Sir, I am purchase Aircel SIM, 3 months before. I am already inform customer care for Distrub of Advertisement call & sms.     Dear sir, Yesterday I recharged with rs 29 for rate cutter. Recharge is successful done on retailer mobile but pack is not activated in My mobile and customer care also not giving the correct information for this. Retailer gave me one transaction No. Which is. UER[protected]. Please look into this issue.

      I recharged rs.110 yesterday. A sms has been arrived that you are activated for kolsms and deducted certain amount. Dnd is activated in mobile. But how they deduct amt. From my balance. Please do needfull and return my bal amount.

      I recharged Rs.110 . A sms has been arrived that you are activated for kolsms and deducted certain amount. Dnd is activated in mobile. So how they deduct amt from my balance. I called customer executive but they said call after 24 hours. Then I call again after 24 hours, but they again repeat the same answer Please do needfull and return my bal amount as early as possible

      yesterday i recharge my acount of rs 50. i called a friend of mine and after the call my remaining balance was 41 or42. bt in the morning i found rs20 has been deducted from my acount and i had a sms that i have downloaded some video bt the phone i am using it is a smart phone and with out my notice no videos can be downloaded. amd again in the after noon my acount balance has been deduct but for what reason i donot know. i called the customer care they cannot refund my balance.
      but this is absuletly wrong. with out my notice and where i haven't done any thing my acount balance has been deducted. I want my balance back. please refund my balance.

        Dear Sir i have been a loyal Aircel customer since long and have been paying all my bills regularly.I called up Aircel customer care to make some changes in my billing schedule as per my usage on my mobile phones ...The representative wrongly communicated me about the New plan which i told him to opt for ...The WAP internet charges were not made aware to me in a proper way they just said yes you can use the internet as per your requirement.I failed to understand this and then after activating the new plan 3 days after i called up again and they informed me to add an internet pack to my plan...I agreed that time itself...However my usage in 2 days for WAP was not at all done as there was some problem going on in my phone through which i could not browse anything or download or surf...I called the Technical support team to help me get connected for internet but then also it could not get connected...then i tried formatting my phone and then i called up customer care to reset me up and also added the internet pact in which 800 mb was offered to me So due to the wrong communication by the Customer care and my phone problem through which i was not able to connect to the internet for couple of days and i have been wrongly billed for the WAP charges for Rs 2903 which i am not going to pay off as i did not used any internet and also called the technical support to set me up for internet service...Kindly WAIVE OFF the wrong charges-WAP, GPRS which have been on my bill which is not justified...         Aircel shall be liable for Fraud Charges levied on my Bill as there was no usage regarding internet done on my mobile phone but still they wrongly charged and are not willing to waive off the fraud charges...I will take strict action against such misleading and fraud telecom company which are cheating innocent people who are their own customers

        Till now my concern has not been resolved .Aircel people always calls me and tell that i have to pay the bill as their system tells the charges are correct.I being a customer i know that my internet was not used for 2 days as there was some issues going on with my phone and i also called up the technical team of aircel to set my phone with internet which they were not able to do so...I would not pay a single penny now to dam bloody Aircel as because of them i am facing so much problems.I will keep fighting against them and will make sure that these fraudsters from aircel are punished for the wrong charges imposed on my bill.

        Even Aircel is not able to tell me the MB or GB usage done for which they wrongly generated the bill for inter for Rs2903

          Iam a customer of aircel in last 4years, i ever faced this much problems on aircel. nowadays * no network coverage * call rates is high * a2a calls are not connected * worst customer care * not attended the customer calls and not response their complaints * very very poor network i ever used this before. try to understand customer needs and customer satisfaction. try to solve the customer problems. also reduce the call rates and tariff.

            I have recently brought aircel Post paid connection number [protected] in Chennai circle, when I took this connection they are listed some plans and I have selected this plan CLUB299 including 3G 500MB after unlimited 2g Plan up to 128kbps.but unfortunately I have been getting speed of 4-10kbps, When I tried to reached customer care they are argued me for this plan 2G speed up to 64 kbps.When I contact sales Executive, he promised me to getting Up to 128kbps but still Im getting the same ...its very slow... Can you please consider this is high priority issues and take action to resolve it. Thanks, Sathish [protected]

            I went to nearest aircel showroom...but no solution. Even i couldnt get a call or response from aircel...almost i have registered more than 15
            complaints via showroom.no response i feel its panic moment in my life.

              I have experienced worst network and worst services from Aircel. Will not recommend anyone to use Aircel. I am using it for last 3-4 months. No proper network coverage even not a good customer care. I called to deactivate my Data pack and they say it can not be done in this billing cycle, it will be done only inn ext billing cycle. And you know my billing cycle starts from today only. So never go for Aircel and never suggest someone to use Aircel.

                There is no proper tower for the no:[protected] for the post paid connection and the o/g and i/g have been barred before the due date and no service is there eventhough it is in national roaming tariff .No break ups for bills and for 4 days they have charged 600/- and if we ask for bill break ups they donot provide it.My bill date is 20/05/2014 and they have barred o/g services, o.k that is fine because the credit limit could have been exceeded and i/g services have also been barred before the due date and if i, m in roaming barring can be considered o.k but barring the incoming services is too much and i will port my no by paying the bill if given with bill break up.or other wise i have resort to file a complaint to TRAI and file a suit. expecting your earliest response, Narendran.v

                  sir/mam... i am Syed Abdul Muzammil from hanamkonda, warangal, AP. I was recharged with 3d data plan of Rs.128. with 15 days validity, but from the date of recharge till today i am unable to use 3g/2g data due to weak signal strength. Already i have lost my 4 days of validity. 11 days remaining... i hv already contacted customer care but there is no change in network... and there is no response from cc... kindly look into this matter and try to resolve my query thanks...

                    I am using Aircel pre-paid sim with number [protected]. Various value added schemes are being automatically activated on my phone. I have deactivated them number of times, but they are being reactivated without my permission. Whenever i reacharge my phone, All the money is being used in these services and nothing is left for my use. Recently my balance of Rs. 50 is wasted in this. Kindly see into the matter.

                        Respected Sir/Madam I had a aircel dongle with number [protected].I went to aircel franchise office in Bathinda regarding payment of my dues on 12-august-2013.I was told by the customer care executive to pay a bill of 450 rupees.I paid the bill and the receipt was given to me stating that "payment recieved and disconnection request".I got a email now on 14-may-2014 to pay 697 rupees.There was no usage of the dongle after 12-august-2013.I had clearly stated that the number be disconnected and the payment reciept recieved by me depicts the same. I was also given the contact number of Mr Gurmeet Singh Guru (phone-[protected]) to contact him regarding the matter.He told me to email the receipt.I emailed him the receipt on 15-may-2014.Today on 16-may-2014 i called on his number atleast 10 times.Every time i call it says that the number is busy.He has probably put my number on reject list and has stopped taking my calls. I request the fake charges of Rs697 that are charged against me for the month of September, October and November 2013 be dropped as I had already paid my dues on 12-august-2103 and requested for disconnection.The number was never used after 12-august-2013.The customer care had told me the number was not disconnected.It is not my fault if the company has not disconnected as I have a receipt clearly stating disconnection request and all the dues till 12-august-2013 were dulty paid by me. Thank You

I lodge a complaint in aircel customer care, they givenreply but i not satisfy thatreply thats why i try to lodge a complaint to aircel appellate authority by on 198 but i not able to connect that, after waiting of long time it saying that number is not in use. I try to contact the aircel appellate authority through mobile which one is given in aircel web site that is [protected] but it is saying not reachable, busy or not responding at the movement. Even i Lodge a complaint to appellate authority of aircel, andhra pradesh through e mail 7 days back yet to be i not get any acknowledge or any reply, what i do now. Is there any alternative way to contact them.

                                Before 28th April 2014, I recharged my mobile with Rs.50 and on 28th April when I called My friend, after few seconds my call disconnected and when I saw my balance I was shocked it was Rs.0.00.I called in customer care for help, he picked my call and I told him my problem.He told "you have requested for a game that is why your balance is zero".I did not requested at all, god knows how thats happened, any ways then I asked him "for which game I have requested". He told "avengers". I told him "'Ok' I am seeing whether I have got that game or not".

                                After few minutes again I called and told him I have not got its full version.He told you will get one message with a link, click on that link and download your game. I told him "I did not receive any message".

                                After 2days I checked my bal it was Rs.10.00.I do not from where this money came.

                                Again I tried to call in customer care but for 5-6 days I did not get any response.Again one day they receive my call I explain my problem .She said" look our system is not working it is down now call after 2 hrs". Again I called, he told "our system is down".

                                After few days I again dial 198, she said "I can not see your transaction because our system is down so I can not help you, call afterwards".

                                It is so frustrating, I lost my Rs.50 and Aircel service is not so good.I get the Aircel Sim for net pack but after few days it increases its rate so I was not able to use its net features.Now I have kept it for call purpose now It is deducting my money.Now I am afraid of recharging my mobile.

                                  I have purchased an Aircel GSM connection (Mobile no. +[protected] on 30 April 2014 in order to use the 3G promo code received with SnapDeal purchase and activated the pack on the same day. However, since then I am getting data transfer speed less than 10 KBPS while I have adequate data balance & validity. This is happening irrespective of my geographic location i.e happening everywhere - I have tested the speed when at home, at office, on road everywhere. Even the GPS signal is lost frequently. This has been escalated to customer care so many times and I have also emailed them several times - I am just getting complaint no.s one after another and they keep on asking for details of the problem while I feel being cheated as a consumer. They are just giving 1X speed and marketing that as a 3G pack - Can you imagine data transfer speed @ less than 10 KBPS over 3G ?!?! They are simply fooling innocent customers and harassing them in the name of 3G service. Refer attached screenshot of the data I have been capturing. The 'GPRS' speed (red rows) is extremely slow while the same handset is giving good speed over WiFi (I have personal broadband) i.e. the green rows.

On 10/05/14 morning (Saturday) i recharged Rs 158 for pocket internet and Rs.120 for topup through aircel online recharge.After connceting to internet my main balance came to zero without talking to anybody and I cannot talk with anybody even aircel customer care(121). While i recharged separately for pocket internet (Rs.158) how my main balance will come to zero.Kindly do the needful for getting back my money.I cannot contact to aircel customer care as no balance in my mobile.
