I'm from Trichy and using [protected] for the past 11 years. All our family members are using Aircel connection only and from [protected] many calls have been made to [protected], [protected] & [protected]. Except [protected] other numbers are using in Trichy only. I lost the mobile on 20th and when we approach them for new sim, they replied that the unmber is using by Mr.Vijayan in Thiruvallur dist and cannot be obtained new sim for [protected]. This is purly a mistake of Aircel limited while entering the address details for the number [protected]. The pity is they have all the technology and not able to spare some time to investigate this. The number [protected] to be issued again to us in a week time. Note : The [protected] is not using by anybody at present and its in swiched off condition. The past 11 years the number was mostly used in Trichy sorroundings and most contact made to our family menbers only.

    Dear Sir, I am having Aircel no [protected] where in there are 18 instances of VAS Charges debits done by Aircel. Please provide me full details of who initiated these debits and under what authority. Till date I have never subscribed to any Value Added Service. I use this nos for simple phone calls. Immediately reverse all the unauthorised debits done by you or else I will escalate this complaint to higher autorities. Regards Suman Chaudhuri

        Hi, This is my humble request to recheck and let me know how 30s deducted from my main account, I called to the customer care people they are telling this is your mistake we can't do anything.But user can do mistake, but for that there should be prevention .If really it's my mistake can you please send me history of my call. By mistake i received the toll free number which is started with 112*, one service activated now it's deactivated but my money still not refunded.Kindly investigate . My Mob number is [protected]

          Its been noted that the company is giving 7 to 8 unwanted calls a day which prompts us to attempt one or two and cut the call. But on attending there is some service getting activated and balance is getting deducted. On calling the Complaint Helpline, its as if the executives are ready with the answers that they will be deactivating the service and also would make sure that they would activate Do Not Disturb. And also on asking them to connect to Higher officials they are simply keeping the call on hold for more than half n hour. I have done this several times and till now its not been actioned. Please make sure this is taken seriously .

            Ref: Aircel Phone No : [protected]
            I'm an AIRCEL subscriber, I had received a promotional sms from AIRCEL, on the 7th of June 2014. Reading as follows:
            Extra Talktime on 200 ! Recharge with Rs. 200 and get Rs. 220 immediately and Rs. 30 talktime valid for 3 days within 24 hrs.
            Recharge Today.

            To this I recharged immediately on 7th June @ 18:17 hours Txn No. KOR[protected], for which I got balance of Rs. 220.

            But regarding the balance Rs. 30, which was supposed to be credited within 24 hours, I'm still waiting.
            Ive complained several times.

            Upon my first complaint on 09/06/2014 the registered a complaint under reference no 1-[protected]. And they said they will revert back by 11/06/2014.

            On 11/06/2014 I get an sms saying that your concern as per ref. No . 1 - [protected], has been resolved on 11/06/2014, although nothing in practical had happened.

            On further follow up their customer care executive says " No Sir the case is still open and you shall get the solution soon"

            I've called them a number of times, even spoke to their senior executives, re launched complaints, but all seems to be falling in deaf ears.
            Please help.

              Hello I am trying to call Aircel cc no. 121 and 198 since 10 days but getting no response. This is not acceptable at all. My account got deducted Rs. 33 and Rs. 69/ without any prior information. Sorry to say but I feel Aircel is worst company I have ever seen. Still I hope They will respond my calls.                 Hello sir, i have forgotted my pin lock password..And i have tried many a times to unlock it by trying different passwords..And i have blocked up my puk also and now i cannot acess to anything on my phone when the sim card is entred, please help..My aircel number is-[protected]..Please help sir..!

                  Hi, This is PrakassBalaji K from Chennai and Iam using Aircel Mobile Internet ([protected]) and this is the second time my Balance of Rs.75 got deducted and I got reason for deduction as a Flash message saying VAS Subscription Cost and later followed by a message Thank you for using Aircel Services. When contacted Customer care no proper Response and they were lying that i have downloaded Paid website Services which is not related to Aircel. If so why should I receive a message as Thank you for using Aircel Services. When i tried to contact Higher official Iam not getting proper response and the guy disconnected the call. According to TRAI regualtions, they are not permitted to activate any services and deduct amount. This is continuing for 2nd time and Sent a message to 155223 but no reply from that number too. These kind of cheatings will happen only in India. Could you please re credit Rs.75 and make sure it is not happening again.

                    9th june i have recharged my dongle(phone no. [protected]) with Rs. 275 3g unlimited data pack 22nd june i recived sms saying that ""Dear customer you consumed 70% of your high speed quota for MRP 255, to enjoy continuous high speed data please recharge with PI Pack before quota expiry"" Rs. 255 give 1.75 GB 3G data and RS. 275 pack gives 2GB 3G data and unlimited 2g data for 30days

                      Dear Team, I would like to share with you another one story Which was the very first step of this issue. Initially the same no. ([protected]) was in TN, We've been using this no. since Aircel service started at our native. When we moved to chennai we would like to convert to CORPORATE Sim, two of the corporate persons involved in this process and they have failed to inform us it's not possible. But instead of tell the fact they've converted our TN PREPAID no. to TN POSTPAID in chennai only. When this could possible on long back, then now why it's not possible form TN POSTPAID to TN PREPAID. That's what i asked to your both persons corporate staffs and Little Mount Branch staffs. But they haven't told proper information. Even when i asking for next level escalation SPOC, Little branch guy(Murali bharath) suggesting his superior to give the [protected]@aircel.co.in to close this case in their level itself. But Gnanarajan at Little Mount Branch treated us in kind manner and gave relevant information and escalation SPOC. I appreciate his way of handling. Again I'm kindly requesting your intervene in this case to get this resolved and corrective actions against them. Please feel free to contact me to know still more about this issue. So today i've visited along with my sister. When asking to proceed further on the same request with the new guy( Murali bharath) he has told it's not possible because the same no. is belongs to ROTN So we can't process the same. If so why this had initiated on last day by (Karthick- Little Mount Branch). EVEN HE HAS TOLD STRONGLY I HAVE TO BRING THE CORRESPONDING PERSON ALONG WITH ME WHEN I COME BACK NEXT WEEK. But when i asking them he's telling """"ipa maathi thara mudiyathu enna pannuva""" Is this way your persons handles customer to maintain CSAT. ??? I don't feel this English is enough to convey to my hard feelings.. I completely frustrated because of those guys. When i asking with that second guy he keeps answering inappropriate manner. So I kindly request you to take disciplinary activities against this and try to help them to handle the customers by your standard process manner unlike their misbehavior activities. I hope some Senior People will respond me timely to resolve my case. I hope you people will be able to understand my feelings against this frustration.                           I have recharged net pack of rs 128, though it got deducted from my main balance for internet usage... Then i contacted Customer care, they said you have been recharged was 2G but ur settings was 3G. BUt actually wat i hav recharged was 3g.

                            This is Deepak.E from chennai and my aircel number is
                            [protected], i got this connection in the month of june 2013 by your
                            sales representative MR.VALSAN (AIRCEL CHENNAI) who was marketing for
                            aircel, in anna nagar (towerpark) chennai. He had offered me and my
                            fellow mates aircel postpaid connection with CUG option, for that he had
                            charged Rs 200 Per sim card. He promised me that my first month bill
                            would be waived, since i paid the initial amount against the sim card.
                            But unfortunately i dint get a chance to use the aircel SIM card that
                            was provided to me, later when i got my bill for the first month, it was
                            around Rs 186, as the AIRCEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE mentioned about
                            waiving the first month bill, eventually i dint pay the bill, since i
                            was not using it, but for the second month also i received the bill
                            statement, which was inclusive of the first two month's bill. Then i
                            visited one of your AIRCEL store in VILIVAKKAM chennai, i was shocked to
                            know that my number was bared on the second month itself . Since my
                            number was bared without my knowledge, after discussing with your staff
                            in the aircel store, he ensured me that there isn't any issue, and my
                            initial amount (rs 200 ) will be adjusted against the generated bill .
                            But after few months i got a call from your office stating that i need
                            to pay the bill for 6 month's. How can i pay the bill for the number
                            which has been bared on the very next month? and how do they expect me
                            to pay the bill for the connection which was bared? Just because some
                            FRAUDULENT and UNFAIR TRADE practices of your AIRCEL REPRESENTATIVE,
                            your customer cannot be responsible in any way, and i have been getting
                            calls from your aircel collection executives regarding the bill payment
                            in a very unfair manner. I am not here to cheat you and i have been
                            subscribed with other mobile service providers where i don't experience
                            these sort of response.But since because your unfaithful staff and worst
                            response from customer care executive's, i had no other go.And hereby i
                            would like to mention that i can help you in filing a complaint against
                            your AIRCEL representative MR VAlSAN I need to know the current
                            outstanding for my connection and more over, i hereby like to pay only
                            for the period in which my connection wasn't bared.I cannot pay for the
                            other months in which my connection was bared without my
                            knowledge.Kindly do the needful

                                Very slow and fluctuating net connectivity in aircel network when they promise speed upto 64kbps ! Even in night speed is around 4-6 kbps! In day the net is hardly connectable, forget about browsing you cant even open a page in day it will take around 4-5mins to open a page or else “connection failed” will be displayed ! Worst network provider !

I have recharged my phone with 29 Rs net pack but the recharge was unsuccessful hence i called to customer care. I have called the universal complaint number which is 198 but they didn't assist me properly and also they have not lodged my complain. I have called them but they were not ready to help or assist me. Hence Kindly assist me for my problem and do the needful

                                    sir, i recharged with Rs 148 for 2GB high speed data for my aircel number [protected] on 13th june.but the speed was very slow.so i recharged again with Rs 128 for 1GB 2G/3G data on 17th june.i got a confirmation message from aircel about successful recharge.but they are not providing me data pack.i surfed net and used 1800kb data and they deducted Rs 18 from my main balance.
                                    kinddly look into the matter.

                                    the problem is not solved yet. www.aircel.com showed that Rs 128 recharge is for 1GB 2G/3G data.
                                    now they claims Rs 128 is for 1GB 2G data(Limited Pack) and Rs 148 is for Unlimited data(High speed upto 2GB)
                                    i did recharge with Rs 148 on 13th June.but the speed was very slow.so after seeing about Rs 128 recharge on their site i recharged again on 17th June.
                                    now they claim Rs 128 is for 1GB 2G data.

                                      i have complained to aircel about my balance deduction from my account. They provide me complaint number 1-[protected]. In the evening i got a msg that my complaint get resolved n if i m not satisfied i can register a appeal. But from that day when ever m trying to call n talk a customer representative they just put my call on hold n disconnect it in some min. I had tried to cal many times but there are no option to contact them.
                                      Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear sir... aircel company deduct my balance rs. 30 in [protected]@12 17/6/2014... then I contact costumer care.. And they told me that they give my bal back ... and they also give me a msg like this::-- Dear Customer, we acknowledge your concern and the reference number is 1-[protected]. We shall revert to you by 19/6/2014.Manage your account online at aircel.com... they not give my money back... still... and I got also msg like this...::-- Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 18/6/2014.In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call centre... but they not send my money back @17/6/2014 I hv about 31.34 but at last its 1.34... im complanting aircel prepaid for give my money back...

                                        This is Prakasam and my aircel number is [protected] and i was recharged RS.150 /- after recharge i was received one SMS from DD-Aircel [combo-137 and STV -13 recharges successful. Combo-137-150TT +150 SMS (3 days validity) STV - 13-150 Mb 3g/2g data (2 dys validity) ] so i will browse on 19/09/2014 10.15AM to 10.20 AM that time aircel take my main balance RS.150 /- there after i raised aircel customer care no.198 and talking to my issuse after that they take complaint and i recived one complaint number 1-[protected] and one day after again i was recived one sms to DT-Aircel [ dear customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 19/9/2014] but i did not get my balance refund amount Rs.150 /- so please take action for this aircel and i need my balance amount ...
                                        this is umar my aircel no:[protected] i was recharged 45 rs rate cutter...but rate cutter not activated ...i was complained in customer care they register my complaint and sent me the complaint no1-[protected] has been resolved 24/12/2014 but still also the rate cutter is not activated.the aircel is a fraud and cheating company the cheated customer so here after no one buy aircel simcard

                                        Again aircel detucted 25 rs for "aircel nexgtv" service at 26/12/2014 without my concern. this was the second time in this week. really i donn't understand why aircel service give service like this

                                        DEAR sir, I am M.L.Manoharan &my cell no is [protected] -Prepaid.Life member cell phone holder.*On 18 .12.2014 without prior intimation&any SMS communication my cell phone connection net work have been stopped.At that time my cell phone account balance is Rs 956.00&i was applied ratecutter for one year period on 21.09.2014.These two items have not been carried out during my renewal on 29.12.2014.                                         My no. is [protected], I have recharged with Rs. 279 which is supposed to give me the benefits of TT Rs. 149/-, 2 GB data and a few SMS for a month of validity. After the recharge, Aircel deducted Rs. 298/- from my TT balance which is the benefited amount from last recharge and this one as well. So I lodged the complaint for refund. The complaint reference number is 1-[protected], for which they closed the complaint saying I have used 29.8 MB of Data. "But my question is this, Does the TT and data balance are added at different times?" I demand an explanation and my money back. I will strongly recommend my friends to go for some other network but aircel. This is not the first time it has happened and I have proof for all the calls I have made to your customer support. I need this to be resolved and never happen ever.

                                        Aircel company deducted my balance Rs. 30 in [protected] on 25/08/2017 for dialer tune services. I had not even subscribed to any VAS SERVICES. And this is not the first time they doing such. Done many times already and have complaint also against this but still there is no proper response. When I have contacted costumer care, they told me that they have registered my complaint and assured that will refund the amount. and they also send a msg like this::-- Dear Customer, we acknowledge your concern and the reference number is 1-[protected]. We shall revert to you by 28/08/2017. But, the next day I got a msg like this ::-- Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 26/08/2017. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call centre. But they did not refund the money. I want the aircel organisation to refund the amount otherwise I will give the complaint against your company.
