Hi, A few days back, after I'm done checking some Google results, I received a message from Aircel that 20 INR has been deducted from my account for activating a VAS service called Video talkies. When I tried to contact the customer care, I was not connected at all. In about 3 days post this incident, another 15INR was deducted from my account for the same reason. I came to know that by sending a message to 155223 with the word Stop will cancel all the active VAS services. But shockingly, when I sent the message, I received a reply stating that I have no active services to deactivate. The customer care support, when contacted, bluntly said that they cannot help me in this issue and urged me to accept that I accidentally clicked on some link that triggered this VAS. And they were not ready to answer why I got such a reply when I tried deactivating. Now, yesterday again another 3INR was deducted and the rogue customer care person who spoke to me laughs and says I played some games online and thats why they took that money. Without even using the internet, without clicking any links and without any request for activation, these frauds are robbing off my balance. I suggest people not to use this network as they will do the same to you as well.

    Dear Sir/Mam I am using 3G (749 rs plan) internet service in my Laptop through Modem but before 15 days I am not getting usefull speed. I complained in customer care helpline 198 and 121 but they give us bad response. Right now my problem is as usual. so i request you to solve my this problem ASAP. My 3G sim no. is [protected].       My main balance is deducted without any reason when I called customer care they said you received a URL message & you have downloaded something .but I am damn sure I don't receive any kind of message. When I asked them to return money they refused. You can check my details but It often happen with me that my money is deducted for no reason and the Customer Care executive always gives the same excuse. I am not a fool that I 'll download anything. I am not using mobile first time. I want to back my money. If you can not return my money please don't give rubbish excuses.       ISTV 5 rcrg 25 MB for 1 day on 07.04.2014 . I have recd message for Spl. tarrif expired 9th Apr 2014. but My main balance amt Rs. 164.70 is deducted without any reason when I called customer
      care they said you received a URL message & you have downloaded

        The executive receive my call i asked him my question on balance deducted but
        He unable to give any response and on asking his name immediately, your
        Executives abused me and cut the call.

          Dear Mam / Sir, Before one days we have talk customer care no 198 talk to any care re secretary at 1.10 PM and requested that SONG NAME : SAAJAN SAAJAN TERI DULHAN - MOVIE DIL KA RISHTA . She intructed me that my dialer tune code is 58592 and send to no. 53000. So, we have done following instruction process : ACT DT 58592 - & send the following no. as instructed me 53000. But we have loss in my acc. Balance quickly but my this dialer song was not activated and activated another dialer tune . It's was confirm cheated me confirm .             The customer care people called me up and stated that as a privilege customer, I am eligible for the Rs.198 Internet pack at free of cost which provides 1.5GB 2G/3G for 30 days. I was also asked to reply to the sms carefully which I would be getting and needed to confirm. But there was no further sms asking for confirmation and finally Rs. 198 got deducted and a sms came stating that I have applied for their service. When I called customer care, the person was not able to answer me and when asked for his higher authority, I was given a lame excuse that " system is down, please call after 2 hours". This is the same kind of reply I am fade of getting. I want a return of my money and want the service to be deactivated as I am already using 10 GB Internet pack which costed me Rs.997. Why should a person spend Rs.198 knowingly even after when he has spent Rs.997? This is a pure false marketing strategy to fool the customers. What the hell I Aircel upto??

              Dear Sir, I put rate cutter on 23/3/2014 for RS 34.00, I received a message "STV34 recharge successful. All local mobiles @ 30p/min & daily 1st local min @ 1.5 p/ min with 28 days validity has been credited." But from my account daily 1st local min they are detected 2 p for 90 sec. Without any information, When i made customer care call they not give any proper information. My aircel number is [protected]

                Dear Team,

                I haven’t download any APPS in WAP aircel, but they charged me around 300 for download, even for that I didn’t get any intimation SMS

                After bill generated that time only I got to know my number was charged for downloads immediately I called customer care and mailed to aircel stating the issue on 24 march.
                Today only I got reply After I mentioned as if you didn’t reply I will log case with consumercomplaints.

                The day between 24 and 31, my number was charged 2 time (100 RS), immediately I called customer care and said I didn’t download anything but you charged me they replied I logged complaint you will get reply.

                But till now my issue repeatedly happening.


                Fraud aircel services.

                  Got a missed call from [protected], then i called back nothing happened, online sources suggest it is a pakistani number, and calling back can duplicate sim. I dont know what to do and how to check whethe my sim is dupicated or not. Can there be any security issues, why is aircel allowing such calls. Regards, Akash Agarwal

                    I have been defrauded by Aircel of my prepaid balance. This unscrupulous mobile "service" provider has activated something they call "Pocket Store" without my knowledge or authorization and have repeatedly deducted my prepaid balance which is now zero. I have been using my Aircel number [protected] for the last few years and am a regular subscriber of the Pocket Internet 6GB data pack which costs Rs. 251/- for 90 days for EDGE data and have no need for any superfluous service like Pocket store. I have reported this to their customer service personnel twice: One to a Mr. Abdul Karim (SR#1-[protected]) and another to a Mr. Avinash (SR#1-[protected] & #1-[protected]). Both of them hanged the phone after keeping it on hold on the pretext of transferring the call to a senior executive. They never acknowledged activation of this "service" at their end and declined to take any action to resolve my complaint. I am unable to call them again at the customer support number 198 as they probably have conveniently blacklisted my number for the day after labelling my complaint ticket as closed. Is this expected by a loyal customer who has been using your network for the last few years? Moreso, I am employed in an administrative position in Emergency services and sudden disruption of mobile service due to lack of prepaid balance can adversely affect critical communication required by me causing not only monetary loss but that of human lives! I daresay that I hold Aircel liable for any such loss monetary or otherwise occurring as a consequence to their accidental or intentional deduction of prepaid balance and would be pursuing this legally. That said, after this horrendous experience, I would be switching to another mobile network provider as soon as I use up my data plan and would not be giving such an unethical company any more of my hard earned money.

                          I had purchased one aircel prepaid SIM with below details

                          I had verified this SIM by calling 59059 on 26th march 2014.After the verification I haven't received the initial recharge and I am not able to make any single call from this number.I tried to recharge with one top up and that also failed.Please look into the issue immediately and activate this number ASAP.My alternate number is [protected].Reach out for any issues.

                              Sub: Non-satisfactory services and Balance Deduction of Rs. 25-28/- (Mobile No. +91 [protected]) Regretfully I am informing you that I am using an Aircel Number, mentioned in the subject line, for the last 2 months. As per Aircel customer care executive, Aircel is using tie-up services with Reliance communication to improve their services and all. Sometimes my SIM's tower is in Aircel Mode and sometimes the tower is in Reliance 'R' mode. I would like to state you that whenever my SIM goes to 'R' mode, no calls are being connected and no sms are being delivered to the destination number. But, balance and 'Meter Reading' of Aircel company is always on and unauthorized balances are being deducted for those calls and sms which are not connected at all and not delivered, not even, sent to the destination. I have tried to contact to Appellate Authority, Mr. Rajiv Sure also regarding this disgusting issues, but his representative picked up the call i.e. Mr. Satish Kumar Gupta, Applet Nodal Officer, and gave me a complaint ID 1-[protected]. He also assured me that he will send my complaint ID to my personal email address as the proof of my complaint. After 20 minutes of my conversation with Mr. Satish Kumar Gupta, still he has not sent that particular complaint details to my email address because of disgusting and unsatisfactory services of Aircel. I just want the following solution from Aircel Department at all: 1. I want my Rs. 25-28/- back to my Aircel SIM. 2. I want proper services by Aircel, not for 'R' and all. In this regard, I would like to again state that customers are assets to any company and I am also one of them. But Aircel doesn't care to their customers with efficient manner because I am totally fed up due to unmannered services provided by Aircel Customer Care Executive and also from appellate authority. When I asked to Mr. Satish about Rajiv Sure, then he told me that he is not on the table right now. Even, I gave my personal number to that fellow after an instruction to call back at any cost, but there is still no response has been taken from Mr. Rajiv Sure's site. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest to refund my deducted amount, which was obviously due to technical issues of Aircel and provide me proper communication tower to avoid any further inconvenience.                                 Already register this following complaint in akosha.com, still now not resolved.. I have registered a complaint to aircel customer care that I cant able to access internet while my 1month rs.198 pack was active and worked for 15 days and from 11-mar not working, validity is still 31st mar 2014. Still now not resolved and no call from customer care and whenever I try to contact them via 198, all executives are busy for the past 2days anytime I make a call(tried on sunday and monday)

                                    My Aircel No is: [protected] Hi, I got a new connection 4-5 days back. Since then I am totally frustrated with the kind of service given by you. I got a promo code by snapdeal.com for the ongoing offer of 3G data of 1GB for 3 months each. To avail this offer I got this new connection. I followed the instructions given and sent the SMS on 121 with the promo code on 22/03/2014. I received a confirmation SMS for the same but didn't get the data. I called the customer support team on 121 and they said to wait for 24 hours. Again checking after the said time I didn't find the data balance. I called up at 198 and told them my grievance but got the same response. After that I am not able to contact the customer support team on any of the numbers. May be they have blacklisted my number. I am yet to receive the promised data. This kind of pathetic service is not at all tolerated. Please come to a solution ASAP or I will have to look to some other higher authorities.                                       Hi, I have Aircel Prepaid connection ([protected]). I made recharge of Rs.133/- (3g Internet Pack) but it seems at my location ( Sector 22, Noida) 3g network is not available. However there is full network coverage but even I am unable to take the 2g service because it is too slow to open a single page. Pl. look into the matter at the earliest or refund my recharge amount.                                         My self Biswajit Jena and My aircel mobile number is [protected]. I really harassed with such bad service of aircel. On 23 rd March 2014, i have received a message regarding You have been charged rs 100 for video talkies. I was sucked when i check balance, alreday rs 100 have been dedaucted. How Aircel automatic activated such services without my knowledge. When i call customer care, they told that you have subscribed this service by yourself.when i said that i have not activated such services and asked for refund. He refused me with rude language. therfore i request to the concerned authority to look into the matter and refund my balance otherwise i will switch to another operator of my choice.

                                        Another rs 20 have been deducted for the same reason on 27th march 2014.i have received a sms that you have been charged rs 20 for video talkies for 20 days. Very harrasing service and no responsible from aircel.i will surely change my operator if there are no solution.
