sir On 27th Sep There was a message"OFFER OF THE DAY:LOCAL?1P/2S ON RC45:Recharge with Rs.45 & get LOCAL MOBILES calls at 1p/2s(30/min).Extra benefit in 8 hrs".i have also recharge the same on that day.I have not get this facility till today.I have also complain to customer service but they didnot listen it.Plse solve my problem for which i can get that facility.     Dear Sir, This is regarding the[protected].. I recharged 198 3G net pack two days back I called to customer care and also I complaint to your (198) end. Still now issue is not fixed. 3G net is very slow Kindly please fix the issue to get a good sped for the 3G network. Other wise I will take some other on your side.

      dear sir, i have made several requests to your customer service to deactivate my cricket 50 ps pack. even though i have not choosen this optipn.. they are responding properly, hence i did not recharged my cell with any amount. i have also port request and your people said offer will be given to me. it is also not yet activated and i further complains you your customer care service is always busy. lot of times i called. it is said that by your computer voice that all lines are busy. except that no representative is not connected. if it is repeated i choose another network. my ccell no.         Hi!!! This is subas chandra singh. My aircel phone number is [protected]. I had recharged my number with 55 rupees on 24 september 2014. Yesterday 50 rupees was deducted from my account with a message" thanks for using aircel service". I didnt even suscribe to any vas. This has happened many a times earlier. If this problem is not rectified, i will look to mobile number portability...

          My name is shobhit yesterday on 27-sep-2014 I recharged my number [protected] by 108 through Internet website of aircel.com I got 115 rupee after that maximum I spend 4-5 rupee my number stop working and since yesterday it is not working. Today I checked now it is showing 0 rupee in my account balance. aircel is faking people by deducting unnecessary amount of money I need my money back. And customer care so worst I am staying in chennai I am from north india I called them they don't know even English also I tried to talk with them in hindi and English they given me fake number sir try on ivr 121 a Dial 7 for hindi their is no such option available. After that they accepted through consumer complaint forum with a reference no. of 1-[protected] .Worst solution i got in my life time they credit 30 Rs for 10 min and deducted full 30 Rs money after 10 min aircel is given worst customer support I am trying to call them since 28-sep-2014 from 10 different number since then all of their costumer executive are busy.and i got msg that your concern as per reference 1-[protected] has been resolve. I need my full 115 rupee back and give me full detail were my single rupees deducted from 28-sep-2014. And stop playing game of deducting huge and crediting small amount.

            Hi My Aircel number. 1)Complaint On 04.09.2014 I have main balance suddenly amount deduced Rs.50 i'm not subscribed to anything. Later i call your customer service they said amount will be refund within 48 hours. Not yet amount was refunded. Please Refund my amount as soon as possible. Complaint number:1-[protected], 1-[protected] 2) Second Complaint: I recharged my aircel number for Rs.453 on 23rd Sep 2014. And I have main balance of Rs. 355 suddenly full amount deduced. i'm not subscribed to your VAS services. Later I contacted your 198 customer call they said you are . But i'm not activate this so please refund my account Rs355. Note: I'm Customer of aircel since 6 years. So please response to this mail as soon as possible. And refund my deduced amount. complaint no: 1-[protected] And i'm aircel past 6 years. For the past one month i lost Rs.405 plus from aircel. Cheating Network, Worst Network, Poor Network...etc = AIRCEL Note: If this process continues i will put bad review in all websites about AIRCEL.

              my mobile no. is [protected] of AIRCEL from 28.09.2014 its service was disconnected any one calling this no. mesage was coming like that"Sewa Mai Nahi hai" while contacting on AIRCEL customer care no. 121 on 01.10.2014 i was told please call 59059 and get it verified while callinng on this no. reply was coming you cannot connect this no. please contact 121 this is rustic way of tackling complain.Again calling on 121 i was replied system is slow please contact after some time. my grievace is that why i was told for verification of already verified number that was in service for the last one year and without any information why this no. was suspended. And close your customer care that was only for 50 paise per minute your people only know how to take 50 paise per minute without caring any customer.

                Aircel has been deducting my account balance regularly. When I call them they say that either a VAS service got activated or some content was downloaded from Internet. I have never activates VAS (Value Add Service) or downloaded any stuffs.Today they deducted my account balance by Rs 25. I want immediate reversal of Rs 25 (10 + 15). Mob#[protected] Date of deduction : 1/10/14

                  Aircel always gives very cheap call rates, net packs but it doesn't mean that tgey will earn by cheating their customers. Nw its enough, aircel is continuosly cheating their customers by unnecessary balance deductions and blaming customers that they have downloaded content, actually its just a lie from aircel. Today aircel deducted my 50rs balance and they txted me tgat i have downloaded super models and i am charged 50 rs. They still haven't gave me the reversal of my previous 50 rs deduction complaint on28thsep..they are giving invalid reasons. I have gprs pack then y should i download content from wap sites. Now please give me the reversal of 100 Rs unnecessary deduction(50rs in 2 times), after that i will leave aircel. Thankyou Number-[protected]

                    Hi. I am Rakesh Ranjan using Aircel Number [protected] from past 2 years. I am having 1 GB 3G data pack and using internet from long time, but within 2 days around 110 INR has been debited from my balance.. I called up 198 but the response was very rude and unsatisfactory by the executive. Without giving resolution executive dropped the call saying that i am doing time pass. But i have got sms saying "thanx for using aircel service" and my 50 rs balance was deducted. I haven't requested any service so please provide me the reversal of 50 rs balance as soon as possible.                           Hello Sir, I am Jatin Batra From Rohini, New Delhi, I am aircel customer since 5 years. My mobile number is [protected] You can check my last sms recharge of rupees 19 and still I am paying for my sms that i have sent to my contacts, you can even check my previous recharge of rupees 449 in which i got some messages but that was not working today so i recharged it again at still lost rupees 40 from my main balance. my current balance is rupees 76 and i have lost rupees 40 in sms. and your customer care executive says that no refund in this case. I have not sent messages to some special numbers, i have sent messages to normal local numbers. I want my main balance back or I will complaint in telecom consumer complaints and in department of telecommunications. My mobile no is [protected], and please start my free sms pack as soon as possible.

                            I had recharged my mobile on 17/09 with 222 for with the promo balance I got is 250. I have not even used 50rs from the balance and all of a sudden on 27 night when i tried calling, there is no balance, when I called customer care they speak like they are CEOs of company, they just say that YOU HAVE USED AND WE HAVE CHARGED. I am very new user for Aircel. and this is the second time am facing the problem with improper charging. If I don't get refund. I am gonna throw this sim for ever.                             is in reference to your e-mail dated on 30/09/2014 regarding balance
                            deduction. We would like to inform you that we
                            have verified your account detail on the Aircel number [protected]
                            mentioned from your end and found that you have consumed the data
                            balance of Rc.37 data pack and browsed the internet service and the
                            balance has been deducted from your account while browsing.

                            However please be informed that we will not be able to post any waiver in this regards.

Each time I will get a new story 1) when I called your call center first time your agent says that "YOU HAVE SPOKE TO DIFFERENT NUMBERS FOR 600Mins so we have charged you". 2) secondly you says on mail that you has used DATA without any Internet pack activated 3) PI 37 is activated on your number but you have used excess then your pack thats why we have charged you.


                            How funny people you are. I don't have any expectation from you people.

                              This is with regard to my numerous complaints to Customer Service, Aircel Office and Appellate regarding a disputed amount charged on 20th May of Rs. 61555.96.

                              This was the amount debited for 1 SINGLE DAY.

                              I had been traveling through out and have been paying all the charges that have
                              been debited to my account including Roaming charges without any clarification
                              or details ever to Aircel for last 10 years. However, this time due to the amount debited on a single day I had to look for the details. Despite confirming and explaining to everyone again and again that this was never used by me through any facility ever, specially during International Roaming which will cost me Rs.62000/- in a day or even in a month.

                              There was no support, no help and no clarification received from anyone other than the same mail again and again stating this is your usage.

                              I had to pay 85k in 3 months (that includes 62k for 1 single day) to Aircel with no clarification / justification since my outgoing was blocked.

                              This is very depressing and annoying for a customer who have been using the number for over a decade now without any complaints ever

                              This is the most disgusting Service Provider I have ever come across and am sure there are people with so much of frustration with such high lever of customer satisfaction provided by Aircel.

                              Want someone to really take this up with AIRCEL

                                my aircel number is [protected] my name is anand singh. on 29th sept 2014 i recharged promo Rs.60=70. i made only one call charging 37 paisa. After that when i tried for another call i found that balance of Rs.69.62 has been deducted without any reason.i am new customer to aircel. if my balance is not refunded me back i will disconnect my connection with aircel. i am not happy with aircel service. please refund my balance amount immediately. thankyou very much.

                                  I wanted to known details as my balance was showing up less when I just woke up I called air el customer services and a girl pick up the phone she was first of not ready to help as she said our system is down call back later then when I insisted that I can wait then she said system are working now and then when I said I want to known regarding the last call made she said visit air el gaoler for the same not at all helpfull no respect for customer then when I again insisted she was over talking to me and then said okay the last number u called is showing a deduction of the amount and then again she said thank you for calling this people are just rediculous not ready to help why do u air el employee such cheap staff who are so redeculant and not ready to help I again requested her and she then gave the last 4 digit of the number and then when I said is there any ussd code she said no and I said other proivders are giving the code and she said u switch to other provider then in a rude way and then not ready to listen and said due to some line error I have to hung up the call and repeated the same word three times and I was talking to walls and the phone got dissconnected worst service Aircel customer service is the worst in the world please do not by aircel prepaid or postpay plans

Or mujhe sms k through bhi dene wale the so bhi nahi diya or jis aircel employee ne mujhe cplaint no. Diya wo jyoti thi. Or jyoti ne mujhe saaf mana kr diya k wo meri call apne senior se nahi karayegi.. Or mujhe call katne ki bol rahi thi.. Or mere pass uski recording bhi h... Aircel k costomer care employee ne mera balance waise hi kat liya or mujhe kaha ki hum to aise hi balance katenge...

                                      My name is shobhit yesterday on 27-sep-2014 I recharged my number [protected] by 108 through Internet website of aircel.Com I got 115 rupee after that maximum I spend 4-5 rupee my number stop working and since yesterday it is not working. Today I checked now it is showing 0 rupee in my account balance.aircel is faking people by deducting unnecessary amount of money I need my money back. And customer care so worst I am staying in chennai I am from north india I called them they don't know even English also I tried to talk with them in hindi and English they given me fake number sir try on Ivr 121 a Dial 7 for hindi their is no such option available.
