sir, i don't have any idea about Music Connect and Aircel APP124 . 4 days back i got a service msg about the 1st one Music Connect just i open that msg and del it bcz i dont need tht all aftr one hour my bal is cut nearlly 35 rs so i make cl to customer care and ask the reason thy says u activated the Music Connect i getting shock i told wth thm but thy didnt agree next day mrg i make cl to care and ask abt tht Music Connect thy nt provide info abt tht thy kp my cl in mute and aftr disconnect tht cl i got a msg "thanks for subscribing to Aircel APP124" again thy detected 25rs amount its worst service i thnk so for my frnds i suggest to port aircel it gvs and provide gud service but now im decided to port to other network

    Hi Aircel Team, I received a mail from aircel on 22 july2014. I got 3 sms from aircel in between 1 pm to 8 pm. Sms from Aircel: Dear LAKSHMI MUMMADI, your new Aircel number - Hi Aircel team, Thanks for you response to my mail.. I received a mail from aircel on 22 july2014. I got 3 sms from aircel in between 1 pm to 8 pm. Sms from Aircel: Dear LAKSHMI MUMMADI, your new Aircel number - [protected] is activated and we request you to call 59059 to complete the Televerification and enjoy FREE Unlimited A2A calling. T&C apply. Aircel I tried to reach lakshmi on [protected]. What i noticed is he has blocked my number on his phone. Please do the needful and keep me away from such aircel customers. For recharge payment status is success and recharge status is Pending. ... uptill now no one is ready with aircel but with these details easily any one can get the fraud(mobil number transaction date and recharge amount).           Dear sir, all description details. 1. airtel port fees-250 2. idea port fees-111 3. 3 month i'am not use number but i have paid the total bill amount but aircel not port my no. 4.pay bill details month 854 326 432 last week I had applied for portability to idea network from aircel with mobile No.[protected] thrice, but the response from aircel is that they need time. I agreed to them and I waited in the mean time my MNP code expired and generated the second one and even that also has got expired. Now i've generated the thid one and the code is CDD85651 which is vlid till 24th of July 2014 but now Aircel is asking me to wait till next bill generation and after that they are asking to apply for a new MNP code. I'm really worried whether they will allow me to Port out of Aircel. I'm getting huge bills with Aircel thats the reason I want to port out to Idea but Aircel is not allowing me to port out. This is clear cut case of consumer harassment and agony. Please help me out in this regard

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am a regular prepaid user of Aircel number [removed], Mumbai since Feb 2014. I have Aircel number for my family member as well ([removed], [removed], [removed]). My Mobile No. is [removed] in the name of registered on address [removed].

            The SIM is showing “SIM Card registration failed” from 4th July 2014 when I inserted the sim on my mobile after not using the sim for 2 months. This is very important number as not only I have highly paid to the dealer for it but also it is circulated to many people both official and personal. As per the policy I know if the sim is not used for 3 months then the company has the right to deactivate it. To resolve the issue when I visited you service centre in Kurla west on 5th July I was told that the number will be available only if I go for posptpaid connection for 3 months. I told I am fine with postpaid for 3 months and wanted to activate the sim. The Executive told me that she doesn’t have the right I will have to go the other branch at Chembur.

            When I visited your Chembur branch I was surprised when the Executive told me that the sim was not used for a period of 3 months. I was shocked as I had refilled it 2 month back and was using it. The card was having balance amount as well. The last time I had made a call on 30th April before going outstation. When I came back on 4th July I found sim not working. Executive told me that I have to wait till the number become active again as it was discontinued on 20th May for not using the sim for more than 3 months and I will have to buy it again from the gallery. I have highly paid the dealer for this VIP number and I will not let it go just like that. If necessary will approach legal help on this.

            Please forward this email to whosoever concerned. I have to receive a real responsible answer why the sim was deactivated when I have not used it just for 2 months. As per the policy to deactive any account the sim must not be used for 3 months.

            It seems that I purchased the VIP number from some dealer instead of Aircel gallery that is creating the problem or the need of VIP number by Aircel.

            Thank you in anticipation for all your support in pushing this query as soon as possible.

                this is hansika..my aircel no.has been made out of service since last 2 days.which i was using for about 1 year.no incoming, no outgoing., no messages..which all o[censored]s can understand how troublesome this is.customer care executives are not even responding..the situation is ...my connection has been put to end..please ..do take immediate actions against them as the company is least bothered about it. it has already been 2 days..without a phone no. connection

                  Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Rakesh Raushan Anand. I am an Aircel telecom customer for last 5-6 years. I have also followed direction from Aircel as per TRAI guidelines. But these days I am facing problem of inactive my Aircel number [protected]. Aircel instruct me for re-submission of address proof. I went my nearby Aircel Store 5KM far from my residence. The store is shifted at about 200 meters distance than earlier location. I went there with sacrificing my time. The newly located Aircel Store at “A block, Malkaganj, Delhi. Near Hansraj College, D.U.” when I entered into store there were no Aircel Employee. Instead of employee there were a local mobile shop retailer were talking and dealing with customers. And she was asking for money from each of customers who has their address proof related issue. When I went to her to submit the form she asked me for money in Cash against submission of Address Verification Form without any Cash payment Slip. There were no official Employee at the Aircel Store but unofficial and unauthorized Individual. I also tried to talk Aircel Customer Care but no response. My question is That, Is aircel appointed local retailers to collect Money which is not accountable? My Issue: I went to submit address proof at Aircel Store. But they refused to take Verification Form without Cash which is Unaccountable. My Aircel mobile number is still barred after trying to re-verify it. Aircel Wasted my time and worst Service still in my life.

I have raised two complaints against them still they are not even connecting my call to customer care.These guys are really cheating the people who don't know what is going in there.                       Hello Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that my bal RS 75/- has been deducted on[protected] without my knowledge, stating that Pop Korn TV Channels has been activated. I called customer care but of no use. Customer care are so worst in Aircel, that I can't explain. One of them when I called telling me that he can't do anything, I only has done something wrong. But the case is I didn't use my mobile that whole day when this is activated. Could you please help me in getting back my Refund Money Rs. 75/- From Aircel. Thanks, Nadeem.

                        aircel [protected] recharge rs 95. txn. no RJR[protected]. maine 95 ka online recharge kiya tha jisse mujhe milne the 95 sms, 95mb net and 95rs balance. but mujhe balance 81.55rs, and 95 sms, 95mb net mila. maine 198 pe call kiya 1st time reponse: sir 95 me only 81.55 ka hi balance milta h. 2nd time : senior customer support executive: sir hum aap ki koi help nahi kar sakte najdiki aircel mini store pe aayen. mere yanha se 80km dur hai aircel mini store. retailer help nahi karega online recharge... then mujhe kya karna chahiye...

                          Dear Team, I am using Aircel no [protected] and yesterday aircel is frequently deduct balance of Rs 55 from my account., Balance is deducted in the name of msg which i didn't used. Customer care is also not responding. I am complaining usually when the is being deducted from my account but till now i am not satisfied with the customer services.I'll be happy if you positively look into the matter resolved the same as soon as possible.

                            Activating unnecessary subscriptions without user permission like ASTROLOGY, ENGLISH LEARNING, MUSIC ETC(not one's many times its really crossing the limits) ...and em really feed up of frequent calls.I the use request you to stop deducting my balance and giving me calls which are really distracting...expecting the same to be do.

                                Sir, I recharged RAJRC17new service through my mobile . I have already deactivated this service using a code provided by this company.Now, I am always getting this message that the service is renewed.I did complain on 198 number.They said the service will be deactivated and you will get your money back.I did got money but the service is still activated.Please help me in deactivating the service, It is annoying.Thank you.                                   I recharged in my Aircel number([protected]) of Rs 299.00 on 17th July 2014 which is Aircel to Aircel 5000 mins + 299 mb internet + 125 mins for Aircel to Other Local, I got Aircel to Aircel 5000 mins + 299 mb internet but I did not get 125 mins for Aircel to Other local call. I called in customer care as I was informed that my recharge was not successful and balance is Rs 0.00, I said if my recharge was not successful then how I am able to talk aircel to aircel free and also getting internet use. This is very bad that we are getting wrong info from Aircel Customer care and no proper resolution. I was bit rude on call coz I was not getting proper answer. I NEED MY 125 mins Aircel to Other Local minutes as my recharge is successful.

                                    my ph no-[protected], service provider-aircel(bihar - jharkhand).there is unnecessary balance deduction in terms of net data and i never uses internet from my phone...then how?? Even i called customer care and there is no support from there...they are accusing me for balance deduction...saying that you are using internet from your phone.

                                      Hi, From last 2 days my mobile balance(mobile no. [protected]) have been deducting although I have the benefits of 3 months free data package i.e 1 GB every month . I have talked to Aircel Customer Care they agreed that balance should not get deducted but they cant help me in the matter and they simply raise a TT ([protected]) and solution will be provided on 22-07-14. I have recharged again but balance is again deducting, Plz try to resolve the problem at the earliest, how much amount i have to deduct for this .
