Improperly working of Pocket Internet

I am Manorath Singh . My mobile no is [protected].I purchased Aircel sim and activated pocket internet on the same day.But from the 2nd day of purchasing, the internet not worked properly till today at my laptop .No good and +ve responce is obtained by me from the aircel customer care center.On 04/10/09 or 05/10/09 I talk to Gurmeet singh who is the member of technical team in customer care,he registered the complaint with complaint...

connection in my area and gprs

dear sir, my no. is [protected] , i m residing at lucknow c-89, ekta vihar sector e aliganj, Lucknow.

i have taken my new no. and 98 pack from lucknow. but i am not getting proper service . as there is no network coverage at my house. i have given complaint many time to aircel customer care but they are not responding me properly....

The first call always becomes single side speech

When I call to a number or recieve a call first time it always becomes a single side speech and I will be billed for this. Then if I try to call the number or recieve from that number the next time the call gets connected. This is not from one place. I roam around Bangalore and I have faced this in all areas. What I suspect is that the company is cheating the customers to increase the bill....

Aircel / tower installation

We had received information from one of my friend for company looking out property for tower installations for aircel company. we contacted the outsourcing company on how to move forward, where we were informed that as a process we need to deposit rs.5, 000/- as an advance in icici bank post which call them back and create a file. on creation of file they would initiate survey in next 2-3 days post which they would refund the money if not...

Poor Coverage

My name is Dhanesh....I'm from kerala...I had purchased a new aricel prepaid sim..the plan and all is gud but the network coverage is very poor.Some times when there is 1 bar of signal on phone the network says that i'm out of coverage area..The main problem is that it does not contian good coverage.......

about Pocket internet setting.

i have bought a sim card of aircel 4 days ago. nd from that day i tried for wap setting but i didn't get it. i had tried to send sms (PI to 121) to get wap setting but every time sending failed.
i made many calls to costumer care, they say that they r sending wap setting online but no result...

Network issues

I am having issues in receiving / making calls at my new residence. I have shifted to a new house on monday and there is no signal within the house.

I have called aircel multiple times and also written to them.

98 recharge

I recharge my aircel no on 28/July/2009 for rs 98
now in this plan there is validity of 30 days but i get validity of only 3 days after that 10pKb deducted
when i complained this to aircel customer care they wrote a complaint about this problem
............................but..........but ................they didn't solve my problem till now...

Self- activation of services

Dear Sir/Madam,


I have got a call from Aircel network for the Activation of Online Radio, I disconnected the call without choosing any option. After few minutes i got a message that my online radio has been activated. This process is repeated 3-4 times each time i disconnect a call and the company activate different services and charging amount for each services.
