Prepaid 3G activation haven't worked, after 2 complaints

I have bought a aircel prepaid 3G([protected]) card for my datacard on 9-Jun and it was actviated with 3G on same day. But i is getting connected with 2G only made complaint on 11-Jun as well, but still same situation. Made a complaint even today, still they are asking for 24 hrs to get connected.
Note: Validity of the card is only 28 days.. 5 days gone in this itself.. Poor network in 2 G as well..

Aircel deducting money without any reason

Please stop such kind of robbery. We prepay you for our convenience not for you to deduct balances....
