THERE IS NO TOWER SIGNAL AVAILABLE IN DINJAN TOWER. (DINJAN,TINSUKIA,ASSAM) FOR LAST 15 DAYS. IT COMES FOR 5 MINUTES AND GONE FOR 1 HOUR. SIGNAL IS TOO POOR AND NOT ABLE TO EVEN OPEN GOOGLE PAGE. TOWER IS AT 500 METER DISTANCE ONLY. PLEASE DO NEEDFUL. KINDLY SEND FEED BACK ON [protected]@rediffmail.com

Airtel guys disconnect my number ([protected]) with out any notice i have balance of nearly 150 Rs in my account.Every day am using this phone...Dont know y these people behave like this...Customer care Executives behave very very badly when i chk with them...Plz find a solution and help me..its my office number.Most sadest thing is no one will send sms or inform me about this disconnecting issue.. Dear sir,

I recharged twice thro netbanking for Rs. 68 but first one is faild and another one is pending, in my bank both amt has been debited so that if i want to recharge thro netbanking for Rs. 68 i have to keep balance of Rs. 680 (ten times), then only possible to recharge any one attempt thro net banking.

Billdest is not working properly if worked properly it could be recharged in any one attempt but not, then how do i belive it in my emergency time...?

I'm FED-UP by the SPAM SMSs being sent by Aircel from numbers like DD-655315, DD-655515, DD-651001, DD-655514, DD-653131, DD-AIRCEL. I have an AIRCEL prepaid connection for more than 2 year now, I am registered on DND.

For the last few months I'm receiving unwanted messages from numbers like DD-655315, DD-655515, DD-651001, DD-655514, DD-653131, DD-AIRCEL (There seem to be unlimited numbers but most of them start from 'DD').

The SMSs sometimes even reach 20-25 daily which is irritating. Customer care keeps giving me complaint numbers and assurance that these messages will stop but nothing happens.I have also complaint numerous times to 1909, every time I complain they send following acknowledge message:

"Dear Customer, we have received your UCC related Complaint, you will shortly receive the SR Number."

I have kept a few of these recent acknowledgements in my inbox. I still have acknowledges saved in my sms inbox send to me at following times :

Aircel is cheating the aircel pocket internet users aircel had now given the speed restriction if i recharge it with RS 98 they says i will get 128 kbps speed upto 2GB but we don't even get 28 kbps continuously and after using more than 2gb it shows i will get less than 16 kbps but i get less than 5KB speed, for downloading 100 MB it takes almost 8 Hours so you can imagine how much speed i actually gets. AIRCEL had not done good by giving these speed restriction. Now there is no meaning of saying Aircel unlimited internet with these kind of speed my request to aircel is that they must remove these speed restriction and give speed like previously before previous months i was happy at least i get 20-25 KBPS continuously but now its completely different. If aircel don't stop these speed restriction i will stop making recharge of aircel definitely and will try something else. Its only my request please accept it. thank u. my no. [protected]

Kindly deactivate Iplay Win game pls from the mobile no- [protected]..... always it happens like this only it automatically gets activated & the amount gets deducted i really dont know why it happens like this..12 days before i submitted you a comoplain even after complaining you r not taking any action,.i hope u will do the needful, so resolve the quiery as soon as possible

I have been charged Rs.10 for AIRCEL POWERPLAY. Earlier i was charged Rs. 30 for 7 days.

Every time they say some (AIRCEL POWERPLAY RENEWAL) .

Deactivate it fom my mobile - I didn't activate anything on my mobile and kindly return my money.

Aircel always cheats me by sending attractive messages to my no [protected](odisha). in july Aircel sent me a sms that 30rs will be credited on recharge of rs128 net pack..but did nt credited... recently in october it offered me that by recharge of 143 net pack i will get 200sms/day & 50 rs will be creditted back to main account. after recharge it did nt happen.

My aircel number [protected] balance is deducted by 50 ps/day for cricket service.My request to stop the service a number times is of no use, Almost rs 50 has been deducted

This is to inform you that I am a regular customer of AIRCEL network provider. On 30th November, a service called MUSIC ON DEMAND was automatically activated thereby deducting 30rs from my account. I filed a complaint (Reference no. - 1-[protected]) for the same on the same day. Though the service was deactivated on 1st December, but I was assured by some of the people in customer service department (Miss Gayatri, Miss Saikumari) that my balance would be retrieved within 48 hours. I am sorry to say all the time when I tried to complaint , my call was kept at hold and was disconnected.
So, I request you to take certain action for this pity behavior of Aircel network providers and obliged.

I have been trying a lot to resolve my problem in regards to the internet settings discrepancy. I recharged my cell phone with the basic 3gand 2gcombo pack as I always do..I have altered any settings and it is still the same as it was always. I am facing a lot of problem now because I am unable to get 3g signal indicator and I am getting only 2g wherein I should be entitled to get 500mb of 3g and thereafter unlimited 2g. I tried to call customer service of aircel a number of times and let them know that I am paying for 3g but not getting it..They infmrd me the procedure to speak to the 3g technical team over the IVR..but those were wrong information and I am still facing the consequences..I am seeking for your help now so that I can either get the difference money refunded or they should give me the 3g service and compensate me for the number of days I was out of 3g. I need it resolve as soon as possible because internet is an important prospect in my life.

I ported my BSNL connection to Aircel 2 months ago. From the last three weeks onward i am not getting any recharge coupons from the stores present in Angamay, Aluva, and Kochi, So i contacted customer care through / phone and facebook. They replay me that they are shifting their operation to online mode and will fix the issues within one week. I also asked the rumour about stopping there service in kerala, but they respond that it was a wrong news. But today i again called customer care and they confirmed that they are going to stop there service in kerala. But the representative told that he don't have more idea about how they are going to treat the existing customer. My issue is that i only ported my connection form BSNL to Aircel two months ago and according to TRAI in order to port my number to some other service i need to wait for 3 months. So the response from customer care is that they will stop service by the end of this month, but i need to wait up to jan 2nd for making the porting request. In my bank account, university, and all my documents this number is given and i need to retain this number at any cost. So please any one suggest me a solution to jump out from this difficult situation.

I have port my mobil uninor to aircel My cell no was maharshtra cercule I am staying in mumbai working with police dept, mostly I was trivel all india hence I have teken BSNL Sim card then port on Uninor but I cant get renge in my residential aria then I port same no on aircel in ghatkoper (E) aircel shop of mumbai cercal when my portyblity complated I went for firest recharge to aircel company worker nor give good respons to me they told me to call in {poona} maharshtra cercal and get which amount will recharge is fist recharge we dont no then I will call 198 complant fourem to take my complant but they cant get my complant kindly look in to this matter and give me repply on email or on my mobial [protected] & I wish to go with counsumer court for this hareshament given from Aircel company store

Without Inform me Aircell company stop my Sim Service.I am customer from 3 years.I am really frustrate because Aircel Gallary not respond me.I have submitted documents 3 time in one month :( .I mailed customer care they replied me:

Dear Customer,
Thank you for writing to Aircel.

As per your email, we wish to inform you that the above mentioned Aircel number is permanently deactivated on 5th Nov 2012 due to non receipt of your documents over a period of 30 days.
Hence, we request you to kindly fill up the Customer Engagement Form (CEF) and submit your photo identity and address proof at any of our Aircel store for number recreation, and our executive shall be glad to assist you further.
However we request you to kindly provide us the name of Aircel store where documents have been resubmitted, so that we can assist you further.

Then i filled up Customer Engagement Form (CEF) but not response yet from him. They told me this number will not work.

This is to inform you that i was the customer of Aircel Mobile company . I was using post paid connection phone no [protected] under the network of Aircel .i deposited 500 Rs as a refundable security of this post paid plan . i quit my post paid plan from Aircel company .

At the time of closeing my phone no they said that security will be given to you by cheque after 45 days by head office.
i go after 45 days for security cheque , then they told that the time of security given is 60 days , i argue that u said me 45 days before.. and they refuse to accept . i told them that please give me in writing what is rule regarding closing of a plan and giving security .they refuses and said that there is no written rule .

then i go after 60 days , again same delay ,same statements by Aircel's employees . and i did not got cheque.

then after i go to their office 5-6 time and till i did not recieve my cheque . near about 3 month pasts.

this process give me much Harassment , tension , wasting of my time and my money ( cost of traveling ) ,,




please sir take an serious action against these companies . the matter is not for my cheque only , i will got it sometime .but the matter is that these companies harassing innocent public day to day by this , we are helpless to do so ,i will be thankful to you for this act of justice .

I have a prepaid connection with a number [protected]. Recently I applied for MNP(MOBILE NUMBER PORTIBILITY) 14th NOVEMBER, 2012 and I successfully ported back into AIRCEL on 24th NOVEMBER, 2012 .I was said to call 59059 to complete the verification process and they said still my ID PROOF hasn't been submitted and my prepaid connection is still dead (NO INCOMING, NO OUTGOING). I was also said to recharge FRC (FIRST RECHARGE COUPON) by AIRCEL STORE at BHAGBAZAR, KOLKATA to activate the connection but that is not showing in the system. I resubmitted my ID PROOF as on 1st DECEMBER, 2012 but still i am getting the same response from them till 3rd DECEMBER 2012.

I'm a user of Aircel prepaid in Panchkula. The company keeps ativating services without my request and charge me money for it. 1 month back i used 500 bucks in my account but becuse of the activation of services they have reduced it to 50 bucks. Please tell them to deactivate all these services and neber activate tem again in my life..!
