Non activation of of my aircel sim since 15.04.2014. Respected Sir. Since last tuesday, I had taken aircel sim how ever after my pursual, they returned my documnets stating to submit separate documents.Than I had submitted the docs as suggested by them. But even after 4 more days, my sim has not been activated. While asking to doc centre they replied the concerned authorised agency have done mistake, thats why rejected. Moreover they are harassing me no of times.Under the circumstances i Have no option other than to apply in cosumer forum.Requested for needful action. thaking you regards sandip

    Dear Sir, My mobile no is[protected]. Using number portability, I had changed from AIRCEL to AIRTEL in Jan 2014. At that time I had visited AIRCEL store and cleared all my dues and asked them to return my deposit, they said you will get that with in 30 - 45 days through post. But till the date I had not received my security deposit which I was paid at the time of purchasing the card/connection. I want my money back. Please do the needful...       On[protected] I have received a message from aircel costumer
      care like as follows (Hi, Get Rs 50 extra on your first recharge on a minimum
      value of Rs 100 above. Valid only @ www.aircel.com/mobile
      recharge. Offer valid till 21st April 2014)

      After receiving above message I have done recharge with 120
      Rs through www.aircel.com/mobile recharge
      I have received only 120 Rs but I have not received extra 50 Rs. They have
      cheated me please do the need full to me at the earliest

        Please deactivate aircel video talkies 5 from my aircel no. It's automaticaly activated and already rs. 20 deducted, even customer care executive don't know what to do.So please return my deducted amount other wise i am not using aircel service in future.For urgently basis

          Dear Sir, I have disconnected my mobile connection with Aircel([protected]) on 15/07/13 and paid my final settlement amount too in the same month billing cycle date. After that I stopped using the number too. Even after my disconnection they are going on generating bills for every month. If I mail to there billing team regarding why they are generating bills even after my disconnection, I didn't received any response from that company. And today (21/04/14) they are calling and saying that if you don't pay the bill amount Rupees 1900, then we will file a case in Delhi high court. And also saying that if we file a case in Delhi high court we will collect the fine amount of Rupees 28, 000 But i'm having all proofs with me. Please help in this.

            Aircel is one of the most fraud companies I have ever came across. Never gives service after taking money from you. Their own IVR will not recognize your no. and keeps telling " This is not a valid Aircel no." Most recent incident being, I recharged with Rs 255 to get 2B 3G data for 30 days. Got nothing. Even after raising several requests, nothing happened, its being 3 weeks now. Government should take some action to resolve these queries. We are not billionairs here that these denominations do not matter to us or something. These are our hardon money and someone cannot simply rob us like this..

              sir my phone number is [protected], Aircel.when I am checking my 3g net balance by pressing *122*011# it is showing my 3g combo data pack is 250 mb valid up to 12/05/2014.and when i am checking my 2g net balance by pressing *400# it is showing that my 2g net balance is 500 mb.but when i am connecting both 2g and 3g aircel is charging me from my main balance. NB- i have not recharged for the net balances shown.it is shown automatically.

                I ported from Vodafone to aircel last month. Aircel gave me some offers also. But now they are deducting my balance once a week. They are doing it in a way that If i have 20 rupees balance they will cut 15 rupees and if i call customer care they will tell you subscribed to some service. If i have 10 rupees in my balance they will cut 5 rupees and told the same thing when i call customer care. They provide me number to deactivate the service which i didn't activated. If i call to the number they are telling there are no subscriptions on my number. And frustrating thing is customer care executive will not connect call to representative more than 1 time in 2 days.

                  Hi Aircel,

                  My Mobile Number is [removed], I have been using this number since 2007.
                  I have lost my mobile on March 27, 2014. So I called customer support and asked them to block my Number and they did. Please refer my Complaint Reference Number (1-[protected]).

                  I got back my number from one of your Service Center's by provide an ID Proof and a Passport photograph on
                  15-April-2014. They asked me to wait for 24 hours to get the Sim activated. But still my incoming and outgoing called are barred. I even called 59059 to make sure my Number is activated. They said its already activated. But Still all my services are Barred. When I called your customer support, it seemed they are not technically sound, they asked me to switch off and on my mobile phone.

                  Please do the needful. I'm kind of frustrated by your technical support crew.

                    Hi, This is S.Vijayakumar. I have a 3G datacard from Aircel with the number : [protected].I am currently in 999 datacard plan and my billing cycle is 15th to 14th. Last month, within a few days after the Bill was generated, my datacard's outgoing was barred and I was unable to connect to the Internet. I went to the Aircel office in OMR and they activated the datacard's outgoing service. After few hours, again the outgoing was barred and I called the customer care and they took the request to activate the outgoing again and I waited for 2 hours to get the outgoing activated. Withing few hours, the outgoing was barred again and I went through the same process again and again for nearly 5 or 6 times. The datacard's credit limit is 2600. My last bill was Rs.1122 and the unbilled amount was around Rs.200 and the due date was only in the first week of April 2014 The issue was not resolved and finally I had to pay my billed amount and then only the issue did not happen. This month, I have not received my bill so far and but the outgoing service in my datacard has been barred from today morning and it is only 16th April. I have paid all my previous bills and there is no outstanding amount apart from the last bill which has not been generated yet. Today morning I raised the issue to Customer Care and asked them to fix this and ensure that this does not happen again and the outgoing service was activated after 2 hours. I went to the Aircel Store in OMR and asked them for the reason but they did not have any answer as to why this is happening. They have given me this email id for reporting and they did not bother to take a complaint regarding this and asked me to send all the details myself (Bravo to Aircel's wonderful customer friendliness). Now within few hours, my datacard's outgoing service is barred again (Again Bravo to Aircel's wonderful Technical support).I am a corporate customer and I use this datacard for connecting with my Management and Clients. I took this connection only to ensure that I am able to online anytime and anywhere in Chennai.But the way that Aircel has treated me last month and this month, I have suffered so much frustration in not being able to respond to my official needs because of this treatment from Aircel. I just want answers to the following question and also if possible a permanent solution to this issue.1. When the Current billed amount Rs.1122 and current unbilled amount Rs.33 is less than my credit limit of Rs.2600, why is my outgoing getting barred repeatedly ? 2. Why neither the Customer Support in Telephone nor the support staff at Aircel Store not able to answer me when I ask them the above Question ?3. What does Aircel need from me for fixing this issue ? As far I see this there is no other way than to cancel this connection and go for another Vendor. Please provide me with answers. Yours frustrated, S.Vijayakumar

                          I have submitted a complaint whereby Rs.90 has been charged on my no.[protected] the complaint no. is 1-[protected] please note that this complaint has been closed without confirming me it was lodged through your online site portal, when the charge were deducted i received a message "Thanks for using Aircel Service", however i havent used any such service these messages came while i was browsing.

                          They really are not bothered about their customers, before closing the complaint at least you should have called the customer and know his stand.

                          I Request you to look into the matter and revert the charges.

                              While browsing the internet, Rs 50 was deducted from my balance and the reason given by customer service representatives was that it was due to using WAP services.But, since i had not opened any WAP enabled webpage, that is not possible.Also, nothing was downloaded for which i should be charged.This has happened previously, too.Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.Thank you.

                                  This is regarding my Aircel no: [protected]. On 3rd April (6 days ago) suddenly I was shocked to see that Rs.198 was deducted from my balance without any prior intimation. I use Rs61 power top-up and my call rate is only 32p/min. Thus it was not deducted for call. I use a basic Nokia 2G handset where I do not have Internet access facility, so no question o[censored]sing Internet also. I was very surprised why the amount was deducted and it damaged my faith on Aircel completely. I called customer care multiple times for this and at last got the reference no: 1-[protected]. They agreed that the balance was mistakenly deducted and assured to refund the deducted balance. But till date they did not refund anything. I am planning to port my no from Aircel to any other operator because of this. Can anyone help me to get back my deducted balance which was deducted by Aircel without any reason or justification.                                     I am murali and I already held the number [protected]. Its postpaid connection. Since it is postpaid connection, they were charged in excess every month. If I enquire they always says that u used some WAN services.Out of frustation, I gave complaint and request to change it into prepaid. They havenot changed it as early. After I raised some complaint in this forum, they made it changed. During the interaction with the tambaram branch aircel customer care office, they took the complaint for the mode of connection. I paid some 200 rupees extra to stop this funny things. Even then, they were relunctant to change. When I enquire, they said that, the day when I placed the request was the day, next day to my due date. Actually speaking, they should have informed me that. But that was not happened. For that, I paid some amount in excess. But actual issue is they had sent me this month bill. Two months have been passed since the request date. Its very funny to get the bill for this month. Please get into this and resolve.

                                    They are not calling me either messaging me to remind me to pay the bill. Thats the only confirmation. They may wait for the due date to expire so that they would levy charges for not paying the bill on time. Let us wait and see. As of now, no communication from their side.

                                      I am Murali and my number is [protected]. I got this number recently. My service provider is Aircel. As a token of this, they are freely disturbing me throughout the day as they like. Nearly I am getting minimum of five calls from the aircel customer care number. Its very disgusting to take these calls.Please somehow stop in getting the calls.
