.. i m a prepaid consumer of aircel, [protected] of tripura, at 21st January i had a sms containing some ids. i deleted the sms, after sometime i got a reduction of 22 rs, so i called 198 to complain, they told me about i clicked OK on the link, but i did not do so. than i anted to know the DND service activation process, , they started telling me then cut the cll. after that whenever i tried calling customer care executive the reply was .. all the executives are busy...
today 23rd jan i got a reduction of 58 rs... without even giving a hint about my internet plan reduction.. they cut my main account balance. and it was very important for me to have balance today. ... now i want to change the no to other company., , they don't even receive my call, , , so that i can know the portability process...
i want my whole valid details of reduction and money back from the company... please help me.. they kept on doing this...
