I did not activate any Dialer Tunes and shocked to know yesterday that there was a dialer tone. Some people say it may be an attempt to cheat and Aicel will deduct Rs. 30/- monthly without your knowledge. I don’t want any Dialer Tunes – so please remove it immediately and reimburse the money deducted illegally without my consent. They also must pay a compensation of Rs. 3000/-, minimum.

      Hi All, I took aircel sim last month and my number is [protected] on the first day i reacharged with RS 447 3G Internet pack which is valid for 3 months. When i am recharging for talk time its deducting from main balance nearly today they deducted RS 70/- . Where in a 2 weeks they deducted more than 150/-. When i am calling Aircel customer care its automatically disconnecting the call. I want the money back today i recharged with RS 100/- and in 20 min it came to RS 20/-. This is not at all fair then what is the use of Internet pack.

      Some guy is calling and asking all card details and telling i am from consumer complaint forum just have a look whether he belongs to your form are not as per bank rules we cant provide all details like card number, date of expiry and CVV number so please have a look and let me know whether he is part of consumer team

        Video Talkies service activated without request and Rs. 100 has been charged.

        On 26th February 2013 at 1.17 PM, received an SMS saying been charged Rs.100 for Video Talkies.

        No such service was requested or activated any time. I need a detailed explanation on how this happened. Kindly look into this and do the needful in refunding the wrongly deducted amount at the earliest, thanks!

        Also deactivate any new services aircel has planned to activate on my phone without my consent in the future too!!!

          other networks are very quick in instant activations through mobile.. y r u not activating it quickly.. i called to the customer care and complained about my problem but they didnot solve it.. now they are not responding.. i m gettng busy tone.. aircel show great failure in customer service when compared to other networks

              Sir/Madam,

              It is hereby informed you that during last fortnight I tried to get Aircel 3G connection
              (MSISDN-[protected]) using Micromax modem in Gayeshpur Golbazar Area under
              P.S.-Kalyani, Dist.-Nadia, PIN-741234 (W.B.). I contact your Customer Care
              Service over 198 and was guided to set up Network Mode on either HSPA/UMTS to
              get 3G connection. Well, I did that but got no response while Network Mode set
              up in Auto or EDGE/GPRS connection is available but in 2G connection speed. I tried
              it to my another neighbours, it is noticed that both of my Micromax modem set
              up and your 3G connection is OK because it is available there very comfortably.
              Now, the question is, how do I get this Aircel 3G connection while the location
              tower is nearer than my said neighbours?


              I am further informing you that the above said location tower is surrounded
              by very congested area and more that 60 thousands of people live in this
              Gayeshpur main area under Gayeshpur Municipality. So, llike me, it will be
              very convenient to a huge numbers of this local people if you take necessary
              action to have “MORE POWERFUL AIRCEL 3G CONNECTION IN GAYESHPUR
              GOLBAZAR AREA, PIN-741234,


              I shall be very thankful if you take an urgent action regarding this matter and
              made me happy to have the said connection not only me but to a huge numbers
              of this local people who are notcontempt with another so called connections because
              they are either very costly or not available here.

                Dear Sir,
                its been so embarrassing from Aircel that again and again they deduct balance from my mobile ([protected]) in spite of mysel[censored]sing the data plan for 3 months. Few days back they had deducted Rs 30 for activating some pack which i have no idea and now again they have deducted Rs 50 from my balance for some other pack. iam really frustrated with Aircel and the customer care people said that my balance will be refunded within 24 hrs but till now nothing happened they gave me Complaint number also ([protected]).
                pls look into the matter and pls arrange for my refund.

                  My number is [protected]. I have recharged so many times for ratecutter plans. I have observed though the schemes are valid for 60-90 days. My activation for those schemes are over before that period.Recently i have rechared for 22/- rs ratecutter plan. but only after 2 days i got message regading renewal. Though i have recharged my call rates are still applied as before. Please look into this.
                  I am very much unhappy with Customer care. They are talking to us like somebody is talking to his servants.
                  I have called customer care where one guy named GANESH picked up my call. He told me to be on line & he cut the call.
                  After i tried but i am getting all the lines busy. Please look for customer satisfaction.
                  I got a call from number [protected] named MohitKumar. He asked me about my creditcard no, expirty date & CVV number. I have never got such before. somebody is asking about your CVV number. He told me he is calling from AIRCEL company. i dont think it is from Aircel. look into it. somebody try to get benefits from your site.

                    Hello Aircel Team, i was using your connection for the last two year, previously i was in Bangalore now am in Coimbatore, This month i did recharge of 447 3G plan ( 3 month 3G, every month 2gb 3G then unlimited 2G), but after working for few days now my 3G stopped working, nothing is working browsing download nothing, am getting 403 error then Service not Available error, if i change my network mode to 2G then it my Internet is working, but i had paid for 3G plan so why should i use 2G data, i want this problem to solve as quickly as possible, i did try to communicate with your customer care, but they also failed to help me, i am really not satisfied with your service and support, please solve my issue quickly otherwise i have to change my Operator.                     i have activated 3g unlimited for rs697 (5gb unlimited)...after 10days the 5gb has over and highspeed internet is over...as it is unlimted it runs in 2g...but as i want 3g i have activated 3g for 997(10gb unlimited)...but the pack does not work because the pack which i had activated for rs697 is still running because it is unlimited...the pack for 997 will work only after the pack of rs697 due date is over...wat to do...????

                      I made an online recharge of Rs 193 on 01.02.14 for my aircel no. [protected] but it was not succeed. But the amount was debited from my sbi bank account. Then I mailed all the details to the appellate authority and they told me to first contact the bank and if the bank could do nothing then to send the bank statement to them. I did all this as they had told me. But now they are ignoring my mails and phone calls. Please help me in this refund process though the amount is not so big, it is our duty as a consumer to complain against all this.

                        Mobile no:[protected] We have recharged 197/-Rs Internet plan on 19-Feb-14, we have raised complaint stating Internet is working, Aircel team has closed the complaint with out informing after that we came to know we need to maintain balance of 20/-Rs on 20-Feb-14 we have recharged 30/-Rs but still Internet has not activated. If we call to customer care they are not able to tell any details, one person will tell the amount has not recharge other person will tell your amount got recharged. Very bad still we are not able to use Internet in my laptop from past 5 days We would request you to please resolve this issue else we will change the network You can reach me at [protected] @ [protected]@gmail.com

                          Hi, I have been using Aircel post paid for last 7.5 years. The services and the connectivity is horrendous now. I dnt get proper coverage when im at the office and the rentals looked a bit costly to me. So i decided to move out to another service provider. I applied the change through the mobile number portability. Aircel, thrice has rejected my application on silly grounds. I paid the full outstanding and they rejected my application citing outstanding amount due. I applied again and they rejected saying the porting code was incorrect. Believe my i understand that what the company saying is false and ball ant lie..but i feel so helpless that i cant do anything against them. They are wrongfully trying to confine and retain me. I have applied again and if they reject met his time, either i drag them to the court or change my number. I cant allow myself to some stupid company's illegal ways. One this is sure, i make sure, nobody takes Aircel's connection anymore, if the company doesnt change its attitude, you will see Ur own downfall

                            Hello Sir...I have activate pocket Internet plan Rs.158 on this [protected] aircel number. This plan falls into unlimited category and it also reduce the Internet speed to 64kbps after consuming 1 GB data.I have already consumed 1 gb data and now my net speed should be 64kbps. but my problem is from past 3 days i am getting very slow Internet speed which is 1 to 2 kbps. i have complaint about this to customer care but they could not resolve the problem.so please sir help me to resolve this problem

                              I have been using aircel for past 6 yrs. Today morning when I was not even using mobile a msg comes that 100 rs has been detected for video talkies. I called up the customer care they told it is aircel movie service which I have activated. I told them I have not sent any such request. Then they told its a app I downloaded. I told I first I have not downloaded any app, second there is no new downloaded app like aircel on my phone. They told touch screen mobiles, it may get activated by touching ad. I told its a iphone where no app can download without confirmation or signing into app store with password. And also there is no such app I used which had ads coming. I only use whatsapp till that time which doesn't have any ad. Then they told they will cancel the app but they wont refund my money. This is just a big fraud company. Before also their agents have fooled me. When I took aircel connection they told data usage is fixed charge per month including roaming, but then I got shocker in my first bill.. Aircel is just a big fraud company I advise no one to have it. I have applied for MNP along with 3 friends who also have similar complaints.

                                Dear sir, My number is [protected] . On 19th Feb 2014 around 4pm I recieved a message that Rc25=rs50 in main account . I recharged rs.25 on the same day around 8pm. On the same day I called customer care executive said that rs.50 will be added to your main account within 48hours. On 21st night around 11pm I called from friends aircel number as from my number it wasnt reaching customer care. On 21st the executive said that message the offer message to 121 and wait for 12hours. I did wait for around 18 hours and spoke to Executive named sukumar on 22nd feb around 8. 50pm. He said that I will transfer to higher executive and he will look into the problem. He put me on hold and the call disconnected from his side. When I again tried to call customer care it didnt reach. I just want to say that i[censored] give some good offers to a old customer care why do u make him feel that he is on worst network. I would be happy even Ii[censored] give me myrs.25 in my account and stop giving such fake offers.

                                  I am from Kolkata my aircel no is [protected]. Evereday Aircel is deducting money from my account when i did not activate any service or not downloaded data.Evereday i am getting message "Thank you for using Aircel Service" and after that when i check acnt blnce, some amount is deducted by then. The first such deduction happend on 20.02.2014 at 10:11 pm after that21.02.2014 at 06:01pm then22.02.2014 at 02:06 pm. When i called customer care executive they said deduction happened because of data download. But I already have internet pack activated and have 95 mb of data still free then how can i be charged for that. And secondly i downloaded nothing in that 3 occasions. I want my balance back immediately otherwise i will complain in consumer forum with the details.

                                  my number is [protected].I have 232.82 Rs.at the night of 31st of January.I have activated net pack for Rs 47 at 1st february.at the same night my balance becomes 121 Rs.More than 60 Rs. is deducted from my account.When I called customer care they dont have any idea about it.So give me my money back ASAP.

                                    Such a pathetic service as I was charged for unknown reason. At first it was 20rs been deducted from my balance and then followed by 5rs and 10rs with a message saying "Thank you for using aircel service". Just to calarify things I didnt activate any VAS services or any other services. I am not that dumb to activate any type of service without knowledge. I am expecting a refund back immediately.

                                      I have applied for MNP from Aircel to Docomo, for that i paid the last bill amount and asked about the outstanding amount for that numbers from aircel by mail saying that i going to port out the numbers for that how much i have to pay for release the numbers. I got the outstanding amount from aircel y mail and paid the same. Even after that also i send mails to aircel for releasing the numbers and ask them to say if they have any issue.                                         I am using Aircel prepaid sim (Tamil Nadu) and i am trying to port my number to vodafone. I had submitted proof to vodafone store on 10 feb 2014. Its been 11 days since i had given my port request. Aircel is not rejecting or accepting the port request. Please process this as soon as possible.
