Hello sir, i have been using tata docomo number previously and now i have ported MMC from tata docomo to aircel.. Im using iphone 4 and for that i need micro sim.. I went to aircel store 1st in chetpet there they sai that micro sim is not available here and later i went to spencer plaza there i asked for micro sim they said its not avail here for ported customers.. They said that its available in out of chennai in chengalpet i went chengalpet but there too its not available they saying that for MNC customers we dont provide micro sim, . So then how i can use sim in my phone? Im using cut sim but due too cut sim i hav alot tower problem.. Sir i kindly request you to help me to get micro sim from aircel provider.. People from aircel doesnt provide proper information and services.. I kindly request you to take action over it to provide me micro sim.. My mobile number is [protected].. Thank you sir.. Please respond me as soon as possible soon please help me out..

    I bought new aircel sim after hearing about their internet plan of 447 when I bought a sim I tried with a with sample internet pack and it was good then I have activated 447 Rs internet pack which was for 3 month And it was good at starting after my first usage limit of first month it was too slow I thought that’s ok because I already used the fast data. But it has to renew at next month with 2GB fast data I hasn’t renewed then I tried to call customer care 50 time but it says the same thing all our customer executives are busy please call again in some time or wait and it will automatically gets disconnected from line for information abou plan http://www.aircel.com/AircelWar/appmanager/aircel/karnataka?_nfpb=true&_... aircel customer care will answer only frirst call from one sim after that they will never answer for that Number

    I bought the same plan too.
    In the first month's 2G plan(after 3G use), it was giving speed approx. 125-135kbps.
    Now in the second month's 2G plan(after 3G use), it was no more than 20-22kbps.
    And my 3g should have started today, but the speed's still same ie. 20-22kbps.

    Please help!

      my existg.plan @1.2p/2s., On 22/01/14 I recharged with rs.29/=for ROAMING RATE CUTTER.once I came back at my native place, d call charges is still deducted @ 1p/1s.Accordingly I placed my complaint with customer care vide ref. no.1-[protected]on26/1/14& ensured to solve problem by 28th.Jan'14. Till dt. there is no change in the abv., consequently I am losing my money everyday due to carelessness of d service provider.Even I tried to contact Custmer Care several times, to get thm is a moon mission!!!         I am [removed] my mobile number is [removed] i have ported out from aircel on november month. i have payed my all outstanding bills and ported out. but while billing your aircel has billed for more amount and now i have received an sms that you should
        pay the final bill to avoid deactivation. during the last month o[censored]sage i have activated gprs pack of rs 128 but you have charged me unwantedly because you dont want me to port out, so check my details and give me a correct solution quickly.

          I am using aircel sim - prepaid plan. My friend uses airtel sim. Whenever he sends me a message I receive it 5-10 times. Sometimes I receive it 20-30 times. Repeatition of same message again and again. I am fed up of it. It's like torturing customers. Could you please let me know how should I go further? Can I complain on Aircel service providers?

            I have been using my aircel number (96XXXXX715) for the past 6 years. But Since the starting of the year i feel really irritated Since for some unknown reason they have deducted Rs.50 on 03/01/2014 and now yesterday 29/01/2014 Rs. 49 deducted. When i called customer care service simply they have cutted my call 3 times.(one of the customer care executive name was padma) when am speaking. I really dont know what they are thinking about me. I really upset with the way they are working. If i didnt get a clarification / refund on this then i need to think of continuing the service of my whole family aircel numbers. Terribly upset with your service Aircel!!! if you continued to do this, then you will lose the customers like me very fast.

              I recharged Rs 61 Rate Cutter offer from Aircel a month ago and was promised with the following benifits for 180 days (6 months) :- Local A2A @1p/3sec, Local A2O @1p/2sec, STD @ 1.5p/sec & all LL Call @ 3p/sec . 100 MB data for 30 days. But since yesterday it's charging me 1 Rs per call. I called customer care and a lady replied that with 61 Rs. recharge i will be charged with 1 Rs. for the first call for any day. Is this true ?? I couldn't find this information elsewhere so i need to know from Aircel. I have recorded the call (in bengali) in case i need it later. If it's true why don't you mention it in your website Aircel ? You get on with it as customers don't really complain ? I'll take this matter seriously if it's true that first call 1Rs./day rule applies to this Aircel Rate Cutter. My number :- [protected]

                    he called me as he had seen my ad in olx and we both o[censored]s met and my mobile was in awesome condition and his mobile was only good at looks he promised me that if there is any kind of problem we can exchange it back nut when i called him he ignored my calls and removed his sim please help me out by giving his details please...
                    Sir, I had recharged with 199 which gives me 1GB 2g data, A2A free and 20 mins/day for 28 days.I had to recharge with 43RC pack, and I discussed about the same with CS Ex. (Rahul) who told me that your previous pack will remain active &amp; after 20 minutes main balance will be cut. But I have lost even my A2A free minutes.Its the worst &amp; Fraud company

                      I purchased one Aircel 3G activated sim the number is [protected] and used it in PC using D-LINK dongle. But there is no 3G connection only 2G is working. Then i tried all aircel customer care numbers no one can responsible for me. What can i do plz anyone help me..

                        I am not able to connect to 3g network on my aircel number [protected].i have Contacted the customer care through 119 and 121 but they were telling that ushould send sms or try *3# but i have tried that and i get the message "Dear subscriber, You Have Already Activate/DeActivate 3G services on your Aircel mobile. To explore find out the world of possibilities visit www.aircel.com, ... " another executive told me that i should activate 3g from 3g handset only. but none of what they told works and i am not able to register on aircel 3g even though full range 3g is available. Anf customer care is not picking my calls from last 3 days.. Please take action to activate 3g on my sim. Already started regtetting buying aircel sim...

                        It seems today (28th)i got a missed call from aircel..but i was not able to pick up.then i tried contacting aircel customer care through [protected]
                        And an executive picked up and heard my complaint.he told me that i will be forwarded to gprs department and then forwarded me to somewhere where i can get gprs setting .i called again and now yhey are not picking. All i need is to be able to connect to 3g and aircel should do something for that..

                          Sir, I am from Delhi. My Aircel Mobile no [protected] has been permanently disconnected two days back When i called yesterday customer care told me that due to network updation, the number is not working and after 4 hrs, it will get back to normal. But when i called today again, they told me it has been permanently disconnected without giving any prior notice and the reason customer care gives is that i have made promotional calls. In fact, i have not made any promotional calls nor any SMS. I am using this number for business purposes for the last 4 yrs and customer care people says it cannot be restored.                               Dear Sir/Madam

                              I am a customer with aircel since 2011. My mobile number is 88XXX75711. I had recharged on 19 SEP 2013 for Rs. 69/- on https://aircel.com/recharge/‎ website. And my bank details immediately gave me message saying amount debited. But still neither have I got talktime recharged nor has the money debited been returned to my credit card account(VISA Citi Bank Credit Card no 4386 XXX0 XXXX 6650). When I complained about the same to customer care by phone and asked me to visit Celicity if the amount will not be credited in 10 days, but to no avail. I had visited the Aircell Cellcity on 28 Sep and was assured me the amount will be credited back in 1 to 2 days, and asked me to bring the credit card statement if no avail the amount and again visited the Aircel 19 OCT 2013 with the credit card statement and to report the same complaint and experienced firsthand the poor service there by the lady manning the counter. And I was neither given the complaint regn token id nor any acknowledgment and was just told that the complaint will be resolved but till now no result has come out of all this. The company should take appropriate action and credit my card account with the said amount asap.

                              Note: This is my second time raised the compliant and did get any response for previous complaint.

                                My Number 88xxxx1433 and I am using Aircel for last 3.5 years. But from last 6 months every time I recharge they impose me with stupid packs without my consent. Today, 24-Jan-14 around 4 PM my 50 Rs has been deducted for some pack. This is not first time. If they don't do this they change the calling tariff plan without asking for it. I am writing here as my last hope, as the CS team over phone lie and keeps on hold for more than 30 Mins. I don't understand why it takes so long. If not resolve within 24 hr, I would be happy to leave Aircel for my good.

                                Immediately within few minutes I had called multiple time to register a complaint, finally a guy "Prem Mehta" from your team gave me a service reference number.
                                And I felt that now my query would be address, but to the worst, this guy bluffed me. He gave me a service reference number which was never in your system(at-least for my number). The reference number he gave is :[protected]
                                Yesterday after repeated calling 198 or other number which are still down for maintenance, I sent SMS to 121 and learnt that there is no such complaint. Please be ashamed of this and take appropriate action.
                                I hope to see quick resolution and refund of my balance and now I have right to ask for some compensation too!!

                                  .. i m a prepaid consumer of aircel, [protected] of tripura, at 21st January i had a sms containing some ids. i deleted the sms, after sometime i got a reduction of 22 rs, so i called 198 to complain, they told me about i clicked OK on the link, but i did not do so. than i anted to know the DND service activation process, , they started telling me then cut the cll. after that whenever i tried calling customer care executive the reply was .. all the executives are busy... today 23rd jan i got a reduction of 58 rs... without even giving a hint about my internet plan reduction.. they cut my main account balance. and it was very important for me to have balance today. ... now i want to change the no to other company., , they don't even receive my call, , , so that i can know the portability process... i want my whole valid details of reduction and money back from the company... please help me.. they kept on doing this...

                                  I have my aircel no [protected] from which 5 rs has been deducted and I dnt able to talk to customer care executive .
                                  when I call then rply was that " all executives are busy call after sometime" & phone was disconnected.
                                  please help to refund my money and why call is not going to customer care, can u tell me??
                                  if my problem is not going to sort out i will port my aircel sim suggest all my relatives and friends not to use aircel sim.

                                    I'm Jebastin.i'm using aircel postpaid.last jan-10-2014 i did portability from vodafone.jan-13 i got one msg your porting request is rejected due to outstanding payments due.when i did portability before i paid my bill then extra 250rs paid.hereafter i will request for vodafone.pls do not cancelled my request.

                                      gprs has stopped working abruptly since 23rd jan, 2014...but the shocking fact is that if another aircel sim is used in the same dongle then it works fine...i tried calling customer care but nobody to respond there..as much as 1000 times i tried perhaps...i feeling now that i am being harassed...my number is [protected](where gprs is not working)..for contact [protected]..i am customer since 2008...please resolve the matter otherwise i will be boung to choose another network provider ..thank you.

                                        I am an Aircel Pre-paid user. My No. is [protected]. My balance on 18.01.2014 at 16.02.24 hrs was Rs.268.42.Since then I had made only 4 calls as under: i. Local call with duration of 00.21 on 18.01.2014 ii.STD call with duration of 29.30 on 20.01.2014 iii.local call with duration of 00.56 on 21.01.2014 iv. ISD ( US ) call with duration of 37.00 on 22.01.2014 2. UPEISD2 and RC26 services were activated on my number. However, today my balance is being shown as Rs.0.07 only.I had tried several times to talk over 198 but no fruitful result could come as yet. I have also sent a message on 121 but no reply has been received till this time. During conversations with customer care official on 198, today, it was advised to me that my balance is Rs.244.00 but i am being restricted to make any call.

                                        DESPITE LAPSE OF MORE THAN 7 DAYS AIRCEL IS NOT RETURNING THE REDUCED BALANCE AMOUNT ( BY RS238.92) &amp; REFUNDED ONLY RS.15.00. TODAY ON 03.02.2014 ON MY ENQUIRY, IT WAS TOLLD TO ME THAT NO FURTHER AMOUNT CAN BE REFUNDED.THIS IS NOT FAIR AND RESIDUAL AMOUNT OF RS223.92 BE REFUNDED TO ME AT THE EARLIEST.
                                        MY AMT OF RS223.92 HAD NOT BEEN REFUNDED ON THE PLEA THAT REDUCTION IN BALANCE WAS MADE DUE TO NON- RENEWAL O[censored]PSEISD2 AS PER REVISED REGULATIONS OF TRI WHICH ENVISAGES THAT SINCE 20.01.2014 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF ANY FACILITY HAS BEEN BANNED, WHICH IS NOT CORRECT.NOW A DAYS THE SAME FACILITY IS BEING AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED ON MY NUMBER. HENCE, MY CLAIM FOR REFUND OF RESIDUAL AMOUNT OF RS223.92 MUST BE CONSIDERED AS THE SAME WAS MADE TOTALLY O/A NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF AIRCEL COMPANY.
