This is Deepak.E from chennai and my aircel number is
[protected], i got this connection in the month of june 2013 by your
sales representative MR.VALSAN (AIRCEL CHENNAI) who was marketing for
aircel, in anna nagar (towerpark) chennai. He had offered me and my
fellow mates aircel postpaid connection with CUG option, for that he had
charged Rs 200 Per sim card. He promised me that my first month bill
would be waived, since i paid the initial amount against the sim card.
But unfortunately i dint get a chance to use the aircel SIM card that
was provided to me, later when i got my bill for the first month, it was
around Rs 186, as the AIRCEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE mentioned about
waiving the first month bill, eventually i dint pay the bill, since i
was not using it, but for the second month also i received the bill
statement, which was inclusive of the first two month's bill. Then i
visited one of your AIRCEL store in VILIVAKKAM chennai, i was shocked to
know that my number was bared on the second month itself . Since my
number was bared without my knowledge, after discussing with your staff
in the aircel store, he ensured me that there isn't any issue, and my
initial amount (rs 200 ) will be adjusted against the generated bill .
But after few months i got a call from your office stating that i need
to pay the bill for 6 month's. How can i pay the bill for the number
which has been bared on the very next month? and how do they expect me
to pay the bill for the connection which was bared? Just because some
FRAUDULENT and UNFAIR TRADE practices of your AIRCEL REPRESENTATIVE,
your customer cannot be responsible in any way, and i have been getting
calls from your aircel collection executives regarding the bill payment
in a very unfair manner. I am not here to cheat you and i have been
subscribed with other mobile service providers where i don't experience
these sort of response.But since because your unfaithful staff and worst
response from customer care executive's, i had no other go.And hereby i
would like to mention that i can help you in filing a complaint against
your AIRCEL representative MR VAlSAN I need to know the current
outstanding for my connection and more over, i hereby like to pay only
for the period in which my connection wasn't bared.I cannot pay for the
other months in which my connection was bared without my
knowledge.Kindly do the needful
