Invalid/Unauthorized Balnce deduction

Aircel has been deducting my account balance regularly. When I call them they say that either a VAS service got activated or some content was downloaded from Internet. I have never activates VAS (Value Add Service) or downloaded any stuffs.Today they deducted my account balance by Rs 25. I want immediate reversal of Rs 25 (10 + 15). Aircel always gives very cheap call rates, net packs but it doesn't mean that tgey will earn by cheating their customers. Rs.69.62 balance deducted without usage

Sir, Refer my complaints dated 21 Aug 2014, 23 Aug 2014, 09 Sep 2014, 12 Sep 2014, 14 Sep 2014 and 16 Sep 2014. On 28 Sep 2014 at 08:12PM, I recharged with Rs 25 (special recharge) for getting 52 Local & STD Minutes.
