My cell no. is [protected] .I hv done a recharge of 95 on my mobile no. [protected] on 06/06/2014 08.45 am through netbanking.95 balance got deducted from my bank account and aircel site showing as recharge staus as success. But i hvnt got any recharge on my mobile.Instead of helping my queries there senior executive are saying that u are just doing phone for timepass.And they are not registering my complaint on this. So please help me to get my balance back and the aircel help desk is worse .take action against themmy recharge ref. no.RJ[protected]

    My mob no is [protected]. i had balance on 8/06/2014 more than 120 rupees. i was activated pi of 7 rupees & suddenly after use of 15 min of Internet my balance suddenly comes to 0. when i asked to customer service executive he told me i am having 14mb data balance & i am not activate any service . but when i contact on 9/0/2014 customer service representiv of aircel to i was use over Internet data when i asked details they told me i am using 25mb, 50mb.100mb, 58, mb Internet data.one of the executive disconnect my call with out listening my complain.

    Dear Sir,

    Aircel has debited 128 rs money from my account balance of mobile number [protected] for internet activation which i have not activated. It is purely their mistake which their customer care representative was accepted too. i have given complaint regarding this to three times so far. but there is no proper response. Kindly take some strict action on aircel, since they are doing these kind activities regularly.

    I want to notify that my 99/- rupees deducted from my prepaid num [protected]. Its 2nd time in two months.
    I have not used any service. Neither i asked for any service nor i confirmed any. I don't know what these people want. They just swept out 99/- out of 120/-. N further they are not responding while i am trying to contact using customre care. We trust you. So please don't spoil the customer relationships. Its a student life and its very hard to invest such amount on telecommunications. If you are giving me my money back i shall be highly obeliged. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum as i am having proper proofs.i will not recommend anyone to buy ur service i[censored] will be unable to help me.
    129 rupees deducted of my mobile no.[protected] .
    Please refund.

      I am not satisfied with aircel service today i got message from aircel company on my no [protected] the message was that you will get 100mb data only for rs 26 validity 30 days received at 12:56:01pm from DD-600003 but when i visited at retailer shop for recharge I recharged with rs 26 but i got only 200 mb for 5 days .
      Sir i want justice why they are doing so this full of fraud i want that they return my data mb balance.../ I can't contect them bcoz they have stopped my No for talking them kindly check this matter

        Hello, I once activated roaming plan on my mobile number : [protected] for Rs25/- and since then it keeps on renewing automatically! Every time I recharge for about Rs300 and Rs25 gets cut automatically towards the roaming plan. Upon repeated calling to the aircel customer care No. they simply say that you have some VAS activated in your mobile No. and you need to disable that by calling 155223 but it was of no use. I can clearly see that my roaming plan is getting auto renewed and due to that the balance is getting cut. I request you to please look into the issue and refund my amount at the earliest. Another concern is 3G service! I have complained that there is no 3G signal properly coming in my locality. Only 2G is coming, I have dual network mode enabled and I have a 3G capable handheld and a usb datacard. Both only show 2G network. They told the issue will be resolved within 3-5 working days which never happened even after 15 days. My address is nearby prashant gardens, new sainathpuram, Dr AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, AP 500062. I hope all these issues will be solved at the earliest.

          I'm a user of aircel prepaid since more than 5 years ...and i was getting irritation on this aircel services they don't worry about the signals and service ..we are not getting proper services for the company if we load a complaint in custemer care service They don't take it seriously ..and that to if we want to call to custermer care service we have topay money ...for taking money they are all ways first ..not for the service ..i am loading a complaint here please help me ...

            Dear Sir, I m Agniva Ganguly from Kolkata, my mobile no. is [protected]. On June 8 2014 i had recharged my phone with a Rs 27 data plan for my internet usage purpose which promised to give 200 mb of data for 5 days. I have also recieved a confirmation sms from my service provider Aircel which informed about the successful recharge. However on checking my balance i found that they did not recharge the 200 mb data and was charging me from my main account balance for internet access. This same incident happened once before and the culprit was again Aircel. I called up the customer service centre but they were rude and absolutely uninterested in solving the matter. This is a case of pilferage on the part of Aircel and i m definitely contemplating a formal complaint against Aircel to the Consumer protection forum. Therefore I would request the authority to have a look into this matter because i m sure that alot of people are being duped and robbed by the so called reputed telecom service providers of India. Speaking from the point of an exploited consumer I urge the authority to take stern action against such kind of harassment.               I got an sms from Aircel to my number [protected] on[protected]. the sms was (Free talk time of rs 50!! Recharge with RC 189 now and enjoy 20 hours\day free local A2A call for 28 days and also get free TT of Rs 50 in main Ac in 24 hours. 1st min 1.5 p\s) but till now i did not get free TT of Rs 50. and i ask to the company customer care they told me to wait 12 hour then 48 hour then 48 hour and finally they refused me to give balance.

                My name is joyjit das, my airc no. Is [protected], i recharge my aircel no. With aircel 67 recharge which provide 1gb 3g data valid for 5 days.Therefore my no. Was recharged successfully but could not access the internet,
                So, when i use to check the 3g data bal from *143*0# code..The data bal showing but still can't access net.I used to call customer care service several times.They said that my prob will be solved..They submit a complain but after there was no response...
                I already complaind this 1 time.this is my 2nd time.

                So, I WANT MY PROBLEM BEING SOLVED...AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...

                  1. aircel company call the costumer frequently as well as massage's sending more but aircel company not full serves activated do not destrub seva

                  2.30 rupees Balance cut Thursday 5 June evening, at 5.00 p.m and also 24 rupees balance cutting today 7.00 am
                  all over observation total balance cutting 57 rupees within the to two days

                  Costumer feels the change card i.e portability other card

                  kindly request you 60 rupees Balance send costumers number within the 24 hours also calling your costumers care not call received so this situation very guilty i.e not care about costumers complaint so this card portablilty

                    My name is Raveendran from Wipro Technologies, Chennai. I just become Aircel customer 6 months ago from Wipro Corporate Store within Wipro Campus. I will explain my detailed issue step by step, hope you will have time to go through and understand my serious concern here with Aircel Service. My Mobile Number is [protected]. Plan : 149 . Corporate plan and I have just told that I will be having 500 MB Free 2G Data Alone. Note: I never asked for 3G enable for my connection. I received an sms last April 28 where my call limit has been exceeded and my outgoing stopped. So I made two payments Rs 770 and Rs 800 to continue with my outgoing calls. But unfortunately my outgoing has not be activated after several number of phone calls to customer service for four days. (almost a week). Then I spoke to Wipro Aircel Contact Mr. Muthu after which I got enabled for outgoing just for an day. After which it got disconnected again. There were several discussions with customer care and with my Wipro Contact Muthu but I have not been enabled with outgoing facility since April 28 till the month of bill generation on May. I received the following SMS from Aircel with regards to my unbilled amount though I am not using outgoing facility. The above SMS is on 1st May where I have outstanding of -862. The above sms is on 2nd May. The above SMS which I received on 6th May, where my outstanding amount is -862? But my unbilled amount is 8000+? My mobile number has been deactivated (both incoming and outgoing). After several calls and mails, I came to know that my bill amount is 9000 + to be paid since I used internet facility. I am completely not aware that I will be charged more than my limit for my usage of internet. I was under clear impression that my internet connectivity will be disconnected after reaching of 500 MB limit of 2G itself. I never asked for 3G but I understood that amount has been charged with 3G charges which itself not right way. I called up numerous times to Customer care representatives with all frustration and sending emails to corporate but not use where I have not given any solution for waive off the charges. Also I visited to Chennai Customer service located at Spenser Plaza and spent around 2 hours for this alone but I just told that they cannot do anything and asked me to send mail to you.  Not aware that my limit will be exceeded for internet usage (where my limit should not go beyond 800 ) as like you disconnect voice service if it goes beyond limit usage.  Was not told that I will be charged for internet usage if I use more than 500 MB  I didn’t asked for 3G but this has been enabled automatically.  When I don’t use mobile for calls, how the internet facility worked, In my understanding I have never used internet facility. Despite so many mails (mails attached), I did not get itemised bill till now.  Customer should be informed about the internet plans which so many are available if I am using more than the plan which I have.(which did not happened). In Airtel, they will call and inform the customer that your usage is nearing.  As a normal customer, how will I know that my limit of Rs 800 will not be considered for Internet usage?  There are so many Internet plans available which I would have just paid the rental rather than 1000 Rs Internet which is my beyond expense. 

                      My sim no. [protected] I got a promotional data balance after purchasing from snapdeal and activated by sending it to 121 and start using internet after I receiving a massage from 121 conforming data balance. But, to my astonishment, data was charged from my main account . When I called custemer care she told that her system does not shows the data bal. Then how my system shows 100mb(3g)+65.77mb (2g) data balance after dialing *126*6#? For this type of fraudulent activity I lost my balance, even not able to call costumer care.                         I recharged my mobile for Rs.199 for an offer of 1 GB Data & 99 Rs talktime. With out any information they have deducted 99 Rs .Even i didnt use a single call from that amount.Internet data is also not working.When i tried to complaint the same after listening to my query they are disconnecting the call.it happened for three times. Worst service from Aircel.

                              i am arun., living at kumbakonam, thanjavur district., my mobile number is [protected]., this is aircel postpaid connection. past six month before i had changed the prepaid to postpaid connection. but that aircel postpaid connection i want to change to prepaid connection., so many times i have submitted required documents of prepaid changing process., but till now not response. daily i called to aircel thanjavur store manager number ([protected]) and so many times i went to aircel store in kumbakonam., submitted required documents. but no responses., my number is so important to me.but aircel customer care and thanjavur store manager so irresponse answer to me for every day. me do all procedure to change of prepaid connection., but aircel service not enough., customer care services also very poor., i want same number and change to prepaid connection. please do the needful."

                                On 27/05/204 day i called to customer care number regarding complaint, bcz my amount is deducted i recharge special pack of 5rs for 1/6ps call rate for aircel to aircel, it's activated.i get conformation message still my amount cut more rate.so i call to call center and informed, at the time they tols server problem, when i react seriously, then my number always regretting & balance enquiry and other supporting also not working from my aircl number.


                                So please take action seriously & urgently.

                                  From my number msg is not going from several days...I have complaint about this also for many times bt the customer care executive says that this may be because of network problem...But how it is possible that only from my number msg is not going to other number ?? Many times this also happens that from some aircel number msg comes to me after 24 hours...

PI 24 & MUSMS 61 is activated on my mob no. without my request/permission. it's happens again & again with me.I complaint to coustomer care but no action taken. so pls. refund my money. otherwise u have to pay for it. i will spoil aircel's reputation by using social network.

                                    Hi,

                                    On[protected] I have recharged mobile [protected] with Rs. 61 power pack and after that Rs. 69 (which gives balance as Rs. 76 to any mobile/landline as per their policy).
                                    But on[protected] the balance shows as Rs. 0.00. Though we have calculated all charges for all calls made which should not be more than Rs. 15. That means we should still have Rs.[protected] in balance.
                                    We have contacted Aircel Customer Care (121) and Complaint Helpline (198) multiple times. They have confirmed that as per their database also we have made calls only for around Rs. 15 only. They asked us to call again at night 12:00am.
                                    When we called on[protected], employee named Subhadeep attended the call and informed that how the money got deducted that is not updated in their database.
                                    When we ask them how to get back our balance he told again to call after 24 hrs. When asked to give senior managers, he refused to give their numbers. We asked him to transfer the call to senior management he informed they are unavailable and can not give the call to anyone. Talking with him we had a feeling that he was not in normal condition.
                                    We are trying to call since[protected] morning again, but they are not picking up the calls. I can assure you that it will spoil Aircel's reputation. Please refund our money.

                                      i bring your kind notice that aircel 3G Internet plan of Rs. 447/- which i recharge 4 days ago is not working. i can not connect through any device whether its through Mobile or don gal. whenever i try to connect it's not connecting earlier it's not like that i am using it around 6 month but not now. i used all things my mobile, others mobile, my donggal. my name is Roshan Kumar and my contact number is [protected] in which is am using my 3G Internet plan of Aircel. please take necessary step to address my problem.
