MNP from Aircel to Idea

Dear sir, I had applied for portability to idea network from Aircel with mobile No.[protected] thrice, but the response from Aircel is that they need time. I agreed to them and I waited in the mean time my MNP code expired and generated the second one and even that also has got expired. Now i've generated the third one and the code is CDT87623 which is valid till 27th of July 2014 but now Aircel is asking me to wait till next bill generation...

Balance deduct from my account

notice that I am having Aircel no [protected] and aircel is frequently deduct balance of Rs 10 from my account. From past three weeks, balance of Rs 30 was deducted from my account. Balance is deducted in the name of aircel services which i didn't used. Customer care is also not responding. I'll be happy if you positively look into the matter & resolved the same......

outgoing calls and sms barred

I have purchased a 3g sim of aircel company on 20 jun 2014. 2g data facility is working on my mob. But 3g data is not working. I have complaint so many time on costumer care.But problem is as it is. Wrong deduction of balance in the name of aircel services

Aircel online recharge pending

Poor sercive by the staff in aircel service center

False commitment & fraud company

want my number back and activated

This is my Aircel number : [protected], which got deactivated without any notification as I was out of station, but the number was still in use as I used to receive the incoming calls. If I had received any notification for the same I could have taken necessary actions. Now I am not getting signal in the phone. I want to have that number as my permanent contact number. account balance

on 12th july 2014, i recharged rs.200 on this no [protected]...on recharge of rs.200 i got a balance of rs.220...previous balance i had was rs.28...total balance became 248...after that i spent rs.128 on 3g net pack...balance became rs.118...but net data was not credited...due to this on using internet my balance became rs.2.90...now i want rs.128 net balance and the balance deducted from rs.118 unecessarily to rs.2.90 immediately......

Not giving proper response and respect

Unauthorized activation of Service

I am aircel customer more than 3 years. My aircel number is :- [protected].

My ncpr reg. No. Is o[protected]. All promotional calls and sms to your mobile should stop by 27/04/14.

Yesterday, i got a promotional sms with link (Already dnc activated) to activate "tiny tv". I delete that sms. With in 2 mintus, they activate that service without any permission. And deduct from my acount rs. 30 for 7 days...

3G Pocket Internet Issue

I am a regular user of Aircel 3G pocket Internet and whenever my data limit completes, Aircel deduct money from main balace without provinding any notification.Within few seconds my balance gets null.
