Hello,
I applied fro MNP from BSNL to AIRCEL on 3rd Nov. My connection got activated on 9th Nov on AIRCEL network. Since then I am facing weird problem. I cant send or receive any SMS on any Network. I talked to customer care several time but they dint solve my problem. I logged a complaint with them on 17th Nov (No. [protected]). I got a call from their service personnel on 20th Nov after that I am able to send msgs but still not able to receive any msg. My mobile no is associated with my bank and many important things. I am facing trouble please help me out. My Mobile No is [protected].

Good Evening This is sharvani my no# is [protected] n the mobile is registerd on PASAPULA PAVAN KUMAR i am facing the problem in sending sms to a particular number from more than 4 months n the numer is [protected] (virgin mobiles).......when ever i give the complaint the network ppl would be saying its the problem with the other service provider n they close the issue n the other service providers close stating its problem with tata docomo, after 10 days the problem gets rectified by chance ......but every month the problem comes ....from jan 10th i gave 6 complaints till now n every complaint stating its problem with their end .....n the response from the customer care end is tooooooooo bad .....the words spoken by one excutive will not mach with the other ,,,,,even spoke to many supervisors more than 7 supervisors ...but their words state we cant help ...due to your network issue i am facing problem with friends ..i cant loose my frnds due to tata docomo network ...the reason i am sticking to this network is i respect TATA'S n i love to be with TATA'S ......n also the network of this is very poor ....now i am studyiong at HYD ....though i am in main centers like ameerpet near mytrivanam n begumpet near paradise the signals will not be there ....very often the display would be emergency cals or no access to service ....my relatives frnds n parents would be caling me often n if they get the prompt as switched off or out of reach they get tensed .......i request you please take an action on this sms issue because from jan 10th this is the serious problem n onky for 4 days it was correctd n again the problem exist ,,,,,,,,,please please take care of this issue n make my problem rectified ...............Sharvani.N.R

        Dear sir,
        I bought a new aircel sim no [protected] 20 days back. It has not been activated till now. I have been contacting aircel customer care but getting a reply to contact point of sale or contact 59059 for activation.

        1) I have submitted all the required documents to aircel office (Mr santosh, kharagpur, W.B.; This person says I don't know why the sim is not activated and not responding to calls; His number is [protected])

        2) I cannot contact 59059 for activation because my sim is unable to get the signal though full signal is available at my place. I have another aircel rajasthan sim which catches full signal. I emailed to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in several times but getting the same reply to contact point of sale or 59059.

        Please see if my sim can be activated and forward this email to relevant authorities.

          I have purchased a mobile connection which functioned only 3 days. After that they have stopped our Out Going calls due to double connection of Aircel from same person. I have visited their office and disconnected one connection and also submitted identity proof i.e copy of my pan card, but they did not start our outgoing calls. From Previous one month, I have been calling their customer care center but no one gave a relevant reason. Now the Customer Care Center of Aircel are not attending my call. You are requested to look over the matter.

            Out going calls were stopped, Asking to submit extra amount to resume services.
            Not giving proper cause how the bill crossed the credit limit.
            Credit limit is Rs. 2000 & billing cycle just started on 19th Nov 2012. Internet pact is also active.

            Sir,I am at Aurangabad(Maharashtra).Suddenly when I reached here my outgoing calls are stopped in any network.I have balance but still i cannot call.Sir I am a company person please understand that i have to report every time to my clients.I also have reported in nearest aircel office at Golmuri, Jamshedpur.They said that it will be done on 2.09.2011 by SMS confirmation.Sir you tell me till than what I do? I also understand your problem.But sir please help me out as soon as possible.Other wise I will have to switch to another service.

              hi,

              i have received a sms for full talk time in Rs.100 you will get RS.100 along with all local calls will be 30 paise per minute for 15 days and same as per SMS i have been recharged with same amount Rs.100 in my number [protected] on November 21,2012 and same i got full talk time Rs.100 however all local calls has not been 30 paisa/minute,its still charge as a normal rate Rs.1.20 paisa/minute.i also talk with customer care but they said no one offer is applicable.

              please check on priority and don't give me mantel harassment for wrong commitment from your side.

              if i will become angry its not good for your company and market value.

              please do the needful otherwise i will go for social media like Facebook and tweeter.

              i called lot of time for same complaint/issue on your service center numbers-[protected],[protected], [protected] however you gays are not interested to make customer, as a civilized person i already complained in SONY service center(c-54, g.floor, sect-02, noida, up, email-jaypeeelectronics.[protected]@gmail.com, ph-[protected],[protected], [protected])for repair of laptop sony vaio model number-vpceb24en/B, after service the laptop, service center staff said to me that your laptop warranty from sony side has been lapsed and your extended warranty of 2 year is in from croma center(ansal plaza knowledge park 1 unit 16, AG21&AG22 greater Noida UP, 0120, 4514600)so you need to contact to croma center.
              however the main issue is sony center generated the bill of Rs.18000 which not acceptable, i already dined for that than after they agree for 50 % bill rebate or ask to me take a approval from croma center for FOC service.

              please help to resolve my issue on priority its my 1st gentle request.

              note-its not 1st time to facing issue with laptop, i am facing last 1.5 year but not get permanent solution.

              please take step to resolve, please find supported document on attachment.

                Im using Nokia 1100, each month Im getting charges for internet usage for the past 5 months.
                When I raised complaint, they close the request without reversal after promising reversal.

                My phone numbers :

                Each month Rs.98/- is charged for each number. a total of Rs.490/- per number for 5 months.
                Now for [protected], I have got a update saying reversal of Rs.220/-, not sure untill I get a bill. Which should have been Rs.490/-
                No information yet for the other 2 numbers.

                When contacted customer care today, they are saying I have given request(activation) for internet which is the usual thing with customer care, which I have not given any request(activation).

                They are saying they will give a reversal of Rs.394/- for the other 2 numbers in the next bill.


                Who should I contact to get a complete reversal of the charges. A total of 1470/-

                I am sakthi Ganesh .I am using Aircel no that [protected] for past one and half years .Last 8 months I am having probelm with Aircel that in the month of feb i have recharged Rs 7 Dialer tune card through IVR immediatly i got a conformation msg also After getting Conformation message I put that card in road side .This card only for 7 days dialer tune But next day i was charged 1 Rs for Dialer tune .So immediatly i called the cus care and asked about the Hello tune charging they said sorry you did not recharge any dialer tune cards. i told everything but Simply they said without that card we are not able to raise a compliant you. At that time my call was handled by Mr. Saravanan .This is the new trick Aircel is using to cheat thier customer through dialer tune. At that time i was busy so i left that probem.After one week agian I recharged the Same 7 Rs card immediatly i got conformation message ,But the next day i was charged 15 rs for HT for 15 Days . Immediatly i called the cus and give a compliant sec time i had that card so they have activated that card after 15 days .. Then one month bak i was charged 15 Rs for friends Zone i did not activated that service So i called the aircel head office there one lady lady attened my call her name is Kavitha she is the Nodal officer said that we will deactivate that service here after you will not be charged .. I asked her to reverse that amnt she said that i will chk and tell you by eve .. So i called he by eve she said that we cannot reverse that amnt while i am spking to her immedatly she transferd my call to madurai Aircel show room there one lady attned my call and her name is Ms.Raji he asked about my issue agian i told whatever happened she said that i will chk and call you with in two days still i waited three days but she did not call me so I called 198 . I am working in chennai . Last two month there is one probelm is happening in Aircel that Tamil nadu customer dial 198 from chennai it goes to chennai cus care only .. Chennai cus care TL Mr.Sasikumar said that we will send a mail to your cus care they will call you with in one hour . I told that people My shift timing is 11am to 8 pm so arrange me call bak after 8 Pm for bfore 10.30 am they said ok sir we will do it. But i did not get any call from TN cus care.Then I went to my native due to some personal work At that time i called my cus care 198 Mr . Srinivasan attened the call and he asked about my issue's and he said that we will waive the amnt he asked me to be on line .. While i was on line he disconnect the call with out take any complainty for my issue .So on the same day night I called the cus care from my friend mobile , Mr.Rajesh Picked the call and said that he will not able to solve my probel so i asked to transfer the call to your manager he said that if you want to spk with our manager Agian call to cus care from your mobile no .So Agian i called 198 from my mobile at that time one agent attened the call her name is Ramya said that Mr.Rajesh is handling some other call he will call bak with in hour but i waied one day he did not call me.. So agian i called the cus care Mr.Saravanan attened the call i asked mr.Saravanan to transfer the call to Mangager to complaint about Mr.Rajesh and srinivasan he said that Our manager is in meeting he will call you with in one hour .. But no one called me.Then I came to chennai here i called 198 my call went to chennai cus care Mr.Nagandran TL said that we will mail to your cus care to call you with in 24 Hours .But i did not recive any call from TN cus care.So i was disappointed by Chennai cus care.. Then agian i called the cus cheenai cus care and i asked to connect the manager Mr.Sasi Kumar attened the call asked about whatever happened i informed the detials he said that i will chk and call you with in 1 Hour he did not call me. So the next day morning agian i was charged 10 RS for friends Zone i was ireated to seening that message . So i called 198( chennai cus care ) Mr.Sasi kumar said that i will solve the issue with in 2 days i told him to solve the issue within one day .So immedatly one person Called me from TN cus care who name is Sathees kumar he asked about my issues and Raised two compliants For my issues and he said that after resolving this complaiant i will call you with in two days . with in two days i Recived the complaint resolved message and VAS Packs deactivateion message .But my amnt was not reversed . i waited one week no one called me .. Agian i called 198 chennai cus care said that we ask your cus care to call you by eve after 8 pm. No one call me till 10 Pm. Agian i called 198 and i asked about Call bak immediatly he called the TN cus care through Land line and inform to call me .. Then one person called me i asked him about the last complaints he said that i chk and call you 10 min then he called me after 30 min he said that the 25 Rs waiver is not possible the VAS .. I told the detials about privious agent commitments he said that i will chk and tell you later .. That's all
                With out these problem i am having two more problem in Aircel.. We are a poor people we could not got to court for this issue pls help. Do not think this is a small amnt .. if i want to earn 25 Rs i have to work 1.30 hours.. I hope the problem will be solved by you.And I am very much fed up with Aircel services.I need this no so only i am keeping this connection.. If aircel is cheating me continusly def i will change the NW

                Hello My mother is using aircel mobile no [protected] in a very basic keypad phone but this month we have been charged for internet usages however neither we can use internet in that phone nor we have used. When I visited aircel store they denied to give me waiver of this. Where I can esclate this issue.

                Seriously it is mental agony what i am facing since August by the Aircel team. Due to their lack of interest in addressing my issue (increase in bill amount) when my usage is very minimal. I finally planned to change my service provide from Aircel to Airtel. Yes, when a request was sent through PORT i did receive 3 calls from 3 different people asking for reasons to change the service provider. However, to my surprise none of them bothered even to retain me. (lethargic attitude) despite me using their service since 2004.

                I settled all my bills amount which was of Rs.853/- before moving to Airtel. Surprising i am getting calls and emails to settle the amount which is not the right way of treating customers like dog. Yesterday again i received a call from a female (arrogant) # [protected]. She shouted at me like anything without even letting me to speak and yes i disconnected her call as he was yelling at me as if she is the mother of Aircel. ### with her.

                I asked her how come if my billed are not paid i am receiving call? she didt had answers for that. She is arrogant and rude towards me.

                Let the team treat us properly, let them understand that their salaries are paid from our money.

                Can someone check and resolve this issue?

                  Aircel — Dissatisfaction of Services

                  I Bought a new Aircel Connection [protected] on 13th of May 2009.It was supposed to get activated in 24hours but it took 48hours for it to get activated.
                  A few Days later we request to activate GPRS and the customer care gave us a request number but till date nothing has been done.
                  A person from Verification called me and I was told that during verification they found that no such person stays with this name at this premises.For your knowledge i am staying at present address i.e BL-133 `L' Block Hari Nagar since last 26 years and well known resident of this area.
                  From 26th May my phone is showing `Inactive Sim'.I tried to contact customer care but the call failed.I tried other numbers but couldn`t get through.I contacted Aircel stores at Jailroad and i was assured by Mr.Rahul yesterdat that it will be activated by tomorrow.It is now 3 days the sim in inactive.
                  Sometimes it takes a bit longer for activation purposes ya, don’t worry im sure they will get back to you soon. Patience is always a virtue…. :)

                    This is regarding Aircel complaints - service request number: 1-[protected] & service request number: 1-[protected].

                    I have taken 10 connections (4 new connections with Aircel and 6 other connections changed to aircel through MNP) under my company CUG for the better quality and service in the month of July'12.

                    My 10 connections are covered under two family pooling 999 parent number ( and all the other number are charged for the child 100 plan under the family pooling 999 plan. Aircel Sales person has confirmed that I would be charged a rental of Rs.999 per family pooling parent connection and i would be getting 3600 Minutes free (including local, STD & incoming national roaming ) which would be shared by the relevant child connections (monthly rental of Rs.100 and additonal 100 minutes free per child connection). I am suprised to see that the plan proposed was not activated to any of my connections. Moreover the bill was not reflecting the plan which the Aircel Sales Person committed.

                    The CUG services has been charged in the bill, but CUG facility was not activated for any of my connections and moreover the CUG calls were billed in all the monthly bill.

                    For one my 10 connection, the incoming was not activated for the beginning (almost around 4 months).

                    The Aircel Chennai Appellate officer, committed that the resolution would be provided at the earliest and i would be getting the revised bills, but the Aircel team has barred my outgoing calls for all my 10 connections without sending the revised bills.

                    Hope this would be escalated to the right Aircel management to get us better service and also expect this issue to be addressed at the earliest.

                      Good day!!

                      I am Rajadurai.
                      I am a loyal customer of Aircel, I have been using Aircel SIM card for almost 4 years. My number:[protected] I had a balance of rs 30(approx) on 12th Nov'12 and I sent around 40 messages to my friends. I have msg booster pack which is activated on Nov'12 beginning Rs.33(One month validity). But they charged for all my messages and my balance showed Rs.0.36/-. Immediately I called the Aircel customer service and asked the charged amount, but they said still not updated in system so let you can call tomorrow for check that details. So, again I called on 13th Nov'12 and got the same answer. Then, I called on 13th Nov'12 and spoke with one lady explained about this issue with details. They accepted that the mistake happened from their end and said will refund the amount which was charged for the messages. The complaint no received from Aircel is 1-[protected] on the same day. Then the next day 14th I received a message from them stated "Reference number has been resolved on 14/11/2012. Manage your account online at aircel.com" Till date I didn't get the refund amount from them. Hence, I called them on 19th for this, but they are simply saying we won't charge anything on 12th and even it charged for message won't refund the amount. The most one is I received a worst reply from them. they are not even know how to answer the customer. Eg: One lady replied and suddenly disconnected the call. She doesn't allow me to speak. I must want my amount which they charged for that.

                      My name is Arpit Jain. Residing at U21/14- DLF Phase III Gurgaon

                      I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Gurgaon as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as I moved a step back when one such dog was trying to jump on to me.Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

                      So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

                        "Payein 1000 Local+national sms, 1 GB GPRS bilkul muft 15 dino ke liye aaj hi Rs.25 se recharge karein ya dial karein ya dial karein *234*25# "

                        and I had dial the number *234*25# and than I got the sms below (regarding what I got) at 2.21 Pm Nov 11 2012:-

                        You have successfully recharged with Rc25. Enjoy 750 MB data and 750 A2A sms for 15 days.

                        I had not received the SMS and Usage Data as per company told me in their sms

                          Aircel deduct main a/c balance widout any notifications,
                          Now when I speak to customer service they keep me on hold and say nothing can be done and refund is not possible , also they are telling many people have the same problem.It means that many like me have been cheated and all the money has gone to Aircel without providing me a service.I want to register a complaint about this cheating to me and also to so many people who will ignore and there money has been looted by Aircel.Also customer service is pathetic they hang up without providing solution.Please do the needful at the earliest , or else tell me nothing can be done.

                              Aircel Prepaid — Deducting Amount Regularly

                              Dear Sir,

                              My name is Rohit, resident of Roorkee. I am using Aircel Prepaid and facing following problems:

                              1. They are continuously calling and sending SMSs, even in nights.
                              2. Subscribing me to services like voicechat, dialertunes etc without my knowledge and deducting my amount.
                              3. Customer care is not available and if available they are disconnecting call without resolving queries.
                              4. If I am trying to register in DND service, it says that my aircel number is not an active number.

                              This happened with few others consumers also. Please guide me.

                              AIRCEL prepaid services — wrongfully deducted from prepaid balance and poor services

                              dear sir,
                              my brother amit is using this mobile nr. [protected] for the use of net surfing. he always recharge it by etop Rs 98/- inet pack for it. since last months when he starts his mobile he gets the cntinueing massage " sorry , you have not the enough prepaid account ballance to make this call or charge this event" even he recharged the mobile many times by Rs 10/- but he did not recieve ammount, but his prepaid accont's ammount has been reduced.
                              he is very fed up by yr services.
                              please improve this service and adjust his ballance properly, otherwise we will be compell to file the complain suit against yr services.

I activated pocket Internet single day KTKPI5 on 29th April 2013 but it didn't work and they auto-renewed once again on 30th without asking but of no use i have not got net activated still ... i have changed GPRS setting more than 35 times but of no use... I called there CC 121 when i called them they told try calling 198 but of no use... And i tried of calling them its not connecting either...
