Hello Sir,
I am Jatin Batra From Rohini, New Delhi, I am aircel customer since 5 years.

You can check my last sms recharge of rupees 19 and still I am paying for my sms that i have sent to my contacts,
you can even check my previous recharge of rupees 449 in which i got some messages but that was not working today so i recharged it again at still lost rupees 40 from my main balance.
my current balance is rupees 76 and i have lost rupees 40 in sms.
and your customer care executive says that no refund in this case.
I have not sent messages to some special numbers, i have sent messages to normal local numbers.
I want my main balance back or I will complaint in telecom consumer complaints and in department of telecommunications.

and please start my free sms pack as soon as possible.
