My maharashtra aircel number [protected], i have been using this number since 1 year but 4 days ago message came to my number that verification is pending and my services has been barred and when i am calling customer care they are saying that there server is down and not verifying my number. As currently i am in roaming in delhi so i am facing a lot problem. Can you pls verify my details as
My number is registered to - Manoj kumar gupta.
Address - Flat no 101, sanjeeb nirupma bhawan, mithapur b-area, bengali road, patna, bihar.
Id Proof - ID Prooof for central government from Railway.
Local address - Not given but it is - T13, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Boys Hostel, Vishwanathpuram, Ambajogai Road, MIMSR Medical college, Latur, Maharashtra..

    Sir, My name in Sreedeep and using Aircel for past 3 years.

    Now, most of the towers are being switched Off in Kerala due to some issues which are not known by us as Aircel customers. I called to customer care and asked about the issue, they said that the network is under maintenance and will be functioning after 1 week. Now after 1 week, almost all towers of Aircel are switched off and cant even get network in main cities itself.

    Most of my friends who were using the same network, ported their mobile number to various other service providers much before this trouble.

    Now, since there is no network for my Sim card, I cant even port to new network now.

        This is to bring into your concern that my Aircel Pre-Paid no. [protected] has been discontinued by the company. Also, company is unable to provide me with any suitable reason for the same. I called their customer helpline no. , i.e,[protected] today (19th Jan.) for enquiring regarding this issue and their customer representative namely Mr. Ganesh Pawar told me that it is due to their condition of not recharging for more than Rs.200 in 6 months that has resulted to shut down the no. But I was shocked to hear this as I monthly use Rs.100 on this no. I told him that he is unsure of it. He did not have any answer to that and told me that he is helpless. Then, after 10 minutes I recalled their customer helpline no., i.e., [protected] for knowing the true reason for this problem. Their customer representative known to be Mr. Anil Chauhan picked up the phone and told me that no. is permanently discontinued as this no. is unverified in their record. I was stunned to hear this. I told him that he is fooling me by saying so as this no. is working perfectly for more than a year and suddenly they have realized that my no. is unverified. To prove him wrong, I told him to ask me anything regarding the submitted ID on this no. He questioned me and I answered all of them correctly. He could not reply me for this. I said him that previously when I called their customer helpline no. [protected], Mr.Ganesh told me that this no. has been discontinued due to not recharging for 6 months whereas you have told me that it is because this no. is unverified. He tried to manipulate me on this and said that he cannot say anything about it. I even said him to give me the same reason for discontinuing my no. in writing but he refused for it. I now was being sure that I am being cheated by their tricky sayings and wanted to address this. I have also heard that this company is cutting down its operations in my region (Haryana), that’s why they are doing so. I am not interested in their internal matter but as a customer I want that my SIM should be activated at earliest to avoid any delays as this is my primary cell no. Also, I clarified if I would be able to port this no. ([protected]) to any other mobile operator and no was the answer from their end. So, as a customer I want immediate action from their end as poor customer support services has resulted to bring this into your concern too. An early action would be highly appreciated.

            i bought an aircel number which was [protected].after one month of buying this number i went out of station during which i received my bill at my home in delhi.i got the call from aircel saying that u have to make ur bill payment as soon as possible.so i requested them that please don,t disconnect my phone till next day as i dont have any other contact number and i will make the payment by tomorrow after reaching delhi.the executive said no problem sir u can do that.still my number was disconnected and i faced many problems because i had no source of communication.when i saw the bill after reaching delhi. i found that my bill was over calculated by 30rs.though it was not a big amount but it surely meant that they can make mistakes of however more or less amount in future.so i called the customer care number nd registered my complaint.when i made the payment my number was still not activated and when i called them back again they said u will have to make 15% more payment of your next bill which wasn,t even generated and was sumwhere around 250-300 rupees along with the full payment of current bill.i dint want to do so bcz i thought if this month they can make mistake in my curent bill they can also do it in future.then again after 5 to 7 days i received a message from aircel that please make the payment of rs770..and i was shocked to read that bcz after making the last payment 5 to 7 days back i was nt using my number much and only called on numbers which were free from my number.when again i called them they said that don,t worry sir this message is not correct and ur number will nt b disconnected.as i was going for my interview to another state again.so i made sure that this time it does not happen.the next day around 1 pm again my number was disconnected by aircel..and this tym i dint even received the bill and was sure that there is some mistake because i dint use my number much after making last payment and that too in only 5 days.after dat i received many calls from aircel department regarding this nd i explained this thing to evryone whoever used to call that y i m not making the payment and when i asked for bill not even a single bill i received till date explaining that 770 bill.i had one more number in my name which is [protected] so i stopped the payment of that number too because of frustration and harassment...and because of there slow service or u could say unsatisfying behaviour and harassment i would not like to make any payment for both of my numbers.so plzz look into my matter as sooon as possible.they also have my security deposit with them which i want to be refunded to me.

                I lost my sim card on 15th of jan 2013. After 1 hour i called and block my simcard. 17th Jan 2013 morning i went Aircel centre in velacherry and met aircel showroom executive and asked a replacement sim card. I provide the ID proof and 102 Rs. She said sim card will activated with in one hour. I waited for 2 hour but sim not activated i went aircel centre and inform still not activated my sim. She said your card is blocked kindly contact customer care and unblock both incoming and outgoing. I done the same. After 1 hour i reached showroom and asked about the status. But she again said sim not unblocked. I put the conference for showroom person and customer care but customer care person said sim is unblocked show room person said sim still showing blocked. In the same day i contact 6 times to the customer care but no one response just take the call and disconnect.

                At last i spoke with one person in customer care and he informed me still your sim showing blocked.

                I shocked, already spoke with executive and senior executive and manager also but everyone said your card is unblocked...

                This is Very very worst service.. velacherry showroom also customer care also.. No one take the correct information in the ticket. I spend nearly 150rs to speak with the customer care..


                1. Is my new sim card will activate any how?
                2.If i contact the customer care also they guys asked everything and simply disconnected..

                Aircel — Outgoing and Income calls are disconnected

                Hi...
                I am using this Aircel post-paid connecting for the past 1 year, but i am not happy with this service for the past 3 months.

                The reason is with out any intimation outgoing and incoming calls are getting barred.. though i am using this service most of the time. and too paid my bills in regular intervals.

                  Hi, I am using Aircel mobile number [protected] since approx 1.5 years. Rental of my bill plan was Rs 499 per monthe. on 27the November 2012 I called customer service to change my bill plan I wanted a plan where thee rental is Rs 249 per monthe.Next day on 28the November 2012 I received thee confirmation for thee same. same day I called customer service again to deactivate my number as I had lost my Sim card. My number was deactivated from 28the November 2012 to 20the December 2012. When I got theis number reactivated I came to know theat my bill plan is not changed and I got thee bill for Rs. 545. Since theen I have called customer service to complain but till now my bill plan is not changed. They didn't even give me waiver for thee amount which was incorrectly charged. Customer service executives say theat your bill plan was not changed because my number was deactivated but when I was giving request for deactivation no one told me theis theing. I have spoken withe thee floor supervisors also but it didn't help me. On of thee supervisors told me theat thee bill plan will be changed withein 4 hrs but not done. I have not kept any bill pending till now. Till today I have called up customer service at least for 10 times.Today I have spoken withe one person who said theat she is thee Asst. Manager her name was Tahzeem. I asked her to take thee complaint against thee Customer service executives and floor supervisors who gave incorrect information and made incorrect commitments but she refused to do so. She says we can't take complaint for theis and thee bill plan is not changed because I did not give thee request again. Please suggest me what should I do now ?

                    sir,
                    the customer care office of aircel at Babupatty, Sivasagar town had sold to me one 3G SIM card at Rs.277 on 31.12.2012 which was unable to give 3G network speed after the usage of 100MB data besides i am in a coverage area of 3G network . then , on 08.01.2012 they told me to do another recharge of Rs.127 in the name of proper running of the SIM card.but it was still futile.then they told me to just await till the complain would be registered.after all of this i went to them again today on 17.01.2012 and they asked me to buy another new connection of 3G aircel pocket internet, ensuring about that there was no problem with the new connection. but this SIM card is still showing same problem .
                    So, it is total customer harassment in the purpose of selling damaged old SIM card.

                      I have been trying to get my ISD refund from Aircel service (Rs.1500) for last 1.5 months. Very first response that my request is forwarded to concerned team and it will be resolved in 40 working days. After one month, I have requested to know the status, then i was mentioned to wait for 48 hours.
                      Later, it is moved to concerned team, they will get back at the earliest.

                      For everything, we are asking to send mail to [protected]@aircel.co.in and the response is pathetic and sick.

                      Airtel and Vodafone are the best. Sick of Aircel service and customer service.

                        Hello,
                        I had requested for a UPC from Aircel (to port out of Aircel) on 02/01/2013. I got the UPC and submitted the same to Idea cellular. Till now (17/01/2013), the porting code has not been approved. While calling the customer care, they say that this issue will be resolved by 22/01/2013. But the porting code is valid only till 17/01/2013. I have paid all my bills and there is nothing outstanding. By the way, this is the second time my porting code approval is taking so long. The first time I got busy and did not follow up. But this time, I need to know what is happening.

                          I purchased Aircel 3G internet service in the month of Dec 2012 as an exchange offer in lieu of Tata Photon Dongle. The connection is erratic and gets disconnected or hanged at short intervals causing annoyance especially during the time of making online payments.
                          There is a trend in today’s road and triathlon wheels – they’re getting fat. What’s the reason behind this seemingly unstoppable expansion of girth? Depending on who you ask, there are many benefits from using wider rims. First and foremost, you can use a wider tire at little-to-no aerodynamic penalty. When the rim’s width more closely matches your tire’s width, the airflow around this system tends to be smoother than the lightbulb shape of a wide tire and narrow rim.
                          But why would you want to use a wider tire? For starters, they reduce your risk of pinch flatting at a given tire pressure. As well, you can use a lower air pressure which absorbs more road shock, and tends to have a reduced Coefficient of Rolling Resistance (Crr). For those not in-the-know, Crr is like a golf score – lower is better (and faster). Lastly, wider tires tend to have better grip on wet or irregular road surfaces. Gone are the days of road racers using 21mm tires at 150 psi (10 bar) for everyday usage.                             Hello Sir,

                            I have been using my aircel number for the past 3 years. Presently I had 53 rs balance in my account. 3 days back when i tried to make a call, I was informed that the outgoing call facility on my mobile is temporarily disconnected and I need to contact customer service. As instructed I did that, and the guy who attended the call informed me that, it is blocked due to no balance and nothing can be done. When I asked him why its is like that, he told me like its due to TRAI regulation. I didn't receive any notification from Aircel regarding this till date, if something is wrong they should inform me first so that I can correct it. Kindly help me in getting my number back asap.

                            I am able to receive calls in my number, and can call Customer Care. i didn't check the SMS sending and receiving capabilities.

                            I can see that I am not the only one who is facing this problem, kindly take this seriously and help us to retrieve our numbers. Thank you in advance

                                I would like to inform you that I have been subscribed to mobile store and don't know how to deactivate the service. I am being charged Rs. 5 for the service that I don't even know how to use. I tried to call the customs care number but it says number not valid.

                                  I'm Ishwar and my aircel no. is [protected].
                                  Since a few weeks, I am not able to open Facebook using my Aircel SIM inserted in the Aircel 3g dongle.
                                  All other pages open, but when I try to open FB, it is directed to "http://172.18.126.168/srt/d/aircel/PI/Info.Menu?msisdn=[protected]" and an error is displayed saying "Sorry, you cannot browse this page."
                                  Please help!!!

                                    My cell numbers [protected] got outgoing calls barred, this is done without any prior notice, i have lost many important conversations due to this care less attitude of aircel, WILL AIRCEL PAY me for the losses i had due to CALL BARRING on my number by AIRCEL..? It is been long since i have sent complaint to appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in and care.[protected]@aircel.co.in still no response from aircel!!. i called customer care for complaints 198 but call is not allowed to that number, i had to spend .50 rs for 3 mints and call customer service in 121 for solving a problem created by AIRCEL..

                                    If my issue is not resolved yet. i would be forced to go ahead legally and AIRCEL will have to pay for the losses i encounteed due to your stupid and careless barring!!!!

                                      This is Ankur Tiwari .
                                      my brother (Anuj Tiwari) was using aircel sim card([protected]) from last 2years..
                                      but on 10th jan 2013 the outgoing and incoming call in this number are barred..and when calling to customercare office they told me that your number will be activate within 24hrs..but as after 24hrs the number wasnt activated..and now they are neither responding my call nor activating that...
                                      so need your help....

                                      AirCell — unfair practice

                                      DO NOT TAKE AIRCELL MOBILE CONNECTION. THEY ARE DISTURBING CUSTOMER BY SENDING UNSOLICITED PHONE CALLS & SMS DAILY. THEY ARE DEDUCTING CHARGES NOT DUE. FOR CALLER TUNE SERVICE ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT ASKED THEY DEDUCTED MONEY FROM PREPAID ACCOUNT.
                                      COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER CARE WAS NOT ADDRESSED. NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO SWITCH TO TATADOCOMO.
                                      AIRCELL IS A TOTAL THIEF... THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS STANDARD... THEY ARE MEANT TO BLUNDER THE CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY AIRCELL AND I AM VERY UPSET.

                                        I have been using Aircel Sim since 2 years. Till yesterday it was working fine and my balance was ~Rs. 25/- but today I can't make any outgoing calls,incoming calls also incoming and outgoing messages. Even I am not able to contact Customer Care service. When I call onto some number, my phone show a pop up "call barred" and also hear a message that "outgoing call facility is not available on this number", and shows same error when I call from any other number to this number. I tried to disable call barring option but it doesn't work. Network signal strength is full. Also there is aircel gallery nearby. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
