hi,

my phone no is [protected], to be honest this is the worst service provider i have seen when it comes to customer management, i have had two instances where my balance has been deducted without any valid reason for Internet usage where as i had a data balance it deducted my balance of 40Rs without any reason, it not about the amount but the kind of management where even the service is not available 24/7 to talk and get clarification what if the person is in the situation and runs out of balance what would he do in case of emergencies..seriously i would make sure who ever got the Aircel because of my promotion, have it no more and my email is [protected]@gmail.com for any clarifications u can reach me on that

    Hi Aircel, I received a msg from aircel on 17th july 2014. Msg: Rs 30 Off on RC64. Rch & get UNLTD Local A2A FREE calls (28 Days) & Rs 30TT FREE(LTV).Dial *121*64# to act, Xtra benefit in 48 Hr. Exp Hi Speed on Aircel 3G As per the instructions in the msg I have dialed *121*64# Rs:64 got deducted insted of Rs 34 from my main balance. I gave a complaint and they have closed it with out crediting Rs 30. Complaint: Dear Customer, Details of your last two service requests are : 1.SR#1-[protected] of Type:Balance Enquiry is Closed and closure date is[protected] 2.SR#1-[protected] of Type:Call Charging Enquiry is Closed and closure date is[protected] Please do the needful...     Hi, I have recharged from internet banking of Rs. 85, for which i received a message 207:Txn No. CHR[protected] to Recharge MRP 85 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 0.52 INR, P.F 75.65 INR, Service.Tax 9.35 INR.

    But, i could able to make call when i called customer care on 17.01.2015 they said the charge value (Rs. 85) is a ratecutter, whereas
    I have been using rate cutter of Rs. 79 before i asked them how two rate will get activate and if it an rate cutter how could i receive message like this the representative put the call on hold and call got disconnect


    Again i called explained same problem and asked why this happened please reverse my money to balance
    Account to avail call as soon as that i received message that


    Dear Customer now enjoy all local calls at just 35p/m for 28 days


    I informed that too they informed me to call next day and your issue will resolved in 4
    hrs. But still issue is same please refund mymoney to balance account why should i avail two rate cutter?


    Each and every time customer cann't check your details right.

      I Activated aircel 3g internet pack for rs.255 which offering total 3gb of internet in which 1.5 gb for night only for 7 days from the date of activation and another 12.5 gb for 30days/24hrs.I didnot got any night pack of 1.5 gb..my data is deduting from normal 1.5gb, , i[censored]r not providing then y d [censored] u showing d details as u will get total 3gb while activating..iam changing to docomo network..iam tired of this aircel rates n net speed

        Aircel customer support is one of worst customer in the world my name is sheikh naseer my phn no is [protected] i recharge with RS 500 and after few minute the balance was RS100 without my knowledge they deducted RS400 for my account the past 2 days i am giving call to customer support they only say there server is down so they cant say why the money had been deducted i want my money back please look after this matter.

          Dear sir, I had applied for portability to idea network from Aircel with mobile No.[protected] thrice, but the response from Aircel is that they need time. I agreed to them and I waited in the mean time my MNP code expired and generated the second one and even that also has got expired. Now i've generated the third one and the code is CDT87623 which is valid till 27th of July 2014 but now Aircel is asking me to wait till next bill generation and after that they are asking to apply for a new MNP code. I'm really worried whether they will allow me to Port out of Aircel. I'm getting huge bills with Aircel that's the reason I want to port out to Idea but Aircel is not allowing me to port out. This is clear cut case of consumer harassment and agony. Please help me out in this regard

          Aircel customer care is very much horrible... During urgent times it keeps saying press this press that and all without forwarding the call to customer care. It is not at all friendly. We spend money calling customer care and response is bad.

              My no is 984...854. Today(16.7.14) all of a sudden my outgoing call and sms facility has been barred .i can only attend incoming calls. i have tried to customer care for help through 121, [protected], [protected] but the representatives are always saying i have contacted prepaid query forum, it irritated me to core as tried 20 and so times . i dailed only the postpaid service no and it by default lands in prepaid. i have been using this sim for many years. and now to hell with aircel. no proper custmer service.

I recharged NET PACK worth Rs. 41. But company deducted my balance saying that I have no NET PACK. 2.                     Sir,
                    I have purchased a 3g sim of aircel company on 20 jun 2014. 2g data facility is working on my mob. But 3g data is not working. I have complaint so many time on costumer care.But problem is as it is. A docket no.:1-[protected] also provided by them and they told that problem will resolve in two days. Problem not resolve but a msg: your problem has resolve. If not satisfied pls come again in 30 days. Now i m calling 121 and 198 again and again but when i selected the option to speak with costumer care executive a voice msg ' we are in extreme shortage of manpower, pls send msg help to 121.

                    I have sent many msg to 121 but a reply ' we are unable to start 3g pls contact 121 or visit nearby aircel store' came.

                    My data is about to expire and facility is not provided.

                    Further my cell phone is also 3g compatible and also i using the 3g(Wcdma) facility of other networks also.

                    Pls do needful.

                            My aircel no [protected] always stand in emergency call in full range i have called to customer care 100 times totally third class customer care support i have complaint to network team they told change sim i done it no solution now they are saying go to retail shop is this a solution i cant even receive a call or do the call what to do i cant undetstand sometime the sim start and i tookout the porting code they have rejected my porting what...

                            I'm using aircel postpaid. When I try to lo gin my account it is showing following error You have reached this error page due to any of the following reasons : -This page may have moved or is no longer available. Please check the URL that you have accessed. -Server Configuration Error.Please contact System Administrator.
                            Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            How can Aircel does not address and fix a very familiar basic login page issueissue. Xlassic exampke of a dumb company run by dumb people!

                                I want to register complaint about a aircel service station, Address : 105-112, B-1, North Block, Bahu Plaza Complex, Jammu. From this service station I bought a Prepaid SIM 15-18 days back. It is my second aircel sim. It is still not activated, sim shows the tower but when i call on 59059 it shows not registered on network. I called coustmer care they said to visit the service center from where you have bought the sim. I went there they said a person will come for the verification and your sim will start, but no one came. Next day i went there they said we will call you and your sim will start, but no one called. Then again next day i went there they said we will do something and defiantly your sim will be started by noon. But still it does not work. Now i again called customer care they say that, the service station has not submitted your documents to us. Its really frustrating. I need my sim to work urgently. Aircel works best that's why i choose this network but the staff in this service center is so careless, they are disturbing my daily routine. As a aircel customer i want you to take some action against them as i am not getting customer satisfaction which aircel guarantees to its customer.

                                  June 5th i reached with 697/-, i got 6gb data.After 1 month i used nearly 2gb, remaining data will be added next month (Carry forward offer).These words told by aircel executive.Next july 5th i recharged with 255/-.Now i dont get previous balance.I called customer care, one executive told i connect to my higher offical.After 25 min he spock to me .After he listen my whole story, he commited me u get balance with in 4 hours.But i didnt get any balance.I tried to call c care now starts problem.My number not connected to c care they put my number in rejected mode, and i directly visit to aircel outlet in dilshuknagar branch.Very great aircel employ he given one suggestion please call c care through another number.That is aircel company.I given complaint in online after 3days one aircel exe called me her name sirisha.She told me sorry sir i solve u r problem with in 1day .U get balance with in one day.Still now i am not get balance after 5days.If i not get bal, i informe all in what's up and facebook about ur bad service be carefull

                                    This is my Aircel number : [protected], which got deactivated without any notification as I was out of station, but the number was still in use as I used to receive the incoming calls. If I had received any notification for the same I could have taken necessary actions. Now I am not getting signal in the phone. I want to have that number as my permanent contact number. Please let me know how I can have my number back in use.

                                    Did not receive any call it now not even single mail regarding this.
