Aircel employee Mr. Sourabh ([protected]) & Zbm Mr. Nitin ( [protected]) are neither support me nor refund the security even I submitted the resignation letter to Mr. Sourabh, & no activate my new no. [protected]
I don’t know what they want from me?????? Can u help me for this??? And take the action against them or not if not able to do this then I have to go consumer court for the justice……………

    Dear Sir,
    I am Pradip Sikdar, a visually challenged student (graduation) from Kolkata, India.
    Our country India is developing and it is developing very fast. In terms of the growth of any country or nation, "telecommunication" plays a vital role. Usually, our telecommunication system should not be off the track or rhythm.
    I can proudly tell that, "TRAI" has taken several steps to improve the service on this regards, especially in the broadband service.
    It is obvious that, we do not get the broadband speed in our country like the other developed country. But the recent initiative of "TRAI" has proven that, our country is very much aware of it.
    But very unfortunately, all network operators do not apply the regulations of "TRAI" all the time. recently I have heard that, from January 2013, the service provider would have to maintain a minimum level of internet speed. I really don't know the actual measures of the speed. But I thought, I will get better speed in 2013. Again I am unfortunate. I have got lesser speed in 2013 than 2012. Here in Kolkata, I have an aircel connection ([protected]) which provides reasonable broadband plans. For example, I have a prepaid plan, where I have to recharge rs 128 to get 500 MB 3g and after the Kota is over, I get 128 KB speed for unlimited use for a month. Previously in 2012, I got 20-30 KB of download speed after finishing my 3g Kota. But from 2013, I am getting only 3-4 KB of download speed. It is not only pathetic but shameful!
    I am facing this issue from the location of Hajrah (my hostel) which is in Kolkata. Aircel indeed is a good service provider. But before expressing this statement I have to forgot that, if I go anywhere outside Kolkata, I will get very weak signal. In my home Agarpara, which is not very far from Kolkata (Kolkata 700109), I get very weak signal where using internet is out of imagination. Again, the price may be reasonable, but the company should provide what offer. 128 KB desn’t denote 3-4 KB of download speed. I can also asure that this is not the problem of my handset. I have triedusing several handset from my friends. As I stay in a hostel, this not a big issue at all.
    I don't know whether it is the proper place to report this issue or I should go to the consumer forum.
    Please do look at it and tell me the right direction.

    Well you are talking about that 128-KBps, means in your language it is <Kilo BYTE Per Second>... But in Universal language it is 128-Kbps, means it is <Kilo BIT Per Second>... Well it means divided the 128 by 8... So you will get Average 16-KBps speed, when you are using 128-Kbps usage quota... And after finishing your 128-Kbps usage quota, you'll get unlimited speed with 32-Kbps, means in your language it will be 4-KBps speed... Well now understand!!!

      i'm really really unsatisfied the way my previous complains were handled, actually it wont be a justification if i use the word handled because until now all my complains were completely ignored, as if there wasnt any problem.
      my number_[protected] (issued with the name of mr ashok kumar sinha) was subscribed for missed call alerts without any request about 20 days ago and the situation is repeated on every alternate day.
      while all my complains here are completely ignored, the customer complain numbers are also non reachable.

        Hello! Sir,
        I m Prabhakar Sharma and i m filling this complaint against Aircel service provider. My complaint is that yesterday 07.01.13 i had recharge my mobile phone no. [protected] with a tariff of 62. I heard about this tariff plan on Aircel IVR, on which they said that if i recharged with this tariff plan of 62 i will get a full talktime of 62, but when i recharged i got free talktime of 160 minute of all local call which i don't want, and after that i called the customer care on 198 to submit my complaint that i don't want 160 minute, i want full talktime and please refund my money then they said we can not do anything about this, it's not our fault. I just want to know if they are not providing what they are promising then why the are showing it. After hearing this, i m filling this complaint. So, please help me for refunding my money of Rs. 62.

        My name is Aakash Chowdhury and my phone no is [protected]. on the eve of Friday 11th November 11:16pm I complained for the refund of 30rs which was deducted without informing me for a service called music connect. I was told by the customer care to wait for 4 working hrs within that period my problem will be resolved. i waited for the whole night but got no result. next morning i called again and i was told to wait for 24working hrs not 4hrs. Sunday i was told that Saturday and Sunday are not included as working days so wait till Monday. Both Monday and Tuesday was told to wait. they told that when you have complained definitely your money will be refunded. On Wednesday when I called again I was told, you wont be refunded your money.
        No one From the customer care informed me about this till Wednesday and now they are saying they wont refund the money for which neither i got any sms nor i activated myself.
        This is something ridiculous.

        My balance on 15.06.14 was ₹6.35 and on 16.06.14 it became ₹1.35. I want my money to be refunded.

        i want my money back so many times same situation happening to me.
        Hi, my number is [protected]. I just lost 99 rupees because I was subscribed to Games Club without my consent. I have easily lost more than 500 rupees thanks to automatic subscriptions to various VAS services. I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years, but this is getting out of hand. I would like to stop automatic subscriptions to my number permanently and want all the money deducted without my consent refunded immediately.
        I just got a call from a person saying that he is manager of Aircel head office. He asked for my debit card number. I gave it. But when he started asking for validity details of my card, I got suspicious and asked him who he was. He immediately transferred the call to an unknown number without a dial tone.

        The number is[protected] and he speaks in Hindi.

        I'm dying to know when should back Rs 35
        मेरा नाम शुभम है ओर मेरा मोबाइल नम्‍बर [protected] है आप की कम्‍पनी की तरफ से मेरे इस नम्‍बर पर बहुत कोल आती हैा 25 से 28 तरीफ के बिच मे मेरे 38 रूपये काटे गये थे लेकिन जब मेने आप की कम्‍पनी मे फोन किया तो आप की कम्‍पनी ने मेरे रूपये वापिस कर दिये थेा लेकिन एक दो दिने के बाद फिर से मेरे 33 से 36 रूपये के बिच मे काटे गये इस पश्‍चात फिर मेने आप की कम्‍पनी मे फोन किया था ओर सर ने कहा थाा कि मेने कम्प्‍ालेन लिख दी हैा ओर आप के रूपये वा‍पिस मिल जाऐगे किन आप की क्‍म्‍पनी ने यह कहते हुऐ टाल दिया कि आप के रूपये वापिस मिल जाऐगे लेकिन आज 4 तारिख हैा लेकिन मुझे मेरेे रूपये वापिस नही मिले हैा तो क़प्‍या करके मेरे रूप्‍ाायै वापिस मुुझे दे देवे

          On May 2012 I paid Advance rental of Rs. 5604/- towards Aircel India Ltd for the Post-pay connection.

          2 months back I got a call from Aircel informing that they are closing the service in Kerala and the rest month’s amount would be refunded back to me. I accepted their offer and asked to forward the closing request. Also they informed the cheque would be mailed to my residential address.

          Till date I have not received the cheque. None of the Aircel officers are taking responsibility to get my money back.
          When contacted the Customer care they ask to walk-in to different Outlets in Ernakulam. Travelling all the outlets in city, I discovered that all the outlets are closed and none were in operation from past few months. When informed the customer care that all outlets are closed they don’t accept the fact. Strange to know that Aircel doesn’t know which outlet is functioning.

          Spoke to the escalation desk-claims to be Asst. Manager in Aircel Customer care : Anand. He promises a ton but never gets back. These days when I call customer care they give me statement as: He is on break, He is on leave, and He is in meeting. Never ever he calls back.
          Please help me out in getting my money.
          i also facing another problem from aircel. I lost my sim card last month i did call to cust care for duplicate sim procedior. They told me that they are not providing duplicate sim now and i lost my number that i was using latst four years. Can i get any solution for these

            I am a regular customer of aircel for the past 5 years. I have brought aircel prepaid sim only because of internet packs. I was recharging 98 rs. Pack of pocket internet. It was giving me unlimited download at a speed of 10 to 15 kbs but now from this month they are only giving 2gb download at a speed of 10 to 15 kbs and after that a speed of 3 to 5 kbs(in sms they tell speed would be 16 kbs) which is nothing absolutely in other words worse and they change the 98 rs. download plan without informing me not even sending a sms and also not on the site. They send 50 sms per day of no mean to me but not the imp. one. And when i call th customer care they do not pick up the phone which is disgusting. Now i am thinking to change to other operators if there is no reply to me to this post.....

            I've been using prepaid aircel connection since few years and I was satisfied with its internet connection, though not available everywhere. I have 10GB of 3G data remaining in my account, yet when I switch on mobile data, no msgs are recieved and also no web pages are loading.             I purchase Aircel Internet pack for 3 months in bangalore, it worked 1st day after that it is not working since one month it is not working, just paid 400 rs for internet pack but no use .

              But after 30days its shows no network in aircel on 11th dec..Then I vave call to customer support of aircel(198).They told me to visit nearest aircel store,I have visit to aircel store at bagbazar kolkata 700003.They told me to resubmit that document again.Then I have deposit my POI & POA & photograph on 20th dec.Ist now over 15 days but problem was same.Then Iagain visit to that aircel store and quarry the status of that number.They told its parmanently deactivated.We are sorry..Now what should i do? Do i have to stop using aircel? I please request you to do needful to me as soon as possible. Thank you

                  sir,
                  my complaint is about my mobile service provider aircel india .
                  firstly, they activate value added services and deduct my balance without my information
                  secondly, custumer care executive don't give any correct information and they don't registered
                  complaint against money refundable,complaint against executive rude behaviour,call
                  disconnection,and call transfer to any extention and nobody pick our call.
                  MY MAIN COMPLAINT
                  6 JANUARY 2013 when i recharged my account i got two messages first is romantic packs activation and second is fsd activation and they deduct my rs 6 balance from my account and these services was not activated from my side it was automatic activated from company side without my information .when i was call on cust care ,i talk to mr rahul RAHUL RANJAN his behaviour is rude and he did not registerd complaint against money refundable and then i talk with vishal his seniour but they told me that complaint was registered but rs5 which was deducted for fsd was not refundable because it was activate by web they dont't know about it .i want my money back because these service was not activate from my side.and i face this problem many times from aircel and my money not refund to me.im very upset with aircel india services.and it create problem in my mind rs 6 is very very important for me .please DO NEEDFUL FOR ME .IWANT JUSTICE FOR MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MY MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER AND THEIR EXECUTIVE OTHER WISE I WILL SUSSIDE .BECAUSE IM VERY UPSET

                    I want to complain about Aircel. They send unwanted messages and irritates you by calling throughout whole day. They activate any services they want to on your phone without your wish. Then, they send SMS, our balance is low please recharge immediately.!!!

                    I want my Rs 30 back. I never asked for any dialer tune. Also, missed call services was activated on my phone number that too without my will.


                    What the heck is this...any explanation???

                      Since 3 days my phone is dead due to no Network near my resident.I am really worried how to recharge because here in manglore Aircel has stopped their service. I have been using Aircel Connection since 5 years and all in sudden if there is no network no balance means , you can imagine how frustrating it is.

                          Sir Mere Mobile Pe Ek Sevice Active hai to me use close karvan chahta hu but company use band hi nahi kar rahi or RS.2 per day charge kar rahi hai 15 day se mene 198 pe call kiya to wha se bhi 15 din se ek hi baat bol rahe hai ki system update ho raha hai aap 1 hour bad call karo so please help me.

                          I extremely say about that my aircel mob-[protected].I recharge Rs.50 rupees on date 26 may 2015 but on next day my balance was nil. I call to customer care but call not pass to customer care for my number.So i call to customer care to another number and talk to senior executive and resister a complain (No-1-[protected]) on date 28 may 2015.But there was no response till now and don&#039;t refund my money and till date call not pass to customer care.Kindly focus about this matter.

                            Just few minutes back I have recharged Rs 40 (As a rate cutter) from aircel online recharge ( https://epayment.aircel.com/online-recharge/) to get all my calls @ 40 paisa /minutes for 30 days. Every month I used to recharge Rs 40 as rate cutter.Aircel web page shows that for Delhi circle the charge is Rs 38 to get the above call rates. There was no option of Rs 38 in rate cutter column.
                            It is very dismal to see, that website maintained by aircel doesn't correspond to its own specific offer.

                              My aircel number has been activated Video Talkies without my knowledge and has been charged rs.5. It is also said that it will be renewed after 5 days. I want to deactivate it and also i want my balance back because i did not activate it myself. But it was done automatically. This is very bad. Telecom service will not get much profit with such policy. My number is [protected]. Please do deactivate the so called Video Talkies from my number and i want my balance too. Thank you.

                                By mistake I subscribed for cricket score updates through SMS mode. Then instantly I wanted to unsubscribe from this service. For that I contacted customer cares on 121, 198 and [protected] for unsubscribing this service. All of them suggested me different solutions to unsubscribe. I tried all possible ways but still I am getting cricket live score from DD-Aircel and 1 rs is getting deducted every day.

                                Please help me to unsubscribe from DD-Aircel.

                                I think there is no body to take care of my complaint. Again today I have been charged 1 rs for SA vs NZ match score update. If there is anybody plz take some appropriate action against aircel. I have taken a new aircel simcard but initial experience is very bad. I will not suggest anybody to buy aircel simcard.
                                A service named "UPEDD 1" HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ON MY Aircel MOBILE NUMBER (up east) FOR LAST 5DAYS...I'm trying to deactivate this service by "Aircel VAS 155223", but I could not succeed.. Every morning I receive a message from DD-Aircel and after that I lose my one rupee, this is a daily schedule..My another grievance is... your customer care executive barred us.If our calls to customer care more than 3 times a day...while your customer care works only 8A.M. To 12P.M & if you barred us to say then this message comes that there is nobody to take care of our complaint..

                                KINDLY, deactivate UPEDD 1 service from my number and also work on your customer care complaining system also the behavior of your customer care executives who irritates shortly..

                                Recently I have been getting cricket score in the address of DD-cricalrt even though I have not remotely subscribed it. I have already tried all the numbers and methods to subscribe if but failed to do so.
                                It is quite frustrating and illegal to activate any subscription without customer consent. Now I think I will change my network and recommend others even to do the same

                                Since last one month dd-cricalrt dd-soccalrt and dd-5in1alrt service is activated on my number without my consent.
                                Everyday rs 5 is getting deducted i have called aircel complain helpline number more than 20 times
                                Everytime they assured me that the service will be deactivated within 24 hours, but it has never been deactivated.
                                Even its not enlisted in my vas services so that i can deactivate it by myself
                                I and completely pissed off with aircel
                                I guess its a trick of aircel to rob the customer
                                I have to port the number to some other operator.
                                Even today at 3.54 pm i got the last message from this dd-cricalrt
                                I shall put this information to all social media to warn people to be aware from the aircel

                                      I want to lodge my complaint against AIRCEL mobile service providers on the subject of Absolutely No Network in my area. When I search available networks in my area, then the name of Aircel does not appears in the list.My phone goes on "Emergency Calls only".

                                      This is going on over last two weeks only in my area; because I have found that network was available in other areas such as Pune where I had been for 2 days. I contacted customer care (198) regarding the issue 2 times in last 5 days, but as always they were with the answer that it will be resolved in 2 days.
                                      I am sure that there is something tower or spectrum problem is going on limited in our area which is being neglected by company seriously.
                                      Also as I have activated my prepaid Data packet of Rs.98 for a month on 5th December which I have not used in for about last two weeks due to no network. So is the company going to refund me or will extend my data pack further..?
