Complaint against money deduction

Hi Sir / Ma'am, I am Aircel user last 9 months.
Yesterday they deduct 9 rupees for what I don't know and receive me sms
then i am contact to Customer Care but your service time is 08:00 to 00.00.so
i am try in morning call in your Customer care but really your customer
care support is very very very bad i can't believe they cut my call in 2
times without any solution.

Deduction of excess balance and other issues

Internet was slow

I have taken Aircel Post paid Internet connection, upto few days back it's working fine with fast. suddenly it the speed went down on day. Regarding this i have complained to Aircel Customer Care, they told they will resolve with in 24 hours but it's not happened. I have complained 3 times. but no result in internet speed. Worst of the Aircel customer service level....

Slow 3G service

Hello, I'm facing slow 3G internet service. I have sent multiple emails to the customer care and it was of no use. Most of the time my internet speed is less than 0.5mbps. You guys advertise 7.2mbps...I never even got 4mbps till now!!! Upload speed is slower than 2G. I get 0.03mbps (that is about 3kbps!) Fraud Lottery Calls
