Hi today(Nov 14, 2011) at 11:30am onwards I tried recharging online twice and this was the first time I tried recharging. It failed both the times and I got a msg saying that the amount of 68 deducted will be refunded into my account within 7working days of bank. I think the amount is deducted now and one more thing I didn't get whats that visa verification registration. I registered for it. Hope it isn't risky. It asked for some password to be created. Actually this is the first time I went for online recharge and ended up with nothing except fear that my account is hacked or something. Totally under fear. Need to go to atm and check my account balance. Hope everything is fine. And why is it that aircel recharge card not available in manipal?? Heard that its distribution has stopped?? Why is it so? And I'm unable to send or receive msgs from AirTel number.. Why? This thing I noticed two days back! If all this thing continues then I may have to port to some other number or may need to change card. Kindly revert back with some solution.

    When I sent a message today i.e. Diwali , message is not getting delivered and also as messages are getting charged 1 rs , I sent 3 sms and its gone waste.

    Now when I speak to customer service they keep me on hold and say nothing can be done and refund is not possible , also they are telling many people have the same problem.

    It means that many like me have been cheated and all the money has gone to Aircel without providing me a service.

    I am going to port to other network but want to register a complaint about this cheating to me and also to so many people who will ignore and there money has been looted by Aircel.

    Also customer service is pathetic they hang up without providing solution. ( names of the customer service people who are rude and don know any thing are - bhoovan Bhuvan, rahim or rameed)


    Please do the needful at the earliest , or else tell me nothing can be done.

      I have an proof of the money transfered to your account. I have taken the statement from ICICI bank its Nov 5 2012 and all other details.

          i am sending message of portability on 1900 from last 3 days but there is no Portability code provided by aircel company and when i called up on 198 number then they didn't solve my problem always using word like " SORRY SIR , AND TEMPORARY PROBLEM " but no one is helping me to get portability code..

          they had told it would take 4 days what the ****.
          its more than 11 days.
          how long should i wait.
          i want that u should improve your coustomers sevice.
          and plz take a fast action for my port plz.i am facing a lots of problems.

            My name is Kamal Mehra. I have a prepaid sim card of Aircel (No. [protected]). I have a samsung android phone and i am using internet on my phone. On 11 November 2012 my net pack was discontinued because of time period with out notification. In the morning of 12 November 2012 I try to activate net pack with the USSD code *234*25# but in reply i got the message that server is busy please after some time. After one minute i try again and i got the conformation message that my net pack is activated but company deduct 50 Rs. for the service and i call customer care on 198 to launch a complaint. They told me that i have tried USSD code twice, where first message give the reply that "server is busy please try after some time".
            Customer representative don't want to listen my complaint and disconnected my phone two times. This is really irritating for me. This is a kind of fraud with me.
            So please look in this matter very strictly

              Aircel — Not Providing Proper Information

              Dear sir,

              I had applied to change my Bill plan from 499 to 199 plan & it was informed by the executive seated in the call center established by Aircel.

              I asked them to change my plan they said it will going to be changed in 48 hrs. but when i call after 48 hrs first they said that plan was change & when i asked from which date it was informed that no sir it was in the process it will be done by tonight when i call them again the same answer were replied.

              But as after a week when i asked what is the actual reason they said that plan was for woman so we can not change that plan for you. when i asked that this information you have to provide me earlier also nothing was answer.

              i don't know weather the executive seated in the call center are trained or not

              Gys be sure & check & Ask twice or thrice before taking plan from Any telecom co.

                Minimum responsibility to intimate removal of services and network.
                I have ported from Airtel to Aircel and Airtel has ported out my number on 10 Nov 2012 at 12.30 am and i lost my network in the midnight and now the whole day of 11 Nov 2012 my phone was a dummy. All my clients were out as my cell was not responding. I had many other issues which i cannot explain. I have called the Aircel customer care for 5 times in the day at 9am, 9.45am, 12pm, 2pm and 9.30 pm and they kept on saying they will resume in half n hour 2 hours etc and finally it never happend. So please suggest me ways how i can sue these people so that they wont cheat other customers and the funniest thing is in the last call at 9.30pm they say they dont have my number on the database at all and they cannot help me.

                  When I call your customer care service at [protected] to contact a customer service and I selected the a series of buttons :No 3 for speaking to the customer care executing in English.
                  Surprisingly, I got connected to Mr Samir Khan who spoke only in Hindi. I explained to him that I had called several times and every time when the initial announcement wa. Whens in English, the customer care executive spoke ONLY in Hindi.

                  Mr Khan told me to disconnect and find some other way of communicating to Aircel. I got my wife to speak to him and ask a query about how to convert the mobile number [protected] to pocket internet. He gave a code. When my wife wanted to clarify whether he meant: *122*129H or *122*129# his response was, " Jo aap samjoge".

                  We wanted him to transfer the call to his Supervisor. He said he does not have his supervisor's number nor does he know the escalation matrix.

                  This is appalling service from Aircel to say the least.

                    The dial and chat service has been activated on my number without my request for the same.I am not recharging my account balance to avoid losing any further money and have zero balance in my account presently and so the service is on hold.On contacting the consumer service I was informed that I cannot deactivate the service without first recharging my balance and losing more money to the service.I feel cheated and wish to get my money back.

                    i recharge my moblie today for 70 with outinform cut my money 30 i will ask there should not give any information why money on phone

                      Sir/Madam Rs.30 was deducted twice from my balance in one month saying that I had subscribed for IPlay Win which I didn't do anything. when I complaint to customer care they said I must have done it by mistake. I Got Recharge Successful message.But til;l now i didn't Get Data. i called to customer care and gave the complaint. They said that voucher has recharged successfully But some technical problems Data has not updated. they said with in 24 hours u will get Data. But till now i didnt get Data. What i have to do.

I have missed lot of important calls due to this poor signal.I thought of changing my mobile service provider due to this issue(But I dont want to do so).                               This is Ajay interested to experience your 3G connection through 3G dongle. I got few offers through your rep in front of my office stating sim in free of cost and the monthly charges will be according to the post paid plan. I got interested to buy it. Felt I might get cheated by the executives in front of the office. So to purchase the sim card I have walked in to Alwarpet Aircell Cell City office on Saturday around 6.00 Pm.



                              When I enquired about the plan the executives asked me to pay Rs 750/- in advance ( Advance payment was not mentioned anywhere) to get a Dongle Sim card he suggested 4 plans. I have selected Rs 699/- per month plan and paid Rs 750/- through my SBI Debit Card. They told that there might be less chance for Saturday activation. If it is not happened it will be get activated by Monday EOD.



                              But today is Tuesday still the activation was not happened. The think is the service towards the customer was not up to the mark really frustrated with the service.



                              I am using my Personal number [protected] Vodafone number for the past 7 years. Really they are doing a good service for customers satisfaction. But still Aircell is not care their customers.



                              Reason for Frustration:-



                              · As per you showroom commitment the sim card should get activated on Monday EOD. Still it was not happened.

                              · I contact Number[protected] with was unanswerable. The person who using the sim card is not picking my call.

                              · I got another call from [protected] Elayaraja who promised me that he will call me back the status sharp at 1.30 Pm. From 1.32 Pm onwards i am trying to reach his number but not picking my call.

                              · I tried your[protected] &[protected] customer care numbers they could not talk properly and disconnected my call.

                              · Kindly active the Sim card at the earliest.



                              Kindly consider this as a prior notice for not activating the SIM Card after the advance payment. If I am not getting any revert for the notice I would proceed to consumer court for reverting back the Advance payment as well as compensation of Rs 1,00,000/- for Mental Stress.

                                I am Using Aircel [protected], every time when i am not on call i am getting charged by GPRS, even when Phone in Idle Mode, Time to time i am getting notification by phone Session Cost 10Kb Service Cost 10Paise, i don't want GPRS, Service in my Sim, i made complaint in Customer care But No Response, From them, one thing they told me, Change the Handset, I cant change the handset that cost of 4K, but i can change the Network

                                  I am Arka Chatterjee from Howrah. My aircel Mobile No. +91-[protected](under Kolkata circle).Yesterday,evening, Rs.15 was deducted from my account without any cause and without my knowledge and activated a VAS. I got a sms that, the VAS is successfully activated in my number. my balance was Rs.30.60(before the wrong deduction) . Now,my balance is Rs.15.60 .

                                  I did not aware about that activation.However,I call 198 to complain and get back my Rs.15 balance. The customer care Executive took my complain.The complain Number is: 1-[protected]. He also told me that,the deducted balance(Rs.15) is added in my balance/account within 24hrs. but,After 24hrs passed,I did not get back my lost balance(Rs.15).
                                  So,I am requesting you to look into the matter and I will be highly obliged if you return my lost balance(Rs.15) to my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                      The porting request has been taken by Mr. Sujith (Aircel Employee) at your M.G.Road, Mangalore office on 25-October-2012.

                                      We have provided all the necessary documents at the Aircel office.

                                      But however it seems that no porting request has been raised by Aircel.

                                      There seems to be no valid reason for the porting request not being accepted.

                                      Kindly clarify the matter immediately.

                                        Network Problem
                                        Hi,
                                        I am using Hutch(Vodafone) mobile from 1 years in Delhi.Just i apply for post paid connection before 5 day ago But no any response till now and also my prepaid connection from yesterday is showing registration failed. I gave complaint but even though the Vodafone people did not rectify the problem. Now i want His CEO mail ID if any one have Pls Try to send i want justic for this .
