    my gateway was bill desk amount was deducted from my account but i didnt recieve recharged amount

          My name is srikanth and i am from chennai. My mobile number is 98414163*8. i have been using this aircel number for last 8 years. i have also been using another 3 numbers of aircel for last 8 years. last year i have changed to tata docomo for the three numbers and i have retained the above number with aircel. this number was previously under cug with the other numbers. since one year, this was not conneccted to any cug number. however, aircel was charging me for the CUG also. I have raised this query and asked for clarificattion from Aircel. they delayed the clarification and in btw the due date for making the payment crossed. they stopped the service for non payment - (In spite of the fact i was using the aircel for last 8 years and sufficient credit balance is available against my account and clarification is pending from their side) hence to continue the service i have made the payment. Not happy with aircel service, i have opted for number portability and have sent port request on 24th of June 2014. The reply should be by way of a confirmation 14 digit unique number which should be received within 2 hours. Till 26th June 2014, 4 PM i was waiting for the sms. At 4 pm i have made the call to aircel call centre. first call landed with Mr.Karthik who received me well. and told me that i have follwed wrong instruction from IVR and He informed me that i have come to pre paid domain. any body can try this from tamil nadu. the dial in details are as follows dial [protected] for customer care. 1 for tamil and 2 for english and so on on pressing 1, you hear 1 for existing and 2 for new customer and so on on pressing 1, you hear 1 for pre paid and 2 for post paid on pressing 2, you will be asked to type your 10 digit phone number to confirm the number press 1 then various options and option 5 would be for number portability you will have to hear their nonsence for almost 70 seconds and then by pressing 2 you will be directed to the customer care executive. i did the above for almost 4 times continuously. the persons attended my calls and their remarks. 1. Mr. Karthick - sir, you have come to pre paid service please try option 1113 when i tried this option, i got the answer you are wrong and try again. so, i followed the above procedure 2. Mr.Raja - I have asked him to connect me to his manager. he asked me what is the query. i started explained him again everything. again he said, his manager is not available and can try [protected]. i told him i have come through the same number. he immediately put me on hold and cut the call without answering. 3. Mr. Rajesh / Rakesh - again the same story and he asked me try option 1299 and if not working then you call me again. 4. it didn't work out and i tried again. 5. this time it is mr.praveen - again try with [protected]. fed up. unable to speak to the manager even if you try for more than 5 times. if anyone speak to manager of Aircel i will presonally given them Rs.500/-. pls tell me what i should do now. i need the following 1. i need to speak to the manager of aircel customer care and 2. i need the port change number from aircel.             sir, i am vivek kumar tiwari an aircel consumer . three days ago i got a call from aircel and they told me that they are setting a dialer tone on my number, without asking me for whether i want sush or not, they strated the service and cut 14 rupees from balance . i talked to them they gave me a complant number 1-[protected] and said that they will look after the issue, but till now they didn't refunded my money back .tell me what to do?

Recently i have been charged 70rs from my account for downloading midnight videos activation but that i even not activated. I have called customer care regarding this but they are not given proper response..Really disappointed. This is not 1st time I had lot of same problem earlier, but everytime I lost my money, and everytime im getting bad experience still i never revert my money.

                I had taken an Aircel sim [protected] and was informed that I will be provided with 3G connection. I have been trying to call their customer care but they are always busy except with their IVR which is totally annoying. I had recharged with Rs, 197/- for which I have to get 1GB 3G data, but till now I have not been provided with the same. Kindly help me to resolve the problem and make sure that the provider does not fool their customers in future with promises they cannot keep.

                    About six months ago i switched to Aircel on a postpaid plan of 149. My no. is [protected].I asked for internet also but they said internet cant be accessed on one sim in your area.So i was using this sim for calling only.But know when i wanted to opt for number portability to avail both services, this month they sent me a bill of 559 in which 400 Rs they have charged for internet or VAS.But i never subscribe for this service and never a single website all this month.I was unaware of that internet is ON in background ..as there was not a single notification or sms.When i tried for explanation from customer care they are only saying that i have used these services.How can now Internet be access now when i tried for number portablity.Earlier it couldnt be accesed.Kindly resolve my issue for unnecessary charges for the services i have never used.

                    Company executive called me up yesterday to offer a deal to me... They asked me to wave off half the amount of bill ..but on the condition of not allowing for number portabilty.Thats a awful condition and violation of civil rights.I want number portabilty to access services that this company cant give me.

                      Hi Sir, This is Rakesh Gupta, this is with regards to my postpaid number [protected], firstly you have billed wrongly of 32K on my postpaid connection, even though your executive came and used harsh words as well as raised his hands for this payment into my office. We had agreed to amount and paid the same in Dec 2012. as I dont have time to take necessary steps against aircel, however still the amount is showing as pending, and your executive Sanjay collection head always saying it will be get clear in one week or so..but its been already so many months, it has not been resolved. I have also dropped mail, when my issue was not resolved by Sanjay. So many times I have visited to your Begumpet office also, but their also I got the answer that it will get resolved. Can anybody tell me when it will be show as nill, as your executives are calling to my friends and relatives for the same. When I already paid the bill, that too for wrong billing, why I am getting so much of metal harassment. Can you please help me to clear the same ASAP.

                        i am a customer of aircel network. my no is [protected], there are so many customer ( near about 100 person)in aircel provider in this particular area.my addresse( sudeshna sarkar, qtr no.D155, santaldih thermal power station, dist . purulia, west bengal. pin 723146 )is my living area, no aircel network is found from 2 month to still now, i have complained so many times at customer care, but they didnot given me a appropriate solution... they betrayed me so many times. i am also complained purulia circle aircel O&M deptt. they told me that tower gaining authority power is not their hand, they told me to complain nodal customer care of aircel. so plz take necessary action.

                          I have purchased an AIRCEL sim card on 23.05.2014 for basically using it for surfing internet.My no. is "[protected]" .I got a plan of 750 mb for 3 months(250mb+250mb+250mb) with the new sim.But after woking 15-16 days my internet does not working.Now it takes 12-13 minutes to open a page on my mobile and nowadays my internet does not working even after waiting over 30 minutes. Despite of repeated complaints to Aircel customer care, no action has been taken to improve internet surfing speed. It is hopeless to surf internet with Aircel. I use to keep on refreshing web pages again & again wasting my valuable time. It seems that Aircel is making fool of customers in the name of internet services.

                            i Procured a 3G internet dongle while i was working at infosys in Hyderabad. I paid some 1000rs or so for the device and procured it. Unfortunately there was no 3g signal/ even normal gprs availability inside my apartments. So i had to call and cancel teh connection. I was still asked to pay one month bill amount which i had spoken to customer care and they said they would take care, and i neednt pay.
                            I moved to Bangalore, and 2 years back on june 2012, i got legal notice to pay. I didnt want to go through the hassle and went to Aircel office located in kormanagala tata star bazaar and paid 830RS. the cashier said he would mail the recipet in a weeks time. I had done quite a lot of follow ups, after which i forgot about it.
                            Today again i recieved a legal notice again to pay for the same.

                            Hi -

                            AIRCEL Worst service provider ever. I took postpaid connection in April 2014. Which was 799 rental plan. First month i got 927rs bill including tax. And from second month onwards bill started coming more than 2000/-. If i ask customer care they bluffed i have downloaded bla bla. Infact i have not put sim in any smart phone. Out of 10gb limit i dint even crossed 1GB. And next month also same thing more than 2000/- bill came. I visited their technical centre and asked them to show to whom i have called, from which MAC number i have downloaded. They refused to show and dint even bother about my concern. So immediately i closed the AIRCEL worst service provider. For AIRCEL customer is just money investor. Not more than that.And customer care service agents acts like they are OWNER of AIRCEL and respond like non of their business.

[protected] Rs.100 on 16/06/14 nearly by 6.00pm the recharger wrongly recharged to [protected] i come to know that wrong recharged iwent shop they said after two days it is not possible then i phoned that wrong recharged no the person agrees that he got Rs 100 to his acc but still he is rechared to me do i want his addreds iwill directly go there and get my recharge

                                  Hello Sir/Madam,

                                  Being your valuable customer, i am feeling sorry being this company's customer. On 22nd June, I have recharged with RC34 and RC98 concurrently and i kept on talking on mobile and using internet. Later on, i found that neither the rate cutter nor the internet pack is working and which results in deduction of my talktime.

                                  Tonight at 11.15 i made a call to customer care to raise a complain. But the CSR not even tried to find out the problem, he tried to put the call down ASAP. I asked for portability of number but he didn't oblize me. His name was Dipak Modak. I have recorded the conversation partially. I have kept it. If i don't get good resolution then i will go further.

                                    Hello Aircel company, My Aircel number is [protected] of Pune. I am here to inform you that I have done a recharge of rate cutter scheme Rs.57 which provides a benefit of 1.2 per 2 seconds for 90 days. I received a conformation sms of successful activation after the recharge at 12.53 pm on sunday 22 june. But Its been 2 days past since the time I did that recharge whenever I make a call the old rate cutter of Rs.37 only works even now. Therefore please activate properly the recharge of rate cutter Rs. 57 which I did so that I can enjoy your service. Thank you

                                      3G Not working. Activated 3G.. Not able to browse the data. I am using Data card.. After connecting 3G I can able to use only 5 minutes. After that it will disconnected and says message like "The Sim card has not been detected or invalid" when use through the data card. "It's happening frequently.. Tried reaching Aircel cusomer care.. But they are not giving any resolution for this. my aircel # [protected].. Please do need full things

                                        I am tired calling Aircel customer service, I have called many times its very difficult to connect their customer service department there after they never respond to calls they put a mute on call. I have made a recharge of Rs. 77 (28 Days) unlimited Free Aircel to Aircel Call & SMS to 2 local Aircel nos, other local & STD Calls @50p/min. But I am unable to make free calls.
