aircel customer service sucks

other networks are very quick in instant activations through mobile.. y r u not activating it quickly.. i called to the customer care and complained about my problem but they didnot solve it.. now they are not responding.. i m gettng busy tone.. aircel show great failure in customer service when compared to other networks...

i want my same number

Unauthorized deduction from balance

Not getting benefits of schemes after Money deduction

My number is [protected]. I have recharged so many times for ratecutter plans. I have observed though the schemes are valid for 60-90 days. My activation for those schemes are over before that period.Recently i have rechared for 22/- rs ratecutter plan. but only after 2 days i got message regading renewal. My account was debited after an unsuccessful online recharge

I made an online recharge of Rs 193 on 01.02.14 for my aircel no. [protected] but it was not succeed. But the amount was debited from my sbi bank account. Then I mailed all the details to the appellate authority and they told me to first contact the bank and if the bank could do nothing then to send the bank statement to them. I did all this as they had told me. But now they are ignoring my mails and phone calls. Please help me in this refund...

Pocket internet speed is very slow

Got charged for unknown reason

Such a pathetic service as I was charged for unknown reason. At first it was 20rs been deducted from my balance and then followed by 5rs and 10rs with a message saying "Thank you for using aircel service". Just to calarify things I didnt activate any VAS services or any other services. I am not that dumb to activate any type of service without knowledge. I am expecting a refund back immediately....

Deduction by unfair means
