This is Rajib Mukherjee. I am having an Aircel number – [protected]. I want to notify few experiences which I got from Aircel.
It is a long story starting since the activation.
I am trying to make you understand how pathetic and horrible service they are providing to their customer.
Complaints :-
I have a Sevier complains regarding the network for more than one year. I had informed them several times for this same, they are like the dead end, no action has been made. I got only few worthless assurance and fake commitment.
Problems :-
My office is at Techonopolis building (12th and 13th floor)where I hardly get any network bar. Sometimes if one or two bar appears then gets disappear automatically if I try to make a call.
I suddenly found that Jokes Alerts has been activated on my number, when I asked them how it got activated with out my concern, they said that I have activated this alert, I told them if I activate then why should I ask for the same, I told them also by which process I activated they said this information is not showing on their system.
They had deducted 45/- from my balance for Jokes Alert. I requested them several times to refund the money, they simply said “NO”.
Impact :-
I am literally became frustrated and annoyed by using their service, it creates a deep impact in my profession, I never get a incoming call or I cannot make outgoing calls when I am in office
Many of my clients seemed that I am not interested to receive their calls so I switched off my handset and sometimes they feel I intentionally disconnected their calls and made switch off my handset however the story is different due to the great network coverage of the Aircel I am not able to do so.
I am suffering a lot mental hazards, my family cannot contact in crisis time also, it has happened four times, my mom had a sever pain in her leg, My wife tried so many time to contact me, I got this information after two hours later from the incident time.
So I am making this complain and raising my voice for the compensation as I suffered a lot of mental anxiety, frustration and mental hazards, I need the demurrages for my mental harassment I got by using their connection.
