Sir,

This is Murugan from coimbatore. My mobile number is [protected].
I have changed my mobile service provider from Tata docomo-Prepaid from Aircel-Prepaid.
And used nearly 1 month in Aircel-prepaid service.
Now the sim card is blocked by Aircel.
While I am asking them they told that address proof is not been submitted for that number. But I have submitted all the documents what they required.
I m having all contacts in that number.
So pls urgently unblock my sim card and I am ready to submit the address proof documents one more time for the same.
The lazy Aircel representatives is not responding for this issue...
I hate Aircel customer care Executive's service....
Need my number back as active.

    My number [protected] is activated to the pocket store,without my consent n knowledge and have cut about Rs.25 n i want to deactivate it immediately. And the customer care number also does not connect. Deactivate it right now and refund my money.
    I am using a aircel sim no - [protected]. On 13th feb they deduction a balance of rs. 130 without any notification and when I called up customer care they said that the balance was deducted against pocket internet service. Infact I am using a phone which is not compatible to internet. This not the first time they have done like they just activate any service and deduct the balance. Please help me to my money back.

    Aircel is unfairly deducting my balance every other day .i am
    furnishing below details for ur reference.

    circle = Delhi
    date of deduction = 2 jan 2015 and 20 jan 2015
    amount of deduction = rs .25 and rs. 50 respectively

    Kindly reverse the whole unfair deduction asap and take proper action
    against 198 executives for their careless attitude so that we can get
    proper solution.

    they deduction a balance of Rs.. 75 without any notification and when I called up customer care they said that the balance was deducted against pocket Internet service. In fact I am using a phone which is not compatible to Internet. This not the first time they have done like they just activate any service and deduct the balance. 198 service is now blocked..Worst operator

    guys dont buy aircel sim, otherwise ur phone will not catch network but balance will get depleted automatically .

        i have postpaid connection with kaveri communication at trichy by the compel of company i added 2 more no's for my workers in the scheme of 99/- plan without my permission and any information to me one of worker before leaving my company he activate internet facility and using more than 9500/- without any limit crossing intimation from the air cell customer care
        that employer without paying me and go out
        i only pay the money
        so i need the recovery of amount for not getting permission from my main number to activate tthe internet and not informing limit crossing intimation to my main no

          My name is Jithendra Reddy.K and my mobile no. is [protected]. I've registered for Fully Blocked National Do Not Disturb service for Aircel network on 12th November of 2012.But still I'm receiving messages from that network minimum of 10 messages per day. When I contacted the customer care no use and I also went to aircel office but no use.They are saying that we are helpless sir!!!! My complaint ID is O-[protected].Sir please help me and save me from this headache sir.....

            Any guy from This number [protected] regularly calls me without any reason .He calls dirty .What should i do .Should i change my sim .

              Sir/ Madam,
              I am in the area where your network is come through your sharing network TATA DOCOMO. But the problem is, "I cant access internet on my 2G gprs services after doing all manual network setting and gprs setting as told by your customer care agents."
              But when in your (AIRCEL's) network in Kolhapur, Maharashtra; I can easily access internet through gprs services. Even I cant receive SMS from other numbers which is a very primary service provided by all mobile service providers.

                Am very frustrated and lost my patience in calling Customer Care and raising a complaint...

                1.Hello Tune or so called Caller Tune has been activated on my Number in my absence and Amount of Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance... Immediately i have raised a complaint,...cleverly agents have deactivated my hello tune but money has not been debited back....

                2.When you are so aware of responding to customer complaints,deactivated my Caller Tune and why not responding to my complaint raised for crediting Money

                2.Customer Agent Name Sreedhar from Hyderabad Circle has raised a waver providing me the Reference Number as 1-[protected] and he also confirmed me that my amount will be credited within 48 hours....

                Later i spoke to 4 Agents named Dinesh,Shafi,Babu and Sreekanth on[protected] around 11:30 PM night...
                There was no proper response and my call has been disconnected for 4 times and Agent named Babu has told and comfirmed me that there is no Team Lead or Floor Supervisor will be available to resolve these issues.

                It was such a rude call and response from him which made me so irritated and till date my amount has not been credited back...

                Please do the Needful and at the same time am going to lodge a complaint in Times of India which can help me out further

                Its not the matter of Money but Customer Agents should know the value of a Customer

                  My Phone was lost with Aircel number 9716******.

                  I called the Aircel customer support, asked them to block the previous SIM and provide new one with same number. But after asking my name and address they refused to do so, and told me that the database have some other data, apart from what I provided.
                  I visited the Aircel Store in Sector 5, Dwarka (New Delhi) with a hope that they will understand the issue but ultimately came to conclusion that the store is not providing any help to the customers.

                  Aircel Stores and Executives like Ravinder are totally irresponsible. They don't bother a bit for the Aircel customers.

                  * I told Aircel Store Executive (Ravinder), that my phone is lost with number 9716******, for which I have complained in Police station as well.
                  * He asked my Name and Address and told me that they didn't match with Aircel database.

                  * I told, I was using the number since it got activated
                  * He still refused to provide new SIM with same number

                  * I told, I got the PUK number in June 2012, it means that I verified the details at that time.
                  * "Anyone can get anyone's PUK number", he replied. (Means Aircel don't follow TRAI guidelines, and have a big security hole in the system)

                  * I asked him if he require the application with stamp marked from the police station where I have complained about the lost phone with number 9716****** (Palam Police Station, Delhi).
                  * He again gave a stupid statement, that anyone can file complaint about anyone's number in a police station.

                  Then he clearly told me to go to TRAI and do whatever I want.
                  Does Aircel just hire such Uneducated people, who even don't have manners how to talk to the customers?

                  They don't have any fear of TRAI in their mind, even after not following the TRAI guidelines.

                  I am totally irritated with the Aircel Customer Services as no one is caring for the customer's problem.

                  Please escalate the issue.

                  I need a new SIM with same number (9716******) and block previous one to prevent misuse.

                    i am not getting 3g internet from my aircel number from 2 months, before 2 months i was getting 3g . Even my cell also compatible with
                    3g. and also i used nearly 2 months i used 3g internet on aircel. but now me nt getting 3g internet on my mobile. I tried activating 3g plan also. Even i contacted customer care regarding this many times, but they not responding correctly.

                    i have been using aircel 3g for more then 2 year. From the last 6 months aircel 3g is not working properly. For online gaming aircel 3g is the worse service to use. Ping fluctuating from 250ms to 3.5k ms. Please improve your network conditions or we have to switch to other networks.

                      Aircel officials seem not be interested taking any action against my complain. I am receiving SPAM unwanted messages being sent by Aircel. I've told them that I'm not at all interested in any of their offers. I wrote a couple of emails too but nothing is happening..In the last email that I sent them I clearly mentioned..

                      "I'm writing you again to inform that from now onwards every time you send me a promotional sms I'm going to keep a count of it. I will then post equal number of complains / threads / stories on internet telling everyone how Aircel is torturing me."

                      But, it seems that they are not at all interested to listen to my problem. Following is the text of a few of Spam SMS being sent by Aircel:

                      1. Unlimited calling!! rchg with rs 798 & enjoy unlimited loc a2a calls & sms, also get 1300 a2a std std mins + 900 a2o local&std minutes too in just rs 798. Vldty 30 days.

                      2. Another msg : "sirf aapke liye : ab karein rs 8 ki call aur payein 4 local min bilkul must usi din ke liye. Aape number par yeh offer har roz 31 december tak valid hai.

                      3. Aaaj shalini ko hai intezar ek dost ka...blah blah blah

                      The Spam SMS by Aircel are coming from numbers like DD-655315, DD-655515, DD-651001, DD-655514, DD-653131, DD-aircel (there seem to be unlimited numbers but most of them start from 'DD')

                        Sir,
                        I do hereby inform you that I am a regular customer of Aircel Network Provider want to file a complaint regarding a pity a behavior of Aircel Company. On December 18th Rs 35/- was deducted from my balance on the name of STD pack, But i never subscribed for the same. On calling to the people of customer care, they assured me that the balance would be retrieved within 48 hrs. I am sorry to say, Nothing was retrieved. Again on 25th December they deliberately deducted Rs 50/- from my account with no reason. I request you to please a certain action for the bogus propaganda of Aircel company for deducting balance which is not less than any kind of mental trauma for any individual. Please look into the consideration and oblige.

I am really not happy with the services and the responses. when ever I recharge it, I suddenly get sms thank you for subscribing this package or that package and my money deducted. how ever I have not sent any sms for accepting of additional services.yesterday I recharged for rs. 30, today I got sms than you for subcribing love guru.and rs. 20 deducted. I call customer care, I don't get any answer. I am really frustrated about unwanted services from you. request you to please lookinto the matter, or should I changes my service provider.

                            aircel deduct my balance by activating 'shayri pack'.when i call to coustmer care then i complaint regarding this.but that person deactivate the shayri pack that i want but he also deactivate my internet pack..
                            then i called back to care a lady picked the phone nd put hold after 1 min she cut my phone,after that i call 5-6 times to care but care don't pick my phone..
                            i want my money back and re activate my remaining internet pack..
                            this type of mistake is not new,this happens with me 3-4 times..
                            help me,either i change company.nd register the complaint in consumer court.

                              I was using Aircel number [protected], but suddenly my mobile started showing ( Sim card Registration Failed ) i thought it may be due to sim fault so i visited Aircel Gallery for Simax, but they refused to do so, and told me that Aircel is shutting down its process in Meerut so all numbers are getting deleted automatically. I asked them why dint they informed us about it, they replied that they had sent sms on customer number, But i dint got any message regarding it.
                              I was using that number since long time, now you only tell me what should i do.

                                  yesterday i.e,[protected] suddenly aircel deduct my 30 rupees balance from my account, when i call them back to know why they deduce my balance, they told me that i select VAS service, but the thing is that i got a promotional call from aircel, i recieved the call and disconnect the call, but they are telling me that i select some option so they deduct my balance, i never used any vas service since i bought my mobile i.e, 10 years,

                                      I (Prakash Kuamar) had applied Mobile Number portability from aircel to airtel, my Mobile Number is [protected] and my Porting Code is DW754551 applied on 27/11/2012 its valid till 12/12/2012. But it’s not activated I asked to airtel costumer care, he tell me that it will take time, but today morning (20/12/2012) my aircel sim showing registration fail, then i went to airtel costumer care Shri Radhe Radhe commutation sikandra bodla road Agra (near kargil petrol pump) where I applied it, he tell me it’s not activated due to port expired. I tell him what I can do, I lost my important Number he replied, I am helpless nothing I can do. My aircel sim number is[protected] and my airtel MNP sim number is[protected], PUK Number 63831791.
                                      It’s my very important mobile number used for official purposes it’s not possible to change very where, So, please help me out from this problem, so that I can retrieve my essential mobile Number.

                                        I HAVE TAKEN AIRCEL POSTPAID CONNECTION number [protected] 3MONTHS BACK AND I ACTIVATED 3G ON MOBILE. INITIALLY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TELL ME THAT AIRCEL PROVIDING 15 DAYS FREE DATA OF 250MB AND AFTER IT USED CONNECTION GETTING SLOW THEN U CAN DECIDE WHICH PACKAGE SUITS TO YOU. BUT AFTER 250MB 3G DATA OVER IT IS NOT SLOW DOWN AND I DONT HAVE ANY INFO FROM AIRCEL. BECOZ OF IAM USING POSTPAID THEY CHARGED ME 12OORUPEES ONLY FOR 3G INTERNET USAGE WHERE MY AVARAGE MONTHLY TALK TIME BILL WAS 700RUPEES. I CALLED CC TO 6TIMES TO RESOLVE THE PROBBLEM. AND I VISITED AIRCEL SHOWROOM ALSO. BUT NO BUDY RESOLVE AND TURNS BACK. NOW THEY SEND MY BILL WAS 3400RUPEES TO PAY. AND ONE MORE WITH OUT MY INTIMATION THEY SUBSCRIBE UNKNOWN PACAKAGES ON MY CONNECTION AND ITS CHARGED ME DAILY 5RUPEES. I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT TO CC THAT I NEVER SUBSCRIBE THIS TYPE OF MESSAGES. BUT NO BODY BOTHERED .
