charging money for activated data plans

unwanted call and harassing at midnight

Respected sir, I would like to draw or attention to the fact that some unknown caller is disturbing me continuously. He calls at midnight and clams to be a customer representative. It's harassing me.
I would be thankful if you kindly look in to the matter and appropriate measure as early as possible.

No deactivation of blackberry plan

My mobile number is [protected]. i had activated the BBD plan but now I am unable to deactivate it. I tried sending the message "StopBBD" to 121. There is only a reply "203" every time with no results. Even the plan got renewed after sending the messege. And also the dedicated blackberry support number 1255 is not working. Please pay serious attention to this problem....

amount deducted from my account

I recharged Rs.26/- for sms pack . Amount deduction from my account but not activate my service. I call the customer care and they said the problem will be solved about 24 hours mean 3 days' . benefit not credited

Incomplete info : i have decided to change my plan from speak 250 to some other plan and i called aircel customer care on 3rd March. one Madam suggested me with 499 plan and she didnt inform about the new plan charges added 30rs as per TROY rule. Data plan issue not able to connect to customer care 40 times tried out

Hi,
It really very worst and horrified experience with AirCel customer care. I did recharge of 447 (data plan [protected]) on 1st March 2014 in night. But since then I'm being charged for data usage and my pre-paid balance is getting deducted. Till now almost 80 Rs has been deducted so far. So, I stopped using data.

Speed of Aircel Dongle

I have aircel dongle of 499 plan.The speed of the net access through dongle is so slow that evn google page takes hell lot of time to open.I pay monthly Rs500+ (including tax) to get such kind o[censored]sage??? Activating Caller Tunes without my consent

I did not activate any Dialer Tunes and shocked to know yesterday that there was a dialer tone. Some people say it may be an attempt to cheat and Aicel will deduct Rs. 30/- monthly without your knowledge. I don’t want any Dialer Tunes – so please remove it immediately and reimburse the money deducted illegally without my consent. They also must pay a compensation of Rs. 3000/-, minimum....

When i am recharging for talk time its deducting from main balance nearly today they deducted RS 70/- . Where in a 2 weeks they deducted more than 150/-. No service was requested or activated any time

Video Talkies service activated without request and Rs. 100 has been charged.

On 26th February 2013 at 1.17 PM, received an SMS saying been charged Rs.100 for Video Talkies.

No such service was requested or activated any time. I need a detailed explanation on how this happened. Kindly look into this and do the needful in refunding the wrongly deducted amount at the earliest, thanks!
