sms or internet service gets expire.You just cheated my trust my number is [protected].

        I have Experienced worst service from your end, as per your system records I have got all the benefits which i was suppose to. But what about the update which I was to get when my SMS pack expired, and even I haven't receive message how to check my free balance, when called customer care I got a poor response, while I was in call you guys have sent me the SMS and told that you have received such message earlier, on what's your take on this. Earlier I got to know that I can get by dialing *128# even for that you can check your system. Was it my fault that you guys has never update any thing about my SMS has expired and account details. Your service really make customers disappointed and lose faith in you as a service provider

        Dear Sir,

        Sorry to say you but I didn't receive any SMS from your end about my SMS pack Expired, and even didn't got any update or Message after recharging my account with Rs. 209 that how to check balance and neither it was showing anything while when I was messaging, as it was deducting from Rs. 209 without my knowledge. If I recharge with Rs. 209 you guys should update me from where I have to check my balance, previously i got an update date i can check those balance by dialing *128# . As per your system you can check that when I complain about the things your representative has forwarded me the SMS about how to check balance and blamed me that I have received earlier. I know you guys are Expert in Defending yourself, but want to know what's your excuse on this. Your service really make customers disappointed and lose faith in you as a service provider.
        Sir, i recharged today with 103rs recharge and got 90rs balance, and i din use it much still it got over within 4 hrs. kindly help .

        I m in Karnataka state, I don’t have any activated service. I called many times to aircel customer support but not able to connect from Karnataka. Kindly reuest u to deactivate my all other services because when I do recharge my balance getting deducted witout any mail or message i have check its showing ("there are no activate buckets.")         Today few minutes back I have got a sms of activating MALL MASTI SERVICE for this Rs35 git deducted. But when I have called your VAS DEACTIVATE number 155223, IVR replied there is no such service activated. Then how Rs 35 got dedicated?

        This is Mala Ray. My no is [protected]. I have recharged Rs. 120/- talk time and Rs. 38/- promo in this no on 10th August 2016. Rs. 50/- has been used by me after the recharge. But on 18th August I have no remaining balance which should be Rs. 70/-. But I have not used any net usage or any other facilities. But why the balance has been deducted? How I receive my unused balance?

        As per our record, you recharged with RC-61 on 09-07-2016 at 20:48 (benefit:-Local A2A @1.2p/2sec, A2O @1.2p/2sec & STD Standard Rate 70 Days ( 1st 60 Sec 1.2p/sec of the Day) + 100 MB 3G data (validity - 30 days) + 20 mins per Day Local A2A minute free between 00:00 am – 6:00 am validity - 30 days). and customer also recharge with RC-38 on 10-08-2016 at 23:32 (benefit:-All local calls @ 1.2p / 2sec for 28 days). As per record, your balance got deducted Rs.70.20, before balance Rs.70.29 and After balance Rs.0.09. for using GPRS in 2G/3G connectivity(usage 4.5702 MB ), on 8/18/2016 at 8:05:47 AM to 8/18/2016 at 9:13:53 AM, on that times GPRS PACK & GPRS balance was not available in your number that's why balance charged from main account. So charging found correct & you are not eligible for waiver.

        How to check the last three deductions on aircel? for a few days i have noticed that there is a constant deduction in my balance which cant be tracking and is deducted without usage.There should be some transparency in your deduction procedure so that the customers may also know & doesnt feel cheated.

        We would like to inform you that as per our record, your balance got deducted of Rs.22.35+30.00 (before balance Rs.22.35 & after balance Rs.0.00)(before balance Rs.30.00 & after balance Rs.0.00) for using GPRS in 3G on 6/4/2017 at 12:02:06 AM to 6/4/2017 at 12:10:33 AM, usage 3.4059 MB (as per default charges 15paise/10KB ), on that time GPRS pack & GPRS balance was not available in your account that's why balance charged from main account. So, charging found are correct.

          Respected sir, My name is Probhakar Mohinta and my no is [protected]. I am reporting this complain for wrong balance deduction.. Yesterday at evening i have balance above 50 rs and have done some phone calls but when i am chequing my balace at night after a call the balace comes to 9 rs. I i cant imagine that how the balance has been deducted. I use rate cutter for low call rate and i also using data plan of rs 275. So when i call to customer support they told me that the deduction information has not been updated on their system.. It is very shameful thing that if a problem will be not updated timely then how could you improve your service... It is my request to you that if you can help me in this problem i will be very thankful to you. Please try to give me the money refund back which is wrongly deducted . Thank You.

                  The worst customer care ever. They don't even listen to whatever you have to speak. My phone is 3 G enabled but I recharged with 2G internet pack. But when I browsed it seems the data downloaded in 3G over 2G and they sucked out my balance . The moment I contacted them, the customer care executive says you are not eligible for 2G internet pack, then why the hell did I get recharged successfully despite the fact they know that my number is in 3G. They are just lametards acting dumb. poorest management and they just suck out poor customer's hard earned money. They do the same with every villager in the name of auto subscription to their so called value added services without their consent. people don't use this carrier, it will just fool you and they don't value their customers.

                    Hve been using you 3g services fr the past one yr...it was gud.But fr the lst 2-3 mnths...dunno what d hell hppnd to your netwrk, your 3g has become 2g.The pages sumtimes dont even loads.And to my surprise..i think...what your dealer nd tech deptt. doing.Just sitting nd chilling out.Its very shameful. I heard about 4g coming soon in our country(by another provider) but let me tell..in a country where 3g is not running properly what d hell 4g will do.Moreover, d 3g u netwrk providers hve provided in our entire north east..is just a nothing else.Giving speeds of about 200-300 kbPs..is this what you people cll 3g.??? Go nd bring one mre DHONI..to do your ads...thn i think...the 3g speeds will be of 1 mbps... SUCKERS...@#$%

                        I have an Aircel number [protected] on which i recharged 198 rupees 3g data pack and when i consumed the whole data it went unnoticed and about 120 rupees was deducted from my main balance leaving it to Zero. when asked customer support executive calling on 198 that no such information on full consumption of data will not be provide and user has to be aware on such.thinking that probably that I didn't have the full information i did let it go and recharge again with 275 rupees 3g pack to avoid such future problem as this pack has unlimited 2g after 3g consumption. after using some data a message on 10:45PM informing that you have consumed 100 % of your data plan which intended for 198 pack which was consumed about 10 in the morning according to the support executives. If such message would have came earlier when i consumed my data then alteast I wouldn't have lost my 120 rupees.

                            I am Javed Ali Khan and have taken two numbers as mentioned above in the subject. The two numbers were taken a month back while I had to visit Kashmir during floods. I was assured that the numbers will work after reaching Kashmir. But unfortunately they never worked/activated. Yesterday I received a call from Aircel customer care stating that there is a bill pending. How can there be a bill pending when the numbers never worked. As the numbers have never worked why should I pay anything. Whereas I have paid an amount of Rs.500/ as security for both numbers which should be refunded.
                            Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                            KINDLY HELP ME IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE PLEASE.
                            HI every one, Yesterday I received a cal from Mr. Pramod (phone no. he called me from is [protected]) with reagard to compplaint I have made. We had a conversation during which I reiterated that I, Javed Ali Khan, was issued two numbers namely [protected]-94 and I was promised that after verification the numbers will start working and were in a position to be used in Kashmir (srinagar). These numbers were taken especially because of floods in Kashmir and everyone knows that only Aircel network was working that time. Once the numbers reached Kashmir they never worked, not even for once.
                            TILL NOW NOT A SINGLE CALL HAS BEEN MADE THROUGH THE ABOVE TWO MENTIONED NUMBERS.
                            Recently I received a call from Aircel executive asking for an amount of Rs.450 as monthly bill. As these numbers never worked, especially when it was needed, I decided to make payment in full and final and discontinue the service. I approached the Aircel centre in lajpat Nagar, the same place from where I have received the numbers, and asked them to stop services to these two numbers. But they told me that I have to keep them for another 2 months before I can discontinue.
                            I discussed the whole issue with Mr. Pramod yesterday and he told me that he would call, but till now he has not spoken to me. He even said it is Okay that if the numbers did not worked in Kashmir.
                            HOW CAN IT BE OKAY WHEN THE ONLY REASON WHY I BOUGHT THESE TWO NUMBERS FROM AIRCEL WAS TO KEEP INTOUCH WITH MY RELATIVES IN THE TIME OF EMERGENCY AND BOTH OF THE NUMBERS NEVER WORKED?
                            HOW CAN IT BE OKAY IF THE PROMISE WAS NEVER KEPT BY AIRCEL AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH MY FAMILY MEMBERS IN THE TIME OF NEED?
                            STILL I AM HONOURING MY PROMISE TO PAY BUT THE SAME IS NO WHERE TO BE SEEN FROM AIRCEL.
                            I Kindly request you to help me and provide a resolution to this issue. By calling me up and not giving any resolution to the issue is making things worse.
                            I request you again to adjust the amount I have paid as security and I am ready to make the remaining amount liable to me for the 1st month, if it is Rs450/ for one number then it must be Rs.900/ for both of them, and I request you to discontinue the service of this number at once after receiving this email.
                            Please, Please I request you again and again to discontinue the services of the two numbers as soon as you read this email and ask your people to contact me and I will make the payment as I have mentioned in the above paragraph.

                                on 7th Oct suddenly received an sms Dear Customer, You have violated the guidelines of TRAI (GOVT) by sending promotional communication hence your number will be Suspended within 24 Hours. But how they stop the services whereas the customer do not know for which message they stopping the services???? As have not send any sms at all. How to take legal action with them?

                                    My mobile number [protected] (aircel). I activated 3g pack today morning. I used the internet in 3G TOWER but the internet is only working on 2G service. So i asked guidance from aircel customer care. They are not responding to my questions and clearing my problems. They are not giving clear remedies for my problem. I contacted aircel nearest store but they are replying they cant do anything because its techanical fault of service provider. This problem started before 2 months. Daily i'm contacting to customer care still now they cant clear my problem. Poor response and techanical problem of service provider made me head pain. So please take necessary steps if not i will file a case.

                                        I have port my number from tata docomo to aircel ([protected]) ever time i used to recharge with 447 for 3G data pack and every month 3rd or 4th is my Cycle but i ever time i suffer from 3g data pack where they will deduct my balance from my main balance and every time i make complaint but no use of it.
                                        This time my 3G data cycle is every month 3rd and this month October i received my 3g balance where it shows 1500 mb in that i have used 300 mb but now when i'm using my main balance is getting deducted and now i cant able to access any web sites too.I called there customer care number where they says my 3g data has not been credited to my 3g balance.
                                        Since from last 6 months this is the second time its happening, really its a poor service from there customer service center too they does not have proper way to handle customer.
                                        Kindly do the needfull.
