Aircel Prepaid — Lost money on recharge

Hi,

I recharged my aircel prepaid mobile using netbanking with 200 Rs. Mine is a 6yr validity plan so they should have credited the full amount as talktime instead they credited only 40 Rs of it and say that the remaining is for 1 month validity.

Aircel Prepaid — have no outgoing&incoming

I have bought a aircel prtpaid sim on 18.06.2009.but its have no incomig or outgoing facility till.whenver I want to make any call it reply there are no outgoing facility on ur mobile.And no one can make a call to me.I have given proper documents. plz take needfull step.My aircel no.is [protected].

I recharged pocket internet voucher of 14 rs whose validity was for 3 days on my aircel number [protected] on 16th june in morning but i didn't got the settings so i couldn't access the internet and for the settings i called customer care nearly about 10-12 times but that was worthless no one solved my problem eventually i got settings on 18th june in afternoon & on 19th the GPRS service was expired so i used the service only one day and i paid for 3 days i am regularly calling cust care to extend my validity of pckt internet but they don't helped me many of cust care executive were lied to they always saying that they have lodge the complaint and your validity will extend in 24 hrs and when i called after 48 hrs one of them said this is not possible so what the hell is going on is costumer are fool? so what should i do these cellular companies are just a money sucker they wil charge for what i didn't used .
Why don’t you talk to the dealer from whom you brought the sim or just visit an AIrcel store. It looks like your account is not activated. Now most cell service providers have strict verification rules due to the terror scenario. So check if your papers are in place and are processed.

Aircel Prepaid — Pocket Internet Service Not Working

Aircel Prepaid — We are simply wasting our money towards internet.plz pay attention towards net and help us.

I am using aircel for internet and msging purpose. First i was using airtel for only internet purpose.it was working fine to me. But it was hard to invest for me. After my advice even my friends jumped to aircel and scolding me. Internet is very poor and there is no speed dat i cont even update my antivirus also. And even its so slow dat to use in mobile. We are not much rich to invest for other media. So help us by doing better to use internet in our banashankari region. I think my request will workout better for all o[censored]s.

Is the internet slow all the time?? Or sometimes?? Why I ask is because the net will tend to slow down at certain peak hours no matter which connection, although if it’s a frequent problem you should visit the nearest aircel store and give in your complaint.. im sure they will be to guide you through.. request for a network check in your area..

AIRCEL pre paid — reinstatement of outgoing calls

I have applied for a pre paid connection from the authorised dealer in Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, District, Kerala State. I got pre Paid connection 2 weeks back. Now my out going calls are seen temporarily barred due to the reason that the photo identity submitted by me is not enough. In this connection I am to inform you that I am working as a Gazetted Officer in Kerala Government service and I have submitted my photo identity card issued by the Director of Agriculture ( S C Unit), Thiruvananthapuram. The action of the Aircell Authoriies are absolutely wrong. In the circumstances I may requst you to give neccsary directions to the Aircell authorites and other cell phone companies to accept the photo identity cards issued by the competent authorities in the Central Government and State Governments. I think Aircel is correct on its part as I believe all the telecom companies have to follow strict norms in terms of id proofs as directed to them by the government. I would suggest you to submit the required id and get your connection in place immediately…

i purchase the aircel prepaid card([protected]) for gprs so that i will connect to my laptop but most time connection get error or most of times web page not getting load.i spoke many times to aircel vashelpline but speed is low pls tell me what to do.
I can understand you situation but these are regulatory procedures and have to be followed by the service provider, why don’t you visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss with them. Don’t forget to carry a copy each of the documents that you have submitted previously.
Have you spoken to the customer care about this, if not please call them and they will definitely help you with a solution.

    no free surfing rs. 14 pocket internet card and i have no activate dialer tune but rs.20 deducted and activate the dialer tune.
    I Understand that it really hurts if you have to pay for something you have not opted for. However I must add here that these processes are automated and do not generally start without customer validation. I would just recommend you to speak to the customer care and sort this out
    without our permission the will be activated the services of our number ([protected])

    Yesterday( 27th may) i got message from aircel that i have been provided 50mb free data pack. At that time i have got balance of Rs 100+, when i started using data, i used around 5mb but whole of my balance got deducted, and Rs.10 has been refunded later on.     Iam saimounika, am from saidabad colony, am the Aircel customer. since 3 months am facing problem that when am calling to the aircel numbers unneccesarly my balance were deducting even though i have aircel to aircel offer and i called to the customer number but they are not responding properly i called soo many times after heard my voice they are immedeately disconnecting my call.and as same my friend also facing the same problem.
    I request you to check the status and make sure that not to repeat again.

    I am facing balance deduction in regular base Some time extra call rate some time service activation some time renewal charge.

    extra call rate i have recharge 27rs rate cutter in which 1st 100 min 10p/min & 40p/min in month of Dec14 or Jan15 my rate cutter is active than also my call had been charged 1per call.

    I don't remember service name but yes i was suffering net on mobile by mistake i active a service in which Rs 25 had been deduct and +5rs in same day 17Jan 15 i received a sms i which its mention that to stop this service type stop and send to num 533 something that exact i don't remember but yes i done the same i send a SMS on 17jan 15 on reply for same i received a text that i don't have any service Active on my account means mobile num .
    after couple of day by default 50rs had been charged sms received its a same service renewal charge for which i send a sms to stop i speak to CCE i got info that were my service is active for 5 days and it had been not near to expire and in medial of time they charge renewal charge its it I am big fool you telecom trying to make me fool.

    now toady 26 Feb15 i was playing game on my mobile and i received a sms that 99 rs had been deduct from balance for pocket internet i would like to info i do recharge for 103 rs i get 103 mb data and i ask them to please take my handset its Samsung S4 in laboratory and do what ever you can on mobile i dint send any sms or used any browser than how come my service got active i call to CCE they are not able to give me answer and ask to transfer my call to sr they make me on hold and call get disconnected twice .

    As at the end i want compaction for it because i have recharge this amount to make important call which was giving me profit's if 7lac rs now that deal not came to me due to i cant call them.


    So please inform and help me get this ASAP.

    I am not supposed to use 3 G pack even after I got confirmation message and i have data balance information too showing that 580 mb and expires on 1st of march If i enable net my balance getting deducted from main balance and i called customer care for about 2, 3 times i spoke to them but the answer from them is we cannot able to see any data here I have recharged 37 pack on 26th please do help me asap from this situation thank you :)

    Aircel has deducted my balance twice.
    Once deduction was 60rs after calling to customer care refunded 30.30 still pending from first deduction.
    In second deducted amount was 30 fir which I tried to contact customer care from last three days but can contact.I also tried to call 198 but they said due to some technical issues can't connect to customer care.
    So my 60 rs still pending with Aircel. This is happening repeatedly my request to stop all this. Refund my pendings

    I want to file a complaint against aircel company.
    They are activating services automatically on my
    mobile and deduct the balance. In one month they

          I am a regular internet user,as I am a student so I used my mobile phone for using internet mostly by using the gprs service provided by the network I am using.I am an aircel user.
          As few weeks ago aircel provided 3g service in our state,so I decided to use it,so for activating 3g on my phone I send "start 3g" to 121 after asking the customer care of aircel,
          so after sending the sms 3g hd been activated on my number,
          on 31st may I decided to recharge my number with 98/- Pocket internet pack as it's validity was going to finished by next day(I had it while using 3g),
          so I sent again "stop 3g" to 121 to deactivate the 3g service as it was said by the customer care the we can't recharge with pocket internet pack of 98/- If there's 3g is activated.
          After sending the the sms I got a sms from 121 that my request is under process,I sent the sms at midnight after 12(I forgot the correct time),I thought there must be some network problem that is why I'M not getting the conformation sms,so I went to sleep thinking that till morning I'LL get the conformation sms,
          next day while checking my inbox,I found I have not got the conformation sms of deactivating 3g,
          next day on 1st june,not thinking too much about it I went for recharging my aircel sim card with pocket internet pack,
          near about 11.30 am I tried to recharge via easy recharge from a shop,but I got a sms "your request to recharge 98 inr cannot be processed at this time."
          It was because of the 3g service activated on my number as it's not deactivated till that time,
          so I decided to complain about this on the complain number 198 of aircel,after telling them my problem,they told me that my problem will be solved in 24 hours and told me to wait 24 hours,
          I waited 24 hours,but I dint get the conformation sms of deactivating of 3g activated on my number,
          I called at 198 again,telling them about my problem they told me to wait again 24 hours,
          but after waiting 24 hours,nothing happened,3g was still activated on my number,I called them again,but this time I tried half and hours to get the line,after that I got the line and ask them why 3g is still activated there in my number after complaining also 3 times,
          but they dint talk with me nicely just tried to ignore me,.......

          today is 6th may and 3g is still activated on my number,
          sir I want justice,why 3g is still activated on my number after doing the process of deactivating it and complaining at customer care also.I am a student,and I cannot waste my time everyday on calling customer care hours by hours asking why my request of deactivating 3g is ignored by them,
          I just want it to deactivate soon

            I have purchased one prepaid mobile connection bearing number [protected] on 2nd September 2011 from the Aircel Gallery, Mira road by paying Rs.249/- and later paid Rs.1001/- on the same day for data connection for one year. I am holding the receipts issued by the gallery. Immediately after three days, the facility has been disconnected and when I approached the Gallery from where I have purchased the connection, they have shown their helplessness as to why the connection has been stopped and asked me to contact 121 from another Aircel number to find out the details. My repeated approaches to the Aircel call center evoked no response except advising me to call on the Gallery to sort out the issue. As per the gallery advise, I have sent an email to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in on 14th January 2012, but till date no action has been taken except sending me reply that with in 24 hours my problem will be solved. Today, I once again went to the Gallery and they have informed me that the said number has been erased from their servers for the reason best known to the Aircel and they can not help me. My inquiry with the call center indicated that once I again I have to approach the gallery.

            This is a farce and I would like TRAI to enquire into the matter and book the service provider for deficiency in services. Simultaneously, I am going to District Consumer forum claiming damages for the mental agony and harassment. I am confident the telecommunication department will initiate necessary action to redress the complaint.

            Aircel — Deficiency in services

            Mobile number [protected]

            I purchased the sim card with the above number and paid Rs.1001/- towards one year fee for Internet data service from the Aircel Mira Road centre vide their Receipt number AL-S 416398 dated 2/9/2011 and Rs.249/- vide receipt No.AL-S 416386 of even date.

            With in three days the mobile connection got disconnected due to reasons best known to Aircel without intimating me. When I went to the dealer and enquired, he has informed me that Aircel has disconnected the number without informing the details and that I have to send a mail to care.mumbai @aircel.co.in

            Accordingly I sent a mail to Aircel on 14/1/2012, but till date nothing is heard from them. Today, once again I repeated the complaint and received a server based reply that the complaint would be redressed in one day.

            I need TRAI to take-up the matter with Aircel and see that Aircel tender apology for disconnection and restore the connection and extend the validity from date of restoration till one year.

            They should also pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- as damages towards the mental agony caused by unilateral disconnection of the service.

            It is a foolish company and does not bother about customer complaints. I am seeing large number of people coming and fighting with the Gallery personnel for deficiency in service. For everything, they say company policy which it seems is against customer care.

                    I have complained many times about Pocket internet in aircel customer care but there is no response regarding the resolution for internet. I did recharge of rs.98 net pack in my mobil number serious is 97101 *****.. Its an service provider demo card number to retailer.. This aircel has very very slow and poor internet ever in 2g.. If i open google website in vodafone it opens in 5seconds but aircel takes nearly 2 to 3mins to open the page please take a resolution for this big problem

                    Im suffering a big problem with 2g gprs.. Even it my demo card which use to be distributed to retailers and in that number my aircel to aircel call rate are going 30p per min but instead other demo number gives aircel to aircel 10p per min... Aircel to other mobile it costing 50p per min for me but in other demo cards aircel to other it costing 30p per min.. In my munber local and national are not free i need to put sms booster but in other demo cards there is free sms.. Regarding this i had gave my number to distributors to change the tariff but replied that they had provided the number in aircel company for the tariff change but i still dint yet got on my new tariff.. All other numbers has been changed to new tariff but why they dint change my number to the new 10p tariff.. Please change my aircel demo card number into new tariff..                       I recharge my aircel no. [protected] on 27th march and 29th march respectively using mobile recharge through Aircel dealer, i got a message through DD etopup that your mobile No. has been recharge with Rs.125 and Rs. 98 and you have got 0.0 rupees in balance, it was shocking that i always use to recharge my mobile that way. At this time how it happen? No response from dialing 121, 198 etc.etc.
                      Please look into the matter, and do the needful.

                        I use Aircel mobile number [protected] to surf internet. But whenever I use the GPRS service Aircel use to deduct an unnecessary amount from my account. When I checked for the description of charges I get a response that I downloaded a game on my mobile phone hence the charges has been deducted. I asked for the details so Aircel customer care shared a link with me where I could see that a link was sent as "Free Push" to my mobile and charges were deducted whereas I never downloaded any game. This happened many times with me. In recent incident when this happened with me again I reached to Appellate authority of Aircel thinking that they will help me in getting the issue resolved. However, Appellate team in return try to fool me by providing me with an incorrect/incomplete link details. This clearly states that Aircel is unnecessary charging from customer by sending free push links and in return providing with misleading information to its customer.

                          I've applied for Aircel 3G dongle 505 plan and got the connection by[protected]. My aircel 3G number is [protected]. I've used 1.2 GB for first month and payed the bill by Jan month end and i got the bill as Rs.423. Even-though the aircel dealer informed me that Rs.1600 which was paid as Dongle cost will be refunded every month as Rs.400. So that i would get Rs.100 as bill amount for first four months, but I've paid Rs.423. Even i questioned regarding that but i didn't get any proper response from Aircel side. And for second month that's for the period of 20-Jan-2012 to 19-Feb-2012 I've got Rs.33,441 as my Bill. Anyhow my Sim got barred by 12-Feb-2012, i dint get any response from aircel side. And after many calls i got my aircel bill by March month only. In my bill it was mentioned that I've used 5GB for one month only. But in my dongle if i check the data usage its showing only 4GB(which was used by me from the time when i got the dongle). Anyhow I've paid in first month bill for 1GB. In second month for 1GB I'll get Rs.505, remaining 2GB should be paid by me extra. But when i explained about this to the aircel customer care, they are just telling that I've exceeded my credit limit. I'm not informed about the credit limit details during the purchase of dongle. Anyhow its mentioned that credit limit is Rs.750 in my bill. But when i inquired about this to aircel dealer he told that it would be around Rs.3000. But i dint get clear information from any aircel section. I've tried to talk with customer care many times, they are not trying to provide any solution to the customer, they are just telling us that I've used 5GB this one month, you should pay this amount anyhow. First mistake is in the Aircel side. I'm not informed about any credit limit during the purchase and second thing is, if I'm crossing the credit limit means why am i not notified by the Aircel department. How is it possible to get Rs.33,441 as a bill for just using 2GB. As I've informed u already my Sim got barred by 12-Feb-2012. Am not able to do anything with that Sim. I'm not getting any response about my bill clearance. I was trying to get a solution for more than a month. But couldn't. Then how is it possible for me to pay the huge amount.
                          And what another sad thing is, my Sim got barred and i got the bill for 12-Feb-2012 to 20-Mar-2012 as Rs.400. Previous month amount and this month amount together calculated and total amount is mentioned as Rs.34,500. Is it my mistake to get the wrong bill. I kindly request you to provide me a solution quickly. I wont be able to pay this huge amount anyway. Please don't delay this matter further and keep on adding the bill as Rs.400 every month without any usage.

                          Expecting quick response from Aircel side. I've got thorough knowledge from Internet about this aircel incorrect bills.

                                This is govinda from rambhuvan wada kumbharjua goa aircel customer using aircel from last 3 years. Starting 3 years aircel was good providing download speed about 28 to 32 kbps. But since 2012 year started aircel has decrese downloading speed and providing only 4 to 5 kbps only in between it becomes zero kbps also which just not enough a 6MB song takes about 30 minutes to get download.Please aircel please increase downloading speed i request. My opinion is that aircel should provide at least 15 to 20 kbps i had complaint so many times on 198 but they did taken it seriously my friends also using aircel and they also gets bored with this speed. my number is [protected]
                                please fix this problem immediately.

[protected] on 22nd march, 2012 using mobikwik.com, i got a message that your mobile No. has been recharge with 25 and you have got 0.0 rupees, it was shocking that i always use to recharge my mobile that way, i called-up 198 aircel helpline no. regarding this with complaint reference no. 1-[protected] and after a day they called me and i got a shocking news that 25 rupees recharge has been closed so you can't be benefited from 25 rupees, i told them that then why aircel website showing 25 rupees in there recharge list, they don't have any response they keep on saying that 25 rupees recharge has been closed just the day before i recharge.

                                      Very worst service from aircel customer care center. I call for how to deactivating the sim. But they told "just broke the sim". Is this the only way to deactive the sim.. This is my 23rd complaints to them all call are closed but nothing happend from their side. I think they only need sim prices what a very worst service. I have totall 12 cug sim on aircel and going to port to idea... Aircel really waste service..

                                        When a cell phone is stolen and the user wants to ban it from using any network,he must have access to the IMEI no of the device.The owner must report their local operator with the IMEI no,to block the device.The network provider has a shared database known as EIR(Equipment Identity Register).The network provider then puts your IMEI serial no. in that database. To communicate this IMEI no. to Central Equipment Identity Register(CEIR). CEIR also known as IMEI database, it is the central database system for various network providers.if an IMEI no. is blacklisted in CEIR the mobile will not respond to any service provider network.The IMEI is not easily changeable thus making the device useless for the thief.

                                        This statement is very true and followed globally by all the service providers.TRAI in India also has a database to which all the service providers in India have access, however when on March 22,2012 I lost my mobile in Hyderabad (the number belongs to Bengaluru) the sim was not blocked but for locking the handset Aircel legal department said that I have to contact Hyderabad police station nodal officer blah blah which is the state where I lost handset.

                                        Amazingly, these companies tend to portray themselves as customer friendly but they are completely insensitive to customer needs and requests.

                                        One Mr. Prakash and Shabana from legal department of Aircel gave all contradictory statements saying "sir you have to approach the local bangalore police station to intervene Hyderabad police to provide information, the other person says sir you have to contact hyderabad police station where you lost your phone they will provide the details, Shabana says "sir only they can share the information through police of bangalore, Ms. Shabana says sir if you want to block the sim we can do sir, sir we are not authorized to block IMEI even though the phone has sensitive information we cannot help you with location details only with the police the information of the whereabouts of the last call received location can be shared, sir only through the police intervention is needed" , Prakash says I have also lost iphone and could not help myself sir, forget and forgive sir, sir you will not get the phone back neither you can block the IMEI since the information cannot be shared with the customer directly, the call details cannot be shared, you have lost phone we cannot help with you even though the sensitive information can be accessed easily by the thief we cannot help you in any way sir. Prakash says " you know all the high end model phones are sent outside india hence it is not possible to recover the handset sir. Look at remarks made by a service providers "LEGAL DEPARTMENT" how he is encouraging the thieves and thugs, being in a responsible position how can he speak like that am shocked.

                                        Other customers information cannot be shared I understand, but about my own handset and the details of the calls and the location cannot be shared and giving free access to whoever has possession of my handset is not customer friendly service and it is too dangerous to be associated with such networks, who give freehand to the thieves and secure information to their own customer how absurd the policies are as we can see why so many thefts are happening with these people giving freedom to use the loopholes in the system to the thieves and causing inconveniences to their customer.

                                        Please I request Aircel and this forum to help me in this as this will make the handset useless for the thief and discourage theft of mobile phones too.

                                        Similar problem has happened with me yesterday but Aircel is completely careless and ignorant about my problem. Since morning I have called their no. [protected]. at least 20 times each time they say that they are not responsible for this and they are instructing the Post Pay department to call me in 2 hrs. Since morning nobody has called me and twice operator has told me that this time they will call.
