Hello Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that my bal Rs 15/- has been deducted on[protected] without my knowledge, stating that animation package has been activated. This is 4th time (1st on[protected], 2nd time on[protected], 3rd time on[protected] and 4th time on[protected] this happen. Aircel sends a message like " Hi, you have paid for this Content. To download it, pls click here ..." then sends is a weblink for download the content. I have called customer care but of no use. Customer care are so worst in Aircel, that I can't explain. One of them when I called telling me that he can't do anything. But the case is when this is activated, I was at a place on which is mobile shadow zone for Aircel service (Chhatinasole, Gopiballavpur, West Bengal). My mobile no. is +91-[protected]. Could you please help me in getting back my Refund Money Rs. 60/- From Aircel. Thanks, Santanu...

Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We would like to inform you that as we checked, you recharged with Rs 99 in
which call rates is (1.2paisa/sec), then you recharged with
Rs 38 in which you got local calls is 40Paisa/min. Priority of RC 38 was
higher than RC 99 for that you were charged according to RC 38. We tried to
call you but number not reachable.
