and sombody tried o hack my email from these ip

turns out to be some vikas.[protected]@aircel.co.in and sohan.[protected]@aircel.co.in gurgaon, but gmail tells me that the mail was tried to be accessd from Bengaluru.

    Sir, after getting lot of frustration i am rising this complaint. i am using Aircel SIM card (no. [protected]) to universal 3G dongle from last 8 months for internet purpose. usually i use to recharge by Rs 98/- for unlimited 2G. from last 5-6 days my internet is getting very very slow speed, upload and download speed is seem to zero.
    Hence call 2-3 times to customer technical complaint section and they provide 2 complaint number 1-[protected] on 29-sept 2012 and 1-[protected] on 30 -sept 2012 respectively. but stil I am not getting any response from them.
    Kindly look on this issue and get resolve ASAP.

        Dear Customer Care,

        I would like to share my disappointment over your so called response related to my complaint number 1-[protected]. I'm narrating my complaint again in the following email.

        1. My Recent Bill states that the Broadband Usage cost over Rs. 1000+ but I'm sure that I haven't activated any service from my end, as I was at Bangalore in August 2012.

        2. I raised my first request to activate 3G on 12th - Sept - 2012 with 128 Plan. Due to your false promise (will be activated within 48 Hrs.) I cancelled that request too.

        3. My Calls were barred due to exceeded credit limit on 21st Sept 2012. I called your customer care and informed about that, one of your agent said that "Due to some technical issue most of the customers are experienced, Bills generated wrongly and SMS sent by mistake. Please ignore it, your call will be activated within 30 Mins." KINDLY RECALL YOUR CALL RECORDINGS

        4. If you (Aircel) denies the point #3, how come I got the unbilled amount Rs. 440 (Approx) on my SMS request to 121 on 17th Sept 2012, 10:32 PM? and over 2 days it crossed Rs. 1800?

        5. I'm denying the recent Bill with the broadband charges upto 12th Sept, I will take responsibility for the Broadband charges after 12th Sept, as I raised the request for 128 Plan and based on that assumption, I used it from 12th Sept 2012.

        If Aircel Fails to address the above issues, I assure that I'll port my numbers to some other provider by paying the remaining money, It's not a matter for me. But at the same time, I'll get this issue to consumer forum.

        Note: I was already ported from Airtel to Aircel due to their false promises and unauthorized service activation. Kindly don't copy the same.

          sir i am a user of aircel prepaid mobile phone no [protected] the company keeps on activating various services and charging money from my balance without any request from my side.around 14th sept it activated a ringtone on my mobile which caused me great embarrasment in my official position as an administrator.i had to make repeated requests to take it off.now they have activated something called video talkies 5 and charged me 20 rs.kindly direct the company to deactivate all additional services on my phone and stop calling me all day with various promotions.i just need a phone connection.thats all. thanks Dr amrit pal kaur from Mohali

            I have an AIRCEL prepaid connection bearing No. [protected]. It has been noticed that numerous unwanted messages from DD-655315, DD-655515, DD-651001, DD-655514, DD-653131, DD-AIRCEL etc have been pouring in since few months ago. 20-25 messages pours in daily which is very very irritating. Moreover, the company has activated the CALLER TUNE without any knowledge of the customer. Please help.

                I am using Aircel mobile service operator's SIM card.
                I am unable to deliver messages on[protected].
                I did complain to customer care & they told me that there is government guidelines & you can't send/receive messages.
                But they refuse to tell more details about it while the other operator has no such restriction.
                I want to know the proper reason.
                What should I do?
                Actually laon 17.03.09 tuesday I have used National SMS pack 34/-. Till 20.03.09 I have send 40 messages.For my 41st STD masg I have charged Rs.2/-.I called Customer care 6 times.Every one is telling to wait one hour if i called after 1 hour also my problem dint solved.On 21.03.09 i send another STD message to No:[protected] again Rs.2/- is charged.So please solve this problem and tell me can i send messages for free are not. My mobile number is No:[protected]

                I hope your query has been looked into, because something very similar happened to me and the explanation I got was that they need to be extra careful in our area with the verification process since it’s a controlled state, but my complaint was looked into soon afterwards. :)

                    I just got a massage from Aircel to my number, saying that "Your subscription is renewed & rs10 has been deduct from your account". How can they renew any subscription automatically? actually I don't know when the subscription was start First time? I noticed after few days later, & leave the matter due to the small amount (Rs10). But this time I don't allow this. I already cancelled the subscription through customar care..

                    ..NOW I WANT GET THE RENEWAL AMOUNT BACK TO MY MAIN ACCOUNT..

                        hi thr,
                        i hav a worst network situation n i dont know wats the reason for it, n hence i called customer help line n the response i got was even more worst.... the problems i hav with my phone's network is
                        *no clarity in voice calls
                        *no in time delivery of messages
                        *no network strength
                        *network not consistance
                        *no internet access
                        *from 3 days i couldnt open google home page
                        *i have a activate monthly plan
                        *very poor customer interaction
                        *customer care executives will cut the call immediately if they cant handle
                        *i have even spoke with supervisor and even he did the same by escaping with some solution which is not useful
                        *i spent 3 day calling them n trying to get my problem solved but in which i failed
                        *i hav spoken with more than 20 customer care executive
                        *i have even mentioned that ill complaint to consumer court but they didnt seem to mind it


                        sorry if i have some silly points in there..... but this is how frustrated i'm... and this is the last hope that i had on my side...
                        i hope u guys will respond me as soon as possible.... plz kindly consider my case...

                          This is to inform you that i am a customer of Aircel since 4 years and my no. is [protected].I had lodged a complaint on[protected] due to "UNNECESSARY BALANCE DEDUCTION AND MISBEHAVED BY AIRCEL CCE".I have explained the whole matter there.I have got the balance deducted as sms balance of Rs 9 returned but its unfortunate to say that the internet balance of Rs. 48 is still not returned to me.As I mentioned in the previous complaint letter that these two balances are deducted at the same time together.I have not used a single byte of internet balance.It has passed more than one month,the sms balance is returned to me but the internet balance is still not refunded.
                          Therefore,i request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to get back my internet balance in my account as early as possible .

                              i took aircel postpaid sim from mr.VENU..he given his number mob-[protected].he given acknowledgment receipt also.but after 5 day he started ignore my call.i keep call to smae number ...after 3 month one guy receive call and i scrolled him...after 20 minite he came to my office and try to beat me .....this aircel service...so my question is AIRCEL KEEPING GUNDDAS OR EMPLOYEE....

                                I am techy guy so pls dont give me a silly advice to clear cache or cookie

                                from[protected]g goes speed in my area is 10-20kbps which was very good

                                but in 2012 the speed is just 500byte or 1kbps even though I had full network
                                lol

                                this problem exist only in my postal area 627809

                                i[censored] Aircel guys have guts try to visit my place and try it yourself

                                I want a quick solution

                                there is no such a problem in my nearby town

                                all Aircel users in my town is suffering from similar problem

                                pls fix it

                                dont advice me to use 3g becoz there is no 3g

                                In nearby town the speed is good 15kbps

                                pls fix it

                                There is definitely some technical fault is here

                                This is not usual slow speed complaint

                                Goes is unusable now

Since that day that local dealer is continuously trying to call me and talking vulgar. i want you to please help me and block the kind of dealer forever and take legal action after investigation at your end.

                                    I am the prepaid Customer of Aircel ,my name is Shashank dubey and no. is [protected], i am living in Gwalior Madhya Pradesh.
                                    Yesterday i make STD message to my friend ,number is [protected], and after this 5Rs balance are deduct ,and i already have message card with 15 days validity. After this i complaint on Aircel customer care(complaint no.1-[protected])they tell me there is no unnecessary balance are deduct to your account and you make ISD message.But i did not make any ISD message.
                                    so,please help me to refund my balance.

                                    Previously I had lodged complaint against AIRCEL for the UN NECESSARY DEDUCTION of balances from my account ( Mob No : [protected])on 21/01/2011.

                                    Again I am lodging the same complaint against them for the same reason for deduction of Rs.15 from my balance without any reason.When I book my complaint with Aircel customer care they just gave me a complain number : 1-[protected] on 17/022011 at 2:26 pm no remedial measures taken by them. Till date i have not received any amount of money which they had deducted without my permission by showing lame excuse.

                                    Now I have a question whether this Aircel company is totally a fraud company or this website where I am uploading my complaint is a showy website because no remedial I have been received since the first time of lodging my complain her , Alas God knows!
                                    completely agree.

                                    Few ponts: adding few features automatically and deducting the balance. The day end up with NIL Balance. It is a new strategy.

                                    This is not the first time that an activity of this kind has taken place. It has been happening time and again. The concern over here is not about the money. It is about professionalism and your customer support team clearly lacks it.

                                    When you've made a mistake, accept it and resolve it. Instead you argue and get into heated discussions with me. Comepletely unacceptable.

                                    It is terrible that things had to get to this level to get resloved when there was an easy way out.

                                      This is just to inform you that my account had been debited with the amount of Rs. 10/- for power play on 12.09.2012 automatically which I didn't subscribed ever and for that I have informed to customer care and he told me that he has raised a complaint to deactivate this PP and also refund your amount to my account even I didn't got the SR no. after that it has been deactivated on 14.09.2012 but the amount has not been credited.

                                      2nd Call to customer care:- On 15.09.2012 @10:13 PM (S. K. Singh) he told me that there is no complaint has been raised and he has created one complaint with the number of 1-[protected] as per customer care but didn't got SMS but still there is no resulution.

                                      3rd Call to the customer care:- And after that again I called to customer care on 20.09.2012 @ 9:45 PM (disconnected from CC side)
                                      After that Prasant Kumar Nayak has picked the call and clearly mentioned that no SR has been created and this will be not resolved It means amount will not be credited to my account.

                                      So kindly take into your consideration and resolve as soon as possible.

                                      This is really irritating me ...
                                      even though I have also sent an e-mail (complaint)to AIRCEL Team.
                                      I need my Rs.20/- as refundable to my account.

                                      Kindly resolve as soon as possible I have mentioned mt contact no.that e-mail as it will display publicly so I could not provide it over here and hope you may understand.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      This is another complaint i have about not being able to call [protected], I've been told it will be resolved in 72 working hours and also they will put it on high priority, when I ask them what does high priority mean they answer within 72 hours...so that means its not high priority its a standard SLA. The person i spoke to named Tushar said i will receive a complain number for the same to which i didn't i called the contact center again and spoke to Jitendra Mohite who instead of sending me the complaint number via sms, is ordering me to make a note of the complaint number . To which i protested, i informed that people working for a contact center have access to sending an sms at least to which he said he doesn't also it is strange to know that your representatives don't have access to Google homepage on their computer. Apart from this I was also suppose to receive an sms or a call for the complaint that i had lodged about not able to call [protected] to which i'm still waiting for a reply via a call or an sms. I fail to understand how incompetent a mobile service provider can be that being a mobile service provider cant even send an sms nor can call a customer informing that the issue is resolved. I am really disappointed with the service of the network as well the customer service of AIRCEL. The representatives can hardly speak English with proper grammar, Mr Mohite only kept saying "I can understand, I can understand" in every statement. The guys can get so scripted that you start feeling as if you are talking to a computer and not a person. Highly incompetent staff. I want a compensation for this and also please make a note of this email being sent to consumer complaints

                                      It has not been resolved yet but again there is Rs.10/- has been deducted from my account on 27.10.2012 at 7:23 AM for Renewal of Power play service.


                                      So total Rs 30/- has been deducted from my account as pf now but there is NO RESOLUTION ...


                                      Even I have contacted to Nodal Zone (Narayan) on 28.10.2012 and He told me that he will get back to me within half an hour with complete resolution but after I tried to contact but nobody has picked up the call.
                                      And even I have talked on 29.10.2012 with Rashmi Kar (Nodal Zone) even she told me that There will be a call from Customer Care side to take complaint but still I am waiting for the same.
                                      And also nobody is picking the call

                                      Kindly let me know the whether it will be REFUNDABLE or NOT ???????????????

                                        hello,my balance was continuosly deducted for VAS like dialer tunes,misscall alert,like services.after so many deactivation request not its was not deactivated ..we are feeling embbarssed as such a reputed company not reponding quickly.I talked to coustmer care many times.They told that service will be deactivatedd, but unfortunately no action taken.I suffrered lots of balance loss for many months.Aircel really making it worse.
