my balance has been deducted without any pre information near about Rs.115 on 20 june while using internet and i was having internet plan activated till 23 june...customer care is not responding and such a fraud is done by aircel

Hi bro.. I am also facing the same complaint with Aircel now. Even after recharging Internet of Rs97/-, my account balance is deducted without any pre information when I browse Internet. Till now I have that problem. When I called the customer care they are not agreeing with me also one of the Customer care executive cut my call. I tried again and one of the executive asked me to call tonight. I don't know whether I will be having balance that time. You are correct they are really fraud people. Even if the problem solves who will give our lost money. The customer service is really bad.
What can I say I'am going to take some other connections and get rid of this fraud service provider.
I will comment you when I call the customer care tonight and will tell you what they said.

      Same problem with me they barred my call to customer care when i asked them for settings of IM,Streaming GPRS and MMS all settings for Nokia 7210 Suernova. They said you'll get your settings in 4 hours and when you open it it'll ask for pin and the pin is 1234 but i didnt recieved any so i tried to call again but i can't my number is

        Sir, Ma'am,
        I bought an aircel postpaid number ([protected]) from Nishkam Sales,Pitampura,Delhi (number was delivered to me at home) ,around 20 days before, which was deactivated due to negative verification after two days. I contacted the customer care and came to know that the address was noted wrongly in the records. I immediately contacted the Vikas Marg , Laxmi Nagar aircel store to update my current address and provided them with all my details required. I provided them with the same identity proof (voted id card) which i had produced at the time of buying the number. I mailed the same proof to the Nishkam Sales executives and was assured that the number would be activated in a day or two. Since then I have received no response from them. Also I tried to call them but nobody even picked up my phone. Also the aircel store executives turn a deaf ear to my complaints and say that they can't help me.
        Please provide me with a way to conquer this problem.

        Also I am attaching my voter id card scan in case its needed by you for reference.

                Hi,

                I have been receving promotional messages from Aircel from past 6 months even after speaking to customer care officers and their respective line managers yet the issue still persist.

                I have also activated the Do Not Call (DND) service and cascaded them umpteen times that I will knock the door of consumer court if Aircel is not stopping these messages but yet there is no serious action taken till date.

                Finally, I warned them stating if Aircel is not stopping these messages then I shall ask for a heavy compensation for which the managers over the call assured me that they will certainly stop these messages rather than paying compensation but of no avail.

                Can you please take serious action against Aircel?

                  Recently I initiated porting my mobile number from airtel to aircel, The Salesmen were promised me the porting time (down time ) will not take more than two hours, but it's been morethan 9 hrs, my phone is dead. this is one of my crucial number. I may get lot of business calls, why these guys are giving false promise, i don't know, airtel had disabled my sim but aircel failed to enable my sim.

                  My Name is Lalit Narayan Raiguru. I got the UPC code in may Airtel mobile on 6th of March 2013, and applied MNP to Aircel on 7th March 2013. but till today[protected] i have no infomation regarding the same.                       I am Solaiappan using Aircel number ([protected]) for past 7 years. I have given the request to activate the International Roaming will all the documents on[protected] in Tambaram Aircel cell city. They said it will activate with in 72 hours, I informed them that i am leaving on[protected] to Bangladesh, so i have request them to activate before[protected] evening and they also agreed. When i reached Bangladesh on 8th evening service is not activated and i am unable to contact the person who came to pick up.

                      I have straggled for about 2 hour in airport and i have find the person.I have called them from hotel and informed about activation, the said they will activate with in 2 hours, but not activated. Then i have waited for hole day and next morning[protected] i have checked still not activated. I have they called 4, 5 times for Bangladesh and they have finally activated at night 10 o&#039;clock.

                      Please take a necessary action on them to avoid such a problem at-least for other customer.

                      Hi once a sales executive came to our office for sale of Aircel Postpaid &amp; prepaid sim cards, i also purchased a prepaid sim card and he took photos on spot and charged Rs.50 for photos, next he asked me to pay him 40 rs. on account of FRC which i did, for 3 weeks my no. wasnt working, then i called him several times and then my number got activated.
                      i noticed he had not done any FRC on my no. which i had to do myself, and next he gave me a defective sim card which i had to change with pains on aircel center. for which they again charged me Rs.50..
                      i had trouble activating 3g on it.
                      yesterday i did 693 recharge from online and payment got dedeucted by 3g wasnt recharged.. i tried to call customer care of aircel which is the worst in the history of any cell phone providers...
                      they gave no response.. all i could hear was &quot; sir, ur money cant be refunded and ur recharge is unsuccessful.&quot; i told them to transfer my call to their senior on which they have black listed me and i am unable to call customer care now. in my area 3g is served by aircel but its like 2g on bsnl.. irritatingly slow

                      now i went to a recharge shop and i did 997 10 gb recharge which gets disconnected after every two mins..
                      i am using aaircel sim [protected] in my micromax dongle.. and my alternate no. is [protected]..
                      i have tried calling customer care but i am barred from customer care.. . i have used airtel for 2 years in jammu and kashmir in the same dongle...and no one compares to its service.
                      my feed back for aircel is a thrid rate company where they employ dunce people with 0 IQ and an intelligence level of a 2nd grade student..
                      even while posting this complaint i had to reconnect 6 times..
                      my suggestion to a common man is to go for anything other than aircel.. worst worst worst

                          respected sir i am using my aircel sim. i have recharged 128 rupees 3g unlimited plan which should provide 500 mbps broadband speed internet connection and unlimited internet connection there after upto speed of 128 kbps.........but iam not getting any of these speed as told my the company......so i wish to register this complain against the company....i am getting speed of 50 to 60 kbps for first 500mb which i should get 3.6mbps......and i am getting below 10kbps which i should get 128kbps there after for unlimited download.........

                            My self Mrinmoy kundu. On 9th june 2012 i was rechage my AIRCEL no ( [protected]) by rs 303.00 .and authority was committed to provide 72000 sec for one month. But in practical i was got 54000 sec. I was make complain on 11th june 2012 ( 1-[protected].) and they committed to revart it by 12/6/2012.But unfortunately it was not done . and i make a call them at 12/6/2012 at 8.30 pm and authority took another complain ( 1-[protected]) and they committed to revert it by 13/6/2012. but upto the date of 14/6/2012 it was unsolved. and they blocked my no ([protected]) for calling to customer care.
                            I tried to contact with them from my another aircel no([protected]) severally and they committed me to solve. But still to the day its unsolved not only that, they also blocked the 2nd no ([protected]) from today.
                            Now tell me sir what was fault that the authority will deprive me like this way?
                            My heartiest request that to solve the problem within 24 hours . Other wise i must bound to knock the door of TRI to get justify prejudice.

I think the best way to manage this is you could just visit your nearest Aircel store and speak to the nodal officer to get this sorted out.                             on 31st march accidently i subscribed again to pocket internet(DIALLING *122#-I thought it will just fetch information ) which I called their customer care representative ASAP.with in one minute.the CC was not at all emphathic and was not at all catering to the needs of the customer
                            after all if i have availed PI on 28th how can i get it recharged further again,

                            i have recharged my aircel no [protected] with 697 from www.mobikwik.com, recharge is successful from there but i hve yet not get the balance
                            About five to six days back I had recharged my phone with Aircel 2G internet pack worth Rs 98. While this lasts me more than 20 days usually, to my utter surprise, this time the recharge didnt last me even one week. I must mention here that apart from visiting my facebook page, occasionally checking my email and google search, I do not download any heavy files with this connection. Except downloading one song, even after which my data usage didnt exceed 1GB, I found that since yesterday, while surfing the internet, an amount is being deducted from my main phone balance. When I tried contacting the Aircel Customer Care services to ask them about the reason behind this, I had a harrowing time. Firstly, the customer care executives wont take the calls. Secondly, when they eventually did take the call, they wouldnt even listen to my complain properly and each time, I found the call disconnected. I must also mention that this is not the first time that Aircel has failed to solve our problems. Its Customer Care Service is one of the worst and there is no way that we as customers can lodge our complaints or find some answer to the difficulties we face from time to time with the service. I am completely disappointed with the service and want actions against this company.

                              I have got aircel mob no.[protected].i have activated pocket internet monthly plan of Rs 98 on 29 may 2012.On 08 of jun while browsing they deducted my my whole amount of Rs 122 .On asking to customercare they said your 3G service is on and we have charged for that.I told them that i did not make any request for 3G service,how you can start it without my consent, Though my pocket internet balance was sufficient,instead of charging from pocket internet they duducted my balance of Rs 122.i have raised the compalaint([protected]) but response was negative.
                              This is one kind of cheating,whenevever there is sufficient amount is balance these companies their own starts the paid service without your consent/request or information and charge undue amounts from custmores.
                              pls help and guide me how to resove the issue.

                              I want to complain regarding balance deducted automatically by AIRCEL.

                              Whenever i recharge with Rs 111 after 2-3 days Rs98 gets deducted. In the first instance i got the money credited back but now i am facing the same problem. The balance was deducted on 15th June 2010 and after complaining 4-5 times still the customer care department has not solved my problem.

                              The Service request number given by them are as follows,

                              The message received by me when balance was deducted was as follows,

                              " Your account has been successfully recharged Amount Rs -98

                              first ask why the balance was deducted means any VAS/GPRS etc services are activated on your number if not than ask how long time will take to resolve the problem. finally you can call your aircel nodal office for solution. Nodal officers number can be found on trai website or from google with search key "list of CC NO AA AIRCEL"

                              Aircel — deduction of the unused 3g service bill.

                              information i want to submit - i have asked to stop the 3g service for my mobile(no.[protected]) on 24th april 2011(stop sms to 121) and i have recived an acknowledgement and a message stating that the 3g service for my mobile no.is deactivated from 24th april 2011 from aircel. but the bill generated from 26th april 2011 to 25th may 2011 includes an amount of around 850 rs for 3g service alone. to note , i have not used internet facility also in my mobile for the bill date.

                              complaint is -1) to deduce the 850 rs amount for 3g service which was deactivated for my cellphone.
                              2) not to discontinue the outgoing service in my mobile phone until this issue is solved.

                              i have already filed the same complaint to sathish- customer care in kilpauk branch on 24th april
                              to hemanth- customer care in kilpauk branch may 1st week.
                              and many times to the customer care by calling thro [protected].
                              and i have voice recorded all the calls for referrence.

                              I have purchased the Aircel sim on 18 may and from that day to today my rs is deducted from my account. Whenever I complain in the outlet they show the database and it show that the balance is deducted for the downloading a wallpaper and using Internet but actually I have not downloaded any of the wallpaper and not used Internet. When I have mailed to them for the same they contact me next day and when I have told them the problem they told me to contact me next day,but they haven't called me, after that again I have mailed them they have called and again I have repeated my problem they told me they will look into the database and again they will call me next day but the same result no call after that.

                              I got my internet recharge within 10 min after receiving the message about its expiration and in these time interval how can I use my internet without touching them and I got my balance deduct. I have balance of 328 on that night and in the morning I had 0 rs balance.
                              Once I got my 100 rs balance deducted, they say it is for downloading the wallpaper their is no wallpaper downloaded in my mobile device.

                              Please look into the matter and give me my 400 rs deducted for wrong reason. Had a worst exprience and I regret association with the company.

Next day the automatically recharged my account with Rs 8-1 day internet pack with 50MB 3G+ unlimited 2G at 128kbps. And even we dont get the speed of 2G at 128kbps, its around 64kbps. From Rs 128 pack I have hardly used 60-65MB of 3G data and they have deducted my balance with the activation of new packs automatically.

                              I want my either balance back of both the packs or either my Rs128 pack activted and Rs 8 balance back ASAP.

I have activated internet pack worth Rs.128 which provides 500 mb 3g data and unlimited 2g data for a period of 30days without any additional charges. The pack I activated will last till 30december 2013, however the company is charging extra charges inspite of pack activation.Kindly see into the matter and get my balance back into my account

                              money is deducted from main balance and it will
                              never ask for confirmation.

                              myself dharma teja having mobile number as [protected].last month 180rupees was deducted from my account and when i tried to consult care people they are saying that i activated packs actually thing is that when I opened browser a pop up of aircel pocket internet and ater closing it with out clicking on any pack my bal is getting dedctuted sying that u have activated so and so packs.aircel authority people asked for 10 days time to solve my problem even after 15 days there is no call by aircel people.

                              30 rupee has been deducted from my main account plz help me to get it back ...
                              I am new[protected] customer of Aircel, My friend told me don&#039;t take Aircel connection they deducted balance unnecessarily but I took it for Internet(3G). With in 3-days my turn started, on[protected] they deducted Rs.15 without intimation and I Called Customer care, they told me some pack activated by me when I browse Internet and I asked to send message which I activated. They said ok, but I didn&#039;t received anything.
                              Next on[protected], they deducted Rs. 5 from my balance and received a message I activated 99Store. Again I called to Customer care. One male person listen my problem and he doesn&#039;t told any thing 2 minutes and cut my call.
                              Again I called to care center one female lift my call and listen my problems and said raised a complaint after 24 hours money will be refunded. Till now I didn&#039;t received a message or call or money from Aircel. They just listening/acting(will solve problems shortly), not do anything.
                              As per TRAI rules, VAS pack should ask double confirmation. Since 2-years I am using mobile Internet with other network they do not deduct money from my balance while using Internet or anything. I never faced this type of cheating/frauds before. I am maintaining low balance because if I recharged they will deducted and tells me bull- stories.
                              I have proofs of voice conversations with Aircel. Now I want to refund money or tell me how to file a complaint to TRAI/higher authorities.

                              I HAVE A AIRCEL MOB NUMBER i.e.[protected]. But when I recharged it balance is to be deducted automatically without any subscribe by me. I recharged per day in the mean time balance will be deducted per day. Plz help for this matter.

                              I am a user of your service with prepaid no. [protected]. Yesterday an invalid deduction of Rs.50 took place from my account on behalf of internet usage.
                              I was using Rs24 pack earlier. The cost for excess data should be 2ps/kb. That results in 80kbs usage to less than Rs.2.
                              Continuous deductions are taking place since then even after signing off the data services. Similar deductions took place in past as well.
                              Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                I recharged for 108 rupees (full talk time top up) on my Aircel Prepaid number ([protected]) and within a week without me making any major STD or local calls or sending SMS my balance is now reduced to 15 rupees. I get sms saying that games are downloaded, some value added services being activated without me initiating any of those services. The customer care service is also sub-standard where I never get connected to an executive despite following the IVR to lodge a complaint. This is clear evidence to Aircel's unethical strategies to make profit by squeezing its hapless customers. I will not recommend Aircel services to any of my colleagues or friends.

                                      This is to inform you that on 18th May 2012 I have try to recharge my cell through E-net amt Rs 65 & 09th June 2012 also try to recharge my cell through E-net amount Rs 150.

                                      In thess Connection Amount dedcuct from my hdfc bank a/c & recharge is fail 18th May 2012 (Rs-65) & 09th June 2012 (Rs-150 )also no transaction number is genrate at the time .


                                      Please look in to this matter & reverse the amount rs 65 & 150 on urgent basis .
