Dear Sir, I have recharged my Mobile [protected] with 99 pack on 28th July'14 in which i get talk time and all calls charges got 1.2paisa/sec. I discussed to the customer care and asked about STD rate cutter pack and told him that i used 99 pack recently, He suggest me STD Rate Cutter pack of 38 in which all call get charged .40paisa/min. But my call charges are not deducted as per 38 recharge pack(40paisa/min). i called again to the customer care and discussed the same then i got replay that the charges will be applicable according to the 99 pack (1.2paisa/sec), my 38 rupees pack is not working and all the money got lapsed. If special recharge available and customer paying some amount then why it's not working. Please have look on this issue. Regards, Kamal K. Sharma

Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that as we checked, you recharged with Rs 99 in
which call rates is (1.2paisa/sec), then you recharged with
Rs 38 in which you got local calls is 40Paisa/min. Priority of RC 38 was
higher than RC 99 for that you were charged according to RC 38. We tried to
call you but number not reachable.

      Sub: Network Problem and Non-connectivity with Customer Care 198 (Mobile No. +91 [protected])Kind Atten: Applet Helpdesk..Regretfully I would like to inform you that I had made a complaint regarding Network Problem of Aircel Communication earlier but still no response has been made from Aircel's site after such a long time..One major problem is that Aircel has barred my number so that I am not able to connect with customer care. Whenever I am trying to connect with 198 one computer generate message is being generated that "kindly send HELP to 121 for further assistance". I was able to connect with customer care earlier because the number was not barred. Now Aircel Company has done it intentionally so that they can avoid customer's support. I had called to customer care twice on 24th Aug. 2014 and customer care had told me to call after half an hour because they were not able to assist me due to some technical fault. After that call they have barred the services and still I am not able to connect with 198 which really causes a big issue with the disgusting services provided by Aircel Customer Care. I have already made many complaints to Aircel for their disgusting services and customer satisfaction in response to their Customer Care Number 198 but still they are sleeping after having some high power sleeping pills..You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter so that Aircel Customer Care service could be in active mode after their sleep mode...         every day morning I see a new message "thanks for using Aircel free download ; Rs15 has been deducted".When I complain I'm the forum more money gets deducted.Another thing is that Aircel is a company for credit card holders.Ordinary people should not use it as they cannot refund the deducted money in phone no. provided. So far Rs330 has been deducted and rs50.5 in last 2days.I wonder what to do. My no. is - [protected].You will not be able to deduct more money as my bal is Rs 0.5

          As iam sadiq my mom has a aircel mobile number since 10 years, all of sudden the network service has become very unsatisfactory
          stating that i wanted my mom to discontinue the number from aircel to the new network airtel
          when she has settled her bill 6200 + they said she will have to pay another 1500 +
          she paid it, but still they didnt discontinued the number
          when my mom went & enquired about it they said yes it is discontinued & we will not allow our aircel customer to go to another network, she will have to take a new number else where, when i spoke to the executive over the phone he was so rude & bull with his language, i dont know how these people speak to a customer, my complaint is to allow the number to be generated in airtel network,
          as my mom is so attached to the [protected] this number i would request you people to help in this sticky situation

              My old number was asked BUK code i don't have that sim serial number so i was unable to get my BUK code from aircel.So i replaced the sim as my old number, but i need contacts from old number.Is there any possibilities to get my contacts from old sim? Mobile No : [protected]

                  Hi, My Aircel number is [protected].I did not activated any scheme and have received this message from aircel "Thanks for Subscribing to Aircel MUM121A266, offer benefits will be provided shortly" and rs 66 has been deducted from my balance" today aroung 8.30 pm. I tried calling customer care but no one is receiving the call. Please help.

                    Hi my mob no is [protected]... I have port my no on aircel ... Plan offer to me is of 149 with 500 min local tt free, 300 sms free & unlimited 2g internet free for first 3 months...
                    On my first bill they charge me internet rent ... From last couple of days i tried to contact them on 121 but after 10/12 min no one pick the phone ... Request you to waive the internet charge levied on my bill ... So i can make the payment

                      I have made topup for rs 120 through on line using aircell web by using net banking city union bank pammal chennai phone no.[protected] on26/07/14 transation no.[protected].yesterday when contacted due to tech. problem they asked me to call after 4 hours today i tryed several time no response. the no.121 no use to solve my problem.iam unable to contact any body due tolow balance mine is pre paid connection.pl resolve my prob.at an early

                          My Self Kumar.., , of Having Aircel number [protected].. i am facing very irretating problem with Aircel company that they are un-necessary detecting the money from my balance... Actually i have Sms Pack 23 (for a-a 1paisa & for other 9paisa for msg) But they are detecting 1, 1 rupee for first two Messages... So i called to customer, they said that fault are from their side... & it it wont happens again.. But again happens now also... & when i am trying to call to customer means they are keep on telling that service center is busy try again after some.. when i am calling from Another Aircel number means simply they are just Taking my Request...

                                I am using aircel number [protected] since last 2 years, but recently i am facing problems on my num automatically balance deduction.and toady 2 times my balance deducted. i am very harasment for this and also complained but nothing same thing. I requested slove my problm neither i will portable my number.

                                today again balance deduted automatically and for complain customer care not connected.

They said next time this will not happen. They deduct 5 rupees from my account on every week. If I complained then they said you have downloaded the hungama content which I never downloaded.                                   I am fed up of Aircel as for the past month or so at certain intervals my balance is being deducted. I didn't notice it before as I don't check my balance often. But after recently recharging my phone immediately there was a balance deduction and as I have no services activated except my Internet plan which was completely in control. I don't know how this could've happened. I tried complaining but none of their numbers seem to have any response as I am going in circles with the recorded message and could not contact the customer care once, and I'm seriously considering switching to other networks. So far I believe around 80 rupees has been deducted although it may vary, I'm not sure. Please help me. I just want my money back and a decent service

                                  I am also fed up of Balance Deduction in regular intervals by AIRCEL.I have tried to contact with Customer Care Executives several times, but could not reach to them due to there Automated Fake System which is designed in such a way that anyone can be frustrated.I took a new connection of AIRCEL to get some benefits of there plans.Unfortunately within one and half month I am thinking to leave such a Service provider.

                                    Hello Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that my bal Rs 15/- has been deducted on[protected] without my knowledge, stating that animation package has been activated. This is 4th time (1st on[protected], 2nd time on[protected], 3rd time on[protected] and 4th time on[protected] this happen. Aircel sends a message like " Hi, you have paid for this Content. To download it, pls click here ..." then sends is a weblink for download the content. I have called customer care but of no use. Customer care are so worst in Aircel, that I can't explain. One of them when I called telling me that he can't do anything. But the case is when this is activated, I was at a place on which is mobile shadow zone for Aircel service (Chhatinasole, Gopiballavpur, West Bengal). My mobile no. is +91-[protected]. Could you please help me in getting back my Refund Money Rs. 60/- From Aircel. Thanks, Santanu...

                                      i brought a aircel sim in chennai.iam using it in katpadi.its displaying me as roaming.it gobbles up my balance.initially i had 250 balance.i use to talk for max of12 minuyes per day.but within 4 days 250 balance came down 25.68 .customer care reply is unworthy.they make numbers of people who complaint in reject list so when ever you call it says busy

                                        Sir/Madam, I recharged Rs120 for Full Talk Time through online for my cell. My cell no is [protected]. After recharged, i got msg from air cell about my balance and shows Rs.120. But next day my balance has been deducted and shows zero. I called customer care but they didn't respond properly. C.C are worst in air cell. What happened my recharged amount Rs120. Please help me and solv or refund my money. Thank you.

                                        Till now I didn't get any solutions from Aircel . Again I am giving below the details for your reference

                                        TNR[protected] to recharge MRP 120 . 00 was successful. New balance shown was Rs.120.02. Dated 19.07.2014 time 18.34. The next day after one or calls were made by me the balance shown was zero!. I called customer care no 198 nd 121 . After so many tries I got line one time but they Informed that they were busy nd asked me to try sometimes later. Till now I could not contact them and I didn't receive any refund from the. I need a solution for the mistake done by them .
