I had activated DND on my Aircel number +[protected] Mumbai circle, in 2011 as I had met an accident due to continuous 7 calls & thought it could be urgent from home, I picked up 7th call after ignoring 6 consecutive calls in 20 mins drive on a highway. But from November 2013, I have been getting several Promotional Calls from Aircel every single day until first week of March 2014 & this whole week I am receiving so many Promotional SMS’s every day, at least 6-8 SMS’s/day. I have sent a complaint to Aircel on 20th of March 2014 & there was no reply from Aircel. I posted the complaint on other consumer online complaint forum but no response. I also had called up Aircel 198 to make a complaint, 1st thing, they do not have any option for DND complaints on AVR, when I spoke with an Aircel Executive, he said, sir, I will activate DND on your number now, I said, I had sent a message on 16th March’2014 to 1909 - START 0 & I got the reply, that, DND is already active on your number. So I asked him, then, why am I receiving Promotional calls from Aircel if my DND is active? He had no answer but just kept saying, your DND will be active within 7 days. I believe, as per TRAI, any Telemarketing company including service providers hold no rights to send promotional calls/SMS to the numbers with DND Active. So, what should I do? Such things has to be taken very gravely as this is utterly against TRAI rules & Regulations build for Telecommunications Companies to give better service to the Customers. I hope, at least this forum will help me get rid of these issues, or perhaps, I will have to port my number to some other better subscribers. Anticipating better support from this forum.     My mobile number is [protected]. Name Anubhav Kumar Prasad. I registered on DND (NCPR No. O[protected]) and got message for activation till 05-03-14. But after that I still got promo calls and messages so I made complaint to Aircel on 07-03-14 (Reference No. 1-[protected]) for which I got the message of deactivation till 11-03-14. But after that I still got promo messages (no promo calls), so I again made complaint on 14-03-14 (Reference No. 1-[protected]) for which they messaged the deactivation till 19-03-14. But still I am receiving promo messages. Now I want this to be deactivated as soon as possible and demand compensation for there irresponsibilty.

      on 10th march, company deducted Rs 20/- from my mobile balance. They told me that I renewed VAS on my number at 1:38 am. Whereas on that time I was having conversation with my friend from the same number. I told them to check the record. I never clicked any link for that VAS. Without hearing me or contacting me, They sent a message that their deduction is correct and took a biased decision. Today, They did the same and deducted another 15/- rupees from my account while i was riding bike and got a message that I have paid for a service & gave a web link. Whereas I did not clicking any link. I was riding my bike and got the message meanwhile. My phone was also locked. Company harassed me by not solving my problems from 10 days & today make another deduction.

          I am Aircel customer in karnataka from past 6 months or more and i have been using RC37 unlimited data pack from 16th last month after my pack is auto-renewed, they shouldn't charge me for data usage. instead they are wiping my balance for 2 times for about 73 RS... i was made convinced that i didn't used internet at first time but on next time when i called them for same reason ..the customer care representative connection was impossible due to {heavy traffic} they say... so i admitted defeat and continued to use internet with activated data pack last night i was worried to get fool once again so switched off mobile and switched on mobile morning 8am and activated my internet pack and received message containing " your pack has been activated" but still they are charging of data use even my 3G balance is 293.63MB now the balance should be RS 16.XX but the present balance is RS 0.06

            I recharged my Aircell number [protected] for 133 rs through easy recharge in[protected]. i got text stating successful and amount got deducted from my account. whereas 3G service is working only though the money that i have got in my account for calling and not working through the 3G 133 offer. I called up CS - they informed me that 3G is active but they do not know reason why its not accessable by me and informed me to call 198 - for complaints - i did try this 198 for more than 30 times and tried speaking to CS rep though this number- which does not connect. this being the case - i though instead of running behind- i can go with fresh 3G recharge and again recharged my account thropugh easy recharge for 128 rs on[protected] still my 3G is not working - though the plan. so lost 100rs of my talk time +133 +128. 361+ service charge 8rs - 369rs :-(.

            one guy called me form [protected] and informed me that he is calling from aircell customer care and informed me that he is reimbursing me the full amount and requested me for my atm number valid through and cvv - number i informed him that its froud and told him that i will post the complaint on this too.

              Respected sir, I would like to draw or attention to the fact that some unknown caller is disturbing me continuously. He calls at midnight and clams to be a customer representative. It's harassing me.
              I would be thankful if you kindly look in to the matter and appropriate measure as early as possible.

                My mobile number is [protected]. i had activated the BBD plan but now I am unable to deactivate it. I tried sending the message "StopBBD" to 121. There is only a reply "203" every time with no results. Even the plan got renewed after sending the messege. And also the dedicated blackberry support number 1255 is not working. Please pay serious attention to this problem.

                  I am a prepaid customer with no [protected].I m truly agitated o[censored]nwanted plans being activated every now and then.Last time some shayaari and music packs were activated.And today some video talkies pack got activated.I tried calling customer care but no proper response.Please deactivate all plans except net pack immediately. And in future see to dat no plans are activated without the confirmation from customers.

                        Hi, I use an Aircel number for which I pay thousands of rupees every month as part of my monthly billing. But from last 6-8 months, I am keep getting numerous calls saying they are from Aircel and behaving very rudely and abusing over the phone for not making a payment of Rs.153/-. Although i pay the bills on time, just to get rid of this issue i made a payment on Aircel portal of that Rs.153/-, but nothing changed. Till date and just before 5minuts before I write this complaint too I got a call from [protected] asking for payment of Rs.153/-. As and when I tried to explain t he person about the whole issue, they just disconnect the call and nobody bothers to pick if i call them back. I tried calling Aircel customer care on 121 and have lodged so many complaints on this issue but even those people least bothered and this issue is yet to sort. Is there any suggestion that i can get to proceed legally against Aircel for irritating me Mentally? If so kindly help me in this issue to resolve it

                          I recharged Rs.26/- for sms pack . Amount deduction from my account but not activate my service. I call the customer care and they said the problem will be solved about 24 hours mean 3 days' . But they not backed my amount. aircel gave me a ref. No.1-[protected] problem solving date within 08.08.2014. But not gave me balance back .

[protected] (aircel mah) i have recharged frc 34 on jan 14 1st week which gives benefit 100mb data/mnth and onnet free calls for 3months i have got dis benefit till feb 14 but on dis month benefit must be credited till 3 or 4 date but still i have got it. I don't have any problem with aircel my all family member using it. But dis time they disappoint me and the cust. Care exe. knowledge is not updated. So its request to aircel don't make fool to a customer .

                              We (myself and my wife) have been using aircel postpaid connection ([protected]) since two years.

                              Irrespective of my usage, we always pay extra amount. Due to that reason, we decided to change it to prepaid service. For that, we paid the amount which was not even billed. The customer care (tambaram branch) officials told me it will get activated within five working days. But, when I enquired yesterday, they told me that the complaint should have not taken on that specific date. Also, they admitted that its their mistake and asked me to not mind it. Also, they asked me to pay extra 300 rupees to get it activated. Its pure cheating service and I need someone to get into this and help me to get justice.

                                sir This is anurag rai from U.P.(east).sir i have recharged aircel mobile no [protected] i recharged with Rs.198 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was very slow, I can't any acess any site, download was very poor, this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet. .So regarding this i have called aircel costumer care number 198 so many times.but they are not responding well and now its not connecting also.so i got waxed and i lost my patience.so please do the needful.                                 port out to bsnl.good data network.cheap plan.good service
                                BSNL 2G plans are good, but again it depends on network coverage, i too using 3G of aircel, bsnl, idea, and airtel.. It all depends on coverage area. If aircel coverage area is better than bsnl, u will get good download speed with aircel. I myself experienced it.

Incomplete info : i have decided to change my plan from speak 250 to some other plan and i called aircel customer care on 3rd March. one Madam suggested me with 499 plan and she didnt inform about the new plan charges added 30rs as per TROY rule. Just confirm this by auditing her call. and i have called today (5th march) and spoke to mohammad and he explained my plan and he told i will not be charged for called tune song selection. i have also asked him twice and he told the same to me. after that i have activated it and called again your CC. again one madam spoke to me and she is very very rude on me. spoke very harsh and i got irritated with her service. i want you to audit all the calls and i am going to file a legal case with your operator in consumer complain website. 2. my Bill : month on month this is my big head ache. this month i got bill up to 1606. every month you are charging same amount and i don't know why you are charging this much when i have all my own. sms-3000, internet pack-98rs. but i got VAS charges up to 600+. you are cheating me very much and i don't want to use your operator anymore. i need a valid trust call from your higher official end. 3. Operator change : Due to all this problems finally i decided to change operator to Vodafone and got the portal code and you didn't allow me to change it. gave lot of fake reasons on my number and i retained in your service without hope on you. I am totally embarrassed on AIRCEL. you are a CHEATER. i hate aircel service. i need one of regional manager or higher official (nodal officer) to contact me to get issues explained.

                                    It really very worst and horrified experience with AirCel customer care. I did recharge of 447 (data plan [protected]) on 1st March 2014 in night. But since then I'm being charged for data usage and my pre-paid balance is getting deducted. Till now almost 80 Rs has been deducted so far. So, I stopped using data.
                                    I tried to call customer care (121 & 198) at least 30 TIMES in last two days, always get "we are experiencing heavy traffic call after some time". I tired to log complain AirCel ONLINE but the web page is throwing 500 server error. Now I do not have any option except this, so raising it here. Please look into this issue ASAP.

                                        I have aircel dongle of 499 plan.The speed of the net access through dongle is so slow that evn google page takes hell lot of time to open.I pay monthly Rs500+ (including tax) to get such kind o[censored]sage??? And the area where I stay is also not in outskirkts...Its IT hub(bangalore) I would like you to look into the matter ASAP in atleast a weeks time from now, else i am gonna disconnect it. And not just me..one day you will even find many of your customers doing the same if you provide such bad service to yuor customers. I had even sent a mail to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in some days ago...but dint get any reply.
